Brojnost populacije i fenologija leta Šljivinog smotavca u reonu Leposavića
Plum fruit moth (Grapholita funebrana) is an important pest in plants, which appears every year. The investigation has been carried out during 2016, in the area of Leposavić. The first emergence of moths, as well as their flight, was observed by pheromone traps. Start of moths’ flight was established in the third decade of April. Higher population level was found out in second generation, which caused a greater damage.Šljivin smotavac (Grapholita funebrana) je ekonomski značajna štetočina koja se javlja svake godine. Istraživanja su obavljena tokom 2016. godine u reonu Leposavića. Praćena je prva pojava leptira, kao i let leptira pomoću feromonskih klopki. Početak leta leptira utvrđen je u trećoj dekadi aprila. Veća brojnost populacije utvrđena je u drugoj generaciji, koja pričinjava i veću štetu
Population Dynamic of Z Strain of European Corn Borer in Bečej,Vojvodina Province
Wordwide in maize fileds, the three different pheromone strains (Z, E, H) of European corn borer (ECB) are identified. The aim of the study was to investigate the presence of ECB pheromon strains in Vojvodina province, leading production area of maize in Serbia. In three years, the presence of different strains were verified. Population dynamic according to obtained data idicate high differences in population strenght. The occurance of this pest in the field fluctuates. The earliest cach was on June 2nd (2016) and the latest on July 17th (2014). In 2015, when the highest temperature and the lowest humidity were registerd, the first ECB specimen was caught on June 23rd. The last catch of moths was earlier in vegatation on August 20th (2014) and the latest on October 9th (2016). In 2015 the last catch was on September 10th
LC-MS/MS određivanje ostataka pesticida u višnjama
The MRM for the determination of acetamiprid, dimethoate, carbendazim, pyraclostrobin, propiconazole and tebuconazole in sour cherries was done by LC-MS/MS. Propiconazole was detected in two samples above the MRL while all the other pesticide derections were belowe the established values.LC-MS/MS je korišćen u MRM određivanja ostataka acetamiprida, dimetoata, karbendazima, piraklostrobina, propikonazola i tebukonazola u uzorcima višanja. Propikonazol je detektovan u dva uzorka iznad MDK, dok su sve ostale detekcije bile ispod propisanih vrednosti
Isolation and Chemical Profile of Thymus Serpyllum L. and Lavandula Angustifolia Mill. Essential Oils
Aim of this study was to isolate essential oil from two different plants, Thymus serpyllum L. and Lavandula angustifolia Mill., as well to investigate their chemical composition. Essential oil was isolated by hydrodistillation, while chemical composition was established by GC-MS analysis. Obtained results showed that much more compounds were detected in Lavandula angustifolia Mill. than in Thymus serpyllum L. essential oil. Dominant compounds in Lavandula angustifolia Mill. were linalool (54.24%), eucalyptol (17.97%) and endo-borneol (13.36%), while thymol (37.37%), β-bisabolene (6.98%), germacrene D (6.68%) and trans-caryophyllene (6.47%) dominated in Thymus serpyllum L. essential oil
Quality and Chemical Profile Assessment of Different Teas in Serbia
Satureja montana, Ocimum basilicum, Camellia sinesis, Saliva officinalis, Althaea officinalis, Thymus camphoratus, Rosmarinus officinalis, Mentha piperita and Mountain tea were investigated for their quality (ash and moisture contents), as well as for chemical profile. HPLC analysis was applied to determine saccharide, vitamin C and caffeine contents in all teas samples. Obtained results demonstrated high quality of all tea samples (moisture of all samples was below 12%), while chemical analysis revealed presence of glucose, fructose, sucrose, vitamin C and caffeine in tested materials. Exception was Ocimum basilicum, where only glucose was detected and quantified
Efikasnost organskih kiselina u očuvanju kvaliteta obroka za ishranu goveda
This paper presents the efficiency of organic acids (sorbic acid, benzoic acid and palm and coconut oil acids, ammonium propionate, etc.) in prevention of microorganisms activities and undesirable spoilage process of total mixed ration (TMR) for cattle feeding during the summer months. Meals treated with these acids have a lower total number of bacteria and yeasts (cfu/g) for 25 to 78%, are less heated up, and are eaten better. Usage of these acid (1-2 L/t of food) does not require the use of expensive equipment. Purchase costs are compensated by the nutrients less loss and more milk production. Protection of TMR meals by organic acids is justified in the cattle diet once a day and at a time of high summer temperatures.U radu je prikazana efikasnost organskih kiselina (sorbinska, benzijeva, kiseline palminog i koksovog ulja, amonijum propionat i dr.) u sprečavanju aktivnosti mikroorganizama i nepoželjnih procesa kvarenja potpunih mešanih obroka (TMR) za ishranu goveda. Obroci tretirani ovim kiselinama imaju manji ukupan broj bakterija i kvasaca, slabije se greju i bolje konzumiraju. Korišćenje kiselina (1-2 L/t hrane) ne zahteva upotrebu skupe opreme. Troškovi nabavke se nadoknađuju manjim gubitkom hranljivih materija i većom proizvodnjom mleka. Zaštita TMR obroka organskim kiselinama ima opravdanje u ishrani goveda jednom dnevno, posebno u vreme visokih letnjih temperatura
Varijabilnost nekih morfoloških parametara planinskog Mrmoljka (Ichthyosaura alpestris Laurenti, 1768) na području planine Konjuh
Research of species Ichthyosaura alpestris (Laurenti, 1768) on the mountain Konjuh mountain was conducted at two locality, the locality Muška voda (723 meters of altitude) which belongs of the protected area of the mountain Konjuh, and the locality Zlaća located at 406 meters of altitude. For this purposes the sample of 126 individuals was collected, of which od the Muška voda was collected 69 (64 %), and ond the locality Zlaća 57 (36 %) of individuals. The following morfometric parameters were analysed: total body length, standard body length and tail length.Istraživanje vrste Ichthyosaura alpestris (Laurenti,1768) na području planine Konjuh provedeno je na dva lokaliteta, lokalitet Muška voda (723 m.n.v) koji pripada zaštićenom području planine Konjuh, te lokalitet Zlaća koji se nalazi na 406 metara nadmorske visine. Za ove potrebe prikupljen je uzorak od 126 jedinki od čega je na lokalitetu Muška voda prikupljeno 69 (64 %), a na lokalitetu Zlaća 57 (36 %) jedinki. Analizirani su sljedeći morfometrijski parametri: ukupna dužina tijela, standardna dužina tijela i dužina repa
Elektrolučno premazivanje nanokristalnom legurom
The article describes the properties of wear resistant electrospark coating made of nanocrystalline alloy of type 5БДСР (Finemet). It is proved that electrospark coating has nanocrystalline structure which is like amorphous matrix with nanocrystals α – Fe. Coating thickness is 33 µm, micro-hardness is 8461 - 11357 MPa, wear resistance is 0,55×104 s/g. Coating of nanocrystalline alloy of type 5БДСР can be used to increase wear resistance of machinery working surfaces.U radu su prikazane osobine otpornosti na habanje elektrolučnog premaza od nanokristalne legure tipa 5БДСР (Finemet). Dokazano je da elektrolučni premaz ima nanokristalnu strukturu koja izgleda kao amorfna matrica sa nanokristalima α – Fe. Debljina premaza iznosi 33 µm, mikrotvrdoća 8461 - 11357 MPa, otpornost na habanje 0,55×104 s/g. Premaz od nanokristalne legure tipa 5БДСР se može koristiti za povećanje otpornosti na habanje radnih površina mašina
Organska stočarska proizvodnja
Organska poljoprivreda podrazumeva proces održivog razvoja ruralne
sredine u skladu sa raspoloživim resursima, tradicijom i biodegradabilnim
potencijalom staništa. Ovakav način proizvodnje nije po opisu ekstenzivan, nego
intenzivan u okviru bioloških potencijala staništa.
Organska poljoprivreda se u svetu razvija brzim koracima kao odgovor na
evidentno narušenu životnu sredinu i posebno kao odgovor potrebama potrošača
za kvalitetnom i bezbednom hranom. Poslednje decenije obim organske
proizvodnje u svetu se značajno povećao tako da je u svetskim razmerama,
organskom eksploatacijom obuhvaćeno više od 43 miliona hektara.
Iz oblasti organske stočarske proizvodnje brže se razvijaju one proizvodne
grane u kojima je ishrana životinja bazirana na pašnjacima i kabastoj hrani,
odnosno preživari, dok je znatno sporiji razvoj organskog svinjarstva i
organskog živinarstva, s obzirom na to da se u ishrani ovih vrsta domaćih
životinja koriste velike količine proteinskih hraniva.
U Srbiji se organska poljoprivredna proizvodnja obavlja na oko 8 228 ha,
što iznosi samo 0,2% od ukupnih poljoprivrednih površina.
Sistem upravljanja poljoprivredom u organskim uslovima regulisan je
''Zakonom o organskoj proizvodnji i organskim proizvodima'', koji se bazira na
četiri principa: princip zdravlja, ekološki princip, princip pravednosti i princip
negovanja i staranja
The Use of Plant Bioregulators in Deciduous Fruit Trees
Intenzivna proizvodnja voća, pre svega jabučastog i koštičavog, bez primene
biljnih bioregulatora, koji su moćan alat za regulisanje brojnih fizioloških procesa u voćkama
bi bila veoma teška. Najznačajniji bioregulatori su: α-naftil sirćetna kiselina (NAA),
6-benziladenin (BA), giberelini (GAs), etefon, aminoetoksivinilglicin (AVG) i
1-metilciklopropen (1-MCP). Oni se uspešno koriste u proizvodnji sadnica za popravku
njihovog kvaliteta. U rodnim zasadima se koriste za regulisanje bujnosti i rodnosti stabala
voćaka, kao i za popravku kvaliteta plodova. Mogu se primeniti i na ubranim plodovima radi
povećanja njihove skladišne sposobnosti i smanjenja pojave fizioloških bolesti tokom
čuvanja.Intensive fruit production, primarily pome and stone fruits, without the use of
plant bioregulators, which are a powerful tool for the regulation of many
physiological processes in fruit trees, would be very difficult. The most important
bioregulators are as follows: α-Naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA), 6-Benzyladenine
(BA), Giberellins (GAs), Etefon, Amino ethoxy vinyl glycine (AVG) and 1-
Methylcyclopropene (1-MCP). They are successfully used in the production of
nursery trees in order to improve their quality. These compounds are also used for
regulation of fruit trees vigor and productivity as well as for improving fruit quality.
In addition to this, bioregulators can be applied on harvested fruits to increase their
storage ability and reduce the incidence of physiological diseases during storage
