Creativity assessment is a challenging topic and several methodologies have been proposed, all with advantages and limitations. If figurative, they can end up over evaluating a design component that not everyone appreciates or invests in. If they take the form of a scale of self-perception or assessment by others, they become more permeable to social desirability. In previous studies we have worked with the Test for Creative Thinking-Drawing Production (TCT-DP), due to its figurative nature, simplicity of application and its factorial structure that identifies two dimensions of thought, conventional and unconventional, essential to creative thinking. However, some questions about the validity of instruments for evaluating creative thinking have been raised. Thus, we propose a quantitative assessment of the creativity levels of a specific group of individuals who work in innovation and creativity companies. In exploratory terms, we intend a finer analysis of the quotation criteria that seem to be associated with higher levels of creativity. We also propose the inclusion of three criteria centred on the subjective assessment of the quoter: the Impact Scale, the Integration Scale and the Adequacy Scale. The 29 participants (8 males and 21 females) are aged between 23 and 48 years of eight different nationalities, with higher education and work in companies in the areas of creativity and innovation. They have a higher average level of creativity than workers in general, as well as higher levels of unconventional thinking and conventional thinking. The most creative are also subjectively the best rated in terms of Impact, Integration and Adequacy and the highest rated in terms of Mood. With this exploratory study, we hope to contribute to the construct validity of the TCT-DP and identification of the most differentiating criteria of highly creative individuals.

On the occasion of the Pandemic caused by Covid 2019, there were social events that had a deep influence on our individual and organizational psychic structure as human groups of coexistence. We recall the prohibitions on contacts with other people who were not family members; the demands of washing and disinfection; the fears and uncertainty of this unknown virus that caused serious ailments in healthy individuals. Deaths. Overwhelmed by the saturation of hospitals, mortuaries, the lack of means, the looks of anguish, the sounds of ambulances and the disinfecting army, due to the ignorance of what was happening, each person tried to rebuild their daily lives and their routines to maintain the vital rhythm to acceptable levels (bio-psychosocial). In Cáceres, groups of volunteers coordinated by the Youth of the Youth Council and different groups that were later exerting leadership were organized around the City Council. The organization in neighborhoods, in neighboring communities, around small proximity stores, in parishes, was impressive. The group I am referring to took the name RED-COR and had around 2,000 volunteers. There is not a single company in the city that groups so many workers. ON March 24, 2020 I had the first call in response to my offer. From there, a group of Psychological Advice of Expert Psychologists was created, 11 in total and 12 with the coordinator, who at that time was preparing his doctoral thesis in Law. Without leaving home, since he was subject to risk due to his age, we responded to the citizen demand from our formation. By phone.

Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) has been gaining recognition in practice and research, and there is an increasing demand to assess not only SEL program results, but also the differential effectiveness and factors that influence the programs results. The levels of engagement of the participants in this kind of programs are often mentioned as an influential variable in the results. However, little evidence is found about its role. In this study we analyzed the differential results of a SEL program considering the engagement levels, namely the satisfaction of the participants with the program. This study had 632 participants, from 4th to 8th grade that took part in a SEL program (Mage = 10.89; SD = 1.45; 49.8% girls). Initial and final levels of social and emotional competence were assessed (Self-Control, Social Awareness, Relationship Skills, Decision Making) as well as the level of participants’ satisfaction with the program. Three groups were composed regarding the level of satisfaction. To analyze the data, repeated measures ANOVAs were used. There were no significant results for the interaction effect between time and level of satisfaction, for any of the competences, indicating that the satisfaction does not have an impact upon programs results. Limitations and practical implications of this study are discuss, highlighting this results the misconception that is using a measure of satisfaction to asses results of social and emotional learning programs.

The greatest learning in times of pandemic by COVID-19 is that schools and students are more self-directed in their own teaching and learning often get better results. Self-direction strengthens the engagement of all students, generates authenticity of learning, and helps schools respond to ameliorate emerging inequities. More responsive in equity and quality for students at vulnerable risk. The methodological crisis confronts disagreements about what to teach, how to teach and the implications for educational equity. This unprecedented situation changed curricular plans, access to broadband infrastructures, digital public policies were legislated. Technology and online learning are innovations focused on helping cohesion, strategic, educational goals and outcomes. This academic paper presents a systematic analysis of academic research, applying bibliometric indicators and cluster analysis, which define the current state of flipped classroom in students with educational needs from the perspective of the literature. For this purpose, a high impact database was used, a total of 567 articles, published between 2013 and 2020, were analyzed. The new modality of distance education made us reflect on educational needs. Based on the idea of reversing classes, the most enriching sessions consist of talking about what we read. It is satisfying to share that experience with the students, with the difference that the work we do is sometimes closer to the practical, to the kind of activities we call homework. The findings also show how this is a relatively recent and highly trending field of study, with a direct impact on all levels of education.

Road safety education has become one of the pending subjects for the students of the Faculties of Education. The data on traffic accidents, although they have been reduced in recent years, are still worrying in a society that wants to advance in the welfare state. That is why future teachers must know about the factors related to traffic and all those problems that influence road safety. To start developing training programs, it is necessary to know what the opinion of the students is on Traffic and Road Safety. A study was carried out with the students of the faculties of education of the Universities of Valencia and Zaragoza. In this work, they were asked about the need to provide road safety education in the Bachelor of Teaching in Primary Education and Master’s degree curricula for teachers. The responses of the students demonstrate this need, as well as the implementation of a series of measures that contribute to the prevention of accidents and to raising awareness on the part of the public of the importance of road safety. The results and the students’ proposals are shown, as well as the recommendations for training in road safety education in education faculties. This study focuses on the impact of demographic, socioeconomic, geographic and health determinants on Portuguese seniors’ life satisfaction. The aim of this research is, therefore, to map the determinants of satisfaction with the life of the Portuguese seniors at a national and regional level. This knowledge brings insights to improve quality of life, starting with prevention in their active life (organizational level). We used data collected by the National Health Survey of 2014 and estimated a linear OLS regression both for Portugal and its regions. The main results show that determinants that contribute positively to the level of satisfaction with life are: marital status of being “married”; higher levels of education; higher levels of income; being men and people living in rural areas. The determinant that contributed negatively to the level of satisfaction with life is the existence of chronic diseases. The results at the regional level maintain the trends observed at the country level, showing income and chronic diseases as determinants that have an impact on life satisfaction in all regions. A general profile of the Portuguese seniors is provided for the country and by region, as well as proposals, generic and transversal, at the organizational level are outlined.

Background: The pandemic that has hit the world has caused unexpected changes in all areas of human life. Teaching has had to adapt to this new situation, moving to virtual teaching due to confinement. The new teaching scenarios have shown us that we must be prepared to adapt the form of teaching to the new virtual media and techniques, based on ICTs and that in recent years have shown to be excellent teaching aids. For this reason, it is It is so important to find or create audiovisual tools to be used from the computer platforms available in an interactive way (Sánchez-Anguita et al, 2016). Objectives: Explore and incorporate new teaching tools and resources to facilitate adaptation to virtual training using new virtual training channels and new methods adapted to the audiovisual format. Sample: A pilot test was carried out with postgraduate participants to assess the usefulness of tools. Method: The research has been carried out by developing or adapting materials to expand possibilities of resources that facilitate virtual teaching. With the use of improved or innovative virtual channels and tools such as: forums, practices, questionnaires, webinars, audiovisual pills, videos, videoconferences, virtual tutorials, web links, etc. Results: The results indicate that the new methodologies can be adapted to the new formats according to the EHEA to achieve a panel of didactic resources adapted to the new technology (Sánchez-Anguita et al., 2017), both the improvement of the platforms such as Studium of the University of Salamanca and the communication channels. They have made it easier for us to improve or adapt tools and resources to the new virtuality scenario. Conclusion: Positive assessment of the various audiovisual resources by the participants, for the improvement of the teaching / learning process, promoting the acquisition of transversal skills facilitated by the advancement in ICTs, a more dynamic teaching, and new forms of communication.

Pregnancy is an extremely important period as a moment of transition to parenting. Due to the biopsychosocial changes in this phase, it is pertinent to analyze the factors that promote mental health literacy of pregnant women. The objectives are to evaluate the level of positive mental health literacy and identify wich variables promote mental health literacy in pregnantwomen. This is a quantitative, cross-sectional, descriptive and correlational study, with a sample of 222 pregnant women, mean age 30.45 years (SD ± 4.64). The data collection instrument was a questionnaire, which allowed the characterization of the sample in the sociodemographic and clinical dimensions. The positive mental health literacy scale of Chaves, Sequeira & Duarte (2018) was also used. In terms of results, it was found that pregnant women with a partner, living in an urban area, with higher education, professionally active, with an intellectual profession, without smoking habits, which classify their diet as healthy / very healthy, reveal more positive mental health literacy . It was also found that pregnant women whose pregnancy was planned, who resorted to fertility treatments, that the pregnancy is supervised by a nurse and doctor, who carry out pregnancy surveillance, who attend a preparation course for childbirth and parenting, have more literacy in positive mental health. Intervention programs are recommended, such as carrying out mental health screening on pregnant women, in each trimesterof pregnancy, to promote mental health literacy.
