Collocations in Serbian, Russian and Polish
Рад представља типолошку компаративну анализу речи насталих
синтаксичком творбом (сраслица) у српском, руском и пољском језику,
као представницима трију група словенских језика. Најпре се износи дефиниција овог појма и осталих појмова везаних за синтаксичку творбу
речи који су илустровани речима из датих језика, а затим се грађа разврстава према граматичком и појмовном критеријуму с освртом на творбено‑лексичке и творбено‑семантичке еквиваленте у наведеним језицима.A typological comparative analysis of words formed by syntactic word
formation (coalescence) in Serbian, Russian and Polish from a creative-semantic
aspect shows that this category of words consists of: pure collocations, collocation-derived, prefix-collocation, collocation-compound-derived
words and semi-collocations. The most productive model is one that
forms collocation-derived words, followed by pure collocations. The most
numerous are adjectives, followed by nouns, adverbs, numerals, particles
and pronouns, while the least are verbs, and one exclamation in the Serbian
language, which, as a regional word and hapax, is located on the periphery of
the lexical system and cannot be considered representative for this category
of words.
Observed comparatively (comparatively, historically and synchronically),
words from this category are distinguished by numerous creative
semantic and lexical-semantic equivalents in all three analyzed languages,
especially among adjectives. Likewise, in these languages, collocations encompass
the same or approximately the same conceptual categories, which
testifies to Slavic connections at the level of linguistic conceptualization of
reality

Деконструкција српског идентитета и могућности одбране (на пољу духовне културе)
On this occasion, first of all, in the form of a brief overview, attention is drawn to
particularly illustrative ways/models and possibilities of defense (primarily in the
field of spiritual culture) in relation to attempts to deconstruct Serbian identity.
These attempts are directly related to the phenomenon of Anti-Serb sentiment
and genocidal practices being applied against Serbs. From the foregoing, the primary starting points of our approach arise, as well as the corresponding conclusions related to (particularly important and fruitful, but largely neglected) opportunities and specific models of defense. The main intention is to briefly present
some of the particularly instructive sub-thematic frameworks, i.e. highlighted aspects and examples related to the issues under consideration.Serbian identity: reaffirmation or deconstruction (eds. Slobodan Antonić, Ana Vuković i Zoran Kinđić) : DOI: https://doi.org/10.46793/6427.371.8.S

Thermally Induced Phase Transformation of Ni-Exchanged LTA Zeolite as an Alternative Route of Obtaining Stable Ni-Spinel Pigment
This study investigates the thermally induced phase transformation of Ni-exchangedLTA zeolite as a dual-purpose method for nickel immobilization and the synthesis ofstable ceramic pigments. The process describes a cost-effective and sustainable alternativeto conventional pigment production, aligning with circular economy principles. Uponthermal treatment at temperatures ranging between 900 ◦C and 1300 ◦C, Ni-exchangedLTA zeolite undergoes a transformation to NiAl2O4 spinel, confirmed by XRPD, FTIR, andthermal analysis. Initially, NiO is formed, but as the temperature increases, it dissolvesand transforms into NiAl2O4. Colorimetric studies revealed intensified blue pigmentationwith increasing temperature, correlating with crystallite growth and structural evolution.SEM analysis showed morphological changes from cubic particles to sintered agglomerates, enhancing pigment stability and hardness. The Ni-LTA sample calcined at 1300 ◦C showedthe highest hue angle, which was consistent with the formation of over 99 wt.% of thenickel aluminate crystalline phase at this temperature. The results demonstrate that Ni-LTAzeolite can be effectively transformed into durable greenish-blue pigments suitable forapplication in porcelain. This transformation is especially evident at 1300 ◦C, where a spinelphase (NiAlSi2O4) forms, with colorimetric values: L = 58.94, a* = –16.08, and b* = –15.90
The Good Shepherds and the Others
The relationship of a bishop to his Church was often described through metaphors of matrimony, where the bishop corresponded to the groom (νυμφίος) and the Church to the bride. The groom was required to live a holy life and inspire others to a true devotion to God. He was in charge of overseeing souls and inner dispositions, as well as estates and the various worldly pursuits of everyone under his care. His commitment to his bride was to be unwavering, regardless of the tribulations she might put him through. This spiritual marriage (πνευματικὸς γάμος) was demanding for the husband and it ordinarily ended with his death. The grieving widow was expected to remarry. In the following example, the concept is displayed in an elaborate manner. George Bardanes was staying in Greben (Γρεβενόν), a suffragan see of the Byzantine archbishopric of Bulgaria, when he wrote a charming letter explaining why he was reluctant to accept the call to become a suffragan bishop of the Metropolitan John Apokaukos of Naupaktos. He was offered Vondica (Βόνδιτζα). The name of the see, derived from the Slavic word for “hook,” became the main pun in the exchange that took place in the first half of 1218. Since Apokaukos’ suffragan see had become vacant, she was a “widow” to be married to Bardanes as her next “handsome bridegroom,” and Apokaukos himself was the “father” who would give the bride away. Bardanes was unsure if he was ready for the responsibilities that come with such a spiritual marriage, that is, he was fearful if he would be able to handle the sacred duties of a bishop. Apokaukos appreciated the niceties of the letter cleverly crafted by the cleric never destined to become his “son-in-low”. The promising churchman would have been quite a catch for Vondica and the failed attempt was disheartening for the “elderly father in need of support.” However, considering Bardanes’ superior (“matrimonial”) prospects and the secular turmoil around them, Apokaukos was willing to let Bardanes off the hook.We dedicate this book to our esteemed professor Ljubomir Maksimović with heartfelt thanks for his unwavering support to successive generations of researchers at the Institute for Byzantine Studies of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts
Synthesizing Cost-effective, Dual-function Catalysts from Recycled CPUs and Lemon Peel for Water Splitting
The pressing need for sustainable and cost-effective energy solutions drives the exploration of innovative materials for clean energy technologies. This study introduces a novel approach to synthesizing electrocatalysts from waste materials, specifically recycled central processing units (CPUs) and carbonized lemon peel. By repurposing these abundant waste sources, we developed a dual-function catalyst that facilitates both the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) and oxygen evolution reaction (OER) in water splitting. Our catalyst showcases promising electrochemical properties, including low overpotential and decent catalytic activity, particularly for HER. Additionally, the synthesized material exhibits potential for use in supercapacitors, demonstrating significant charge storage capabilities. This research not only presents a viable strategy for reducing reliance on rare and expensive metals but also contributes to waste reduction and resource recovery Keywords: e-waste, activated carbon, electrocatalyst, HER, alkaline electrolysis.9th International Hydrogen Technologies Congress, 25-28 May 2025
