    Using Activated-Carbon Column for Treating Dyeing Wastewater

    [[abstract]]現今染整廠逐漸走向數量少、式樣多、且多數合纖染色,其所用染助劑偏多元且生物降解效率偏低。如加上節水及空間限制,常導致廢水強度增加,使活性污泥法負荷加重,效率變低。本計畫配合某染整廢水處理場亦有類似問題。目前該廢水場進流化學需氧量(ChemicalOxygenDemand,COD)約2,500mg/L,經生物及混凝沉降後,出流COD約在200mg/L左右,常無法達到法規值140mg/L的要求,而需其它處理手段。本研究以空白及控制等兩管柱模槽,測試實場廢水COD去除效率,並尋求可行處理操作條件,以解決活性污泥池負荷過重,或出流超標等問題。故本論文研究目的包括:(1)確認活性碳(Activecarbon,AC)吸附管柱操作因子及操作條件、(2)決定管柱活性碳最適再生工法、及(3)測試管柱在實場處理進出流水COD吸附效率等。研究初期將首先監測廢水場主要單元COD去除效率,並探討吸附及再生技術。實驗結果首先確認模槽管柱處理進出流水活性碳量分為2,800及1,400克,流速定為120mL/min。如以袋裝(40克-活性碳/袋)方式填充管柱,則活性碳吸附量僅為無袋裝填充管柱的一半,具推論應是袋裝易產生短流現象所導致。另管柱在處理進流COD(~2,500mg/L)時,可維持近50%COD去除約4小時;在處理出流COD(~185mg/L)時,約可維持處理效果在140mg/L以下約50小時。而在懸浮固體移除效率上,管柱處理懸浮固體去除效率約為88%及50%。再生實驗顯示,以初始雙氧水濃度5.6%及EDTA-Fe濃度4mM,反應一小時,是可行再生操作模式。經再生後,活性碳吸附量可保持較長久穩定;但如以水再生活性碳,則活性碳較原吸附量下降33%,並將快速飽和而無法再吸附COD。最後,經評估單位活性碳吸附量、所需槽體體積、及處理所需活性碳及藥劑成本等因素可知,以管柱活性碳處理該廠廢水出流相對可行。目前已選定一座兩噸管柱進行安裝及測試。[[abstract]]ThetrendofcurrentdyeingindustryinTaiwantendstobemorediverseonproductsanddyemostlytheartificialfibers.Bydoingso,theuseofdyesandtheirauxiliarychemicalsalsovaryandhavelowbiodegradabilityinnature.Theproblemcomplicatedwiththewater-savingmovementandthelimitofspaceinplantleadstotheincreaseofwastewaterstrengthandoftenoverloadstheactivatedsludgeprocess.Thecompanyworkedwiththisstudyencountersasimilarproblemasmentionedabove.CurrentlytheinfluetCODoftheplantwasabout2,500mg/L.Followedbyactivatedsludgeandcoagulationprocess,theplanteffluentCODwasabout185mg/L,whichtakesanothertreatmentalternative,oftenoxidativemean,tomeettheregulatorystandardof140mg/L.Inthisstudywefocusedontheuseoftwopilotactivatedcarbon-(AC-)filledcolumnstotreattheplantinfluentandeffluentseparativelyinordertoresolvethesituationsofAStankoverloadand/ortheexceedofeffluentregulatorylimits.Thus,thepurposeofthisstudyincluded:(1)toconfirmedtheoperationalfactorsandtheiroperatingconditionsofthetwopilotcolumns,(2)todeterminethemostapplicablemeaninACregeneration,and(3)toexaminetheefficienciesoftreatingtheinfluentandeffluentCODinplant.Atfirst,along-termmonitoringofthemainunitsperformanceofthewastewaterplantwasconducted,andtheadsorptionandregenerationofACwasstudied.CODanalysiswasdonebydichromateoxidationfollowedbyaUVspectrophotometerforquantification.Theresultsindicatedthattheflowrateofthepilotcolumnwasfixedat120mL/min,andtheamountsofACusedintreatinginfluentandeffluentwastewaterwere2,800and1,400,respectively.IfthecolumnfilledwithACbagsthatcontained40gramsofACeach,itsadsorptioncapacitywasonlyanhalfoftheACun-bagged.ItappearedthatbaggingtheACresultedintheshort-circulationoftheflowandreducedtheadsorptionefficiency.WhenthepilotcolumnwasusedtoadsorbtheinfluentCOD,a50%CODremovallastedfor4hours;yetiftreatingtheeffluent,thecolumneffluentmaintainedbelow140mg/Lformorethan50hours.Intermsofsuspendedsolidsremoval,about88and50%ofSSwereremovedwhentreatingtheplantinfluentandeffluent,repectively.Moreover,theresultsofregenerationtestsshowedthattheuseof5.55%peroxideand4mMofEDTA-FeandreactingforonehourwassufficientforACregeneration.Regenrationinsuchmanner,theACadsorptioncapacityshowedmaintainingatstablevalues,yetifregeneratedbyonlywater,theACadosorptioncapacitydroppednearly33%andwouldhavebeenrapidsaturatedandloseitsfunctionshortly.AfterevaluationonspecificACadsorptioncapacity,thenessarytankvolume,andtheneededamountofACandregagentcosts,theuseoftheACcolumntotreatplanteffluentisratherfeasible.Atwo-toncolumnissetupandgoingtobeoperatedtoverifytheresultsinlargescale

    [[abstract]]為了有效降低使用機械設備的風險,本研究藉由彙整國內外法規、相關標準之規定,來釐清機械設備設置緊急停止之必要性、功能及致動器型態等,供設計者設計之依循。另外,本研究也探討緊急停止致動器相關之市售品,及實際訪視各工廠,了解機台設置緊急停止情形、功能及外觀等,並與國內外法規、相關標準做符合度之比較。致動器市售品調查發現,四種緊急停止致動器皆符合國際標準、半導體產業標準之規定。但,緊急停止按鈕之保護罩規格,則僅有一型符合半導體產業標準之規定,其餘型號之保護罩皆不符合。另外,機台設置緊急停止之普及率約為92%,仍有部份機台未設置。各工廠機台緊急停止按鈕之外觀大部份符合法規、相關標準之規定,但仍有部份工廠機台之緊急停止未標示背景與字樣。部份機台設置的緊急停止裝置之操作與復歸方式亦不符合規定。停止之類別各有第0類停止或第1類停止,雖然符合相關標準之規定,但第0類停止之功能與我國設施規則之規定不符。保護罩之設置有防止人員、台車誤觸緊急停止按鈕之功能,不過現場機台有部份把緊急停止按鈕整個包覆住,違背法規與相關標準之規定。機台設置緊急停止裝置之普及性須尚待加強,某些工廠以生產運作為優先考量,緊急停止功能恐未能立即發揮降低風險之功能,對於人員之安全確保有所不足。[[abstract]]Inordertoeffectivelyreducetheriskofusingmachineryequipment,thisstudysummarizeddomesticandforeignregulationsandrelatedspecificationsandstandardstoclarifythenecessityofinstallingemergencystoponmachineryequipment,relatedfunctionsandactuatortypes,toprovidedesignersasadesigningreference.Inaddition,thisstudyalsoinvestigatedrelevantcommoditiesofemergencystopactuator,andpracticallyvisitedseveralfactoriestoknowaboutthecurrentstatusofinstallingemergencystoponmachineryequipment,andrelatedfunctionsandouterappearance,aswellascomparedtheconformitybetweendomesticandforeignregulationsandrelatedspecificationsandstandards.Thesurveyofactuatorcommoditydiscoveredthatfour(4)typesofemergencystopactuatorconformedtothestandardsofinternationalspecificationsandsemiconductorindustry’sspecifications.However,fortheguardspecificationsofemergencystopbutton,there’sonlyonetypeconformedtothespecificationsforsemiconductorindustry,theresttypesofguardsarefailed.Moreover,theprevalencerateisabout92%forinstallingemergencystoponmachineryequipment,andthere’scertainpercentageofmachineryequipmentthathavenotyetinstalledtheemergencystop.Outerappearanceofmostemergencystopbuttonsinstalledonmachineryequipmentinfactoriesconformedtolegalregulationsandrelatedspecificationsandstandards,butthere’scertainpercentageofemergencystoponfactory’smachineryequipmentthattheiremergencystopbuttonshavenomarkingbackgroundandpatterns.Operatingandresettingmethodsofemergencystopdeviceinstalledonpartialmachineryequipmentarenotconformedtothestandardregulations.StopcategoriesareStopcategory0orStopcategory1,eventheyconformedtorelatedregulations,andthefunctionofStopcategory0isnotconformedtoTaiwan’scorrespondingregulations.Installationofguardcontainedthefunctionofpreventingpersonnelandtrolleyfrommistakenlytouchingtheemergencystopbutton;however,severalpercentageofemergencystopbuttonsonmachineryequipmentthathavebeencoveredentirely,thissituationhasviolatedrelatedregulationsandstandardspecifications.Tosumup,theprevalencerateofinstallingemergencystopdeviceonmachineryequipmentstillneedstobeimproved,andsomefactoriesregardedproductionoperationasthepriority,thusthefunctionofemergencystopmaynotperformimmediatelytoreducetherisk,thusitlacksofprotectingpersonnel’ssafety

    [[abstract]]本研究是針對在價值共創的時代中,和過去的品牌承諾的形成相比,從消費者產生的影響力逐漸變大,並將媒體的影響列入考量。過去的消費者對商品的認知和消費經驗相對今日的消費者低,使得企業可以藉由傳統媒體向消費者傳達強力的產品資訊。可是,今日的消費者對於商品資訊的取得管道很多樣化,而且消費者彼此間的交流也是可能的,所以企業對於和消費者的溝通逐漸重視。消費者的消費習慣的調查指出,消費者大多在網路購物,而且分享的行為也經常發生。再來,過去的價值提供變為今日的價值共創,企業單方面的提供商品和服務給消費者,但由於網路的普及,企業和消費者間共同創造彼此價值這件事也變為可能。過去的品牌承諾對購買意圖和推薦意圖相關的研究中,沒有加入媒體的影響,所以本研究將媒體分為單向媒體和雙向媒體兩個集合,並針對品牌承諾對購買意圖和推薦意圖的影響差異性做研究。在單向媒體中,計算承諾對購買意圖的影響是支持的。計算承諾對推薦意圖的影響是不支持的。情感承諾對購買意圖的影響是支持的。情感承諾對推薦意圖的影響是支持的。購買意圖對推薦意圖的影響是支持的。在雙向媒體中,計算承諾對購買意圖的影響是支持的。計算承諾對推薦意圖的影響是支持的。情感承諾對購買意圖的影響是支持的。情感承諾對推薦意圖的影響是支持的。購買意圖對推薦意圖的影響是支持的。在雙向媒體中,雖然情感承諾的影響比計算承諾高,可是兩者間的影響強度差異變低。雙向媒體中的計算承諾和單向媒體相比,對購買意圖和推薦意圖的影響程度變強。就可能性而言,在網路上口碑的查詢相當容易,而且商品資訊也很容易可以找到,所以可以考量計算承諾的影響變強的部分。舉例來說,在購物網站上先看過其他消費者所撰寫的評論後再購買,之後,因為這次良好的購買經驗而繼續購買的可能性也相對提高。[[abstract]]Inthismaster'sthesis,influencefromtheconsumersidehasbecomestrongerthanthetraditionalformationofbrandcommitment,sotheinfluenceofthemediacanbeconsidered.Past,consumershavelessconsumptionexperienceandknowledgeofproduct.Sothatenterprisewasabletoconveystrongproductinformationtoconsumersthroughmassmedia.However,nowadaysconsumershavediversewaytoobtainproductinformationandexchangeinformation,itmakesenterprisestoemphasisonconsumercommunication.Surveysofconsumers’consumptionhabitspointoutthatconsumersaremoreshoppingonlinethanbefore,andsharingbehaviorisalsomorethanbefore.Inaddition,"provisionofvalue"turnsto"co-creationofvalue",andtheenterprisesideisnotonlyprovidesproductsandservicestoconsumers,butcommunicateswiththem.AndthespreadoftheInternetmakesitpossibletodovalueco-creationbetweenenterprisesandcustomersInthepast,paper,whichconcernstothebrandcommitmenteffectsonpurchasingintentionandrecommendedintention,wereneglectingtheinfluenceofthemedia.Sothismaster'sthesisdividedmediaintoone-waymediaandtwo-waymedia,andcomparesthesetwomediawhatdifferenteffectbetweentwoofthem
