Analisis faktor -faktor yang mempengaruhi minat menggunakan platform penyewaan busana (studi kasus: style theory)
The rapid development in the fast fashion industry makes it easier for
consumers to meet their needs for their dress styles. However, for some
consumers this can actually create pressure for those who feel they must follow
trends that are changing rapidly from day to day. In order to stay abreast of
changing trends, it is not uncommon for consumers to continuously buy the latest
fashion products, even unconsciously it can burden them financially. Not only
that, buying fashion products continuously also has the potential to have an
impact of textile waste. Excessive consumption and a culture of waste will result
in more premature disposal of clothing and more textile waste than ever before.
Currently, we can see the development of the sharing economy platform in
Indonesia in various business fields including the fashion industry. One of the
fashion business models that is currently developing is a platform for fashion
rental. Style Theory is the most popular and widely used fashion-renting platform
in Indonesia with 150 thousand active users to date. Utilizing this fashion-renting
platform is expected to be an alternative solution for style lovers to meet their
clothing needs. This not only has a positive impact on the surrounding
environment, but by renting, consumers have an active role to take part in
reducing textile waste which continues to increase every day.
Consumer perception is an important factor to consider when adopting a
technology. According to TAM, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use
are two factors that influence attitudes. Apart from that, the quality of the
information system is also thought to be another important factor for consumers
when using a fashion-renting platform. This study uses the TAM model with the
addition of the information quality variable as an external variable to test and
analyze the relationship between user perceptions, information quality, user
attitudes and intention to use a fashion-renting platform.
A total of 173 respondents have filled out an online questionnaire
distributed through several media with the criteria of the female population in the
Greater Jakarta area who have never used a fashion-renting platform. The
endogenous variable (Z) in this study is intention to use. The intervening variable
is attitude (ATT). The exogenous variable (X) in this study includes information
quality (IQ), perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEOU). The
scale used is the Likert scale with five levels, namely (1) strongly disagree, (2)
disagree, (3) quite agree, (4) agree, and (5) strongly agree. Descriptive analysis
and structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis were applied in this study. The
fit test of the measurement and structural model was carried out and indicated that
all indicators in each latent construct were valid to be used as a measuring tool for
the latent constructs.
The results of hypothesis testing state that there are several variables in the
study that affect the intention to use fashion-renting platform. Attitude has a
positive and significant direct effect on intention to use fashion-renting platform.
Then perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, both of which indirectly have a positive and significant effect on the intention to use fashion-renting
platform through attitude, besides that perceived ease of use through perceived
usefulness and attitude also has a positive and significant effect on the intention to
use fashion-renting platform. Attitude in this case is a very important factor
affecting the intention to use fashion-renting platform, meaning that if the user has
a good and positive attitude towards the fashion-renting platform, it will cause the
user's intention to use it
Strategi pengembangan bisnis pada laundry sepatu di kota Bogor (studi kasus: Step'nShu Shoes treatment
The shoe laundry business is one type of Small and Medium Enterprise
(SME) in the fashion sector which is included in the creative service industry. The
demand for the shoe laundry business is increasing, especially for students, workers
as well as busy housewives. Shoe laundry services are an alternative to save time
and energy. The high level of activity coupled with the development of trends and
trends has resulted in the demand for shoe laundry services increasing rapidly which
encourages many people to do business in similar service sectors. This has resulted
in competition which has an impact on lowering income. To be able to maintain
existence in achieving the goals of a business unit, a development strategy needs to
be done.
This study aims to analyze the influence of internal and external factors
related to Step'nShu laundry sales; analyze what alternative strategies are used to
help increase sales based on the influence of each internal and external factor on
the Step'nShu shoe laundry; formulating a priority strategy to increase sales and
competitiveness in Step'nShu shoe laundry; and formulate managerial implications
for increasing sales at Step'nShu shoe laundry.
The research was conducted using IFE and EFE analysis tools to analyze the
internal and external factors of Step'nShu shoe laundry, IE matrix to see where
Step'nShu is positioned, SWOT to map alternative strategies, CPM analysis to show
the relative importance of the factors to determine the company's success in the
industry, QSPM to formulate strategic priorities. The sampling technique used
purposive sampling method. Respondents in the study were five people who were
owners, employees, fashion experts, while for brand equity analysis at Step'nShu
laundry, 51 respondents were used by distributing questionnaires using google
docs.
The IE matrix shows the position of the Step'nShu shoe laundry business is
in quadrant II, namely in growing and build conditions, so the right grand strategy
is an intensive strategy (market penetration, market development, and product
development) or an integrative strategy backward integration, forward integration,
and horizontal integration). The results of the strategy formulation from the SWOT
analysis resulted in nine alternative strategies, namely increasing marketing
effectiveness, expanding market segments and targets with a drop point system,
maximizing promotions on social media, recruiting skilled human resources,
monitoring competitors, participating in events (festivals), using technological tools
to improve the quality of washing, as well as improve the quality of Step'nShu
laundry services, and improve quality through the re-checking process.
Based on the results of the analysis, the total minimum CPM value for
Step'nShu shoes laundry is 3.22, ShoesnCare is 2.62, and Darmawan Shoes is 3.27.
This shows that Step'nShu laundry has a higher competitive power than ShoesnCare
and Darmawan Shoes. In the QSPM analysis, the main priority strategy is
repositioning to expand the target segment by differentiation using the drop point
system carried out by the Step'nShu shoe laundry, which is expected to be active
and consistent
Strategi pengembangan perusahaan penjaminan kredit Daerah (studi kasus PT Jamkrida Ria)
The obstacles faced by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in
Riau Province and other regions in Indonesia are difficulties in obtaining bank
credit. This obstacles caused by a non-fulfillment of credit requirements such as
provision of collateral. The government forms a credit guarantee company as the
party that can solve the problem of access to capital by replacing the credit collateral
required to apply for bank credit. One of the credit guarantee businesses in Riau
Province is carried out by PT. Jamkrida Riau. PT. Jamkrida Riau is a regional
company in Riau Province which was founded based on the potential needs of
MSMEs for increasing access to finance. The company faces several problems in
increasing the credit guarantee capacity, including limited working capital, limited
services, increasing cost expenses every year.
This research aims to 1) identify internal and external factors that influence
the development of PT. Jamkrida Riau; 2) analyzing alternative credit guarantee
business strategies that are appropriate for the Company; and 3) formulating
appropriate managerial implications for strengthening the credit guarantee business.
Data obtained through observations in the company, interviews and questionnaires.
This study involved six respondents from internal and external parties. Analytic
tools that used in this research are Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) matrix, External
Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrix, Internal-External (IE) matrix, and Quantitative
Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM).
The results showed that the main strength factor possessed by the company is
the trust of its banking partners in PT Jamkrida Riau as a regional owned enterprises.
The main weakness factor is limited business capital. The main opportunity factor
that the company can take advantage of is economic growth in Riau Province. The
main threat factor faced by the company is the company's ability to pay credit
risk/claim fees which can lead to increased company spending.
Strategies designed to improve company performance in guarantee MSMEs
based on a SWOT analysis are: 1) Increasing risk mitigation in the credit guarantee
process; 2) Increasing the capacity of capital participation from local governments
and other investors; 3) Increase cooperation with other institutions related to credit
guarantees; 4) Increasing the adaptation of information technology 5) Providing
assistance to MSMEs; 6) Development of guarantee products in accordance with
the business focus; 7) Product marketing development. QSPM analysis determines
the priority of alternative strategies that produce the highest Total Attractive Score
(TAS), namely credit guarantee risk mitigation (5,891)
Pengaruh privatisasi melalui Initial Public Offering terhadap efisiensi dan kinerja kesehatan keuangan BUMN (studi kasus BUMN konstruksi)
One of the business sectors of BUMN that conducts privatization is
construction. There are a number of BUMNs engaged in the construction sector in
Indonesia. Among the SOEs, there are 4 SOEs that have privatized, namely PT
Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk, PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk, PT Pembangunan
Perumahan (Persero) Tbk and PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. The four
companies privatized through Initial Public Offering (IPO).
On average there was a significant increase in all indicators after each of the
Construction SOEs conducted privatization. Improvement of SOE financial
indicators after privatization is one of the objectives of privatization. However, with
the positive increase in performance indicators, it is necessary to re-evaluate in
depth whether it has an impact on improving the performance of the financial health
and efficiency of the BUMN.
Based on the foregoing, this study aims to analyze the performance of
financial health before and after privatization, measure efficiency before and after
privatization, and analyze and efficiency before and after privatization then analyze
the factors that affect the level of efficiency.
Based on the results of the study through a statistical approach, the first
conclusion is that on average there are no significant differences between the
financial health performance conditions of BUMN Construction before and after
privatization. The second conclusion obtained is that all BUMN Construction are
relatively more efficient before privatization than after privatization. The third
conclusion is found that of the variables tested, there are 3 factors that influence
the efficiency of construction SOEs, namely total assset, economic growth and
interest rates

Teachers have an important role in educational organizations or institutions
because of their role and function in accordance with The Law of Indonesia No. 19
of 2005. Primary school is a very important early childhood education and is highly
influenced by the role that teachers have. The quality of elementary school teachers
can be reviewed based on their performance. Good teacher performance can
improve the quality of education, especially elementary education, since teachers
interact directly with students. Evaluating the teachers' performance can be done
well by assessing the teachers' pedagogical competence. Hence, teacher
performance evaluation based on pedagogical competence is needed.
Performance is an interesting subject to study because not all teachers can
improve performance. One thing that can affect teacher performance is job
satisfaction. Maintaining job satisfaction is important, because in maintaining
quality teachers, the teacher must be satisfied with their work at school. This study
aims to analyze pedagogical competence and job satisfaction on the performance of
teachers at Bogor Elementary School. Data collection was carried out in January
2019. The questionnaire was distributed to 62 respondents using census sample
selection technique. The analytical method used in this study is Structural Equation
Model (SEM) using Partial Least Square (PLS) approach to analyze the effect of
pedagogical competence and job satisfaction on performance.
The results of the SEM PLS analysis indicated that pedagogical competence
has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction can be
increased through increasing pedagogical competence. Then, job satisfaction has a
positive and significant effect on performance. That is, performance can be
improved by increasing job satisfaction. Meanwhile, pedagogical competence has
a negative, non-significant effect on performance. That is, pedagogical competence
cannot be used as a reference to improve performance. So, in improving teacher
performance, there must be a close relationship between pedagogical competence
with job satisfaction and job satisfaction with performance so that teachers'
performance at Kesatuan Bogor Elementary School can be further improved

MSMEs have an important role and strategic in national economic
development. The presence of MSMEs can increase workforce absorption,
encourage economic growth and distribution of development results. MSME has
proofed itself for not affected by the crisis. During crisis affected during 1997-1998,
only MSME that can withstand. The fast growing development of MSME in
Indonesia has encouraged many people to build their own business. To build a
business that can compete and sustain on the market, it is necessary to have skills
or good understanding from the entrepeneur such as financial, human resources,
marketing, and the product itself.
In managing SMEs, skills and knowledge are required by the owner to be
able to run the business properly, which can be acquired through corporate
management training program. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of
corporate management training program by seeing the competencies and
performances of business owners after participating in training and creating an
effective strategy to increase performance through corporate management training
program.
The sample collection method in this study is census sampling from 30
respondents who participated in a management training program. Collected data is
analyzed using Descriptive Analysis, Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least
Square (SEM-PLS) SmartPLS 2.0 program for all variables and also Analytical
Hierarchy Process (AHP).
The result of the findings show that training influenced competency
significantly, training influenced performance significantly, and competency
influenced performance significantly. Aside from that, an alternative strategy that
becomes a priority is to adjust the training topic specifically according to business
owner. This study will be useful for institutions or training organizers for SMEs in

Strategi pengembangan wakaf berbasis pesantren (studi kasus pondok pesantren Daarut Tauhiid, bandung)
Waqf is one of the instruments of charity in Islam, which has an unlimited
contribution by time and place. Not a few waqf buildings that are supported by
waqf can be used until now, such as mosques, schools and Islamic boarding
school. Waqf has enormous potential so it needs to be supported by professional,
accountable and trusted nadzir (waqf managers) such as the Daarut Tauhiid waqf
institution. Currently the management of waqf is dominated by individual nadzir.
The achievement of waqf collection by Daarut Tauhiid waqf institutions in
the last four years has tended to increase, but in 2019 there was a significant
decline in waqf collection. The purpose of this study is to recommend alternative
strategies for the development of waqf in the Islamic boarding schools of Daarut
Tauhiid.
Development of instruments was undertaken through the BMC approach
which is then identified with SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities,
Threats) to map out strategies from various elements that exist with the strategies
of Strengths Opportunities (SO), Strengths Threats (ST), Weaknesses
Opportunities (WO) and Weaknesses Threats (WT). After getting the strategy
from SWOT, the thing to do is determine the priorities and analysis of each cluster
that has been determined by using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) and then
enter it into the final BMC as the final result.
The next steps are doing interviews and collecting information from various
sources at the Daarut Tauhiid waqf institution through practitioners, academics
and regulators. The practitioners in this study were the director of the Daarut
Tauhiid waqf institution, while the regulators were the Ministry of Religion of
Bandung City and the Ministry of Religion of West Java Province, for
academics, namely professors of Islamic economics at a university in Jakarta and
lecturers of sharia economics at state universities in Bogor.

three years, which shows the growing popularity of Instagram in today's digital
society. Influencer XYZ is an author and influencer who conducts his business
activities and introduces his product through Instagram. The role of influencers
and engagement can be utilized to market the product. Those issues are expected
to be the basis for conducting case studies related to marketing through social
media. The objectives of this study are 1) analyzing the characteristics of
followers of influencer XYZ's Instagram account who make product purchases, 2)
identifying costs, convenience, influencers, engagement, and purchasing decisions
of the marketed products, 3) analyzing the effect of cost, convenience, influencers,
and engagement towards product purchasing decisions and 4) formulating
managerial implications to increase Instagram engagement and ultimately be able
to increase marketed product purchasing decisions.
The research used a cross-sectional design to answer and analyze various
variables using Structural Equational Model (SEM) analysis. The book sales
activity in influencer XYZ's Instagram account was made into the case study of
this research. The survey was conducted from October to December 2020. This
study uses 45 indicators formulated into the google form instrument and then
distributed using Instagram stories. A total of 320 respondents selected by
purposive sampling were analyzed using descriptive analysis and SEM analysis.
The respondents' characteristics can be concluded majority as female, the
age range of 18 – 24 years old, graduated of high school, come from Jakarta and
Java Island, the most purchased product is the first books, and online stores are
the preferred purchasing locations. The average score is above 3,00, which
indicates that the purchasing decision, engagement, influencer, cost, and
convenience variables have a role in the research model. The result of the model
that developed shows that influencers had a significant influence on engagement
and purchasing decisions, convenience and engagement had a significant
influence on purchasing decisions.
The proposed managerial implications are influencers should focus on
creating attractive and/or needed content by the target market consistently;
maintaining convenience, especially in terms of availability, security, and speed in
the purchasing process; and periodically measuring the engagement rate (ER) as
an evaluation material when applying digital marketing, so the influencers are
able to keep their attention on social media. These suggestions are expected to
improve product purchase decisions in the future

The importance of the role of farmers in the agribusiness system is not
directly proportional to the welfare of farmers themselves, this is because the
bargaining power of farmers in the system is very low. Seeing the high ability of
rice production in Sambas Regency is expected to be more maximal with the
implementation of digitalization of agriculture in this district, as well as being an
example for the application of agricultural digitization in other districts.
The study aims to identify existing conditions that occur in agriculture in
Sambas Regency, analyze the influence of farmers' perceptions on agricultural
digitization, and formulate a model of agricultural digitization development to
support farmers' independence in Sambas. The scope of this study is only farmers
in Sambas Regency as a contributor to 20% of food production, especially rice in
West Kalimantan Province. Sampling techniques in this study used cluster
random sampling with a sample count of 213 samples. Data collection is carried
out by distributing questionnaires to farmers and extension workers in 10 subdistricts
in Sambas Regency conducted in August - September 2021. This study
includes causality (causal) research. Data analysis used in this study is structural
equation modeling (SEM) and then analysis of the development of agricultural
digitization models through the synthesis of SEM analysis and sharpening of
analytical results using focus group discussion (FGD) methods.
The results showed that the existing condition of farmers in sambas
regency can be described as following the profile of respondents dominated by the
male sex of 82.63% of respondents are men while the remaining 17.37% are
women, this is by BPS data that farmers in Indonesia are dominated by men
where the number of male farmers reaches 25 million people and female farmers
are 8 million. The dominant age in the study in the age range of 26-40 years was
38.03%, where this age distribution included productive age, 41-the 50-year-old
spread of 31.45%. Then in terms of revenue, the maximum income of 36 million
while at least Rp 200,000. The type of business in the form of food crop farmers
amounted to 67.43% then followed by horticultural farmers by 21.56%, then 5.5%
as seed handlers, agricultural extensionists, operators, and the remaining 1.83% of
professions as swordsmen.
The results showed that farmers' perceptions, characteristics of farmers,
and companion roles had a significant influence on the digitization of agriculture.
As hypothesis 1, hypothesis 2, and hypothesis 3 are accepted, all of which are
calculated to be greater than 1.96 (with a real level of 5%). Judging from the
influence of each exogenous variable on endogenous variables shows that the
farmer perception variable of -0.25, the characteristic variable of farmers has a
0.34 to the digitalization of agriculture and the companion role variable has an
influence of 0.71 on agricultural realization. The digitalization model that can be
applied by the results of this research is the design of an agricultural digitization
model based on FGD results that can be developed on existing systems. The
development is to integrate upstream subsystems with downstream subsystems.
Where in this development of course farmers can not create their systems, so it
can be considered to cooperate with the existing digitalization of agriculture
platforms such as platform Agree as one of the supporting platforms for
agricultural marketing in Indonesia.
Several things can be recommended based on managerial implications in
this study, namely the need for the development of integrated agricultural
digitization from upstream to downstream. The establishment of a digital market,
Sambas Regency can be used as an example of a region that is literate in digital
literacy. The awareness of agricultural areas will certainly encourage the
formation of digital markets for the marketing of agricultural products or services.
With the establishment of the digital market, people are more aware of market
information. The provision of Big Data, digitalization of agriculture is still
experiencing some obstacles including still weak in terms of data that can hamper
especially in the world of business, so big data facilities from the government are
needed, ranging from data collection to technical guidance and extension

Bogor District has naturally attractive and high tourism potential. The The
Culture and Tourism Office budget for supporting Bogor District branding as The
City of Sport and Tourism is quite sizeable and the number continues to rise every
year. The study aimed to analyze the growth of Bogor District’s tourism sector
performance and the factors which had influenced the number of tourist arrivals in
Bogor District.
This study used primary and secondary data in the period of 2015 to 2019,
taken from nine tourist attractions. The sample selection method used was stratified
sampling with three groups based on the level of tourist attractions income. The
lower class with average income below Rp 100 million per month, the samples were
Telaga Saat, Curug Cihurang, and Telaga Warna. Middle class with average income
between 100 until 500 million IDR, the sample were Curug Cilember, Melrimba
Gardens, and Pemandian Air Panas Ciseeng. The average income more than Rp 500
million classified as upper class, the sample were Agro Wisata Gunung Mas,
Kampung Budaya Sunda Paseban, and Taman Wisata Matahari.
The method used in this study were descriptive analysis method using
tabulations and graphics and panel regression model. The result showed that budget
in the tourism sector of Bogor District in 2019 increased by 124% compared to the
budget in 2012, and the number of tourist arrivals in the same period increased by
100%, but the growth trend of increases budget which happened almost every year
didn’t followed by the increasing of the number of tourist arrival . The factors
significantly influencing the number of tourist arrivals are total promotion cost of
tourist attractions, the number of increasing attractions, the increasing number of
new facilities and infrastructure, the size of tourist area, and publicity. The Culture
and Tourism Office budget not significantly impact the number of tourist arrivals.
Managerial implication of this study are the managers of tourist destinations
should optimize the function of social media as the publicity media, add some
interesting photo spots in the area, add good facilities to fulfill the needs of tourists,
expand the size of tourist area but still pay attention to the environmental aspects,
and be active on giving advices to the Government about the suitable programs in
order to increase the number of tourist arrivals. The Culture and Tourism Office in
Bogor District needs to reevaluate their program activities which have cost a large
sum of budget, because the budget proves to have no significant effect on increasing
the number of tourist arrivals in Bogor District, second the Government should do
publicity also support the expanding size of tourist area by supporting on changing
regulation and paying attention on the spatial regulation for helping tourist
attractions who wants to expand the size of tourist area
