Uticaj folijarne prihrane na privredno tehnološke karakteristike sorte Kardinal
The study was preformed in the vintage 2015 with the aim to exame infuluence of use foliar fertilizers to the yield and the quality of Kardinal grapes. Folowing fertilazers were used: Folifertil B11, Wuxal Super, Wuxal magnezijum, Wuxal Ferro i Slavol. Each variant included 15 vines separated in three repetitions per 5 vines. The obtained results showed that fertilization had a positive effect on both: the yield and the content of sugar and acidity. The lowest average yield had the control variant. The differences are mostly and highly significant between variant with and without fertilizers. The highest yield was at Folifertil B 11 variant where the relative difference was from 0,45 to 1,6 in compare to not- fertilization. All variants of fertilization had higher content of sugar in compare to thecontrol variant.Tokom2015. godine ispitivan je uticaj specijalnih (kompleksnih) folijarnih đubriva na visinu prinosa i kvalitet grožđa sorte Kardinal. Korišćeni su sledeći preparati: Folifertil B11, Wuxal Super, Wuxal magnezijum, Wuxal Ferro i Slavol. U svakoj varijanti bilo je po 15 čokota rasporedjenih u tri ponavljanja po 5 čokota. Postignuti rezultati ukazuju da se đubrenje pozitivno odrazilo, kako na prinos tako i na sadrzaj šećera i kisjelina u grožđanom soku. Prosječno najmanji prinos grožđa imala je kontrola a razlike su uglavnom značajne i vrlo značajne u korist varijanata đubrenja. Najveći prinos bio je kod varijante Folifertil B11 a relativna razlika je od 0,45 do 1,6 u korist varijanata đubrenja. Sve varijante đubrenja su imale veći sadržaj šećera u širi od kontrole
Stanje, mogućnosti i perspektive oplemenjivačkih progarma krastavaca (Cucumis Sativus L.) u Srbiji
Climatic conditions provide growing cucumbers Serbia as an open field and in greenhouses. Growing in greenhouses makes it possible to fruits of cucumber from domestic production on the market for almost the entire year. This capability dramatically increases the economic efficiency and thereby directly encouraged producers to cultivation of this plant species.
Markets directly affected the characteristics of the fruit cucumbers that will be desired. This trend breeding companies must follow in order to offer farmers varieties that corresponds to preferences market. Also, farmers want high yield. The yield of cucumber is directly dependent on the expression of sex type plants.Klimatski uslovi Srbije omogućavaju gajenje krastavaca kako na otvorenom polju, tako i u zaštićenom prostoru. Gajenje u zaštićenom prostoru omogućava da se plodovi krastavca iz domaće proizvodnje mogu naći na tržištu skoro tokom celo godine. Ova mogućnost drastično povećava njegovu ekonomsku profitabilnost a time direktno podstiče prozvođače na gajenje ove biljne vrste.
Tržišta direktno utiču na karakteristike krastavaca koje će bit cenjene. Ovaj trend oplemenjivačke kompanije morju pratiti kako bi proizvođačima ponudile sortiment koji odgovara željama kupaca. Fizičko-hemijska karakterizacija uzoraka vode sa teritorije Rasinskog okruga
The aim of the study was a preliminary examination on water quality (U01-U08) in Rasina area, through the standard physico-chemical parameters: temperature, pH, conductivity, turbidity and total organic matter. All samples were odorless and tasteless. The results for temperature, pH and conductivity were within the values defined by Regulation on the quality of drinking water, except for the pH value of the sample U05. Increased turbidity was observed in the sample U03 (13.5 NTU). On the basis of the results for total organic matter (1.2 to 5.5 mg O2/L) that were within the permissible range, it can be concluded that all the studied samples belong to the first (I) class water quality.Cilj rada bio je preliminarno ispitivanje kvaliteta voda sa područja Rasinskog okruga (U01-U08) određivanjem standardnih fizičko-hemijskih parametara: temperature, pH-vrednosti, provodljivost, mutnoće i ukupne organske materije. Svi uzorci su bili bez mirisa i ukusa. Dobijeni rezultati za temperaturu, pH i provodljivost bili su u okviru vrednosti predviđenih Pravilnikom o kvalitetu vode za piće, osim pH vrednost uzorka U05. Povišena mutnoća zabeležena je u uzorku U03 (13,5 NTU). Na osnovu vrednosti za ukupne organske materije (1,2-5,5 mg O2/L) koje su bile u granicama dozvoljenih može se zaključiti da svi ispitivani uzorci pripadaju vodama prve (I) klase kvaliteta
Uticaj vremenskih uslova na prinos i komponente prinosa jarog pivskog ječma
A field trial with four cultivars of two-rowed spring barley was set up at the experimental field of the Secondary School of Agriculture, Požarevac, during 2012-2014 to evaluate yield and grain yield components under different growing seasons. Cultivars were sown at 450 germinating grains m-2. At tillering, the plants were fertilised with 60 kg nitrogen ha-1. The tested properties were significantly affected by weather conditions during the growing season, with different effects produced across cultivars. The values for grain yield, thousand-kernel weight, grain weight per spike, kernels per spike and plant height were highest in all cultivars in the year characterised by moderate temperatures at the grain filling stage and high amounts of precipitation in the second part of the growing season. 'Novosadski 448' exhibited the highest values for grain yield, kernels per spike and grain weight per spike.Poljski ogledi sa četiri sorte jarog dvoredog ječma postavljeni su na imanju Poljoprivredne škole u Požarevcu u periodu 2012-2014. godine, sa ciljem da se analizira prinos i komponente prinosa zrna u različitim vegetacionim sezonama. Sorte su zasejane sa 450 klijavih zrna m-2. U fazi bokorenja izvršena je prihrana sa 60 kg ha-1 azota. Na vrednosti analiziranih osobina značajno su uticali vremenski uslovi tokom perioda vegetacije, pri čemu je njihov uticaj kod pojedinih sorti bio različit. Najveći prinos zrna, masa 1000 zrna, masa zrna po klasu, broj zrna po klasu i visina biljaka bili su kod svih sorti u godini sa umerenim temperaturama u vreme nalivanja zrna i velikom količinom padavina u drugom delu vegetacione sezone. Sorta Novosadski 448 imala je najveći prinos zrna, najveći broj zrna po klasu i najveću masu zrna po klasu
Varijabilnost dormantnosti, klijavosti semena i vigora klijanaca sorti crvene deteline i italijanskog ljulja
Grass-legume mixtures are of great importance in the production of high quality forage, both in terms of the farm holding, as well as free range livestock. Cultivation of italian ryegrass in mixture with red clover achieved significantly higher yield of green forage and hay, in relation to the pure crop of red clover. Quality seed is the key to successful production of animal feed and increase of forage yield is directly proportional to the quality of the seed that is being sown. This paper analyzes the most important indicators of seed quality (germination, dormancy, dead seed and seedling vigor) in six different cultivars of diploid red clover (K-17, K-30, Nike, Una, Petnica i Sana) and three different cultivars of diploid italian ryegrass (K-13, Aubade i Draga).
The results showed a significant differences in germination and seedling vigor of tested cultivars, as red clover and italian ryegrass.Travno-leguminozne smeše su od velikog značaja za proizvodnju visoko kvalitetne stočne hrane, kako u uslovima farmskog držanja, tako i u slobodnoj ispaši stoke. Gajenjem italijanskog ljulja u smeši sa crvenom detelinom postiže se značajno povećanje prinosa zelene krme i sena, u odnosu na čiste useve. Kvalitetno seme je ključ uspešne proizvodnje stočne hrane, a povećanje prinosa krme je direktno proporcionalno kvalitetu semena koje je posejano. U radu su analizirani najvažniji pokazatelji kvaliteta semena (klijavost, dormantnost, mrtvo seme, kao i vigor klijanaca) kod šest različitih sorti diploidne crvene deteline (K-17, K-39, Nike, Una, Petnica i Sana) i tri sorte diploidnog italijanskog ljulja (K-13, Aubade i Draga).
Rezultati su pokazali da postoje značajne razlike u klijavosti semena ispitivanih sorti, kao i u vigoru klijanaca, kako crvene deteline, tako i italijanskog ljulja
Analiza proizvodnje kukuruza na području Smedereva u periodu 2013-2015. godine
The agro-ecological conditions of the city of Smederevo, maize yields were studied over a three year period (2013-2015.). A total of 13 corn hybrids (8 hybrids of Maize Research Institute Zemun and 5 hybrids Istitute of Field and Vegetable Crops, Novi Sad). Meteorological conditions, especially temperature, distribution and quantity precipitation the growing season had a significant impact on the yield of hybrids during the three years of research.
The most optimal climatic conditions for the growth of corn were in 2014, and on them were all tested hybrids reacted achieve significantly higher yields (average grain yield in 2014 amounted to 11.83 t ha-1) compared to the other two years (6.40 t ha-1 in 2013, and 5.97 t ha-1 in 2015).
Optimal and adequate agricultural techniques, proper selection of hybrids, proper selection of hybrids for a specific localities, and the application of irrigation it is possible to achieve a stable and high yields of maize and to some extent mitigate the impact of unfavorable meteorological factors, primarily drought.U agroekološkim uslovima grada Smedereva ispitivani su prinosi kukuruza u trogodišnjem periodu (2013-2015. godina). Analizirano je ukupno 13 hibrida kukuruza (8 hibrida Instituta za kukuruz Zemun Polje i 5 hibrida Istituta za ratarstvo i povrtarstvo Novi Sad). Meteorološki uslovi, a posebno temperatura, raspored i količina padavina u toku vegetacionog perioda imale su značajan uticaj na prinos ispitivanih hibrida tokom sve tri godine ispitivanja.
Najoptimalniji klimatski uslovi za uspevanje kukuruza bili su u 2014. godini, a na njih su svi ispitivani hibridi reagovali postizanjem znatno većih prinosa (prosečan prinos zrna kukuruza u 2014. godini iznosio je 11,83 t ha-1) u odnosu na ostale dve godine (6,40 t ha-1 u 2013. godini, odnosno 5,97 t ha-1 u 2015. godini).
Optimalnom i adekvatnom agrotehnikom, pravilnim izborom hibrida za odredjeni lokalitet, kao i primenom navodnjavanja moguće je postići stabilne i visoke prinose kukuruza i donekle ublažiti uticaj nepovoljnih meteoroloških faktora, a pre svega suše
Senzorni kvalitet trosortnih šljivovica
The paper presents the results of sensory analysis involving 6 monovarietal plum brandies (cultivars: Crvena ranka, Požegača, Dragačica, Stanley, Čačanska rodna and Čačanska lepotica) and 8 trivarietal plum brandies obtained by blending these cultivars, where all of the distinctive blands (coupages) had a 50% content of the brandy made from the Crvena ranka cultivar, combined with two of the other brandies, each represented with a 25% share. The blends (coupages) were produced using two methods – blending the monovarietal distillates either before or after the redistillation (with 4 brandies in each one). By forming the corrrespodning trivarietal blends, it is possible to obtain plum brandies which – apart from possessing a higher sensory quality than the monovarietal brandies – also constitute an excellent base for the production of supreme plum brandies.U radu su prikazani rezultati senzorne analize 6 monosortnih šljivovica (sorata Crvena ranka, Požegača, Dragačica, Stenlej, Čačanska rodna i Čačanska lepotica) i 8 trosortnih šljivovica dobijenih mešanjem ovih sorata, pri čemu je, u svim mešavinama (kupažima), sa 50% bila zastupljena rakija sorte Crvena ranka, a dve rakije od ostalih pomenutih sorata sa po 25%. Mešavine (kupaži) su proizvedene na dva načina – mešanjem monosortnih destilata pre ili nakon redestilacije (po 4 rakije). Formiranjem odgovarajućih trosortnih mešavina mogu se dobiti šljivovice koje imaju viši senzorni kvalitet od komponentnih monosortnih rakija, i koje su odlična osnova za proizvodnju vrhunskih šljivovica

The paper analyses international beer market. The aim of the paper is to de¬te¬rmine the trends and changes in the international trade and to emphasise the largest ex¬po¬rters and importers of beer in the world. The source of the data is the database of the In-ternational Trade Centre (ITC) for the period 2010-2014. The average world export of beer in the studied period was 14 million tons (14 billion litres), growing at the rate of 5.4% per annum. The largest exporter is Mexico with 2.3 million tons and a share of 16% in the world export of beer. Large exporters are also Holland, Germany, Belgium and France, which provide half of the world export. The largest importer is the USA wi¬th 3.3 million tons and a share of 25% in the world import. Large importers are also Gre¬at Britain, Germany, France and Italy, which make up almost half (47%) of the wo-rld import of beer. The prospect of further global growth of the beer market lies in the fa¬ct that there is continual increase of demand primarily generated on the market of the USA and prospective markets such as China, India and Russia.u radu se analizira međunarodno tržište piva. Iz¬-vore po¬dataka pre¬dsta¬vlja baza Međunarodnog trgovinskog centra (In¬ternational Tra¬de Ce¬ntar-ITC) u vre¬me¬¬nskom pe¬ri¬odu 2010-2014. go¬di¬¬na. Pro¬sečan sve¬tski izvoz pi¬va u is¬tra¬živanom vremenskom periodu iznosio je 14 miliona to¬na (14 milijardi litara), sa te¬¬n¬dencijom rasta po stopi od 5,4% godišnje. Najveći iz¬vo¬znik je Meksiko sa 2,3 mi¬¬li-o¬na tona i uče¬šćem od 16% u svetskom izvozu. Veliki uvo¬zni¬¬ci su i Ve-li¬¬ka Bri¬ta¬ni¬ja, Nemačka, Francuska i Italija, ko¬je ap¬so¬rbu¬ju skoro polovinu (47%) sve-tskog uvo¬za piva. QSAR Model for Predicting Antioxidan Capacity of Some Polyphenolic Antioxidants
Quantitative structure–activity relationship model (QSAR models) is useful method for predicting antioxidant capacity of a molecule based on some chemical-physics properties. In our development of QSAR model are included 21 structural similar antioxidants. It is shown that taking into account some thermodynamical and thermochemical parameters of antioxidant and chemical activity is possible to generate fair antiradical QSAR models
