Hitozan/bentonit granule za tretman otpadnih voda
Aim of this research was synthesis of chitosan/bentonite nanocomposite
beads for colored wastewater treatment by adsorption. Influence of preparation
procedure on the morphology, adsorption and thermal properties has been studied. It
was proved that procedure method affects morphology, as well as enthalpy of absorbed
water evaporation, which depends on the molarity of NaOH, and does not affect glass
transition temperature. Chitosan adsorption capacity was improved by addition of
modified bentonite, which is desirable in colored wastewater treatment.Cilj ovog istraživanja je bila sinteza hitozan/bentonit nanokompozitnih
granula za prečišćavanje obojenih otpadnih voda metodom adsorpcije. Proučavan je
uticaj postupka pripreme na morfologiju, kao i na adsorpciona i toplotna svojstva
nanokompozitnih biopolimera. Dokazano je da način pripreme hibridnih granula utiče
na morfologiju, kao i na entalpiju isparavanja adsorbovane vode čija vrednost zavisi od
molarnosti NaOH, a ne utiče na temperaturu prelaska u staklasto stanje. Sposobnost
adsorpcije hitozana je poboljšana dodavanjem modifikovanog bentonita, koji je poželjan
u tretmanu obojenih otpadnih voda
Ispitivanje sadržaja nitrita, nitrata i amonijaka u vodi za piće
In this paper is shown, an investigation of the quality of drinking water in rural
areas without central water supply around Požarevac city, based on the content of
nitrite, nitrate and ammonia.
The most common cause for unsafe drinking water are the increased values of
nitrates (the highest concentration of 1138.9 mg/dm3) and nitrite (the highest
concentration of 0.40 mg/dm3).
In all analyzed samples of drinking water in rural areas ammonia concentration is in
acceptable limits.U ovom radu izvršeno je ispitivanje kvaliteta vode za piće u seoskim
naseljima na teritoriji grada grada Požarevca koja nemaju centralno vodosnabdevanje,
na osnovu sadržaja nitrita, nitrata i amonijaka.
Najčešći uzrok neispravnosti vode za piće su povišene vrednosti nitrata (najviša
koncentracija od 1138,9 mg/dm3) i nitrita (najviša koncentracija od 0,40 mg/dm3).
U svim analiziranim uzorcima vode za piće u seoskim naseljima koncentracija
amonijaka je u dozvoljenim granicama
Značaj sorte u organskoj proizvodnji povrća
The organic farming system differs fundamentally in soil fertility management, weed,
disease and pest management, and has higher demands on product quality and yield
stability compared to conventional farming. By stimulating internal self-regulation
through functional agrobiodiversity in and above the soil, organic farming system aim at
resilience and buffering capacity in the farm-ecosystem. For futher optimisation of
organic product quality and yield stability new varieties are required that are adapted to
organic farming systems.Organski sistemi uzgoja povrća su u pogledu upravljanja plodnošću zemljišta,
korova, bolesti i štetočina i zahtevom za povišenim kvalitetom i stabilnošću prinosa
različiti konvencionalnim. Stimulišući unutrašnju samoregulaciju putem funkcionalnog
agrobiodiverziteta u i iznad zemljišta, umesto spoljne regulacije sredstvima zaštite, cilj
organskih sistema je povećanje otpornosti proizvodnog ekosistema. Izbor
visokokvalitetnog organskog semena i sadnog materijala pogodnih sorti je ključ uspešne
organske proizvodnje. Dalja optimizacija kvaliteta organskih proizvoda i stabilnosti
prinosa zahteva uvođenje novih sorata adaptiranih na specifične uslove organske
proizvodnje
Analiza morfogeneze višegodišnjeg nosača rodnog drveta kruške
The analysis of the growths which bear the apical mixed buds for the first time and twoyear-
old outspread branches in six pear cultivars (‘Trevuška’, ‘Santa Maria’, ‘Williams’,
‘Abate Fetel’, ‘Kaluđerka’ and ‘Krasanka’) have been performed in order to define genotype
specificity of the organogenesis of the fruit-bearing tree. The obtained results demonstrate
that this analysis of these categories of growths is not enough to determine for sure the type
of the organogenesis in the examined pear cultivars as well as the genotype specificity of the
growth and development of individual categories of growths. Therefore, a detailed analysis
of morphogenesis of several year old bearing wood of the fruit-bearing tree was decided to
be made. A scheme was also made for each branch, while the individual categories of
growths were marked with the following signs:
α = lateral vegetative bud,
β = apical vegetatative bud formed from α,
β’ = apical vegetatative bud formed from β,
β’’ = apical vegetatative bud formed from β’
γ = mixed bud formed from α ,
γ’ = mixed bud formed from γ,
γ’’ = mixed bud formed from γ’,
φ = fruit-bearing growth,
φ+ = fruit-bearing growth that produced the fruit,
φ‒ = fruit-bearing growth that did not produce the fruit,
→ = becoming
By means of these signs, the rows for 30 five-year-old branches were created for
each examined cultivar.
The obtained data are grouped into individual rows and they are expressed in
numerical values. The following coefficients were calculated:
1) Genotypic coefficient potential of vegetative cones of lateral vegetative buds for
the moving to the generative program of differentiation,
2) Genotypic coefficient potential of vegetative cones of apical vegetative buds for
the moving to the generative program of differentiation,Kod šest sorti krušaka (Santa marija, Vilijamovka, Fetelova, Trevuška,
Kaluđerka i Krasanka) u cilju definisanja genotipskih specifičnosti organogeneze
rodnog drveta izvršili smo analizu prirasta koji prvi put nose vršni mješoviti pupoljak i
dvogodišnju razgranatu granu. Na osnovu izvršenih analiza došli smo do spoznaje da na
osnovu analize samo tih kategorija prirasta ne možemo pouzdano odrediti tip
organogeneze rodnog drveta ispitivanih sorti kruške, niti utvrditi genotipske
specifičnosti rasta i razvoja pojedininih kategorija prirasta, pa smo se odlučili da
uradimo i detaljnu analizu morfogeneze višegodišnjeg nosača rodnog drveta odabranih
sorti kruške. Za svaku analiziranu petogodišnju granu je urađena šema, a pojedine
kategorije prirasta označene su odgovarajućim znakovima. Podaci o broju znakova
sistematizovani su u nizove iz kojih su izračunati odgovarajući koeficijenti, čije su
vrijednosti bila osnova za grupisanje sorti prema dominantnim tipovima rodnih
grančica, a na taj način je ostvarena mogućnost modeliranje opdgovarajućih
pomotehničkih tretmana
Uticaj funkcionalne smeše na bazi alginata na hemijski kvalitet i energijsku vrednost viršli
This study examines the impact of alginate based functional mixtures on chemical
quality and reducing of the energy value of the hot dogs. Analyzing results of chemical
quality can be concluded that the firm adipose tissue may replace with the emulsion
mixtures based on alginate in quantities of 20 g/kg (experimental group 1) and 40 g/kg
of emulsion-soft fat ice-water (experimental group 2). This exchange does not have a
negative impact on the chemical composition of the sample hot dogs, which achieve
significantly lower levels of fat, and reduced energy value. The energy value is
decreased by the value determined in hot dogs of control group (1365.22 kJ/100g),
experimental group 1 (1297.04 kJ/100g) and hot dogs of experimental group 2 (1289.09
kJ/100g).U radu je ispitivan uticaj funkcionalne smeše na bazi alginata na hemijski kvalitet i
smanjenje energijske vrednosti viršli. Analizom rezultata ispitivanja hemijskog kvaliteta
može se zaključiti da se čvrsto masno tkivo može zameniti emulzijom smeše na bazi
alginata u količinama od 20 g/kg (ogledna grupa 1) i 40 g/kg emulzije-meko masno tkivo
voda-led (ogledna grupa 2). Ova zamena nema negativan uticaj na hemijski sastav
oglednih viršli, u kojima se postigao značajno niži nivo masti, i snizila energijska
vrednost. Energijska vrednost je opadala od vrednosti utvrđenih u viršlama kontrolne
grupe (1365.22 kJ/100g), ogledna grupa 1 (1297.04 kJ/100g) i viršle ogledne grupe 2
(1289.09 kJ/100g)
Promena kvaliteta i antioksidativne aktivnosti jagode nakon zamrzavanja
Natural antioxidants have been throughly studied in the latest decade, due to their
beneficial effects on human health. Strawberry fruits have a lot of bioactive compounds
which prevent unwanted oxido-redox reactions to taking place. The aim of this work
was to study the influence of freezing process on strawberry fruits changes. The content
of dry matter, total sugars and acids, vitamin C were determined, as well as sensory
analysis of quality. Antioxidant activity was measured by DPPH method, testing the
ability of DPPH radical neutralization. The results indicate that the freezing caused
minor changes in chemical quality parameters. Changes in the sensory quality
characteristics was higher.Prirodnim antioksidansima se pridaje velika pažnja i predmet su brojnih
istraživanja tokom poslednje decenije. Plodovi jagode su bogati bioaktivnim
komponentama koje imaju povoljan uticaj na zdravlje ljudi. Cilj rada je bio da se utvrde
promene do kojih dolazi pri zamrzavanju plodova jagode. Analiziran je sadržaj suve
materija, ukupnih šećera i kiselina, vitamina C, kao i senzorna analiza kvaliteta.
Antioksidativni potencijal meren je DPPH metodom, ispitivanjem sposobnosti
neutralizacije DPPH radikala. Dobijeni rezultati su pokazali da pri zamrzavanju plodova
jagode ne dolazi do značajnih promena hemijskih parametara kvaliteta. Nešto su veće
promene u senzornim karakteristikama kvaliteta
Polyphenols and Antioxidant Activity of Different Vinegrape Leaves
The volume of the grape waste produced directly relates to the volume of
grapes pressed and in turn depends on the specific climatic conditions of the relevant
vintage. The aim of this work is to evaluate vinegrape leaves as a potential source of
natural antioxidants – polyphenols for their possible use as dietary supplement or food
antioxidants. To this purpose antioxidant activity and contents of phenolic compounds
of the leaves extracts of five grape varieties of Vitis vinifera L (Vranac, Prokupac,
Merlot, Gamay and Italian Rizling), grown in southern Serbia were investigated. The
analysis show high content of polyphenols reflecting their high antioxidant activity (R2
= 0.9819, p<0.01). According to the obtained results, the leaves extracts, can be
considered rich natural source of phenolic compounds with good antioxidant properties
Mehanizmi antioksidativnih reakcija alizarina sa slobodnim radikalima
Different metabolic processes as nus products form variety free radicals.
Those radicals have damaging influence to people health, when they are formed in human
bodies, or react as active components in reactions of nutrients decay. In this article are
investigated mechanisms of radical scavenging activity of alizarin in reactions with •OH,
•OOH and CH3OO• radicals. All results are obtained using DFT method. For calculations
is used M06-2X functional in combination with 6-311++G(d,p) basis set. Lipid and
aqueous environment are imitated. All conclusions are based on ΔH values, as
thermodynamically indicator for anticipation of reaction pathway.Tokom različitih metaboličkih procesa kao nus-produkti nastaju mnoštvo
slobodnih radikala . Ovi radikali imaju štetan uticaj na zdravlje ljudi, ukoliko nastaju u
čovekovom organizmu, ili reaguju kao aktivne komponente u reakcijama kvarenja hrane.
U ovom radu su ispitani mehanizmi antiradikalske aktivnosti alizarina u reakcijama sa
•OH, •OOH i CH3OO• radikalom. Svi rezultati dobijeni su primenom DFT metode. Za
izračunavanja je korišćen M06-2X funkcional u kombinaciji sa 6-311++G(d,p) bazisnim
skupom. Simulirano je lipidno i vodeno okruženje. Svi zaključci bazirani su na ΔH
vrednostima, kao termodinamičkom indikatoru za predviđanje reakcionog puta
Životna proizvodnja mleka i mlečne masti kod krava simentalske rase
This study was conducted to evaluate the phenotypic expression and variability of
lifetime performance traits (lifetime yields of milk, fat and 4%FCM, milk fat content,
milk yield per milking day, milk yield per day of productive life and milk yield per day
of life) and the effect of systematic factors (breeding region, total lactation number, year
of birth and season of birth) and age at first conception on the above traits in 2548
Simmental cows.
The test Simmental cows achieved the following: lifetime yields of milk, fat and
4%FCM - 14604, 554.8 and 14157 kg, respectively, milk fat content of lifetime milk
yield - 3.81%, milk yield per milking day - 12.79, milk yield per day of productive life -
9.31 and milk yield per day of life - 5.46 kg. The marked variability of the traits, along
with a certain percent of high-producing cows, enables further success in their selection.Ispitivanje fenotipske ispoljenosti i varijabilnosti osobina životne
proizvodnje (životna proizvodnja mleka, mlečne masti i 4%MKM, sadržaj mlečne masti
kao i proizvodnja mleka po muznom produktivnom i životnom danu) izvršeno je na
uzorku od 2548 krava simentalske rase.
Na analiziranom uzorku simentalskih krava ostvarena životna proizvodnja mleka,
mlečne masti i 4%MKM iznosila je 14604, 554.8 i 14157 kg, sadržaj mlečne masti životne
proizvodnje mleka 3.81%, dok je proizvodnja mleka po muznom, produktivnom i životnom
danu iznosila 12.79, 9.31 i 5.46 kg. Izražena varijabilnost ovih osobina, sa izvesnim
procentom visoko proizvodnih grla, omogućava dalji uspešan rad u njihovoj selekciji
Uticaj važnijih negenetskih faktora na fenotipsku varijabilnost osobina mlečnosti u populaciji crno belih goveda
Modern beef production in intensive rearing conditions imposes a need for constant
improvement of production traits of individuals. Meeting the growing requirements that
accompany this type of production means the provision of optimal rearing conditions,
not only in terms of cattle nutrition, care and housing but also in terms of health.
Milk yield, milk fat and protein are properties of primary importance in dairy cattle
breeding. These properties express a pronounced variability that occurs due to a large
number of factors. The paper presents the average values and phenotypic variability of
major milk production traits in the black-and-white cattle population raised on the farm
"PK Beograd". In the first three standard lactations the average milk yield was 7.241 kg
with 3.56% fat. The impact of major non-genetic factors (farm, year, season of calving)
on the expression of milk production traits was also observed. The impact of the
examined factors on the variability of the production traits was highly significant (P
<0.01).Savremena govedarska proizvodnja u intenzivnim uslovima odgajivanja
nameće potrebu konstantnog unapređenja proizvodnih osobina jedinki. Realizacija sve
većih zahteva koji prate ovu proizvodnju podrazumeva obezbeđenje optimalnih uslova
gajenja, kako u pogledu ishrane, nege i smeštaja, tako i zdravstvenog stanja goveda.
Prinosi mleka, mlečne masti i proteina su osobine od primarnog značaja u selekciji i
oplemenjivanju mlečnih rasa goveda. Ove osobine pokazuju izraženu varijabilnost koja
se javlja usled delovanja velikog broja činilaca na njihovu ispoljenost. U radu su
prikazane prosečne vrednosti i fenotipska varijabilnost važnijih osobina mlečnosti u
populaciji crno belih goveda gajenih na farmi PK “Beograd”. U prve tri standardne
laktacije ostvaren je prosečan prinos od 7241 kg mleka sa 3,56% mlečne masti.
Posmatran je i uticaj važnijih negenetskih faktora (farme, godine, sezone teljenja) na
ispoljenost osobina mlečnosti. Ustanovljen je visoko značajan uticaj ispitivanih faktora
na varijabilnost posmatranih proizvodnih svojstava (P< 0.01)
