Pengelolaan Warisan Budaya Bangka: Inkonsistensi Kebijakan, Regulasi dan Partisipasi Publik
This study aimed to describe government policy in managing the cultural heritage as a basis for legal regulation spawned cultural heritage management can strengthen the identity. This study uses qualitative policy analysis. Policy analysis seeks to influence the policy-making process "through research and arguments that not only supports the analysis of "problem", but also an analysis of what options or alternative policies to be taken".
The results showed that the cultural heritage management policy which consists of the management of cultural heritage and the management of cultural heritage objects in Bangka generally been contained in the strategic documents the district level. Strategic documents such as RPJMD, RKPD, Renstra, and RTRW district policy contains clear enough about the efforts to optimize the development of culture and tourism program. But, in terms of implementation of cultural heritage management is still hampered by the absence of regulationsgoverning technical matters in the management of cultural heritage. The issue of the lack of regulation has an impact on the emergence of various internal constraints in the field of culture and tourism as well as cross-sectoral as seen from the unavailability of an expert team of cultural heritage, human resources competent in the field of culture, inconsistent implementation of culture, cultural heritage and knowledge of cultural heritage objects are less effective in the community. Orang Lom: Masalah Sosial dan Ancaman Kearifan Lokal dalam Tinjauan Sosiologi

STRATEGI BERTAHAN (SURVIVAL STRATEGY) : STUDI TENTANG "AGAMA ADAT" ORANG LOM DI DESA PEJEM, KECAMATAN BELINYU, KABUPATEN BANGKA, PROVINSI KEPULAUAN BANGKA BELITUNG
Lom people are the oldest tribe in Bangka and still maintain and carry out religious practices derived from their ancestral beliefs in daily life. Although at this time the majority of the Lom had converted to Islam, a small portion Christians and Buddhists. Survival strategies that people use their indigenous religion Lom to make this community to the attention of many people to study and conduct research to it. It can be concluded that the values of the belief system Lom contains taboos and rituals that would have a very recognized their significance as a holy and regulations have been passed down from generation to generation. Islam is believed the majority of people only as a symbol Lom and complement their life course, regardless of the pressure caused government requiring them to hold one of the official religions that exist in the Republic of Indonesia. That way they are not said to be a community of atheists, infidels, and primitive. MENEGAKKAN EVOLUSI PERADABAN BANGSA
Although Indonesia suffered from European colonization like most of East Asian countries in the past, its civilizational characteristic is distinct from that of its closest neighbors such as Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei Darussalam. As a nation, Indonesia is poorer in terms of discipline, law enforcement, and economy. This writing proposes a hypothesis that the cause of such distinction is not the different colonizers. Instead, it is Indonesia‟s attitude towards its colonizer that makes it different. In a sense, Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei Darussalam were “given” freedom by the British Empire, while Indonesia obtained its freedom by force, followed by the removal of all traces of its colonizer, which include the old European values. It was reborn and began its new life as a baby, experiencing multiple dying dots and faltered several times. To survive, Indonesia began its complicated, vicious cycle of involution while its neighbors began their evolution. There are three things that must be done to stop the cycle and enforce an evolutive Indonesian civilization. First, the leaders of this country should learn the reason behind the current poor condition of Indonesia, so they can restrain themselves from making the wrong moves. Second, the implementation of the system should be more repressive at certain times, to enforce discipline and law. PEMBERDAYAAN SEKTOR INFORMAL DALAM UPAYA PENINGKATAN PENDAPATAN MASYARAKAT
This research aims to explain wheater government intervention in the form of capitalization, education, training/skill, and organization estabilishment could formators of informal sector in increasing their income, and analyze the impact of government intervention on the increase of community income of informal sector. This research was a case study used a descriptive-qualitative analysis. The data were obtained through observation and in depth interview. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method. Since the actors of informal sector working as sidewalk traders were divided into certain groups, the key informant were also selected purposively. These groups were the sidewalk traders who were not married and that been working for less than five years and the ones who were maried and had been working for more than five years. The data were than processed using qualitative analysis.
The results show that the participation of informant in informal sector activity as sidewalk traders in Sungailiat village is caused by their family’s economic condition. The factors affecting the business of sidewalk trades are economic need and limited capital. The prospect of business development of sidewalk traders indicates a positive trend by obtaining capital aid from the local government of Bangka Regency accompanied by forming institution. By such and aid, the sidewalk traders could increase their business volume and develop it by making use of the strengthening of existing institution.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan intervensi pemerintah apakah dalam bentuk kapitalisasi, pendidikan, pelatihan / keterampilan, dan pembentukan organisasi dapat menjadi pembentuk sektor informal dalam meningkatkan pendapatan mereka, dan menganalisis dampak intervensi pemerintah terhadap peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat di sektor informal. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus menggunakan analisis deskriptif-kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Sampel dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Karena pelaku sektor informal yang bekerja sebagai pedagang trotoar dibagi menjadi beberapa kelompok, informan kunci juga dipilih secara sengaja. Kelompok-kelompok ini adalah para pedagang trotoar yang belum menikah dan telah bekerja selama kurang dari lima tahun dan mereka yang menikah dan telah bekerja selama lebih dari lima tahun. Data kemudian diproses menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi informan dalam kegiatan sektor informal sebagai pedagang kaki lima di desa Sungailiat disebabkan oleh kondisi ekonomi keluarga mereka. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi bisnis perdagangan trotoar adalah kebutuhan ekonomi dan modal yang terbatas. Prospek pengembangan usaha pedagang kaki lima menunjukkan tren positif dengan memperoleh bantuan modal dari pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Bangka disertai dengan lembaga pembentuk. Dengan bantuan dan bantuan itu, para pedagang trotoar dapat meningkatkan volume bisnis mereka dan mengembangkannya dengan memanfaatkan penguatan institusi yang ada

The implications of rising regulation of the dynamics of tin tin mining in Bangka Belitung province,particularly in Lampur village, Central Bangka regency, then look at the pattern of the relationship between the boss and the tin men in connection with the issuance of these regulations on the lives of the miners.Perubahan regulasi pada timah oleh pemerintah pusat atau celah masuk bagi pemerintah daerah untuk mengambil alih pengelolaan timah yang diperkuat dengan dikeluarkannya undang-undang tentang otonomi daerah. Pemerintah kemudian menggunakan wewenangnya untuk mengeluarkan peraturan daerah yang memungkinkan masyarakat umum untuk menambang timah secara tidak konvensional. Tidak konvensional berarti pihak selain dari dua perusahaan pertambangan, yaitu PT. Timah Tbk. dan PT. Koba Tin telah memonopoli manajemen pengelolaan sejak era kolonial Belanda, dan mereka yang menjadi mitra kedua perusahaan. TIONGHOA INDONESIA: Dari Dikotomi Ke Mono-Identitas?
The most commonly used by various elements in defining Tionghoa identity is by dividing it into main dichotomy, i.e. totok and peranakan. Nevertheless, totok and peranakan definition themselves have limits that keep continuously debated. Totok is generally understood from the side of its birth and Tionghoa Puritanism, while peranakan is comprehended as identity that mixes each other with locality. As the time goes by, totok and peranakan dichotomy are not relevant anymore. Recent politic development has led to Tionghoa identity option measured singly by the level of more liquid flexibility.Yang paling umum digunakan oleh berbagai elemen dalam mendefinisikan identitas Tionghoa adalah dengan membaginya menjadi dikotomi utama, yaitu totok dan peranakan. Namun demikian, definisi totok dan peranakan sendiri memiliki batasan yang terus diperdebatkan. Totok umumnya dipahami dari sisi kelahirannya dan Puritanisme Tionghoa, sementara peranakan dipahami sebagai identitas yang saling memadukan satu sama lain dengan lokalitas. Seiring berjalannya waktu, dikotomi totok dan peranakan tidak relevan lagi. Perkembangan politik baru-baru ini telah menyebabkan opsi identitas Tionghoa diukur sendiri-sendiri dengan tingkat fleksibilitas yang lebih likuid
YANG MINORITAS : YANG TERTINDAS (ANALISIS KONFLIK AHMADIYAH VS "ISLAM")
Power is everywhere, so is revealed by Foucault. Power possessed by the majority who don’t rarely brought the existence of a conflict with minority parties. Similarly, religion, religions are like two sides of a coin. On the one hand the belief gave way towards peace, but on the other side of religion considered to be a source of division in the community. The religion of the majority religion is considered as a powerful or have power in society even more dominant than countries with other religions are minorities. Religious conflicts have often occurred in different countries and even Indonesia are in fact as a multicultural country in religion. Conflict not only between different faiths, even some internal conflict / co-religionists because of differences in the interpretation of scripture that ultimately led to anarchy. Religious issues will be difficult to overcome if both parties use their eyes in search of the truth. As a multicultural country, should all parties can appreciate and respect each other and understand and understand the Human Rights owned by each indivvidu. Freedom of religion is one of the rights that should be protected. In the cases of minorities in this country, should the state government in this case is able to protect its citizens and uphold human rights in the embrace and believe in a religion.Kekuasaan ada di mana-mana, demikian diungkapkan oleh Foucault. Agama agama mayoritas dianggap sebagai yang kuat atau memiliki kekuatan dalam masyarakat bahkan lebih dominan daripada negara dengan agama lain yang minoritas. Konflik agama sering terjadi di berbagai negara dan bahkan Indonesia pada kenyataannya sebagai negara multikultural dalam agama. Konflik tidak hanya antara agama yang berbeda, bahkan beberapa konflik internal / co-agamawan karena perbedaan dalam penafsiran tulisan suci yang akhirnya mengarah pada anarki. Masalah agama akan sulit diatasi jika kedua belah pihak menggunakan mata mereka untuk mencari kebenaran. Sebagai negara multikultural, semestinya semua pihak dapat saling menghargai dan menghormati satu sama lain serta memahami dan memahami Hak Asasi Manusia yang dimiliki oleh masing-masing indivvidu. Kebebasan beragama adalah salah satu hak yang harus dilindungi. Power is an important element in people's lives because of their role to determine the fate of millions of people. Power is always there in the community, both still simple and complex large societies. The existence of power depending on the nature of the relationship between the ruling (leaders) and forced. There is a leader in one particular area, there is also a leader in many aspects of life. There are leaders and there are followers who seek the actually sought his followers. There are official leaders (formal leaders) and there are informal leaders.Dalam sistem masyarakat sengaja disusun untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu biasanya terkait dengan distribusi kekuasaan dan otoritas resmi di organisasi formal. Namun, jika suatu masyarakat ingin diorganisir dan integritas kehidupan publik dipertahankan, maka kekuasaan dan otoritas harus dibagi secara teratur, sehingga setiap orang akan jelas di mana kekuasaan dan otoritas dalam organisasi baik secara horizontal maupun vertikal. Kekuasaan adalah elemen penting dalam kehidupan manusia karena peran mereka untuk menentukan nasib jutaan orang. Kekuasaan selalu ada di masyarakat, baik masyarakat besar yang masih sederhana maupun kompleks. Keberadaan kekuasaan tergantung pada sifat hubungan antara yang berkuasa (pemimpin) dan yang dipaksakan. Ada pemimpin di satu bidang tertentu, ada juga pemimpin dalam banyak aspek kehidupan. Ada pemimpin dan ada pengikut yang mencari yang sebenarnya dicari pengikutnya. Ada pemimpin resmi (pemimpin formal) dan ada pemimpin informal.
