Hemijski sastav M. Semimembranosus i M. Longissimus Thoracis et Lumborum svinja pet čistih rasa odgajanih u Vojvodini
U ovom radu utvrđen je sadržaj vlage, proteina, ukupne masti i ukupnog
pepela u M. semimembranosus (SM) i M. longissimus thoracis et lumborum (LTL) pet
čistih rasa svinja: Velika Bela (n=118), Landras (n=116), Durok (n=112), Hempšir
(n=112) i Pietren (n=121), odgajanih u Vojvodini. Osnovni hemijski sastav određen je
ISO metodama. Ukupno, prosečan sadržaj (g/100g) vlage, proteina, ukupne masti i
ukupnog pepela u svim ispitanim mišićima SM i LTL (n=1158) je bio: 75.68, 21.73, 1.36 i
1.14, respektivno. Svinjsko meso proizvedeno u Vojvodini pokazuje sličan sadržaj vlage,
proteina, masti i pepela u poređenju sa sadržajima utvrđenim u drugim zemljama

Content of fatty acids in milk varies depending on ways of production, breeding and
feeding of cows. On the basis of that it was analysed the content of unsaturated fatty
acids in milk from different way of production. There have been determining the
amount of unsaturated fatty acids in milk from production to organic principles and in
milk from from conventional production. The study was conducted on two farms with
different production system in the Republic of Srpska. In the research was done
determination of statistically significant differences between the content of unsaturated
fatty acids.Sadržaj masnih kiselina u mlijeku varira u zavisnosti od načina proizvodnje,
ishrane i držanja krava. Na osnovu toga u ovom radu analiziran je sadržaj nezasićenih
masnih kiselina iz različitih vidova proizvodnje. Izvršeno je određivanje količine
nezasićenih masnih kiselina u mlijeku iz proizvodnje prema organskim principima i iz
konvencionalne proizvodnje. Istraživanje je obavljeno na dvije farme sa različitim
načinima proizvodnje koje se nalaze u Republici Srpskoj. U okviru istraživanja izvršeno
je i utvrđivanje statistički značajnih razlika između sadržaja nezasićenih masnih
kiselina
Istraživanje preferencija potrošača prema pojedinim namirnicama organskog porekla
Despite the favorable conditions for organic production, the domestic supply of
certified organic products is still modest. In practice, the opinion is that Serbian
consumers prefer organic to conventional products. To estimate this hypotesis research
on consumer attitudes was carried out. The survey was conducted in the city of
Kraljevo, where production and market of organic products is on the early development
stage, so that it can be regarded as a representative area of Central Serbia.
The aim of this study was to determine the habits and attitudes of consumers
related to the purchase and potential demand of certain organic foods. The significance
of this work lies in the fact that it could be used to determine the framework for organic
production; it could be usefull to other researchers, institutions, and also to potential
producers of organic products in the direction of further development of organic
production.Pored toga što postoje povoljni uslovi za organsku proizvodnju, činjenica je
da je ponuda sertifikovanih organskih proizvoda poreklom iz Republike Srbije još uvek
skromih razmera. U praksi se često nailazi na mišljenje da potrošači u Srbiji preferiraju
organske u odnosu na konvencionalne proizvode. Kako bi se ocenila navedena tvrdnja
izvšeno je istraživanje stavova potrošača u Kraljevu, gde je proizvodnja, ali i tržište
organskim proizvodima u povoju, tako da se ovaj grad može smatrati reprezentativnim
za područje Centralne Srbije.
Cilj ovog rada je bio da se utvrde navike i stavovi potrošača vezani za kupovinu i
potencijalnu tražnju pojedinih namirnica organskog porekla. Značaj ovog rada ogleda se
u tome što može poslužiti za stvaranje okvira za organsku proizvodnju, što može biti
smernica drugim istraživačima, institucijama, ali i potencijalnim proizvođačima
organskih proizvoda u smeru daljeg razvoja organske proizvodnje
Pomološke osobine ploda novosadskih sorti i selekcija kajsije
The paper presents the results of three-year research (2008–2010) on pomological traits of four Novi Sad apricot cultivars (NS–4, NS–6, Novosadska rodna and Novosadska kasnocvetna) and five selections (SK–1, SK–3, SK–5, SK 13a and SK 16a). The research was carried out in an apricot genotypes collection of the Department of Fruit Science, Viticulture, Horticulture and Landscape Architecture of the Faculty of Agriculture in Novi Sad, at the “Rimski Šančevi” locality. The following pomological traits were tested: fruit weight, stone weight, flesh ratio, fruit length, width, thickness and fruit shape index. Those pomological traits were grouped into categories and graded according to the IBPGR descriptor. The pomological traits of Novi Sad apricot cultivars NS-4, NS-6, Novosadska rodna and selections SK-1, SK-3 and SK-13a were also compared to Hungarian best (control), showing better results.U radu su predstavljeni rezultati trogodišnjih (2008–2010) ispitivanja pomoloških osobina ploda četiri novosadske sorte (NS–4, NS–6, Novosadska rodna i Novosadska kasnocvetna) i pet selekcija kajsije (SK–1, SK–3, SK–5, SK 13a i SK 16a). Ispitivanje pomoloških osobina ploda obavljeno je u kolekcionom zasadu kajsije Departmana za voćarstvo, vinogradarstvo, hortikulturu i pejzažnu arhitekturu Poljoprivrednog fakulteta u Novom Sadu na lokalitetu „Rimski Šančevi“. Ispitivane su sledeće pomološke osobine ploda: masa ploda, masa koštice, randman, dužina, širina, debljina i indeks oblika ploda. Pomološke osobine ploda ocenjivane su na osnovu IBPGR deskriptora svrstavanjem u grupe sa pripadajućim ocenama. Pomološke osobine ploda novosadskih sorti i selekcija kajsije upoređivane su sa Mađarskom najboljom (standard). Plodovi novosadskih sorti NS-4, NS-6, Novosadska rodna i selekcija SK-1, SK-3 I SK-13a ispoljili su bolje osobine od Mađarske najbolje
Dinamika nakupljanja antocijana i ukupnih fenola u bobicama sorti Probus i Kaberne sovinjon tokom sazrevanja u uslovima Fruške Gore
The anthocyanin and total phenols concentrations of Vitis vinifera cv Probus (Serbian wine grape variety) and Cabernet Sauvignon, during ripening in Fruska Gora region, were investigated. Phenolic concentration was evaluated by spectrophotometric analysis. Probus had higher anthocyanins concentration in the skin and total phenols per berry. Cabernet Sauvignon did not show big enlargement in anthocyanins content during this period. Contrastingly, anthocyanins content in Probus berry skin was increasing until harvest. Small berries of cv. Probus had colored pulp. There was a decrease in the Cabernet Sauvignon berry weight near the harvest. Optimum moment to harvest Probus was 50 days after veraison. Overall, these two varieties showed differences in anthocyanins accumulation during ripening.Cilj rada bio je da se ispita dinamika nakupljanja antocijana i ukupnih fenola u bobicama sorti probus i kaberne sovinjon tokom sazrevanja. Praćen je sadržaj ovih jedinjenja od šarka do berbe, u vremenskom razmaku od 10 dana. Sorte su pokazale različitu dinamiku nakupljanja. Dobijeni rezultati pokazuju da sorta probus nakuplja više bojenih materija od kaberne sovinjona
Ispitivanje efikasnosti primene vodenih ekstrakata na suzbijanje razvoja Botrytis Cinerea i uticaja istih na prinos kupine
Field tests of efficacy of nettle, dandelion and alfalfa water extracts application were conducted an organic plantation. Laboratory tests are performed at the Agricultural Institute of Republic of Srpska - Banja Luka and Veterinary Institute "Vaso Butozan" in Banja Luka. It was analyzed the following properties of water extracts: health safety, efficacy in preventing the development of Botrytis cinierea in, in vitro conditions“ and impact on the yield of blackberries. Control of the microbiological safety of the water extracts had shown that they were health safety and can be used for foliar treatment of blackberry bushes. It was found that extracts of nettle with fermentation time of 14 and 21 days showed medium inhibitory effect on mycelium growth of the fungus Botrytis cinerea. There was no inhibitory effect of dandelion and alfalfa extracts on mycelium growth of the fungus Botrytis cinerea. All tested treatments achieved a higher yield of blackberries compared to the control. The highest average yield of blackberry was achieved by treatment with water extract of alfalfa. Fermentation time did not affect the
yield of blackberries in any of the treatments.Ispitivanje efekata vodenih ekstrakata koprive, maslačka i lucerke izvedeno je u zasadu kupine organske proizvodnje.Laboratorijska ispitivanja su izvedena u Poljoprivrednom institutu Republike Srpske – Banja Luka i Veterinarskom Institutu „Vaso Butozan“ u Banjaluci. Tokom istraživanja analizirana su sledeća svojstva vodenih ekstrakata: zdravstvena ispravnost, efikasnost u sprečavanju razvoja Botrytis cinierea u ,,in vitro“ uslovima i uticaj na prinos kupine.Kontrolom mikrobiološke ispravnosti vodenih ekstrakata, utvrđeno je da su oni zdravstveno ispravni i da se mogu koristiti za folijarno tretiranje žbunova kupine. Laboratorijskim ispitivanjima utvrđeno je da su ekstrakti od koprive sa periodom fermentacije od 14 i od 21 dan ispoljili srednje inhibitorno delovanje na porast micelije gljive Botrytis cinerea. Nije utvrđeno inhibitorno dejstvo ekstrakata maslačka i lucerke na porast micelije gljive Botrytis cinerea.Svi ispitivani tretmani ostvarili su veći prinos kupine u odnosu na kontrolnu varijantu. Najveći prosečan prinos kupine ostvaren je tretiranjem žbunova sa vodenim ekstraktom lucerke. Trajanje fermentacije nije uticalo na prinos kupine ni kod jednog tretmana
Spektralna analiza za praćenje porasta useva pomoću traktorskog spektroradiometra i ručnog senzora stanja useva u pamuku
Remotely sensed spectral vegetation indices are widely used and have
benefited numerous disciplines interested in the assessment of biomass, water use, plant
stress, plant health and crop production. Tractor mounted Spectroradiometer and hand
held GreenSeeker were used to capture the spectral signatures of cotton crop canopy and
to calculate NDVI which indicated the temporal changes in crop canopy, nutritional
status and phenological conditions in cotton. The structural mechanism for mounting
spectroradiometer on the tractor was prepared with various options of adjustments to use
spectroradiometer infield. Spectral signatures of crop were measured using tractor
mounted spectroradiometer and GreenSeeker at different growth stages in two cultivars
of cotton. The relations between NDVI spectroradiometer (R650 and R770) and plant N,
plant biomass and plant height at p=0.05 level of significance were found as quadratic,
exponential and linear with maximum value of coefficient of determination (R2) of
0.806, 0.807 and 0.801 respectively. However, the relations between NDVI (Green-
Seeker) and plant N, plant biomass and plant height at p=0.05 level of significance were
found as quadratic, quadratic and linear with maximum R2 value of 0.828, 0.817 and
0.839 respectively. A close relationship between NDVI Spectro-radiometer (R650 and
R770) and NDVI (GreenSeeker) was observed with R2 value of 0.833 at p=0.05 level of
significance. The study suggested that NDVI at (R650 and R770) using spectroradiometer
can be used as a reliable tool for fertilizer N management in cotton.Daljinska spektralna detekcija vegetacije se široko koristi u mnogim
oblastima u kojima je potrebna procena biomase, korišćenja vode, stresa kod biljaka,
zdravlja biljaka i biljne proizvodnje. Traktorski spektroradiometar i ručni sensor stanja
useva su korišćeni za snimanje spektralnih potpisa useva pamuka i proračun NDVI
indeksa, što je pokazalo povremene promene biljnog pokrivača, nutritivno stanje i
fenološke uslove u kojima se pamuk nalazi. Konstrukcija za postavljanje
pektroradiometra na traktor je izvedena sa različitim mogućnostima za podešavanje
upotrebe uređaja na parceli. Spektralni potpisi useva mereni su spektroradiometrom
postavljenim na traktoru i ručnim senzorom stanja useva u različitim fazama porasta kod
dve sorte pamuka. Odnsoi između NDVI indeksa spektroradiometra (R650 i R770) i biljnog
azota, biomase biljaka i visine biljaka na nivou značajnosti p=0.05 bili su kvadratni,
eksponencijalni i linearni, sa maksimalnim vrednostima koeficijenta determinacije (R2)
od 0.806, 0.807 i 0.801, redom. Pored ovoga, odnosi između NDVI (Green-Seeker) i
biljnog azota, biomase biljaka i visine biljaka na nivou značajnosti p=0.05 bili su
kvadratni, kvadratni i linearni, sa maksimalnom vredošću R2 od 0.828, 0.817 i 0.839,
redom. Značajna zavisnost NDVI spektroradiometra (R650 i R770) i NDVI (GreenSeeker)
bila je utvrđena sa vrednošću R2 od 0.833 na nivou značajnosti p=0.05. Istraživanje je
pokazalo da NDVI kod (R650 i R770) upotrebom spektroradiometra može da se upotrebi
kao pouzdano sredstvo za upravljanje đubrenjem azotom kod pamuka

CFD simulacija hlađenja semena korijandera sa različitim sadržajem vlage
CFD simulation of cooling during cryo-grinding of coriander seeds was performing to determine its residence time in conveyer. Coriander seed at different moisture content were simulated and the equations were solved over a defined space and time domain, discredited by computational grids and time steps. Simulation result shows that temperature of coriander seed reduces from 27 to -53oC in 12 sec. The simulation also accounts the effect of moisture content on temperature distribution and time of cooling. The numerical simulation was further verified through cooling experiments with coriander seed by directly dipping them in liquid nitrogen. Simulation data well matched with experimental results. The chilling rate of seed was found to be time, product-temperature and moisture dependent.CFD simulacija za hlađenje tokom zamrznutog mlevenja semena korijandera je izvedena da se odredi vreme zadržavanja u konvejeru. Simulirana su semena korijandera sa različitim sadržajem vlage i jednačine su rešene za definisan prostorni i vremenski domen, diskreditovan računskim mrežama i vremenskim intervalima. Rezultat simulacije pokazuje da temperatura semena korijandera opada od 27 do -53°C za 12 sec. Simulacija takođe uključuje uticaj vlažnosti na distribuciji temperature i vreme hlađenja. Numerička simulacija je dodatno potvrđena eksperimentima naglog hlađenja semena korijandera direktnim potapanjem u tečni azot
Performanse merne jedinice vakuumske sadilice za preciznu sadnju povrća
The objective of this study was to determine the seeding performance of a precision vegetable planter with vacuum type metering unit at different seed spacings and forward speeds using onion and carrot seeds. The seeding performances were investigated and evaluated based on the seed distribution accuracy on sticky belt stand tests in laboratory conditions. The experiments were conducted at the forward speeds of 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 m s-1, and seed spacing of 25 and 50 mm for each seed. The vacuum plate of precision metering unit with 90 holes and hole diameter of 0.8 mm was used. The seed distribution accuracy was determined according to the factor of variation (Vf) and goodness criteria (λ) which are represented to be compatible with the Poisson distribution. The factors of variation were found in the range of 0.74-0.89 for carrot and 0.52-0.55 for onion. These values indicated that carrot and onion seeds can be planted in the character of precision seeding by a vacuum type vegetable planter. According to results of the experimental tests it was found that seed distribution accuracy of machine was in very good quality for carrot (λ = %78.42-%93.16) and onion (λ = %88.95-%94.11) seeds.Cil ovog ispitivanja bio je da odredi performanse rada sadilice za preciznu sadnju povrća sa vakuumskim mernim uređajem pri različitim rastojanjima sadnje i brzinama pri sadnji semena luka i šargarepe. Radne performance su bile ispitivane i ocenjene na osnovu tačnosti distribucije semena na testovima sa lepljivim kaišem u laboratorijskim uslovima. Ogledi su izvođeni pri brzinama od 1.0, 1.5 i 2.0 m s-1, i rastojanjima sadnje od 25 i 50 mm. Korišćena je vakuumska ploča preciznog mernog uređaja sa 90 otvora i prečnikom otvora od 0.8 mm. Tačnost distribucije semena bila je određena prema koeficijentu varijacije (Vf) i kriterijumu uklapanja (λ) koji su predstavljeni kao kompatibilni sa Poisson rasporedom. Koeficijenti varijacije bili su u opsegu od 0.74 do 0.89 za šargarepu i 0.52 do 0.55 za luk. Ove vrednosti pokazuju da semena šargarepe i luka mogu precizno da se seju vakuumskim tipom sadilice za povrće. Prema rezultatima testova tačnost distribucije semena bila je veoma dobra i za semena šargarepe (λ=%78.42-%93.16) i za semena luka (λ=%88.95-%94.11)
