    Nous vivons actuellement dans une société marquée par une culture du droit dans laquelle les citoyens remettent de plus en plus en question les décisions des autorités. Ils se tournent ainsi régulièrement vers les juges pour obtenir gain de cause. Cette remise en question permanente accentue l’individualisation croissante de notre société. Ne conviendrait-il pas d’envisager différemment notre culture du droit en accordant davantage de place à l’intérêt collectif, tout en favorisant l’égalité et l’autonomie.     Boundary Layer Transition Mechanisms in a High-Speed Low-Pressure Turbine Blade

    peer reviewedThe suction side boundary layer regimes in a modern high-speed, low-pressure turbine cascade under off-design conditions are investigated using high-fidelity direct numerical simulations with the Argo DG solver on the SPLEEN C1 geometry at Rec = 70k. Three outlet Mach numbers (M a = 0.70, 0.90, 0.95) reveal a Kelvin-Helmholtz driven laminar separation bubble with tonal noise at M a = 0.70, an acoustic interaction with the separation bubble that governs reattachment at M a = 0.90, and a shock-dominated flow with passage normal shock modulation at M = 0.95. These results show how shear layer instabilities, acoustic waves, and shocks alter the suction side boundary layer across the flight envelope of a high-speed LPT.9.     peer reviewed[en] OBJECTIVE: To examine prevention strategies and potential modifiable risk factors (MRFs) for sport-related concussion (SRC) and head impact/head acceleration event (HAE) outcomes in female, woman and/or girl athletes. DESIGN: Systematic review with meta-analyses and Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development and Evaluation. DATA SOURCES: Medline, CINAHL, PsycINfo, SportDiscus, ERIC, CENTRAL and CDSR. ELIGIBILITY: Primary data studies with comparison group(s) assessing the association of prevention interventions and/or MRFs for SRC or HAE with ≥1 female/woman/girl in each study group. RESULTS: Of the 108 included studies, 67 evaluated a SRC prevention strategy (equipment n=25, policy/rule n=21, training n=10, management n=11) and 41 evaluated potential MRFs (34 distinct MRFs across nine categories). In total, 40/108 (37%) studies (prevention 19/67; MRF 21/41) included female/woman/girl-specific estimates. Three meta-analyses were conducted: two SRC prevention strategies (headgear, eyewear) and one MRF (artificial turf vs grass) based on availability of female/woman/girl-only estimates and similar outcomes and exposure. Headgear was associated with 30% lower SRC rates in adolescent female/girl lacrosse and soccer (IRR=0.70, 95% CI 0.50 to 0.99; very-low certainty). Eyewear use was not protective for SRC (IRR=1.08, 95% CI 0.69 to 1.68; very-low certainty). SRC rates did not differ by artificial turf versus grass (IRR=0.95, 95% CI 0.62 to 1.45; very-low certainty). CONCLUSION: We found limited evidence for prevention strategies and MRFs in female/woman/girl athletes except for very-low certainty evidence supporting headgear use in adolescent lacrosse and soccer. Future studies should consider the design, implementation and evaluation of SRC prevention strategies that target MRFs to guide safe practice recommendations specifically for female/woman/girl athletes

    peer reviewedIndustrial-urban areas, often referred to as “mining towns”, bear witness to a perfect combination of industrialization and urbanization (Roncayolo, 1998a). Developed around village cores, these areas are characterized by high density but low socio-economic diversity. These characteristics made them vulnerable to the industrial restructuring of the 1970s. The aim is to develop a statistical indicator to better define these areas and complement landscape approaches. The methodology is based on demographic data collected over a very long period of time, combined with socio-economic data to create an urban character indicator. The results enable us to differentiate industrial-urban areas from other urban areas, providing a better understanding of their development and characteristics. The study focuses on the Greater Region, a cross-border cooperation area representative of industrial history and urban growth in Western Europe
