The Effects of Job Stress on the Working Achievements for the Employees at Customer Service Department
[[abstract]]消費意識抬頭的世代,為維持競爭優勢,許多企業將顧客對整體服務品質的評價意見視為整體營運的考量重點,因此為提供正確可靠的產品相關訊息而設立客服中心。而客服從業人員服務的對象是以『人』為主,然而面對服務顧客及多方的壓力下,該如何從中獲得工作上的成就感受以提升整體工作價值,探討其關聯性,對於提高服務品質具有重要的意義。本文以個案電信公司之南部客服人員為實證對象,進而探討整體工作壓力對工作成就感的影響,採取便利抽樣透過問卷調查方式進行分析研究。問卷資料以描述性分析法、變異數分析法、皮爾森積差相關分析、迴歸分析法等,藉由SPSS19統計軟體予以進行分析及檢定,加以探討客服人員從業時感受到的工作壓力對工作成就感之關聯性。藉由本研究的探討,發現不同人口統計變項下,壓力因子對於客服人員工作成就感之感受程度有明顯顯著影響,建議業界建立完善績效成長之鼓勵機制,適時調整績效目標,提供更多元的紓解壓力之管道,以提升客服從業人員的工作成就感,降低工作壓力。不僅提供業者於人力資源管理上之運用,也期望能作為相關產業之參考,以利提升整體服務品質及客服人員對工作的認同感。[[abstract]]Inanerawhereconsumerawarenessisontherise,manyenterprisesconsiderthecustomerfeedbackonoverallservicequalitytobeattheheartofoveralloperationstostaycompetitive.Toprovidecorrectandreliableproduct-relatedinformation,acustomerservicecenterisestablishedwithafocusonthepeople-orientedapproach;however,customerserviceemployeesfacepressurefromcustomersandotheraspects.Forthepurposeofimprovingservicequality,itmakessensetoexplorethecorrelationbetweenthesenseofachievementatworkandtheoverallworkvalue.AdoptingthecustomerserviceemployeesofatelecommunicationscompanyinsouthernTaiwanastheobjectofstudy,theresearchanalyzedtheinfluenceofoverallworkpressureonthesenseofachievementatworkthroughconveniencesamplingandaquestionnairesurvey.Thedataofthequestionnairesurveywereanalyzedandtestedthroughdescriptivestatistics,analysisofvariance,Pearsonproduct-momentcorrelationanalysis,andregressionanalysisusingSPSS19toexplorethecorrelationbetweenthecustomerserviceemployees’workpressureandthesenseofachievementatwork.Accordingtotheresultsoftheanalysis,thepressurecorrelatessignificantlywiththecustomerserviceemployees’senseofachievementatworkunderdifferentdemographics.Itisrecommendedthatenterprisesestablishasoundincentivemechanism,adjustperformancegoalsinatimelymanner,andprovidemorestress-relievingchannelstoimprovethecustomerserviceemployees’senseofachievementatworkandreducetheirworkpressure.Theresearchmaybereferredtobyrelatedindustriesforthepurposesofmanaginghumanresourcesandimprovingtheoverallservicequalityandcustomerserviceemployees’commitmenttotheirwork
Simulation Analysis of Emergency Evacuation in Mass Rapid Transit Station: A case study of Kaohsiung Mass Rapid Transit
[[abstract]]捷運系統是都會地區重要的公共大眾運輸工具,而捷運場站常常形成大量人潮往來、交、聚集的地點,因此捷運場站的公共安全更形重要。本研究主要針對捷運場站,在遭遇事件時,人群的安全疏散進行分析與探討。首先收集國內有關緊急狀況避難安全的相關法規,並回顧人群避難行為特性的相關研究。以系統模擬的方法,利用避難模擬軟體工具pathfinder建立模擬環境及情狀,針對不同方案及情狀,分析捷運場站人群避難疏散的行為,以瞭解緊急事故時,捷運場站的人群疏散是否合於標準。本研究以高雄捷運的場站為例,進行深入模擬分析,並研擬疏散計畫及場站改善計畫,以加速大量旅客在緊急事件中能順利疏散。分析結果發現,在平常時段的人潮運量下,該場站,由人群自由選擇疏散路徑即可達到國內法規標準;在特殊活動或節日湧入大量人潮時,由人群自由選擇疏散路徑,疏散時間超過法規標準,然在輔以疏散計畫分流人群,或改善部分出口樓梯寬度的方案後,則可在法定時間內完成疏散。本研究提出的分析方法架構,可應用於捷運場站人群疏散計畫的擬定及分析;本研究實際案例模擬的結果,亦可提供給業者參考。[[abstract]]TheMassRapidTransit(MRT)systemisanimportantpublicfacilityinthemetropolitanarea,andtheMRTstationoftenattractsalargenumberofpeopletogathersothepublicsafetyoftheMRTstationbecomesveryimportant.ThisstudyaimstoinvestigateandanalyzethepopulationevacuationwhenanemergencyincidentoccursatMRTstation.ThisstudyfirstreviewedlegislationstandardsrelatedtoemergencyevacuationinTaiwanandreviewedtheliteraturerelatedtoemergencyevacuation.SystemsimulationmodelisemployedtoanalyzethepopulationevacuationmovementinMRTstations.ThesimulationsoftwarePathfinderisusedtoestablishthetestenvironmentandsimulatedifferentscenariosinordertounderstandwhetherthepopulationevacuationcanreachthelegislationstandardduringemergencyincidents.AKaohsiungMRTstationisusedasatestbedtodemonstratetheproposedmethodandframework.Inthesimulationanalysis,differentevacuationplansandfacilityenhancementprojectweresuggestedtohelpthepassengerevacuationmovementfasterandsmoother.TheresultsshowthatinmostofthecasesthegeneralevacuationprocesscanreachthelegislationstandardbutnotforthespecialeventswithlargecrowdintheMRTstation.However,anevacuationplantodivertthecrowdtodifferentexitsoraprojecttowidenthestairwaycanhelptocompletetheevacuationwithinthelegislationstandardforthespecialevents.ThemethodandframeworkproposedinthisstudycanbeappliedtodevelopandanalyzetheevacuationplansforMRTstations.Thesimulationresultsfromthecasestudycanalsobeausefulreferencetopractitioners
The Factors Affecting Consumers’ Willingness to Purchase Green Cars
[[abstract]]隨著科技發達、工廠林立、運輸設備進步等,雖然增加了人民生活的便利,卻也為地球帶來許多危害,造成許多汙染,包括廢棄物汙染、水污染、空氣汙染等。運輸隨著科技發展逐漸重要,目前每戶人家至少有一輛車,若是能降低對傳統燃油車的使用,增加對環保車的使用,將能為地球盡一份心力。本研究主要探討運輸設備造成的空氣汙染,以一般民眾使用之自用小客車為例,並以政府政策為主,若結合政府政策來降低空氣汙染,消費者是否會增加對環保車的購買意願。目前只有少部分民眾採用低汙染的環保車,如何增加民眾對環保車的採用是目前政府重要的課題。本研究建立以環保意識構面、成本構面與方便性構面為影響因素的假設,並以消費者購買意願為依變數之因果關係模型,探討其之間的關聯性,主要想了解能影響購買意願之因素,並且提出增加消費者購買意願之建議。本研究以迴歸分析方法來建立假設,根據結果顯示,環保意識構面、成本構面與方便性構面因素皆對消費者購買意願有顯著正向影響。建議能以以上構面方向來擬定政策,並且針對消費者需求來結合政策的施行。本研究也以受訪者基本資料分析各層級之消費者對於各因素之不同想法,針對不同想法之消費者,也可擬定不同相關政策方向來配合消費者需求。[[abstract]]Withthedevelopmentofscienceandtechnology,theestablishmentoffactoriesandtheimprovementoftransportationequipment,etc.,itincreasestheconvenienceofpeople’slives.Thedevelopmentbringsmanyhazardsfortheearthandcausesmanypollution,includingwastepollution,waterpollutionandairpollution.Transportwiththedevelopmentofscienceandtechnologyaregraduallyimportant.Atpresenteachhouseholdatleastonecar,ifitcanreducetheuseoftraditionalfuelvehiclesandincreasetheuseofgreenvehicles,itwillbeabletobringcontributiontotheearth.Thisstudyfocusesontheairpollutioncausedbytransportequipmentandusethecarsasanexample.Ifitcombinedwithgovernmentpoliciestoreduceairpollution,consumerswhetherincreasethewillingnesstobuygreencarornot.Atpresent,onlyfewpeopleuselow-pollutiongreencar,howtoincreasetheuseofenvironmentallyfriendlyvehiclesisanimportantissue.Inthisstudy,wesetupthehypothesisofenvironmentalprotectionconsciousness,coststructureandconvenienceastheinfluencingfactors,anddiscusstherelationshipbetweenconsumers'intentiontodependonthecausalrelationshipmodel.Inthisstudy,itusetheregressionanalysismethodtoestablishthehypothesis.Accordingtotheresults,theenvironmentalprotectionconsciousness,thecoststructureandtheconveniencefactorhadsignificantpositiveinfluenceonthepurchasingintentionoftheconsumers.Itsuggeststhatthegovernmentcanofferthepoliciestodifferentconsumersandcombinetheimplementationofpoliciesinresponsetoconsumerdemand.Thisstudyalsoanalyzesthedifferentviewsofconsumers,andtheconsumerswhohavedifferentideascanformulatepoliciesindifferentdirectionstomeettheneedsofconsumers
Educational Resource Information Communication API (ERIC API): The Case of Moodle and Online Test System Integration
[[abstract]]本研究開發出教育資源資訊溝通應用程式介面(ERICAPI),能夠使Moodle以及線上測驗系統(OTS)相互溝通,並保持兩個系統原本的獨立工作性。此外,我們只需要對原本的系統稍加修改,就可以很容易地把ERICAPI嵌入或是附加到任意兩個系統上。有了ERICAPI的幫助,利益關係者不需要花費太多心思去把研究系統整合到他們所使用的平台,教育科技研究人員可以使他們的研究結果(即教育遊戲)變得更容易並且可以在更多的課程中使用。本研究主要探討如何將ERICAPI鑲嵌到Moodle以及OTS並同時維護使用者的隱私以及匿名。[[abstract]]ERICAPIhasbeendevelopedwhichenablesMoodleandOnlineTestsSystem(OTS)interoperabilitybutkeepbothsystemworkingindependentlyliketheywere.Besides,ERICAPIcanbeeasilyinsertorattachtoanytwosystemsthroughmakingvertfewmodificationstotheoriginalsystem.WithERICAPI’shelp,educationaltechnologyresearcherscanmaketheirresearchresults(i.e.,educationalgames)easierandusedinmorecoursesasthestakeholdersdon’tneedtoputmanyeffortsintermsofintegratingtheresearchsystemsintotheplatformtheyareusing.ThisresearchmainlyfocusesonhowERICAPIembeddedinMoodleandOTSwhileuser’sprivacyandanonymityismaintained
The Relationship between Risk of a Political Uncertainty and Book-Tax Difference
[[abstract]]本文採用1998年到2016年期間台灣上市、上櫃和興櫃公司為研究樣本,探討政治不確定的風險對於公司財稅差異的影響。進一步探討女性董事和審計委員會對政治不確定的風險與財稅差異關聯性的影響。研究結果顯示,在總統選舉年度政治不確定的風險比較高,公司會採行保守性財務報導行為,其財稅差異較小。而女性董事對於政治不確定的風險與公司財稅差異間的關聯性有顯著的負向關係,但是審計委員會對於政治不確定的風險與公司財稅差異間的關聯性雖為負向關係但不顯著。[[abstract]]ThisessayadoptstheresearchsamplesofTaiwanlisted,OTCandXingcabinetcompanyduring1998to2016inTaiwan,investigatingtheinfluenceofpoliticaluncertaintyonthevariationoffinancialtax.Thisresearchfurtherinvestigatefemaledirectorsandtheauditcommitteetoanexistenceoftheriskofapoliticaluncertaintyandtheimpactofthedifferenceonfinanceandthevariationoffinancialtax.Theresultofresearchesshowthat,anexistenceoftheriskofapoliticaluncertaintyintheyearofpresidentialelectionismuchhigher.Thecompanywilladoptconservativefinancialreportingbahaviorwithsmallervariationofthevariationoffinancialtax.Thefemaledirectorshaveremarkablenegativerelationshipbutnotremarkableassociationwiththedifferences.Theauditcommitteehasnegativerelationshipbutnothasremarkableonanexistenceoftheriskofapoliticaluncertaintyandbook-taxdifference
The impact of environmental attitude on perceived value and satisfaction with eco-tourists
[[abstract]]近年來,生態旅遊已成為許多國家旅遊部門的一個趨勢。鑑於此發展,本研究動機是探索生態遊客擁有的環境態度對旅遊目的地的感知價值和滿意度的影響。本研究亦探討生態遊客對綠色行為的意願,如透過他/她的物品回收行為,將會影響對生態地區所帶來的感知價值和滿意度。本研究針對200名生態遊客進行了問卷調查。其中,SPSS和回歸分析用來檢驗假設。本研究發現:1)遊客的環境態度和回收意願皆與旅遊地的感知價值呈正相關,2)感知價值與旅遊地的滿意程度正相關。此外,透過中介檢測,旅遊者的一般環境態度和回收意願也會直接影響旅客滿意度。本研究之管理意涵和建議提出該如何提高遊客對生態地的整體滿意度。[[abstract]]Inrecentyears,ecotourismhasbecomeatrendinsidethetourismsectorofmanycountries.Giventhisdevelopment,theresearchmotivationistoexploretheimpactofecotourist’senvironmentalattitudeonperceivedvalueandsatisfactiontowardsthetraveldestination.Researchinterestwasalsoonhowtheecotourist’spersonalinclinationtowardsgreenbehavior,asexpressedthroughhis/herwillingnesstorecycle,wouldimpactperceivedvalueandsatisfactiontowardstheecodestination.Aquestionnairesurveywasconductedamong200ecotourists.SPSSandregressionanalysiswereusedtotestthehypotheses.Thefindingsshowthat1)thetourist’sgeneralenvironmentalattitudeandwillingnesstorecyclearebothpositivelyrelatedtoperceivedvalueofthetraveldestination,2)perceivedvalueispositivelyrelatedtosatisfactionwiththetraveldestination.Further,amediationtestshowsthattourist’sgeneralenvironmentalattitudeandwillingnesstorecyclecanalsodirectlyimpacttraveler’ssatisfaction.Thestudyconcludeswithmanagerialimplicationsandsuggestionsonhowtoenhancetraveler’soverallsatisfactionwiththeecodestination
The Impact of Hot Money on Corporate Exchange Risk Exposure
[[abstract]]本文以台灣上市電子業共270家企業為研究對象,進一步將電子業以營業類別分為八個類別,以2005年至2016年為研究期間,來探討外匯變動對電子?業的影響,另再加入熱錢以觀察外匯暴險的變化。本文發現電子業短期的外匯暴險為顯著為正,而中、長期的外匯暴險為顯著為負,並且顯著比率隨著資料頻率拉長而下降。表示短期的外匯暴險無法規避,而中、長期的外匯暴險可經由營運管理及財務避險規避。加入熱錢的虛擬變數後,發現台灣電子業短期及中期外匯暴險程度確實會因熱錢影響而提高,但長期的外匯暴險則因熱錢效應縮減其暴險程度。最後本文利用Paneldata模型觀察外匯暴險的決定因子,結果發現無論以原始暴險值或絕對暴險值衡量,在八個營業類別中有三個類別皆以帳面市值比為顯著,顯示外匯暴險因子以企業的成長力為主要的決定因子,且企業未來成長性愈大其外匯暴險愈大。[[abstract]]Thisstudyanalyzesatotalof270listelectronicsindustrycompaniesinTaiwanduring2005to2016.Thepaperclassifytheelectronicsindustryintoeightcategoriesbytypeofbusiness,andthenexploretheimpactofexchangeratechangesontheelectronicsindustry.Availableahotmoneyaddtoobservethechangesinexchangeriskexposure.Theresultsshowthereareexchangeriskexposuresindailydataandmonthlydata.Butthereisnoobviouslyexchangeriskexposureinthequarterlydate.Itmeansshort-termforexchangeriskexposurecannotbeavoided,butlong-termexchangeriskexposurecanbereducedbyoperatingmanagementandfinancialhedgingofcompanies.Further,thanavailableadummyvariableofhotmoneyandfindtheexchangeriskexposurearerisinginshort-termandreducedinlong-term.Finally,usethepanelmodeltoobservethedeterminantsofexchangeriskexposure.Theresultsindicatethateitherintermsoforiginalriskorabsoluterisk,exchangeriskexposuredeterminantstherearethreecategoriesintheeightcategoriesoftheelectronicsindustryareBook-to-MarketValueRatio.Theseimplythatthegreaterthefuturegrowthofthecompany,thegreatertheexchangeriskexposure
An Technological Business Model for Transport Industry - An Example of Backhaul Truck
[[abstract]]本研究以回頭車為例,建構一套APP平台營運商業模式,並探討此APP平台未來營運的財務預測。本研究估算APP平台的營運成本為新台幣720萬元(年),以交通部2016年12月全國大貨車登記有案的166,943輛為基礎,APP平台每年回頭車接單數達到13,600輛次左右,便可達到財務損益兩平點。本文研究貢獻在於將金融科技與資訊科技結合傳統回頭車產業,提供一套兼具資訊?、物?、??、行動支付的自動化服務系統商業模式,以促進多邊受利的經濟效益。[[abstract]]Usingthebackhaultruckindustryasanexample,thispaperdesignsabusinessmodelforthematching-serviceAPPanddiscussesthefinancialplanfortheAPP’soperations.WeshowthattheAPP’sdevelopmentandmaintenancewereestimatedtocostNT$7,200,000annually.Onaverage,theAPPwillmeetthebreak-evenpointat13,600backhaultrucktripsannually.Ourpapercontributestotheliteraturebyprovidinganinnovativebusinessmodelforthematching-serviceAPP,basedonthefinancialtechnology(FinTech)
Applying Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process to Evaluate the Key Success Factors for Insurance Brokerage Firms in Taiwan
[[abstract]]一直以來,台灣保險行銷市場以直營部隊稱霸天下,但是,隨著市場的開放,新進競爭者的增加,消費者意識抬頭等,各保險公司於面對如此競爭且複雜的環境時,需透過不同的保險行銷方式以開發大量的客源。其中,保險經紀人產業基於消費者立場,給予適切之建議,再加上可銷售多家保險公司保單為利器,在此戰役中扮演關鍵且重要的角色。近年來,保經通路勢力崛起,不論是企業規模、銷售人員數量等方面,皆已發展相當完善且在市場上佔有一席之地。然而,保經公司經營者必須設法尋找競爭優勢與關鍵成功因素,並加以強化,才能在保險市場中脫穎而出。本研究以國內保險經紀人公司為研究對象,欲探討保險經紀人公司競爭優勢與關鍵成功因素。第一階段採用模糊德菲法(FuzzyDelphiMethod)專家問卷,篩選出具備專家共識之衡量9項構面與32項評估項目後,作為第二階段採用模糊層級分析法(FuzzyAnalyticHierarchyProcess)專家問卷的層級架構,再逐步分析各構面與評估準則間的權重關係及重要性。研究結果顯示「銷售人員銷售能力」、「保經公司的ISO認證」、「保經公司提供銷售人員的商品獎勵」、「提高保經公司社會形象及地位」、「保險滲透度無法持續提升」及「保險公司提供保經公司業務員資訊網路系統」等六項因素,做為提升保險經紀人公司經營績效之關鍵成功因素。最後,本研究所建構之保經公司之關鍵成功因素,能有條理地讓管理者清楚掌握經營保經公司之關鍵成功因素,並瞭解各項評估因素之相對重要程度,研擬出提升保經公司經營績效之策略藍圖提供政府及相關業者參考,期望新進入保經業之經營者能依循前人之關鍵成功因素,再創保經業新高峰。[[abstract]]TheinsurancesalespersonhasbeenholdswayovertheinsurancechannelintheinsuranceindustrialinTaiwan.However,sincethepolicyreformsandnewcompetitionsenter,everyinsurancecompanyneedstodevelopotherchannelstoselltheirinsuranceproducts.Mostimportantly,thegrowthofinsurancebrokeragefirmsisgettinglargerandlarger.Buthowtofindthekeysuccessfactorsisthemostvitalissueforinsurancebrokeragefirms.Thispaperaddressesanefforttodesignquestionnaireforassessingthekeysuccessfactorsandwasundertakeninacademics,governmentofficers,andmanagersofinsurancebrokeragefirmsinrelatedfields.Throughliteraturereview,ahierarchywithgoal,criteria,andsub-criteriawasproposed,andwaslatermodifiedbythefuzzyDelphimethod.Topracticallyapplythefuzzyanalytichierarchyprocess,9dimensionsand32criticismstandardswerefuzzilyevaluatedinordertoanalyzetheweightsofthedimensionsandevaluationcriteria.Theresultshowedthatfactorsof“salescompetence”,“ISOcertificationofbrokeragefirms”,“bonusforbrokersfrombrokeragefirms”,“theriseofsocialimageandstatus”,“thereductionofinsurancepenetrationrate”and“networkliteracytowardthebrokersfrominsurancecompanies”arethekeysuccessfactorstoinsurancebrokeragesinTaiwan
Online Monitoring Melt Polymer Quality Variations in Injection Molding Process
[[abstract]]射出成型製程中熔膠品質變異會造成成品品質的不穩定,而熔膠變異會反應流動的難易程度,亦稱黏度。黏度的高低會反應在成型壓力曲線的變化,由於熔膠黏度受到射出成型製程塑化階段之剪切率、溫度及壓力的影響,目前急需對熔膠黏度進行線上量測以監測品質變化。本研究建置一套線上熔膠品質量測與製程監測系統,其原理乃在射出成型機的射嘴處與模具中流道和模穴處分別安裝壓力感測器,在不同製程參數及熔膠擾動實驗下擷取訊號特徵並訂定出與成型品質相關的四個指標:包含壓力峰值、黏度指標、能量指標、及壓力梯度,並利用相關性分析找出與成型品質相關性高的指標。結果顯示:所有的壓力峰值品質相關性最強,接著是射嘴的黏度指標與能量指標,這些指標皆適合用來作為成型品質監測的參考,透過熔膠擾動實驗,更可驗證本研究所發展之熔膠品質監測方法可成功量測熔膠品質變異。[[abstract]]Viscosityrepresentstheresistanceofflowingbehaviorsofpolymermeltandthushighlyaffectstheinjectionmoldingquality.Duetotheinfluenceofshearrate,barreltemperatureandinnerpressureduringtheplasticizingstage,anonlinemeasuringviscosityandthenmonitoringitsvariationiscrucialinpracticaluse.Thisstudyhasdevelopedanonlineprocessparametermonitoringsystembyinstallingpressuresensorsonthenozzle,runner,andcavity,individually.Fourkindsofqualityindexesrelatedwithinjectionmoldingqualityareextractedfromthesemeasuredsignals,includingpeakpressure,viscosityindex,energyindex,andpressureslope.Inexperimentalresults,allpeakpressureindexeshavethehighestcorrelationwithproductquality,followedbytheviscosityindexandenergyindexcalculatedatnozzle.Theseindexesarequalifiedtobeusedasanindicatorofinjectionmoldingquality.Inaddition,meltfluctuationexperimentsalsoshowntheonlinemeltqualitymonitoringmethodcouldsuccessfullydetectedthevarianceofmeltquality
