Root Taking of Mature Fig (Ficus carica L.) Tree Shoots
U ovom radu su prikazani rezultati egzogene primjene različitih koncentracija
indol-buterne kiseline (IBA) i alfa-naftil sirćetne kiseline (NAA) na procenat ožiljavanja
zrelih reznica u šest sorti smokve. Konstatovan je različit uticaj egzogene primjene
fitohormona IBA (1000, 2000, 3000, 4000 ppm ) i NAA 0,5% na uspješnost ožiljavanja zrelih
reznica smokve. Najniže prosječne vrijednosti ožiljavanja konstatovane su u reznica koje nisu
tretirane fitohormonima (kontrola) kod svih ispitivanih sorti smokve, a zatim kod reznica koje
su tretirane sa fitohormonom NAA 0,5%. Najbolje ožiljavanje zrelih reznica smokve
zabilježeno je primjenom IBA u koncentraciji od 4000 ppm i iznosilo je za sve sorte iz ogleda
(89,25%,) a najslabije ožiljavanje je registrovano kod reznica koje nisu tretirane
fitohormonom (71,94%). Od ispitivanih sorti smokve, kod svih primjenjenih tretmana,
jednorodna sorta „Rezavica“ se najbolje ožiljavala (85,14%), a najslabije dvorodna sorta
„Petrovača crna“.
Povećanje procenta ožiljavanja zrelih reznica je konstatovano kod svih ispitivanih sorti
smokve, srazmjerno povećanju koncentracije rastvora IBA, Analizom varijanse i LSD testom
konstatovane su statističke razlike između ispitivanih sorti smokve, gdje uspjeh ožiljavanja
zavisi od egzogenog tretiranja reznica različiti vrstama i koncentracijama fitohormona.
Upotreba većih koncentracija IBA (3000 i 4000 ppm) pokazala se najboljom i kao takva se
može preporučiti u tehnologiji proizvodnje sadnica smokve na vlastitom korijenu.This paper presents the results of applying different concentration of exogenous
indole-butyric acid (IBA) and Alpha-naphthyl acetic acid (NAA) on rooting of mature
cuttings in six varieties of figs. Ascertained the different effects of exogenous application of
phytohormones IBA (1000, 2000, 3000, 4000 ppm) and NAA 0.5% on the success of rooting
of mature cuttings of fig. The lowest average values were found in the rooting of cuttings
which are not treated with phytohormones (control) for all tested varieties figs, and then with
the cuttings treated with phytohormones NAA 0.5%.
Rooting cuttings of ripe figs recorded by applying IBA at a concentration of 4000 ppm
and accounted for all varieties from the trial (89.25%) and the lowest was registered in
rooting cuttings that are not treated with phytohormones (71.94%). The cultivar figs, with all
the applied treatment, homogeneous variety "Rezavica" the best ožiljavala (85.14%) and least
two-fold varieties "Petrovaca Black".
Increase the percentage of rooting of mature cuttings was noted in all tested varieties
of figs, in proportion to the increase in the concentration of IBA solution, analysis of variance
and LSD test were found statistical differences between the varieties of figs, where success
depends on rooting cuttings of exogenous treating different types and concentrations of
phytohormones.
The use of higher concentrations of IBA (3000 and 4000 ppm) proved to be the best,
and as such can be recommended in technology production plants figs on its own root

Uticaj soli natrijuma na klijanje semena i razvoj klijanca ječma (Hordeum Vulgare L.), jare sorte Jadran
Study examines the effect of different soil concentrations of NaCl, NaHCO3 Na2CO3 and Na2SO4 on germination of H. vulgare L. (spring cultivar Jadran). The results indicate that germination and growth of germs in stress conditions caused by the sodium salt depend on type of salt and it’s concentration. In terms of toxicity manifested on seed germination, on length of radicle and length of hypocotyls of germinated seeds, we can line up all salt in a series of NaCl < Na2SO4 < NaHCO3 < Na2CO3.U radu je ispitivan toksični efekat koji imaju različite koncentracije rastvora soli NaCl, NaHCO3 Na2SO4 i Na2CO3 na klijanje semena H. vulgare L. (jara sorta Jadran). Rezultati su pokazali da klijanje i porast klice u uslovima stresa izazvanog solima natrijuma zavise od vrste soli i koncentracije. U pogledu toksičnosti ispoljene na klijavost semena, na dužinu korenka i dužinu hipokotila klijalih semena, sve soli možemo da poređamo u niz NaCl< Na2SO4 < NaHCO3 < Na2CO
Ispitivanje odabranih fizičko–hemijskih osobina i sadržaja makro- i mikroelemenata u vodi jezera Gruža
Water is one of the most precious natural resources. The downtrend in the quality of lake water and pollution with heavy metals cause serious threats to the environment in last decades. Particularly vulnerable are the lakes that are located near towns and villages. The aim of this study was to investigate the physicochemical parameters and levels of macro– and microelements in order to determine the water quality of Lake Gruža in the summer period. The results showed that the studied parameters were within the permissible levels, except of concentrations of iron, cobalt and vanadium.Voda predstavlja jedan od najdragocenijih prirodnih resursa. Opadanje kvaliteta jezerskih voda i zagađenje teškim metalima, predstavljaju ozbiljne pretnje za životnu sredinu u poslednjih nekoliko decenija. Posebno su ugrožena jezera koja se nalaze u blizini gradova i naselja. Cilj rada bio je ispitivanje osnovnih fizičko–hemijskih parametara i sadržaja makro– i mikroelemenata kako bi se utvrdio kvalitet vode jezera Gruža u letnjem periodu. Rezultati su pokazali da su ispitivani parametri u vodi bili u okviru dozvoljenih vrednosti, osim sadržaja gvožđa, kobalta i vanadijuma
Intezivna pojava žute rđe pšenice (Puccinia Striiformis Westend ) na području grada Bihaća
Wheat rust (Puccinia striiformis) is the most important plant disease which we encounter for many years. Development of yellow rust on wheat depends on the weather conditions, primarily on increased rainfall and lower temperatures. The aim of this study was to demonstrate the connection between climate changes with the emergence of specific diseases such as rust of wheat, which intensively occurs in areas with colder climate. This paper deals with the occurrence of rust on wheat for three consecutive years: 2014, 2015 and 2016 on the varieties of wheat that are commonly used in the Una Sana Canton, a types Bosanka and Novosadska S 40. The highest level of disease was observed in 2014 on the mentioned varieties. During 2015 there has not been occurrence of rust on wheat, whereas in 2016 on the wheat variet Bosanka occurrence of rust was observed again, less pronounced than it was in 2014.Rđa pšenice (Puccinia striiformis) je značajno oboljenje sa kojim se susrećemo duži niz godina. Razvoj žute rđe na pšenici ovisi o vremenskim uvetima, prvenstveno o povećanoj količini padavina i nižim temperaturama. Cilj ovog rada bio je dokazivanje povezanosti klimatskih promena sa pojavom specifičnih bolesti kao što je rđa pšenice koja se intenzivnije javlja u područjima sa hladnijim klimatom. U ovom radu praćena je pojava rđe na pšenici tokom tri uzastopne godine: 2014., 2015. i 2016. na sortama pšenice koje se najčešće koriste na području Unsko sanskog kantona, Bosanka i NS 40S. Najveći intenzitet bolesti primećen je tokom 2014. godine na pomenutim sortama. Tokom 2015. godine nije došlo do pojave rđe na pšenici dok je 2016. godine na sorti pšenice Bosanka ponovo primećena pojava rđe manjeg intenziteta nego što je to bilo 2014. godine
Uporedna ispitivanja kvaliteta goveđe pršute proizvedene na tradicionalan i industrijski način
The paper studies the chemical quality and oxidative status of beef prosciutto produced by different processes: in industrial conditions and in the traditional manner. Slightly larger differences are determined in moisture, fat and NaCl content, but the ash, nitrogen and protein content, as well as the pH value is not significantly varied in the samples of prosciutto produced by various methods. The acid number of the sample industrially manufactured beef prosciutto was slightly lower than in the sample of beef prosciutto produced in the traditional manner. Slightly higher peroxide value for beef prosciutto produced in the traditional manner is the result of a stronger influence of prooxidative factors (air, light, moisture), which are significantly smaller extent affected the patterns of beef prosciutto produced industrially and packed in a vacuum.U radu je ispitivan hemijski kvalitet i oksidativni status goveđe pršute proizvedene različitim postupcima: u industrijskim uslovima i na tradicionalan način. Utvrđene su nešto malo veće razlike u sadržaju vlage, masti i NaCl, dok se sadržaj pepela, azota, proteina, kao i pH vrednost, nisu bitnije razlikovale u uzorcima pršute proizvedene različitim postupcima. Kiselinski broj uzorka industrijski proizvedene goveđe pršute je bio neznatno niži od kiselinskog broja goveđe pršute koja je proizvedena tradicionalnim postupkom. Nešto viši peroksidni broj goveđe pršute proizvedene na tradicionalan način rezultat je snažnijeg delovanja prooksidativnih faktora (vazduh, svetlost, vlaga), koji su u znatno manjem obimu uticali na uzorke goveđe pršute proizvedene na industrijski način, upakovane u vakuumu
Vrste plesni na kukuruznom klipu uskladištenom u koševima na teritoriji opština Vrnjačka Banja i Kruševac
Corn cob owned by individual producers is stored on multiple ways: in barns, attics, sheds etc. If corn cob is not dried properly when stord in barns, it represents ideal foundation for field and storage molds.For our examinations we used corn from 20 barns originating from ten plain and mountain villages in Vrnjacka Banja municipality. Mold isolation was performed on saburo ager on temperature of 27oC.
Most commonly isolated sorts of mold were: Penicillium sp., Aspergillus ustus, Alternaria tenuis, Yeast, Mucor mucedo, Fusarium roseum, Aspergillus candidus, Trichoderma viride and Aspergillus flavus.
Our results show that dominant role was frequently represented by field molds – Alternaria and Fusarium, most common of storage molds were molds from the genus Aspergillus and Penicillium, and most common progressive decay molds were Mucor and Rhisopos. Infection of grain was by rule 100% with rare exeptions.Kukuruzni klip u vlasništvu individualnih proizvođača skladišti se na više načina: u koševima, tavanima, šupama i dr. Ukoliko se kukuruzni klip, nedovoljno osušen, skladišti u koševe on predstavlja idealnu podlogu za razvoj poljskih i skladišnih plesni.
Za ispitivanja smo koristili kukuruz iz 20 koševa koji su poreklom iz 10 sela ravničarskog i planinskog predela sa područja opštine Vrnjačka Banja. Izolaciju plesni vršili smo na Saburo agaru na temperaturi od 27°C.
Najčešće su izolovane sledeće vrste plesni: Penicillium sp., Aspergillus ustus, Alternaria tenuis, Kvasnice, Mucor mucedo, Fusarium roseum, Aspergillus candidus, Trichoderma viride i Aspergillus flavus.
Naši rezultati pokazuju da su dominantnu ulogu u frekvenciji predstavljale plesni s polja- Alternaria i Fusarium, od plesni uskladištenja najučestalije su bile plesni iz roda Aspergillus i Penicillium, a od plesni uznapredovanog kvarenja Mucor i Rhisopus. Infekcija zrna je bila po pravilu 100% sa retkim odstupanjima

Razvoj hidrauličko-mehaničkog sistema automatske nivelacije berača maline i kupine
Problems related to self-propelled harvester stability during mechanized berry fruits harvesting at sloped terrains are analysed in this manuscript. The paper also presents an automatic leveling system of the raspberry and blackberry harvester. Low cost, simple design, reliability and minimized maintenance make it very suitable for berryfruits harvesters applied on terrains distant from service centres. The whole system, as well as its components, is designed and manufactured in Serbia.U radu su analizirani problemi vezani za stabilnost samohodnog berača pri mehanizovanoj berbi jagodastog voća na nagnutim terenima. Prikazano je rešenje automatske nivelacije berača plodova maline i kupine. Zahvaljujući niskoj ceni, jednostavnosti konstrukcije, visokoj pouzdanosti, uprošćenom i minimalizovanom održavanju, rešenje je posebno pogodno za manje zasade udaljene od servisnih centara. Opisane su komponente sistema, njihova namena i međusobna funkcionalna povezanost. Od posebnog značaja su činjenice da je sistem nivelacije, kao i njegove komponente, projektovan i proizvedene u našoj zemlji
Mašinska vizuelna klasifikacija sorti pirinča (Oryza sativa l.) upotrebom morfoloških, hromatskih i teksturalnih osobina slika semena
Variety identification is an important task for plant breeders, farmers and traders. DUS (Distinctness, Uniformity, Stability) protocol is generally carried out for identification of plant variety which is time consuming and laborious. An attempt was made to quantify 28 rice varieties based on seed images by digital image analysis. Rice seed images were captured using Canon-LiDE110 flatbed scanner at 600 dpi resolutions. An algorithm was developed using Matlab 2012B to capture and extract seven morphological, 18 textural features and seven chromatic features. Discriminant analysis was carried out to identify critical parameters and classified them into similar groups. The study identified 14 best features out of 32 features that has capability to discriminate between rice cultivars. Eccentricity, awn length, major axis, equivalent diameter, kernel area, kernel perimeter and minor axis were found to be most critical among morphological features while standard deviation (STD) and Energy were found to be most critical among textural features while Hue, Red and Green were found to be most critical among chromatic features. Thus the present study indicated that morphological, chromatic as well as textural features play a vital role in identification of new varieties and distinguishing them to classify into similar groups.Identifikacija vrste je važna za odgajivače, farmere i trgovce. DUS (Rastojanja, Ujednačenost, Stabilnost) protokol je generalno izveden za identifikaciju biljne vrste koja zahteva mnogo vremena i rada. Pokušali smo da kvantifikujemo 28 sorti pirinča na osnovu slika semena digitalnom analizom slike. Semena pirinča su snimljena skenerom Canon-LiDE110 u rezoluciji 600 dpi. Razvijen je algoritam upotrebom Matlab 2012B za hvatanje i izvođenje 7 morfoloških, 18 teksturalnih i 7 hromatskih osobina. Diskriminaciona analiza je izvedena radi identifikacije kritičnih parametara i njihove klasifikacije u slične grupe. Studija je identifikovala 14 najboljih od 32 osobine koje imaju mogućnost razlikovanja sorti pirinča. Ekscentričnost, dužina pleve, glavna osa, ekvivalentni prečnik, površina zrna, obim zrna i mala osa su definisane kao kritične među morfološkim osobinama dok su standardna devijacija i energija izdvojene kao najkritičnije među osobinama teksture. Crvena i zelena boja su bile najkritičnije među hromatskim osobinama. Tako je ova studija pokazala da morfološke, hromatske i osobine teksture igraju odlučujuću ulogu u identifikaciji novih sorti i mkihovog razlikovanja radi klasifikacije u slične grupe
