    Pomološke osobine ploda nekih sorti trešnje

    Pomological properties of five sweet cherry cultivars, grafted on Colt rootstock, were studies in Brcko District, during 2014. year. Studies have included time of flowering and maturing, the physical properties of fruits, and susceptibility cultivars to cracking of fruits. Cultivar Sweet Heart had the greatest abundance of flowering, and, at the same time the lowest weight of fruit. The highest weight of fruit was found in cultivar Burlat, and, at the same time the earliest time of maturing. The lowest value of cracking of fruits was in cultivar Napoleon, while the highest value of cracking of fruit was in cultivar Burlat.U radu su prikazane pomološke osobine pet visokokvalitetnih sorti trešnje okalemljenih na vegetativnoj podlozi Kolt u uslovima Brčko Distrikta u toku vegetacije, 2014. godine. Od pomoloških osobina proučavane su fenološke osobine (cvetanje i zrenje), fizičke osobine ploda, kao i osetljivost proučavanih sorti prema pucanju plodova. Sorta Svit Hart je imala najobilnije cvetanje, a ujedno i najmanju masu ploda. Najveća masa ploda je zabeležena kod sorte Burlat, koja je ujedno imala i najranije vreme zrenja ploda. Najmanju vrednost indeksa pucanja ploda pokazala je sorta Napoleon, dok je najveća vrednost evidentirana kod sorte Burlat

    The soil structure is very dynamic measure, especially in the topsoil horizon, given that changes can occur under the influence of climatic factors, cultivated plants, amelioration measures and tillage. In the area of the Danube region, in September 2015, it was conducted the study on the effect of the perennial plants irrigation on the structural microaggregates stability and the risk of the soil crusting on three selected locations in agricultural soil samples taken from the surface layer (0-30 cm). In the analysed soil samples in disturbed state it was determined the ratio between the total content of particles of less than 0.002 mm (clay) in soil samples prepared with sodium pyrophosphate and the content of such particles in soil suspension prepared with water. The degree of the stability of microaggregates was expressed according to Vageler, in relation to their estimated stability index. The risk of the soil crust formation was determined according to a Van der Watt & Claassen pattern. The obtained results showed that the soil samples have stable to very stable degree of the structural microaggregates stability and that an irrigation did not significantly affect the analysed parameter. In the analysed samples the risk of the soil crusting is high to borderline.Struktura zemljišta je veoma dinamična veličina, naročito u orničnom horizontu, koji je i ispitivan, obzirom da do promena može doći pod uticajem klimatskih činilaca, gajenih biljaka, primenjenih meliorativnih mera i obrade. Na području Podunavske oblasti, tokom septembra 2015. godine, sprovedena su ispitivanja uticaja navodnjavanja višegodišnjih zasada na stabilnost strukturnih mikroagregata i rizik od stvaranja pokorice na tri odabrane lokacije u uzorcima poljoprivrednog zemljišta iz površinskog sloja (0-30 cm). U ispitivanim uzorcima zemljišta u poremećenom stanju, određen je stepen stabilnosti mikroagregata, izražen prema Vageler-u, na osnovu određenog odnosa između ukupnog sadržaja čestica manjih od 0,002 mm (gline) u uzorku zemljišta pripremljenog sa natrijum pirofosfatom i sadržaja tih čestica u suspenziji zemljišta pripremljenog sa vodom. Određen je i rizik od stvaranja pokorice, po obrascu Van der Watt & Claassena. Dobijeni rezultati pokazuju da ispitivani uzorci zemljišta imaju stabilan do vrlo stabilan stepen stabilnosti strukturnih mikroagregata i da navodnjavanje nije u znatnoj meri uticalo na ispitivani parametar.     Uticaj pola na hemijski sastav pilećеg mesa i ekonomske benefite

    The aim of our study was to determine the influence of sex on the chemical composition of chicken meat. For the analysis were taken fresh chickens (2 groups of n-3) of the genus Gallus (roosters and hens) Macedonian origin. Measured: live weight, the weight of cold carcass, without feathers and the internal organs, leg with thigh, wing and fuselage. Examined the chemical and microbiological composition of whole chicken, breast with skin, built with and without skin. With the chemical analysis we found that the amount of protein (for roosters) in the breast with skin has the highest 22.9 % (vs 21.8 % hens) and the lowest in built with skin (hens) 16.6% (vs 16.9% in the rooster). With microbiological analysis we not found bacteria of the genus clostridium, staphylococcus, proteus, escherichia. The total number of bacteria (bacillus) is slightly bigger in the breast and built with the skin (from 3.41 to 3.95 log CFU/g) in comparison to breast without skin (2.52 log CFU/g).Cilj našeg istrażivanja bio je da se utvrdi uticaj pola na hemijski sastav pilećeg mesa i ekonomske benefite. Uzeti su sveži pilići (2 grupe po n=3) iz roda Gallus (petlovi i kokoši) makedonskog porekla. Izmerena je težina žive mase, masa hladnog trupa, bez perja i unatrašnjih organa, batak sa karabatakom, krila i trup. Ispitan je i hemijski i mikrobiološki sastav cele piletine, grudi sa i bez kože kao i karabataka sa kožom. Hemijskom analizom utvrdili smo da je količina proteina u grudima sa kožom najviša kod petlova (22,9% vs 21,8% kod kokoški) a najniža kod karabataka sa kožom (16,6% kod kokoški vs 16,9% kod petlova). Mikrobiološkom analizom nisu utvrđene bakterije iz rodova Clostridium, Staphylocoсcus, Proteus i Escherichia. Ukupan broj bakterija (Bacillus) je nešto veći u grudima i karabataku sa kožom (3,41-3,95 log CFU/g) u poređenju sa grudima bez kože (2,52 log CFU/g)

    The aim of this study was to explain the genetic variability of seven varieties of wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) and two varieties of triticale (hybrid wheat x rye) at unfertilized soil.The investigations included pigments content, leaf area, nitrogen content in the leaf, leaf and mesophyll thickness.Obtained results showed that there is a clear genetic variability in all tested components. Per study values for yield especially the prominent Lazarica genotype and both varieties hybrid species triticale – KG 20 and Knjaz,which also had the highest values for most parameters of productivity.Therefore, these genotypes of wheat can be recommend for organic production

    Black mulberry is the most medicinally important plant of the genus Morus. This study examines the chemical composition, antioxidant, antimicrobial and cytotoxic activity of mulberry leaves tea. The tea drinks were prepared in water (70, 80, 90 ° C and boiling temperature). This study has shown that mulberry teas have high antioxidant, antimicrobial and cytotoxic activity. Experimental investigation has shown that the best conditions for preparing mulberry teaa are with boiling water. Mulberry teas could be regarded as a promising source of bioactive natural compounds, which can be used both as a food supplement and a herbal remedy.Crni dud (Morus nigra L.) je medicinski važna biljka iz porodice Morus. U ovom radu ispitan je sadržaj ukupnih fenola i flavonoida kao i antioksidativna, antimikrobna i citotoksična aktivnost čajnih napitaka lista crnog duda. Čajni napitci su pripremani korišćenjem vode različite temperature (70, 80, 90ºC i ključala voda). Ispitivanja koja su urađena su pokazala da čajni napitci poseduju visoku antioksidativnu, antimikrobnu i citotoksičnu aktivnost. Najbolje osobine pokazali su napitci pripremani sa ključalom vodom. Čajni napici lista duda se mogu smatrati odgovarajućim izvorom prirodnih bioaktivnih komponenti, koji mogu naći primenu u vidu dodataka ishrani ili herbalnih lekova

    The intensification of agricultural production, both crop and livestock, has brought many benefits to human society , but the intensive development of agriculture and its orientation on industrial principles carry with them the negative effects, which were multiplied and increased more and more. The main negative effects are following conventional intensive agricultural production are reflected in: soil erosion and biodiversity, animal product obtained by animals that are grown under conditions of constant stress, the presence of residues of antibiotics and chemical crop protection products. Organic farming is fully controlled production cycle. The conditions of production are based on rules IFOAM (International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements) and they must be legally regulated and adapted to the specific conditions of each country in which the production takes place. The transformation or transition means the process of developing a reliable and sustainable agro-economic system. The whole farm or farm unit, including livestock, is bound to change in accordance with the standards of organic foods in a given period of time. The transition from conventional to organic production takes some time, depending on type, category and general conditions in animal breeding.Intenzifikacija poljoprivredne proizvodnje, kako ratarske, tako i stočarske donela je mnogo koristi ljudskom društvu, ali intenzivan razvoj poljoprivrede i njena orjentacija na industrijskim principima nosili su sa sobom i negativne efekte, koji su se umnožavali i sve više rasli. Osnovni negativni efekti koji prate konvencionalnu intenzivnu poljoprivrednu proizvodnju ogledaju se u eroziji zemljišta i biodiverziteta, animalnim proizvodima dobijenim od životinja koje se gaje u uslovima konstantnog stresa, prisustvu rezidua antibiotika i hemijskih proizvoda za zaštitu bilja. Organska poljoprivredna proizvodnja je u potpunosti kontrolisan proizvodni ciklus. Uslovi proizvodnje se na osnovu pravilnika IFOAM-a (Međunarodna federacija pokreta organske poljoprivrede) moraju prilagoditi specifičnim uslovima svake zemlje u kojoj se odvija proizvodnja i zakonski regulisati. Transformacija ili prelaz znači proces razvijanja pouzdanog i održivog agro-ekonomskog sistema. Cela farma ili jedinica na farmi, uključujući i stočarstvo, mora da pretrpi promene u skladu sa standardima organski zdrave hrane u jednom datom vremenskom periodu. Naime, prelazak iz konvencionalne u organsku proizvodnju zahteva određeno vreme, što zavisi od vrste, kategorije i opštih uslova gajenja životinja

    Wine is a complex mixture of natural organic compounds belonging to different structural classes. The aim of this study was to examine the chemical composition of Merlot wines of 11 selected clones obtained during third phase of individual clonal selection performed in the Republic of Serbia. The relative density (0.9956 to 0.9975), alcohol content (10.18 to 11.61 vol. %) and total extract (24.23 to 27.80 gl-1) of the wines of screened clones have indicated their good technological characteristics. In order to select the best clones for the final phase of the clonal selection, the evaluation of their viticultural properties and chemical ingredients will be continued.Vino predstavlja kompleksnu smešu prirodnih organskih jedinjenja različitih struktura. Cilj ovog rada bilo je ispitivanje hemijskog sastava vina 11 klonova sorte Merlo u okviru treće faze individualne klonske selekcije u Republici Srbiji. Dobijeni rezultati za relativinu gustinu (0,9956-0,9975), sadržaj alkohola (10,18-11,61 vol%) i ukupan ekstrakt (24,23-27,80 gl-1) ukazuju na dobre tehnološke karakteristike vina klonova. Radi selekcije najboljih klonova za poslednju fazu klonske selekcije, neophodno je sprovesti dalja ispitivanja kako vinogradarskih osobina, tako i hemijskih komponenti relevantnih grožđa i vina

    A New Source of Natural Antioxidants From Turkey: Linaria GenistifoliaSubsp. Genistifolia

    The antioxidant properties of different solvent extracts (acetone, methanol and water) from Linaria genistifolia subsp. genistifolia were investigated. Antioxidant properties were evaluated by different methods including free radical scavenging (DPPH and ABTS), reducing power (CUPRAC and FRAP), phosphomolybdenum, β-carotene/linoleic acid and metal chelating assays. Also, total phenolic and flavonoid content were determined for each extracts. Generally, the acetone and methanol extracts exhibited strong antioxidant abilities with higher level of phenolics (40.17 mgGAEs/g for acetone and 28.18 mgGAEs/g for methanol). All extracts had remarkable inhibition abilities of linoleic acid oxidation (84.88% for acetone, 77.22% for methanol and 63.04 for water). The results indicate that Linaria genistifolia subsp. genistifolia could be considered as a source of natural antioxidant for preparing new food ingredients and pharmaceutical formulations
