Reconstruction and Furnishing of Hotel Podrinje in Banja Koviljača – Satisfying Guest Needs
No full textHotel Podrinje, located in the spatial-cultural historical complex “Park Banja Koviljaca,” is one of the oldest hotels in that region. It was abandoned for many years and would suffer the fate of falling into ruin until a foreign company bought it with the intention of complete reconstruction and improving the hotel’s offer in the destination. Podrinje Hotel, with its previous 82 accommodation units, was reconstructed and renovated and put into operation with 43 accommodation units and accompanying activities: the restaurant with the garden in the spa park, the conference and banquet room, the children’s playground, the SPA with the swimming pool, and the souvenir shop. The reconstruction of this building provided one new, modern hotel at the market that may respond to the requirements of the current market and its future guests and provide comfort and functionality in the heart of the spa park. The aim of this paper is to evaluate the effects of the reconstruction of the existing Podrinje Hotel, which was not only closed but also provided an unattractive picture in the spa park and was not able to welcome guests. With its reconstruction, not only the appearance but also the amenities have
been revived, thus reflecting a new/old image of the spa park. During the analysis, the authors mostly used historical and theoretical methods, synthesis, and qualitative research methods. The results show the importance of improving hotel facilities and amenities to increase quality of accommodation and hotel capacity in the area and positively impact destination branding
Обрада емоционалних глагола у описним речницима савременог српског језика
No full textУ овом поглављу представићемо основне карактеристике лексикографске обраде глагола којима се у српском језику означавају осећања (тзв. емоционални глаголи). Анализираћемо лексикографске чланке типичних емоционалних глагола у речницима РСАНУ и РМС, а затим ћемо представити специфичности обраде дате лексике у одабраним једнојезичним речницима енглеског, руског и немачког језика. Циљ нам је да утврдимо постоје ли обрасци дефинисања који се понављају, те представљају спецификум лексикографске обраде глаголске лексике са емоционалном семантиком. На основу увида у речничку грађу предложићемо формализоване моделе који би могли да помогну у успостављању доследне, системске обраде емоционалних глагола у српској дескриптивној лексикографији

No full textПредмет овог поглавља јесте анализа лексикографске обраде назива животиња у описним речницима српског језика. Један од циљева поглавља јесте упоредно сагледавање методолошких принципа обраде ове лексике у речницима страних речи (енглеског, руског, словеначког, бугарског и пољског језика), поготово из аспекта формулисања основне дефиниције с обзиром на то да се називи животиња у српској лексикографији третирају и као терминолошке и јединице општег лексичког фонда. Један од циљева јесте и да се укаже на одређене изазове у обради ове лексике у речницима српског језика и понуде препоруке за адекватнију обраду лексике овог типа у дескриптивним речницима српског језика
DERIVATIONAL NEST OF LEXEME NEBO : SEMANTIC-DERIVATIONAL ANALYSE
No full textУ раду ће бити анализирана семантичка структура лексеме небо, а затим ће се представити њено деривационо гнездо. Сва грађа ће према начину творбе бити подељена на речи добијене суфиксацијом, слагањем, комбинованом творбом и префиксацијом и префиксално-суфиксалном творбом, а затим сврстана у групе према семантичком критеријуму на основу примарног значења. Циљеви рада су да се сагледа творбено-семантички потенцијал лексеме небо, да се утврди активност сема приликом семантичке и творбене деривације, да се представи садржај деривационог гнезда ове лексеме, те да се покаже на које се појмовне домене деривати односе, као и да се испита њихов статус у лексичком систему према употребљеним квалификаторима у дескриптивним речницима српског језика.The paper analyses the structure of the polysemantic noun nebo (sky), then gives a detailed overview of the semantic-derivate nest of that lexeme and interdependence between semantic-derivational potential and semantic content of the motivating word nebo. The analysis includes over 90 lexemes. As a seme with the most significant inductive role in morpho-semantic variation of the noun nebo several semes have been identified: the semes of position, height, and color. The last two represent potential semes because they are not explicitly mentioned in the lexicographic definition. By examining the semantic structure and the structure of the derivational nest of the lexeme nebo, it has been observed that its reflection in the language also encompasses religious and mythological conceptions of the sky as a space where gods and celestial beings reside, or where the souls of the departed dwell. In the derivational nest of the lexeme nebo there are lexemes with various usage values – apart from lexemes belonging to the general lexical stock, the nest also contains terminological vocabulary from the fields of anatomy, astronomy, and architecture, while a significant number of compounds are marked by different qualifiers
Rana diskografija u kulturnom ekosistemu Srbije: remedijacija ciklusa pesama "Mijatovke"
No full textKombinujući ovom prilikom etnomuzikološka i muzikološka iskustva, međuratni period se razmatra iz perspektive kulturne i kreativne ekologije i ekosistema (cultural and creative ecology and ecosystems – CCEE), modela koji naglašava brojnost i raznolikost aktera i njihovu kompleksnu povezanost, delikatnost kulturne produkcije, kao i umreženost uticaja i vrednosti specifičnog konteksta. Među ključnim prednostima tog modela je naglasak na snažnim vezama između modaliteta i vrednosti kulturne i kreativne proizvodnje i potrošnje (Potts et al. 2008). U skladu s tim nameće se potreba za multivektorskim sagledavanjem odnosa moći, za razliku od dominantne linearne pažnje usmerene ka entitetima koji upravljaju kulturnim i kreativnim sektorima. Nadalje, on podstiče bavljenje mrežom ljudskih i “ne-ljudskih” aktera, budući da u ovom sistemu akter može biti bilo ko ili bilo šta što deluje (engl. to act – delovati; prema Latour 2007: 46). Posebno ćemo se fokusirati na ulogu rane diskografske industrije u muzičkom i kulturnom životu međuratne Srbije, s ciljem da identifikujemo relevantne aktere, njihove interakcije i posledice u tom kulturnom ekosistemu. Prethodna istraživanja usmerila su našu pažnju na Mijatovke – ciklus pesama srpskog kompozitora Stanislava Biničkog (1872–1942), nazvan po tada čuvenom pevaču Mijatu Mijatoviću (1887–1937) – kao indikativan uzorak za ovu vrstu istraživanja

NOUNS WITH THE SUFFIX -IJADA IN THE LANGUAGE OF THE MEDIA
No full textПредмет овог рада јесу именице на -ијада, којима приступамо с циљем одређивања њихове фреквентности и творбено-семантичких карактеристика. Фреквентност именица на -ијада биће утврђена на основу њихове фреквенције у корпусу Serbian Web Corpus PDRS 1.0, док ће творбено-семантичка анализа посматраних јединица, која ће пружити и квалитативни опис грађе, бити спроведена у складу с поставкама датим
у студији Б. Ћорића (2008). Анализа је показала да су именице на -ијада генерално ретко присутне у лексикону коришћеног корпуса, односно да нису фреквентне у језику медија. Именице на -ијада могу се уврстити у неколико семантичких скупина према значењу основинске речи и претежно се користе да означе какво такмичење, манифестацију или скуп, што је назначено у ранијим истраживањима а потврђено и на нашој грађи.In this paper, we examined nouns with the suffix -ijada, with the aim of determining their frequency and describing their morphological and semantic structure. The frequency of nouns with the suffix -ijada will be determined based on their occurrence in the Serbian Web Corpus PDRS 1.0, while the morphological-semantic analysis of the observed units, which will include a qualitative description of the collected data, will be conducted in accordance
with the theoretical framework presented in B. Ćorić’s (2008) study. The analysis showed that nouns with -ijada are generally rare in the lexicon of the corpus used, meaning they are not frequent in media discourse. Nouns with -ijada can be classified into several semantic groups according to the meaning of the base word and are primarily used to denote a type of competition, manifestation, or gathering, as indicated in previous studies and confirmed by

Abuses against Serbs in the Districts of Otočac and Brinje in World War II with a Special Focus on Religious Conversions
No full textThe text brings an overview of the abuses against Serbs in the districts of Otočac
and Brinje, focusing on religious conversion in this area. It draws on archival sources, secondary
literature, and verbal witness accounts. After a general introduction about the attitude
of the Independent State of Croatia (NDH) toward the Serbs, the author offers
information on the mistreatment of Serbs in the Otočac area. He then discusses the position
of the Roman Catholic Church on religious conversion, especially conversion from
Orthodoxy to Roman Catholicism in the territory of the Diocese of Senj-Modruš and
70 persons who requested religious conversion between May and July 1941. Finally, he
recounts the fate of Orthodox churches in the Otočac area and the attitude toward the
religion of the Serbs in Lika under the socialist regime as a result of Serbian suffering
during World War II
