Uticaj kalcizacije i đubrenja na prinos i iskorišćavanje azota i fosfora biljkama ječma na zemljištu tipa pseudoglej
This paper presents the results of studying the influence of liming and fertilization on yield
and utilization of nitrogen and phosphorus in tested genotypes of winter barley grown on soil
(type pseudogley) with low pH values. During the three-year long investigation was carried
out on the field of Agricultural-chemical school "Dr. George Radic" at the place Kraljevo.
The results indicated that the highest effect to yield and coefficient of utilization of N and
P2O5 were obtained by application fertilizer prepared by use of NPK, lime and manure (N-
80 kg ha-1, P2O5 -100 kg ha-1, K2O-80 kg ha-1 + CaCO3-5000 kg ha-1 + manure – 20000kg ha-
1). On the base of studied parameters the barley cultivar NS565 was more tolerant to adverse
chemical soil characteristics (low pH, low P2O5 content and a high content of mobile Al) and
can be recommended as a suitable genotype for barley production on acid soils, especialy
after liming of soil.U radu su prikazani rezultati proučavanja uticaja kalcizacije i đubrenja na
prinos i iskorišćavanje azota i fosfora ispitivanim genotipovima ozimog ječma na
zemljištu niske pH vrednosti tipa pseudoglej. Trogodišnja istraživanja su izvedena u
lokalitetu Kraljeva na imanju Srednje poljoprivredno-hemijske škole "dr Đorđe Radić".
Dobijeni rezultati su pokazali da je najveći ekekat na prinos i koeficijent iskorišćavanja
N i P2O5 iz đubriva ostvaren kombinovanom upotrebom NPK, krečnog i stajskog
đubriva (80 kg Nha-1, 100 kg P2O5ha-1, 80 kg K2Oha-1+5.0 t CaCO3ha-1+20 tha-1
stajnjaka). Na osnovu proučavanih parametara sorta ozimog ječma NS 565 je bila
tolerantnija na nepovoljne hemijske karakteristike zemljišta (niska pH, nizak sadržaj
P2O5 i visok sadržaj mobilnog Al) i može se preporučiti kao pogodan genotip za
proizvodnju ječma na kiselim zemljištima, naročito posle njihove kalcizacije

Spelt wheat is suitable organic raw material for pasta production with modified
nutritional characteristics. This paper investigates the rheological quality of wholemeal
spelt as raw material for the production of pasta as well as eggs influence on
technological quality and texture of pasta. Data point at good indicators of technological
quality and textural characteristics of spelt pasta with eggs. Additions of eggs improve
the technological quality of pasta. Pasta obtained from wholemeal spelt flour may
contribute to variety organic safe products at the market.U proizvodnji organske hrane spelta pšenice je pogodna sirovina za
proizvodnju testenine sa izmenjenim nutritivnim karakteristikam. U ovom radu je
ispitan reološki kvalitet integralnog brašna od spelte kao sirovine za proizvodnju
testenine i uticaj jaja na tehnološki kvalitet i teksturu testenine. Rezultati ispitivanja
pokazuju da se može proizvesti testenina od spelte dobrog kvaliteta i teksture pri čemu
dodatk jaja utiče na poboljšanje tehnološkog kvaliteta testene. Testenina dobijena od
integrlanog brašna spelte može predstavljati nov organski bezbedan proizvod na našem
tržištu
Empirijski kinetički model hidrolize proteina belanceta pretretiranih ultrazvučnim talasima visoke frekvencije
The subject of this paper was the examination of the influence of enzyme and
substrate concentrations and temperature on the initial reaction rate of hydrolysis of the
egg white catalyzed with Alcalase 2.4 L (Protease from Bacillus licheniformis). The
main objective of this paper was investigating the effect of the ultrasound on the
reaction rate of hydrolysis and modeling of enzymatic process of hydrolysis of the egg
white protein in order to develop the process and design the enzyme reactor. The
substrate in this reaction was 10 % w/w solution of egg white pretreated with ultrasound
waves the frequency of 35 kHz during 30 min. Proper kinetic model with substrate
inhibition and the enzyme inactivation were applied to the results and good congruence
between model and experimental data was achieved. The calculated kinetic constants
indicate that the ultrasonic pretreatment causes an increase in the degree of hydrolysis
of the enzyme reaction.U ovom radu ispitivan je uticaj koncentacije enzima, supstrata i temperature
na početnu brzinu reakcije hidrolize proteina belanceta katalizovane Alkalazom 2,4 L
(proteaza iz Bacillus licheniformis). Glavni cilj ovog istraživanja bio je ispitivanje
uticaja ultrazvučnih talasa na brzinu reakcije hidrolize, kao i modelovanje enzimskog
procesa hidrolize proteina belanceta u cilju dobijanja projektnih jednačina neophodnih
za projektovanje i dizajn enzimskog reaktora. Kao supstrat korišćen je 10 % w/w rastvor
belanceta prethodno tretiran ultrazvučnim talasima frekvencije 35 kHz u toku 30
minuta. Dobijeni eksperimentalni rezultati modelovani su kinetičkim modelom koji
uzima u obzir inhibiciju supstratom i deaktivaciju enzima. Predloženi kinetički model
dao je dobro slaganje sa dobijenim eksperimentalnim rezultatima. Izračunate kinetičke
konstante ukazuju da pretretman ultrazvučnim talasima dovodi do povećanja stepena
hidrolize
Ispitivanje antioksidativnih mehanizama kempferola sa hidroksi radikalom i superoksid radikal anjonom
Kaempferol, one of the most bioactive plant flavonoids was theoretically
(at M05-2X/6-311G(d,p) level of theory) investigated for its ability scavange potentially
highly damaging hydroxyl and superoxide anion radicals. Theoretical calculations point
to HAT and SPLET mechanisms as operative for kaempferol in all solvents under
investigations.Teoretski (na M05-2X/6-311G(d,p) nivou teorije) je ispitivana sposobnost
kempferola, važnog bioaktivnog biljnog jedinjenja flavonoida, da reaguje sa potencijalno
veoma štetnim hidroksi radikalom i superoksid radikal anjonom. Proračuni su pokazali da
su HAT i SPLET mogući mehanizmi u svim rastvaračima
SEUROP Classification of Bovine Carcasses in Strumica Region
Beef production in the R. of Macedonia is 5.000 to 8.000 tons, but its
consumption is 14.000 to 16.000 tons of beef annually. For that market gap, our country
spends a lot of money for beef import every year. From 2010 a New Law for quality of
agricultural product ruled, according to new estimation of bovine carcasses by
conformation and fat covering according SEUROP standards. According to our
research, most of controlled bovine carcasses belong to R, O and P class by
conformation, and 3 and 4 class by fat covering of carcasses
Histološka procena zrelosti gonada ženki linjaka (Tinca Tinca L.) iz ribnjaka Žabeni (Republika Makedonija)
The aim of this study was to assess the status of the female tench gonads and presence
and morphological characteristics of oocytes during the spawning period. Sampling was
conducted on the Žabeni fish ponds during April and July 2013. Different types of follicles
with varying dimensions were observed. During April, all types of follicles except the E type
were observed. This meant that the individuals were ready for the spawning period. During
July, the individuals have already released one batch of eggs, and were ready for the release
of another. Results of this research implicate the significance of histological analysis of
gonads considering it enables a detailed obserevation of the gonadal sructure and
characteristics of oocytes.Cilj rada je bio da se na osnovu histološke analize gonada ženki linjaka utvrdi
njihovo stanje i zastupljenost različitih tipova i morfoloških osobina oocita u toku perioda
mresta. Uzorkovanje je vršeno na ribnjaku Žabeni (Republika Makedonija) tokom aprila i
jula meseca 2013. godine. Pregledom histoloških preparata utvrđeno je postojanje
različitih tipova folikula koji su varirali u veličini i površini. U toku aprila nisu uočeni
folikuli E tipa, ali je na osnovu zastupljenosti ostalih tipova, bilo jasno da su jedinke
spremne za sezonu mresta. Pregledom uzoraka iz jula utvrđeno da su jedinke prethodno
oslobodile najmanje jednu porciju jaja (ikre), kao i da sledi bar još jedna porcija. Dobijeni
rezultati ukazuju na značaj histološkog pregleda gonada s obzirom da pruža mogućnost
detaljnijeg uvida u strukturu gonada kao i osobine pojedinačnih oocita
Smanjenje potrošnje energije korišćenjem metode visokog pritiska
Using high pressure as a processing tool surpasses legal limitations for solvent
residues and restrictions on use of conventional solvents in chemical processes.
Additionally, new, high valuable products with special properties can be produced. The
presentation will give a limited overview of applications of sub-and supercritical fluids
and will present energy savings compared to conventional production methods. The
main advantages of these tools are low environmental impact, low energy consumption
and sustainability. For these processes recent advances and trends of developments will
be presented.Korišćenjem visokog pritiska prilikom izvođenja nekog procesa prevazilaze
se zakonske barijere u pogledu količine zaostalih organskih rastvarača i određena
ograničenja u vezi njihove primene. Ovom metodom mogu se dobiti novi visokovredni
proizvodi sa posebnim karakteristikama. Dat je pregled subkritičnih i superkritičnih
fluida i prikazana je ušteda energije u poređenju sa primenom konvencionalnih metoda.
Glavne prednosti ovog postupka su mali uticaj na okruženje, niska potrošnja energije i
ekonomska održivost. Prikazi postignutih poboljšanja kao i pravci daljeg razvoja ove
metode, takođe su dati u radu
Uticaj pH vrijednosti vodene otopine na klijavost sjemena graška
Under the laboratory conditions and with the rolled paper method we investigated the
effect of different pH values of water solution (5 and 6) on the seed germination of two
varieties of pea (Petit Provensal and American Wonder). The pH value of water solution
significantly affected the germination energy, germination and seedling root length. The
highest values for the above properties were obtained at pH 5. A statistically significant
difference was found between the varieties but also between different pH values of the water
solution. The results of this study suggest the importance of variety and soil pH as one of the
most important factors in the cultivation of peas.U laboratorijskim uslovima metodom rolanog papira istraživan je uticaj
različitih pH vrijednosti vodene otopine (5 i 6) na klijavost sjemena dvije sorte graška
(Mali provansalac i Čudo Amerike). PH vrijednost vodene otopine značajno je uticala
na energiju klijanja, klijavost i dužinu korijena klijanaca. Najveće vrijednosti za
navedena svojstva su dobivene na pH 5. Statistički značajna razlika utvrđena je između
sorti ali i između različitih pH vrijednosti vodene otopine. Rezultati ovog istraživanja
ukazuju na značaj sorte i pH tla kao jednog od bitnih faktora u uzgoju graška
Genetička divergentnost divljih populacija Mačijeg repa (Phleum pratense L.)
The collection consisted of 10 autochthonous populations of timothy, originated
from eastern, western and south-eastern Serbia was investigated. Several morphological
traits and dry matter yield were measured. Significant differences between populations
were detected by analysis of variance of two-year results. The highest average within
population variability was determined for the dry matter yield per plant (CV 85.08%).
The highest variability was, also, determined for the number of tillers (CV 64.88%),
while the lowest variability was determined for time of heading (CV 5.8%). The highest
dry matter yield per plant was measured in the population of Crni Vrh, Rendara and
Nerađe locality. Also, these populations had high average values for the other studied
traits.Na kolekciji od 10 autohtonih populacija mačijeg repa poreklom iz istočne,
zapadne i jugoistoične Srbije proučavane su morfološke osobine i produktivnost suve
materije. Na osnovu dvogodišnjih rezultata analizom varijanse su utvrđene značajne
razlike između ispitivanih populacija. Prosečno najveća unutarpopulacijska varijabilnost
je zabeležena za prinos suve materije po biljci (85,08%). Visoka varijabilnost je
zabeležena i za broj izdanaka po biljci (64,88%), dok je najmanje variranje utvrđeno za
vreme klasanja (5,8%). Najveći prinos suve materije po biljci utvrđen je za populacije
poreklom sa lokaliteta Crni Vrh, Rendara i Nerađe. One su takođe pokazale visoke
prosečne vrednosti i za ostale ispitivane osobine
Fenološke osobine izdvojenih genotipova drijena (Cornus Mas L.) sa područja Crne Gore
In the five-year pеriod, 2006 – 2010, selected genotypes of Corneian Cherry
(Cornus mas L.) from Montenegro area were invesigated. The studied genotypes flower
mainly in March. Genotypes vary in the time of flowering, so the earliest start flowering
observed in genotype BP 38 on March 3rd, and the latest in genotype ŽB 142 on March
19th. The average duration of flowering phenophases for all genotypes was 21 days,
with variations from 13 days in genotype BP 51 to 29 days in genotype BP 38.
Different times of ripening of the fruit of the genotypes Cornelian Cherry causes the
first fruits of the genotype BR 135 arriving on the market on 28th August, and the last
genotype BP 07 on 12th October.U pеriodu od 2006 do 2010. godinе proučavani su izdvojeni genotipovi
drijеna (Cornus mas L.) sa područja Crne Gore. Ispitivani genotipovi drijena uglavnom
cvjetaju u martu. Između genotipova postoji varijabilnost u pogledu vremena cvjetanja
pa je najraniji početak cvjetanja utvrđen kod genotipa BP 38 03. marta, a najkasniji kod
genotipa ŽB 142 19. marta. Prosječno trajanje fenofaze cvjetanja za sve genotipove
iznosi 21 dan, sa varijacijama od 13 dana kod genotipa BP 51 do 29 dana kod genotipa
BP 38.
Različito vrijeme zrenja ploda ispitivanih genotipova drijena uslovljava da prvi
plodovi genotipa BR 135 pristižu na tržište 28. avgusta, a poslednji genotipa BP 07 12.
