Struktura hlorogenske kiseline: spektroskopski i kvantno-mehanički pristup
The aim of this work is to examine the performance of the MN12-SX method to reproduce various spectra of chlorogenic acid (5CQA). The most stable conformers of 5CQA in the gaseous and solvated states were determined. In both conformers the carboxylic hydrogen is not oriented towards the carboxylic oxygen, but towards the adjacent hydroxyl group. This occurrence is a consequence of strong, directed hydrogen bonds in the quinic moiety. MN12-SX shows excellent performance in reproducing the vibrational and NMR specra of 5CQA, but fails in simulating the UV spectrum. This shortcoming of the method can be attributed to neglecting the Hartree-Fock exchange while modeling long-range interactions.Cilj ovog rada je da se ispitaju mogućnosti metode MN12-SX da reprodukuje različite vrste spektara hlorogenske kiseline (5CQA). Određeni su najstabilniji konformeri 5CQA u gasovitoj i solvatisanoj fazi. Karakteristično za oba konformera je to da karboksilni vodoniknije okrenut ka karboksilnom kiseoniku, već ka kiseoniku susedne hidroksilne grupe, što je posledica jakih, usmerenih vodoničnih veza u hininskom delu. MN12-SX odlično reprodukuje vibracione i NMR spektre 5CQA, ali podbacuje u simuliranju UV spektra. Ova mana metode može se pripisati zanemarivanju Hartri-Fokove izmene na velikim međuatomskim rastojanjima
Najznačajniji problemi u obrazovanju, nauci i proizvodnji hrane
U ovom radu razmatraju se osnovni problemi u obrazovanju, nauci i
proizvodnji hrane. Govori se o odnosu između obrazovanja i nauke, ekspanziji i
kvalitetu visokog obrazovanja, globalizaciji i viskom obrazovanju i na kraju
Bolonjskom procesu. Zatim, obrađeno je stanje, problemi i perspektiva
naučnoistraživačkog rada, izdvjanja sredstava za nauku, razvoju biotehnoloških
istraživanja, “odlivu mozgova” i vrednovanju naučnog rada. Na kraju, ukazuje se na
probleme obezbeđenja dovoljnih količina hrane, sadašnjem stanju, globalnom statusu i
ekološkim posledicama gajenja genetički modifikovanih biljaka
Izračunavanje i praćenje dinamike organske materije u zemljištu pomoću modela
The changes in soil organic carbon stock can occur following land use or land
management change or with climatic change. Carbon models were used for the
prediction of changes in C stock on agricultural soils. The efficiency of RothC, DNDC
and ICBM model was tested against C content of soil samples from experimental field
“Plodoredi” within 3-year and 2-years rotation. The measured value of the deposited C
for 3-year rotation were better explained by the model RothC and ICBM, while the
DNDC model and measured C deposited in 2-year rotation matched better. In the
changed climate conditions, variable yields, narrow rotations without legumes and lack
of fertilizer application level OM will be difficult to preserve at the current level.Smanjenje sadržaja organske materije (OM) zemljišta uslovljeno je promenom u
načinu korišćenja zemljišta kao i agroekološkim uslovima. Za dugoročno praćenje dinamike
organske materije koriste se kompjuterski modeli koji nakon validacije mogu da projektuju
dinamiku OM na različitim nivoima. U radu su korišćeni podaci sa višegodišnjeg ogleda na
Rimskim Šančevima kako bi izvršili evaluaciju 3 modela koji prate dinamiku OM: RothC,
DNDC i ICBM i to za agroekološke uslove Vojvodine. Svi modeli su pokazali negativan trend
- gubitk OM na ispitivanim parcelama tropolja i dvopolja
Masa zrna po klasu linija dvoredog ječma (HordeumVulgare l. ) u zavisnosti od đubrenja azotom
Kernel weight per spike in two-rowed barley is the main determinant of
grain yield. Variability of kernel weight spike-1 was studied in three barley genotypes:
G-3033, G-3021 and G-3070, grown over two years under four mineral nitrogen
fertilization treatments, 0, 20, 40 and 60 kg N ha-1. The experiment was set up as a
randomized block design in three replications. Kernel weight per spike significantly
differed across the lines in both years regardless of N application rate. Increased
nitrogen rates led to an increase in kernel weight per spike up to 40 kg N ha-1 in the first
year, whereas the highest values for kernel weight per spike in the second year were
obtained at 60 kg ha-1 N. The proportion of total phenotypic variability for kernel
weight per spike was largely attributed to mineral nitrogen fertilization, considerably
less to line and negligibly to the line x nitrogen interaction, suggesting that the value of
the trait is significantly dependent on the cultural operations used.Masa zrna po klasu kod dvoredog ječma je komponenta prinosa koja u
najvećoj meri određuje prinos zrna. U dvogodišnjem periodu analizirana je varijabilnost
mase zrna po klasu kod tri linije ozimog dvoredog ječma: G-3033, G-3021 i G-3070, pri
četiri nivoa ishrane mineralnim azotom: 0, 20, 40 and 60 kg N ha-1. Masa zrna po klasu
se značajno razlikovala kod linija u obe godine nezavisno od nivoa primenjenog N.
Povećane doze azota delovale su na povećanje mase zrna po klasu do nivoa 40 kg ha-1
N , dok je u drugoj godini najveća masa zrna po klasu zabeležena na tretmanu 60 kg ha-1
N. U ukupnoj fenotipskoj variajbilnosti za masu zrna po klasu najveći udeo pripadao je
mineralnoj ishrani azotom, znatno manji liniji i neznatan interakciji linija x azot, što
ukazuje da vrednost ove osobine u najvećoj meri zavisi od primenjene agrotehnike
Uticaj fosfornih đubriva na prinos i sadržaj kadmijuma u krompiru
This study evaluated the effect of different types and rates of phosphorus fertilizers on
yield and cadmium content of potato on a slightly alkaline alluvium soil. Results show
that the highest yield was obtained under treatment with monoammonium
phosphate (manufactured in Russia) and the lowest under Bulgarian TSP treatment. The
highest total cadmium was found in potato tubers treated with Bulgarian diammonium
phosphate, in contrast to the lowest measured values under Russian DAP treatment.U radu je ispitivan uticaj različitih vrsta i doza fosfornog đubriva na prinos i
sadržaj kadmijuma u krompiru, na zemljištu tipa aluvijum, slabo alkalne reakcije.
Dobijeni rezultati pokazuju da je primenom monoamonijum-fosfata (poreklom iz
Rusije) ostvaren najveći prinos, dok je najmanji prinos postignut sa primenom
bugarstkog TSP. Najveći sadržaj ukupnog kadmijuma u krtolama krompira utvrđen je
primenom bugarskog diamonijum-fosfata, a najmanji primenom ruskog DAP-a
Kvalitet mleka i osobine surutke dobijene pri proizvodnji Sjeničkog sira u industrijskim uslovima
Sjenica cheese is one of our best kinds of cheese from the group of white cheese in
brine. Since the quality and overall value of the cheese depend on the quality and
chemical composition of milk, before making cheese it is necessary to determine these
parameters. Milk fat content in cow milk was 3.1%, protein 31.3%, dry matter 10.96%,
casein 2.85%. Sheep milk of richer chemical composition had a dry matter 8.14%, fat
6.80%, protein 5.97%, casein 20.5%. Chemical composition of whey gauge the validity
of keeping the process of making cheese. On the basis of dry matter content (cow whey
5.65% and sheep whey 7.5%), fat (cow whey 0.023%, sheep whey 0.62%), protein (cow
whey 0.81% , sheep whey 1.44%), it is seen that the process of producing cheese is well
managed with optimal utilization of milk ingredients.Sjenički sir je jedan od naših najboljih sireva iz grupe belih sireva u
salamuri. Proizvodi se na individualnim gazdinstvima područja Sjeničko-pešterske
visoravni. Sir se proizvodi od svežeg punomasnog kravljeg i očijeg mleka bez
termičkog tretmana. Pošto kvalitet i opšte vrednosti sira zavise od kvaliteta i hemijskog
sastava mleka , pre izrade sireva neophodno je odrediti te parametre. Sadržaj mlečne
masti kod kravljeg mleka bio je 3.1%, proteina 3.31%, suve materije 10.96%, kazeina
2.85%. Ovčije mleko koje je bogatijeg hemijskog sastava imalo je suve materije
18.14%, masti 6.80%, proteina 5.97%, kazeina 5.20%. Na osnovu sadržaja suve
materije (5.65% kravlja i 7.05% ovčja ) , masti ( 0.23% kravlja; 0.62% ovčija), proteina
( 0.81% kravlja, 1.44% ovčja), kod surutke vidi se da je proces proizvodnje sireva dobro
vođen uz optimalnu iskorišćenost sastojaka mleka
Proizvodnja mikrobnih belančevina za potrebe ishrane domaćih životinja
In the paper it is presented the importance of alternative systems to solve the protein deficit in
the diet of farm animals, using a variety of microorganisms as producers of protein grown on
waste organic substrates. Indicates to the biotechnological specificity of the microbial conversion
of organic substrates into the feed with a high protein content, as well as the selection of the
biological producers and row materials, which are used for the production. An important part of
this work refers to proteins enrichment of coarse plant material (with increased content of
cellulose, lignocellulose, starch, etc.) by direct cultivation of microorganisms on them, in order to
improve their quality and digestibility by the domestic animals.U radu je prikazan značaj alternativnih sistema rešavanja proteinskog
deficita u ishrani domaćih životinja, korišćenjem različitih mikroorganizama kao
producenata proteina gajenih na otpadnim organskim supstratima. Ukazuje se na
biotehnološke specifičnosti mikrobiološke konverzije organskih supstrata u stočnu
hranu sa visokim sadržajem belančevina kao i na odabir bioloških producenata i
sirovina koje se koriste za tu proizvodnju. Bitan deo ovog rada se odnosi na
proteinizaciju grubih biljnih materijala (sa povećenim sadržajem celuloze,
lignoceluloze, skroba i sl.) direktnim gajenjem mikroorganizama na njima, a u cilju
poboljšanja njihovog kvaliteta i svarljivosti od strane domaćih životinja
Racionalizacija đubrenja u cilju zaštite zemljišta
Application of fertilizers could influence the activation of desirable
microbiological processes in field. In this experiment we applied methods with and
without irrigation followed by addition of microbiologicam fertilizer NS Betafixin and
mineral fertilizers in the amount 90, 120 150 and 180 kg N ha-1. Irrigation had positive
effect. Fertilization by nitrogen in the interval of 150-180 kg ha-1 and application of NS
Betafixin is the most desirable, as it provided the highest yeald of sugars. Application of
NS Betafixin could reduce addition of fertilizers, which reduce field contamination with
carriors of nutritients originated from fertilizers and increase diversity of
microorganisms in the field.Primenom mikrobioloških đubriva može se uticati na aktiviranje poželjnih
mikrobioloških procesa u zemljištu. U ogledu su bile zastupljene varijante sa i bez
navodnjavanja uz đubrenje mikrobiološkim đubrivom NS Betafixin-om i mineralnim
đubrivima u količini 90, 120, 150, 180 kg N ha-1. Navodnjavanje je imalo pozitivan
efekat. Đubrenje azotom u intervalu 150-180 kg ha-1 i primena preparata NS Betafixin
najprihvatljivije su, jer su na njima ostraveni najviši prinosi šećera. Primenom NS
Betafixin-a može se smanjiti upotreba mineralnih đubriva, čime se smanjuje
zagađivanje zemljišta nosačima hranljivih materija iz đubriva, a povećava se sadržaj i
raznosvrsnost mikroorganizama u zemljištu
The Effects of Different Substrates on the Quality of Seedlings and Yield in Organic Production of Lettuce
An experiment was conducted under glasshouse condition. Lettuce were
sown in 5 different substrate: 100% earthworm; 60% earthworm + 40% potting soil; 85%
earthwarm + 15% potting soil; 100% potting soil; certified organic substrate from the
market (mix of white and black peat). The quality parameters of seedlings were noted:
number of days from sowing to emergence, development of first leaf, total number of
emerged plants. During vegetation are recorded dates about dynamics of growth. On the
harvested yield were counted number of marketable and damaged leafs, diameter and
height of head were determined and total weight of heads.
Recorded results show that best substrate for production of seedlings of organic
lettuce are mix of 60% earthwarm + 40% potting soil and commercial mix of white and
black peats
Osobine kvaliteta grožđa i vina sorte merlot (Vitis Vinifera L.) i klonova selekcionisanih u Srbiji
The third phase of individual clone selection of Merlot Cultivar was perfomed at
Grocka vineyard, Republic of Serbia. The agrobiological traits and technological traits
of three selected clones (022, 025 and 029) and variety (standard) were studied in the
period 2009-2013. For all studied traits, except for grape yield, there was statistically
significant difference among standard and clones. There was no significant difference
between clones for any of the studied traits. The selected clones were characterized by
good quality grapes and wines. Clone 025 has been found to have a good attributes for
the production of high-quality red wines.Izvršena je selekcija trećeg vegetativnog potomstva klonova sorte Merlot u
Gročanskom vinogorju, Republika Srbija. Ispitane su agrobiološke i tehnološke
karakteristike grožđa i vina tri odabrana klona (022, 025 i 029) i sorte (standarda) u
periodu od 2009 do 2013. godine. Standard i klonovi se statistički razlikuju po svim
ispitivanim osobinama, osim po prinosu grožđa. Vina klonova se značajno ne razlikuju.
Ispitivani klonovi se karakterišu dobrim kvalitetom grožđa i vina. Klon 025 je pokazao
dobre odlike za proizvodnju vrhunskih crvenih vina
