    The main reason for the Cornelian cherry (Cornus mas L.) grown on plantations is not a lack of quality planting materials. Finding the fastest, most convenient and economical way of producing quality seedlings is the main goal of this work. For this reason, in the long period investigated the following possibilities reproduction of genotypes Cornelian cherry: grafting budding, grafting simple attachment, green cuttings and micropropagation. Cornelian cherry be successfully propagated by grafting on generative rootstocks and green cuttings while it is more different by micropropagation. As the simplest and most economical way of producing planting materials buckthorn can be recommended to the grafting budding.Glavni razlog što se drijen (Cornus mas L.) ne uzgaja plantažno je nedostatak kvalitetnog sadnog materijala. Iznalaženje najbržeg, najpogodnijeg i najekonomičnijeg načina proizvodnje kvalitetnih sadnica je glavni cilj ovog rada. Iz tog razloga u dugogodišnjem periodu ispitane su sledeće mogućnosti razmnožavanja genotipova drijena: kalemljenjem na spavajući pupoljak, kalemljenjem prostim spajanjem, zelenim reznicama i mikrorazmnožavanjem. Drijen se uspješno može razmnožavati kalemljenjem na generativne podloge i reznicama, dok je mikrorazmnožavanjem otežano. Kao najjednostavniji i najekonomičniji način proizvodnje sadnog materijala drijena može se preporučiti kalemljenje na spavajući pupoljak

    This paper deals with international apple market analysis. Average export rate was 10,4 million tons (2006-2012) with moderate growth tendency of 2,36%. The most significant and largest exporter is China, which is the largest producer as well, with 1,5 million tons and 14% share of the world's total export. Then comes Italy, USA, Chile and France which amount to half of the world's total export, combined. Import is at 10,1 million tons, at an average rate of 2,5% growth, which represents a trend of slightly intensive growth comparing to export. The largest importer is Russia, with 1,5 million tons and 14% share of the world market. Large importers are also Germany, Great Britain, the Netherlands and France, which absorb one third (1/3) of the world's total import, combined. For the next period, we can expect further expansion of the international trade. It will depend mostly on the level of production and financial power of the consumers - predominantly on economic factors. Trade of organic apples (integral and organic system of production) shall increase.U radu se analizira međunarodno tržište jabuke. Determinisane su promene u međunarodnom prometu, apostrofirani su najveći izvoznici i uvoznici. Prosečan izvoz iznosio je 10,4 miliona tona (2006-2012) sa tendencijom umerenog rasta po stopi od 2,4%. Najznačajniji izvoznik jeste Kina, koja je i najveći svetski proizvođač, sa 1,5 miliona tona i učešćem od 14% u ukupnom svetskom izvozu. Slede Italija, SAD, Čile i Francuska koje zajedno daju polovinu svetskog izvoza jabuke. Uvoz iznosi 10,1 miliona tona i beleži trend nešto intenzivnijeg rasta u odnosu na izvoz, po prosečnoj stopi od 2,5% godišnje. Najveći uvoznik je Rusija sa 1,5 miliona tona i učešćem u svetu od 14%. Veliki uvoznici su i Nemačka, Velika Britanija, Holandija i Francuska, koje zajedno apsorbuju trećinu svetskog uvoza. U narednom periodu može se očekivati dalja ekspanzija međunarodne trgovine. Ona će, pre svega, zavisiti od nivoa proizvodnje i kupovne moći potrošača, dominantno od ekonomskih faktora.     The aim of our study was to determine the influence of the content of the brine on the the growth rate and the loss of weight of some pork products: neck, shoulder, boneless and fresh bacon (green bacon - pancetta). Used were: 3 pieces of neck, 3 pieces of shoulder, 3 pieces of boneless and 3 pieces of bacon (pangea/pancetta). All pieces were measured separately before and after injection, and after heat treatment. At the same time was made and microbiological analysis of the total number of bacteria (Bacillus) in all four categories of meat, taken at random before and after injection, and after heat treatment. The largest growth after injecting was determined in the boneless pork (20.8%) and lowest in pancetta (6.46%). The lowest weight loss after heat treatment was observed in pancetta (0.77%) while the largest weight loss in a pork neck (8%). The total number of bacteria (Bacillus) before injection is highest in pancetta (3.85 log CFU/g), while after heat treatment is lowest in pork neck (1.08 log CFU/g).Cilj rada je bio da se utvrdi uticaj sadržaja salamure na stope rasta i gubitka težine nekih svinjskih proizvoda: svinjski vrat, svinjska plećka bez kostiju, svinjski kare i svinjska pančeta. Uzeti su za ispitivanje: 3 komada vrata, 3 komada svinjske plećke bez kostiju, 3 komada svinjskog karea i 3 komada pančete. Svi delovi su mereni odvojeno pre i posle injektiranja i posle termičke obrade. U isto vreme je izvršena i mikrobiološka analiza ukupnog broja bakterija (Bacillus) u sve četiri kategorije mesa uzetih nasumice, pre i posle injektiranja i posle termičke obrade. Najveći rast nakon ubrizgavanja je utvrdđen u svinjetini bez kostiju (20.8%), a najniži u pančeti (6.46%). Najniži gubitak mase nakon termičke obrade je utvrđen u pančeti (0.77%), dok najveći gubitak mase u svinjskom vratu (8%). Ukupan broj bakterija pre ubrizgavanja je najveći u pančeti (3.85 log CFU/g), dok nakon termičke obrade najmanji ukupan broj bakterija je utvrđen u svinjskom vratu (1.08 log CFU/g)

    The goal is to control the quality of clear apple juice in retail in the City of Mostar. We have conducted chemical, microbiological and organoleptic analysis. By using chemical, microbiological and organoleptic analysis, we will obtain the image in percentage values of single elements and compare the results with the relevant conditions stipulated in Rulebook on product quality. Obtained results are compared to existing Rulebook on fruit juices quality. In order to meet the given goal of the analysis of apple juice produced Bona-Milkos, Premia amd Fructal. The conclusion is that during the analysis samples showed satisfactory health safety, good chemical composition, and good organoleptic quality and therefore, they are in accordance with the provisions of Rulebook on the quality of fruit and vegetables products.Cilj rada je kontrola kvaliteta bistrog soka od jabuke koji se nalazi u prodaji na tržištu grada Mostara. Urađene su hemijske, mikrobiološke i organoleptičke analize. Pomoću hemijskih, mikrobioloških i organoleptičkih analiza dobiti će se slika procentualnih vrednosti pojedinih elemenata i uporediti sa odgovarajićim uslovima Pravilnika o kvaliteti proizvoda. Dobijeni rezultati upoređeni su sa važećim Pravilnikom o kvalitetu voćnih sokova. Da bi se udovoljilo zadanom cilju analizirana su tri uzorka soka od jabuka proizvođača Bona-Milkos, Premia i Fructal. Zaključak je da su kontrolisani uzorci u periodu analize pokazali zadovoljavajuću zdrastvenu ispravnost, povoljan hemijski sastav, kao i dobra organoleptička svojstva, te su u skladu sa odredbama važećeg Pravilnika o kvaliteti proizvoda od voća i povrća

    The aim of study was to determine the speed of water consumption in winter bees fed with different types of food. Winter bees are unable to reach the natural water sources, even their need for water are minimal. Different types of food differentially affects the bees' physiological needs for water in the winter. Minimum consumption of water was found in bees fed with sugar syrup (0.017 g/bee/day), and the maximum in bees fed with enzymatic invert syrup with the addition of yeast (0.025 gr/bee/day). The water content and the level of simple sugars in food for bees determines the amount of water consumed in the winter life of bee.Cilj rada je da se utvrdi brzina konzumiranja vode zimskih pčela, koje su hranjene različitim vrstama hrane. U zimskom periodu pčela je u nemogućnosti da dođe do prirodnih izvora vode, iako su u tom periodu potrebe pčela za vodom minimalne. Različita vrsta hrane različito djeluje na fiziološke potrebe pčela za vodom u zimskom periodu. Minimalna konzumacija vode je utvrđena kod pčela hranjenih sa šećernim sirupom 0,017 gr./pčeli/dan, a maksimalna kod pčela hranjenih sa enzimskim sirupom uz dodatak pivskog kvasca 0,025 gr./pčeli/dan.     Tench Tinca tinca (L., 1758) is a fish species with big potential in aquaculture and for which there is a great interest for improving rearing and reproduction techniques. The aim of this study was to test the efficiency of different cryoprotectants (methanol and DMSO) and extenders (Kurokura 180 and Grayling) during sperm cryopreservation on fertilization and hatching rates. Cryopreserved sperm had significantly lower fertilization and hatching success than control group. Samples cryopreserved with Grayling extender had higher fertilization and hatching success, independently of the cryoprotectant used, therefore pointing out the significance of use of sugar-based extenders in the cryopreservation of tench sperm.Linjak Tinca tinca (L., 1758) je vrsta ribe sa velikim potencijalom u akvakulturi i interes za unapređenjem tehnika za njeno gajenje rastu tokom proteklih decenija. Cilj ovog rada bio je testiranje uticaja različitih krioprotektanata (metanol i DMSO) i ekstendera (Kurokura 180 i Grayling) tokom krioprezervacije sperme na uspešnost oplodnje i izleganja kod linjaka. Sve eksperimentalne grupe su imale značajno niže vrednosti stepena oplodnje i izleganja od kontrole. Uzorci krioprezervirani sa Grayling ekstenderom su pokazali veću uspešnost oplodnje i izleganja bez obzira na korišćeni krioprotektant što ukazuje na značaj upotrebe ekstendera na šećernoj bazi u krioprezervaciji sperme ove vrste

    Due to a variety of both natural and anthropogenic erosion factors, the general condition of the Matijevića brook torrential catchment area has contributed to the overall picture of soil erosion intensity in the area. From the aspect of belonging to the type of torrential flow stream Matijevića brook is the gully (F) with mean annual erosion-induced sediment yield Wyear from 206,39 m3 year-1 and total annual specific sediment yield at the confluence of the the Matijevića brook in Tinja (left tributary of Kamenica, which the river flows into the West Morava with her left hand) where Ggod sp -1 were 75.51 m3 km-2 yr-1.Usled različitih činilaca procesa erozije, prirodnih i antropogenog, opšti uslovi područja bujičnog toka Matijevića potok, doprineli su sagledavanju intenziteta erozije zemljišta sliva. Sa aspekta pripadnosti tipu bujičnog toka Matijevića potok je vododerina (F) sa srednjegodišnjom količinom erozionog nanosa (Wgod) od 206,39 m3 god-1 i specifičnom godišnjom količinom ukupnog erozionog nanosa, koja dospeva do ušća Matijevića potoka u Tinju (leva pritoka Kamenice, koja se u reku Zapadnu Moravu uliva sa njene leve strane), Ggod sp -1, od 75,51 m3 km-2 god-1

    In tillage, active and passive tillage tools used in India faces problem like, poor soil-tire interface, clod formation, compaction due to heavy traffic and timeliness in operation. Hence, it was planned to fabricate a pulverizing attachment to cultivator and to study its performance. Major components of machine developed are frame, cultivator tines, pulverizing roller attachment, power transmission system and protecting cover. A frame is for holding different components. Cultivator tines were hold with help of adjustable clamps which are mounted on frame. Behind cultivator tine PTO operated pulverizing roller was attached which is operated at 225 min-1. The average field efficiency, fuel consumption and cost of operation was 78.89%, 12.94 l·ha-1 and 2157.42 Rs·ha-1 respectively.Pri obradi zemljišta aktivnim i pasivnim oruđima u Indiji postoje problemi kao što su: slabo trenje podloge i pneumatika, formiranje grudvi, sabijanje zbog kretanja teških mašina i trajanja operacija. Zato je planirana izrada prikjučka za usitnjavanje na kultivatoru i ispitivanje njegovih performansi. Glavne komponente mašine su ram, kultivatorki prsti, valjak za usitnjavanje, sistem prenosa pogona i zaštitna hauba. Ram nosi sve delove. Prsti su pričvršćeni podesivim sponama na ramu. Iza prstiju je postavljen valjak za usitnjavanje sa pogonom od PV, koji rotira brzinom od 225 min-1. Srednja efikasnost, potrošnja goriva i troškovi rada su iznosili: 78.89%, 12.94 l·ha-1 i 2157.42 Rs·ha-1, redom

    Acute irrigation water deficit during the non-monsoon (rabi) season in the Hirakud canal command in Eastern India demands efficient irrigation management strategies (IMSs) to sustain the irrigated agriculture. The study was undertaken to analyse the impact of different IMSs – namely full and deficit irrigation, on water use efficiency of different rabi crops and evolve the most efficient IMSs. Various water balance parameters were estimated on daily basis and stage wise crop production function was applied to compute the actual crop yields of five major rabi crops. The best IMSs for wheat, maize, rice, green gram and mustard were found to be 30% deficit irrigation at 14 days interval, 30% deficit irrigation at 7 days interval, 20% deficit irrigation at 4 days interval, 60 mm of irrigation per application at 21 days interval, and 20% deficit irrigation at 7 days interval, respectively. Realizing the scarce water resources and ever rising population, it is highly essential to implement the generated IMSs with a view to bring more area under cultivation and enhance the production potential of the command area.Izražen nedostatak vode u ne-monsunskom periodu (rabi) u oblasti Hirakud kanala i istočnoj Indiji zahteva efikasne strategije upravljanja navodnjavanjem (IMSs). Ovo istraživanje je sprovedeno radi analize uticaja različitih IMS – punog i defcictarnog navodnjavanja i različitih rabi useva na efikasnost upotrebe vode i razvoja najefikasnije IMS. Različiti parametri bilansa vode su ocenjivani na dnevnoj bazi i izračunati su stvarni prinosi za pet glavnih rabi useva. Najbolje IMS za pšenicu, kukuruz, pirinač, zlatni pasulj i slačica imale su 30% deficita navodnjavanja u periodima od 14 dana, 30% deficita navodnjavanja u periodima od 7 dana, 20% deficita navodnjavanja u periodima od 4 dana, 60 mm vode po aplikaciji i u periodima od 21 dan i 20% deficita navodnjavanja u periodima od 7 dana, redom. Imajući u vidu siromašne izvore vode i stalno rastuću populaciju, veoma je neophodno primeniti ove strategije sa ciljem dobijanja veće obradive površine i unapređenja proizvodnog potencijala ove oblasti
