Značaj atestiranja uređaja za aplikaciju sredstava za zaštitu bilja
In Serbia, since 1999, the Law on providing services in the field of plant
protection which regulates mandatory inspection of sprayers and mist blowers in use.
Plant protection law is to regulate the field of pesticide application. Pass laws are
harmonized with the EU directive 91/414/EEC, and shall also include the article on
mandatory inspection of sprayers and mist blowers. The main aim of the work is to
inform and prepare the machines for users of plant protection products and control of
the equipment and devices to pass the required control of technical accuracy of
machines. The ways are given, organization and the results of mandatory inspection of
sprayers in the developed European countriesU Srbiji od 1999 godine Zakonom o pružanju usluga u oblasti zaštite bilja
predviđa se obavezna provera prskalica i orošivača kao i Zakonom o zaštiti bilja oblast
primene pesticida se detaljnije reguliše. Doneti zakoni su usklađeni sa EU 91/414EEZ, i
odnose se na obaveznu kontrolu prskalica i orošivača. Cilj rada je da informiše i
pripremi korisnike mašina za zaštitu bilja, na obaveznu kontrolu tehničke ispravnosti.
Navedeni su načini organizacije i neki rezultati obaveznog pregleda prskalica u
razvijenim evropskim zemljama

Uticaj sušenja na fizičko-hemijska i nutritivna svojstva listova piskavice
Drying of fenugreek green leaves (Trigonella foenum-graecum) was conducted by using desiccant dehumidifier dryer at different temperatures viz. 45, 50 and 55°C. Obtained experimental data including moisture content, rehydration ratio, ascorbic acid and carotenoids were analysed via random factorial scheme. Comparison of data average was carried out with the help of the statistical analysis tool. Statistical analysis of experimental data showed that time, temperature, and their combined effect had a reasonable effect on the drying rate, moisture content, rehydration, ascorbic acid and carotenoids value of dried samples. However, a combined effect of time and temperature on the drying rate was not significant (P>0.05). The lack of fit for rehydration ratio and ascorbic acid was not significant but the values for drying rate, moisture content and carotenoids were significant. The drying rate was 6.37, 7.37 and 7.95 kg water/kg dry matter at drying air temperatures of 45, 50 and 55°C, respectively during first hour of drying (initial moisture content 88.60% wb) and declined afterwards. The results also showed that increasing time and temperature (45, 50 and 55 °C) leads to decrease in ascorbic acid (192.4, 185.3 and 170.6 mg/100g) and carotenoids (25.2, 20.5 and 17.3 mg/100g) of the samples, but it increased the value of rehydration ratio (3.8, 4.0 and 4.5 g/g) of the samples.Zeleni listovi piskavice (Trigonella foenum-graecum) sušeni su na temperaturama od 45, 50 i 55°C. Dobijeni eksperimentalni podaci, uključujući sadržaj vlage, odnos dehidracija, askorbinske kiseline i karotenoidi su statistički obrađeni. Analiza je pokazala da su vreme, temperatura i njihov kombinovani efekat imali značajan uticaj na brzinu sušenja, sadržaj vlage, dehidraciju, askorbinsku kiselinu i karotenoide suvih uzoraka. Kombinovani efekat vremena i temperature na stope sušenja nije bio značajan (P> 0,05)
Priručnik za zaštitu prava intelektualne svojine (ZPIS)
The purpose of this document (IPR Guidelines) is to offer short, practical information about basic concepts and principles related to Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and relevant for the staff and students from the Faculty of Agriculture and also two other interesting in this issue. It provides a brief overview of the most relevant form of Intellectual Property Protection (IPP) in agricultural and biotechnology sectors.
The text provides examples of the different types of subject matter that IP can protect and that could be important for agriculture and biotechnology and also for publishing teaching and research material and results. The list is not exhaustive and is only intended as a guide to identifying the types of IP that may arise as a result of the current and future Faculty of Agriculture activities. The Guidelines also shortly explain the procedure dealing with IPR as activities of a new Faculty’s established Office for Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer (OIPTT Office).
The Guidelines are prepared by the leader and staff of the mentioned office of the Faculty of Agriculture University of Belgrade working within the newly established OIPTT Office. These Guidelines are not a substitute for professional legal advice.Cilj ovog dokumenta projekta CaSA je da pruži osnovne informacije o konceptu i principima zaštite prava intelektualne svojine, a koji su od značaja ne samo za zaposlene i studente Poljoprivrednog fakulteta, već i za druge koji su zainteresovani za ovu oblast.
U ovom dokumentu je dat kratak pregled najrelevantnijih oblika zaštite prava intelektualne svojine (ZPIS) za oblasti poljoprivrede i biotehnologije.
U tekstu su dati primeri različitih vrsta prava čija se ostvarena intelektualna svojina (IS) može zaštititi, a koja su od posebnog značaja za oblasti poljoprivrede i biotehnologije, kao i za nastavnu i istraživačku delatnost na fakultetima. Lista nije konačna i kao vodič pomaže u identifikaciji vrste intelektualne svojine koja može nastati kao rezultat sadašnje ili buduće aktivnosti Poljoprivrednog fakulteta. Takođe je ukratko predstavljena i procedura zaštite IS, a koju obavlja Kancelarija za intelektualnu svojinu i transfer tehnologija (KISTT), koja je kao rezultat AREA projekta ustanovljena na Poljoprivrednom fakultetu.

Uticaj parametara kvašenja i parenja na kvalitet mlevenja pirinča (CV. MTU 1075)
The effect of soaking and steaming parameters on the milling characteristics of paddy (Cv. MTU 1075) was studied at different initial moisture contents. Soaking was carried out at different temperatures of 40 to 80°C. Soaking was also carried out at three elevated pressures viz. 2.0, 4.0 and 6.0 kg•cm-² absolute pressure at the soak water temperature of 70°C. Steaming was carried out at 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and 2.5 kg•cm-² absolute pressures. It was observed that the increase in the soak water temperature as well as the pressure of soaking improved the milling quality of paddy with higher head rice yield ratios and reduced white bellies. Soaking at 80°C however reduced the head rice yield when soaked beyond 120 min. During soaking under pressure, there was difference in the head rice yield initially up to about 10 min of soaking, the difference diminished as the soaking time was increased beyond that. The maximum head rice yield was obtained with the processing at steam pressure of 1.5 kg•cm-² for 12.5 to15 min. Only soaking under hydrostatic pressure also improved the yield of rice for all the conditions.Uticaj parametara kvašenja i parenja na kvalitet mlevenja pirinča (Cv. MTU 1075) je proučavan pri različitim inicijalnim sadržajima vlage. Kvašenje je izvođeno pri različitim temperaturama od 40 do 80°C. Tako đe je kvašeno i pri tri apsolutna pritiska od 2.0, 4.0 i 6.0 kg•cm-² pri temperaturi vode za kvašenje od 70°C. Parenje je izvođeno pri apsolutnim pritiscima od 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 i 2.5 kg•cm-². Uočeno je da je povećanje temperature vode za kvašenje kao i pritiska kvašenja pvećalo kvalitet mlevenja pirinča sa većim prinosom i smanjilo gubitke. Parenje na 80°C smanjilo je prinos kada je trajalo više od 120 min. Tokom kvašenja pod pritiskom je postojala razlika u početnom prinosu do oko 10 min kvašenja, a razlika se smanjila kako se vreme kvašenja povećavalo preko toga. Maksimalan prinos bio je postignut obradom sa pritiskom pare od 1.5 kg•cm-² od 12.5 do 15 min. Samo kvašenje pri hidrostatičkom pritisku takođe je povećalo prinos u svim uslovima
Efikasnost fungicida Vivando (A.S. Metrafenon) u suzbijanju pepelnice vinove loze u Crnoj Gori
Efficacy of the fungicide based on metrafenone (Vivando) in control of
the pathogenic fungus Erysiphe necator, the causal agent of grapevine powdery
mildew, has been studied at the experimental field of the Biotechnical Faculty in
Podgorica (Podgorica's vineyards area). The experiments were conducted in 2011 and
2012, and were set according to the EPPO methods. The assessment of efficacy was
performed on leaves and clusters of grapes. During 2011, nine treatments were
performed, and in 2012 five. The obtained efficiency in both years amounted 100%,
although the intensity of the disease varied in different experimental years. In 2011, on
control plots disease intensity was high - 98.25% on leaves and 98.03% on clusters, and
in 2012 was quite lower - 65.83% on leaves and 62.05% on clusters.
The active substance metrafenone exhibited high efficiency at different, very high,
intensities of the disease.Na oglednom imanju Biotehničkog fakulteta u Podgorici (Podgoričko
vinogorje) ispitivana je efikasnost fungicida na bazi metrafenona (Vivando) u suzbijanju
fitopatogene gljive Erysiphe necator, prouzrokovača pepelnice vinove loze.
Eksperimenti su izvedeni tokom 2011. i 2012. godine, a postavljeni su po metodama
EPPO. Ocjena efikasnosti obavljena je na listovima i grozdovima. Tokom 2011.
obavljeno je devet tretiranja, a u 2012. pet. Dobijena efikasnost u obe godine je iznosila
100%, iako se intenzitet oboljenja razlikovao u eksperimentalnim godinama. Tokom
2011. na kontrolnim parcelama iznosio je visokih 98,25% na listovima i 98,03 na
grozdovima, a u 2012. bio je dosta niži - na listovima 65,83%, a na grozdovima 62,50%.
Aktivna supstanca metrafenon ispoljila je visoku efikasnost pri različitim, vrlo visokim,
intenzitetima oboljenja

The paper indicates the most likely mechanisms, causes and
epidemiological consequences pathogenic bacteria of community that live in the body of
plants, animals and humans. In this respect especially were emphasized Pseudomonas,
Erwinia, Yersinia, Listeria, Vibrio, Legionella, Salmonella and Mycoplasma.U radu se ukazuje na najverovatnije mehanizme, uzroke i epidemiološke
posledice zajedništva patogenih bakterija koje žive u organizmu biljaka, životinja i
čoveka. U tom pogledu su posebno istaknuti pseudomonasi, ervinije, jersinije, listerije,
vibrioni, legionele, salmonele i mikoplazme
Integralna i organska proizvodnja jabuke
Implementation of Integrated apple production provides high yields of high quality and health safe fruits. If compared to the conventional fruit production, integrated production is environmentally acceptable because it sets specific approach to plant protection, nutrition and production technology. In order to provide apple export on European market, implementation of integrated production in Serbia is needed on the large scale. The paper presents integrated apple production on the plantation of „Atos Fructum“company, located in Mala Remeta on Fruska Gora. Integrated fruit production allows strictly controlled application of synthetic chemicals, which are listed in Guidelines for integrated pome production (AGRIOS). On contrary, application of any synthetic chemicals in organic apple produc- tion is not allowed. Such approach eliminates any potential risk of chemicals application to the environment. Organic production principles point out the importance of apple cultivars with genetic resistance to pests and diseases. Since organic apple production in Serbia is very limited, the purpose of the paper is to point out the importance of organic concept and review its basic principles.Integralni koncept proizvodnje voća omogućava dobijanje visokih prinosa kvalitetnih i zdravstveno ispravnih plodova. U odnosu na konvencionalnu, integralna proizvodnja je ekološki prihvatljiva jer nalaže poseban pristup zaštiti, ishrani i tehnologiji proizvodnje voća. Da bi se obezbedio plasman na Evropsko tržište neophodno je intenzivirati uvođenje integralnog koncepta proizvodnje voća u Srbiji. U radu je predstavljen integralni koncept proizvodnje jabuke u zasadu „Atos Fructum“ u Maloj Remeti na Fruškoj gori. U integralnoj proizvodnji dozvoljena je strogo kontrolisana upotreba sintetičkih hemijskih sredstava, navedenih u Uputstvu Radne grupe za integralnu proizvodnju jabuke Južnog Tirola (AGRIOS). U organskoj proizvodnji, primena sintetičkih hemijskih sredstava nije dozvoljena. Ovakvim pristupom eliminiše se svaka potencijalna opasnost od primene hemijskih sintetičkih sredstava. Principi organske proizvodnje nalažu uvođenje sorti jabuke koje poseduju genetsku otpornost prema parazitima. Ovakav način proizvodnje u Srbiji je veoma slabo zastupljen, te se u radu razmatra značaj organske proizvodnje i dat je pregled osnovnih elementa organske proizvodnje jabuke
