Fresh-cut vegetables are value-added vegetables because they have some treatments, such as trimming, peeling, washing, and cutting, to make them ready for customers. The intention of this research is to analyze value chain and sustainability of fresh-cut vegetables by applying study case method. The research was conducted in PT Sayuran Siap Saji, Megamendung, Bogor. Situational analysis shows that PT SSS uses chlorine dioxide as chemical disinfectant for producing fresh-cut vegetables. Unfortunately, it has byproducts, such as chlorite and chlorate. The company uses the non-treatment wastewater for irrigating the farming area which are harmful for the environment and consumers in long period consumption. The situational analysis also shows that the company fully depends on the contract farming in Megamendung (Bogor), Cikajang (Garut), and Cisarua (Bandung). PT SSS produced 22 sorts of fresh-cut vegetable in 2016. Therefore, it needs to conduct the product screening based on Pareto and Exponential Comparation Method. The integration of both methods result three competitive products, such as bell pepper, lettuce head, and broccoli. Green value stream mapping is conducted to those competitive products. They have Green Productivity Index which values are less than one. Accordingly, they mean the environmental impacts are higher than productivities. PT SSS has enough sustainable status in multidimension. The economical dimension has higher sustainability index than the other dimensions, such as environmental, technological, and contract farming dimension. The most sensitive attributes in the sustainability system of PT SSS are mentioned as follows. The most sensitive attribute for environmental dimension is the use of chemical fertilizer. The most sensitive attribute for technological dimension is agroforestry. The most sensitive attribute for contract farming dimension is the existence of contract farmer group, whileas the most sensitive attribute for economical dimension is the profit of contract farmer. By integrating green value stream mapping and Rapfreshcut, the results are alternative strategies which scopes are broad, such as energy efficiency, environmentally friendly technology, contract farming, and production efficiency. According to ANP BOCR the priority strategy is contract farming (the movement the contract farming area to nearer area of fresh-cut industry and the accompanyment of contract farmers sustainably). The scenarios for improving the sustainability are derived from alternative strategies. Based on the highest Green Productivity Index, the best scenario is the movement contract farming area to Cipanas and the accompaniment contract farmers sustainably

Tanjung Priok Port is still facing problem of congestion due to the increasing arrival of container trucks at the same time, usually from Thursday to Saturday. The phenomenon of queuing container trucks that resulted in congestion occurs in various ports of the world. This congestion can have a very wide impact such as delayed goods to the destination, increasing pollution around the port and the high cost of logistics for the transportation sector. The objective of this research is to study of optimization container truck operation management. In this research indicated that congestion occurred as the impact of less optimal management of container trucks at Tanjung Priok Port. This can be seen clearly where the container trucks picking up the export containers at the time of entering the terminal and exit the terminal with the empty trip. On the contrary for container import, trucks enter the terminal with the empty trips and exit the terminal carrying containers. Descriptive research design was used to know the congestion phenomenon by analyzing the activity pattern and analyzing the empty trips of the container truck. Methods of collecting population data on container trucks entering/exiting Koja Container Terminal 2015-2016 (1.115.344 raw data), In-depth interview to the Chair of the Trucks Association and other experts, interviews with 487 truck drivers and google apps maps for knowing the distance. The simulation model using vehicle routine problem with simultaneous pick up and delivery (VRPSPD) is applied to find out quantitatively how much potential efficiency can be resulted if the pattern of this activity is used in Tanjung Priok Port. This VRPSPD pattern should be a best practice and unique because it has been done in Tanjung Priok Port but the number is still very limited. PT Pendidikan Prima Utama as a provider of English education service has been marketing its program in Tangerang Selatan. One of PT Pendidikan Prima Utama's education programs is English as Second Language (ESL). The ESL program is an English language skills enhancement program that focuses on English as a communication medium. This ESL program is offered with a package system and immersed into the intracurricular school. PT Pendidikan Prima Utama has not reached its target for two years. Therefore, the company needs to evaluate both the management of the company and the client. This research was conducted in South Tangerang district schools whom are PT Prima Utama's clients. The schools are TK Al Azhar 19, TK Al Falaah, SDI Al Azhar 15, SDI Al Falaah, SDI At Taqwa, SDI Al Hidayah, and SMP Al Falaah. Data were collected through surveys with the help of questionnaires. Interviews were conducted with the management of the company and headmasters. Data collection with questionnaires was distributed to teachers of ESL implementers. The sampling technique in this research is done by purposive sampling. The criteria for selecting the sample are consumers who are clients of PT Pendidikan Prima Utama (headmasters and teachers of ESL implementers) and management of PT Pendidikan Prima Utama as internal parties. The number of respondents researched was as many as 72 people. The number of teachers as the implementor is 62 people. The headmasters are seven people. Management of the company are as many as three people. This research is included in the process of Customer Development Model (CDM) at the customer creation stage. Customer creation aims to provide an experience that drives market demand directly to the company's sales channel. Phases done in customer creation are the current identification of BMCs, consumer perception surveys, and BMC improvements. The method used for the analysis of consumer perception is SERVQUAL with five dimensions (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy). This analysis aims to find out how good or bad the services provided by the service provider is to its customers. This research has measured gap 5 which is the gap between services experienced and services expected by the customer. Consumer survey results are used for the current corporate BMC improvement. Evaluation of old marketing strategies and new BMCs are used to formulate new marketing strategies. The results of this study show that BMC currently does not fulfill the needs of clients. This can be demonstrated from the results of consumer perceptions, both from headmasters and teachers of ESL implementers showing large and negative gap scores on tangible dimensions and reliability dimensions. Headmasters score gap for tangible dimension of -1.81 and the reliability dimension of -1.07. Teachers of ESL implementers score gap for tangible dimension of -0.71 and reliability dimensions of -0.48. This is consistent with paired sample t test and perception on tangible and reliability dimensions showing sig.2-tailed values below α (0.05), then H0 is rejected. This means that the expectations and perceptions of PT Prima Utama's clients at the 95% significance level are significantly different. The perception or view of the service that has been received by the client is still substantially below the client's expectation. This has an impact on the improvement of BMC for the elements of value propositions, channels, customer relationships, key resources, key partnerships, key activities, cost structures, and revenue streams. The formulation of the marketing strategy to be undertaken is the main strategy of providing holistic services and the 7P marketing mix strategies. The managerial implications that need to be done by PT Pendidikan Prima Utama are the improvement of tools, service improvement, and ESL program development

Hubeis, MusaKuswanto, Sadikin Indonesia is one of the few countries that commit to the implementation of ASEAN Economic Community (MEA). The year 2016 is the first year of the enactment of the MEA agreement, then the Indonesian people must improve themselves in order to become actors in the MEA or not the audience. Until now there are still some problems faced by Indonesia, namely the problems of infrastructure, energy, ease of doing business and expertise of the workforce Manpower or Human Resources (HR) experts or professionals desired by the company. Therefore, to improve the competence of human resources, the government has formulated the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI). The government has endorsed several national work competency standards in various fields, one of them in the field of HR Management (MSDM). SKKNI is applicable nationally as a reference for the provision of professional education and training, competency test and professional certification in the field of MSDM. This standard has been endorsed by the minister of labor and transmigration on September 9, 2014. SKKNI contains competencies related to HR management that are relevant to different types of business. In theory and practice, this SKKNI can be applied and adopted by the company in the formulation of company policy, and the company's strategy in the field of human resources. However, SKKNI does not require companies to implement or adopt, and there is no government regulation that requires companies to apply these standards in the company. Therefore, this SKKNI is only seen as a document of government work that is not consumed or used by the relevant stakeholders in human resource development in welcoming MEA. For that done a research entitled application and influence SKKNI to company policy related to human resource development. The population in this study were members of the MSDM profession group of 247 people. Sampling in this study was done to group members who are members of the professional group MSDM by way of purposive. Data collection in this research using survey method involving 51 respondents. Data analysis in this research is done by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results of this study indicate SKKNI has no significant effect on human resource competence, corporate policy and HR professional development. This shows that SKKNI has not been used as a standard in assessing HR competence, company policy and HR professional development. The result of the research shows that the competence of human resources has significant effect on the company policy but the human resource competence has no significant effect on the development of the human resource profession. This shows the competence of human resources used in making a company policy. But the competence of human resources has not been used for the development of the HR profession. The result of the research also shows that the company policy has an effect on the development of the human resources profession, so all activities for the development of human resource profession should be regulated in the company policy

A large inventory is one of waste that can be caused by excess production because it is not in accordance with consumer demand. Over production is producing something earlier or in greater quantities than the customer needs. In addition to impacting large inventory over production also causes other wastes such as excess labor costs, storage costs, and transportation costs. IGP has a very large inventory problem and high production overtime costs so it needs to be improved and research related to large inventory and high production overtime. Lowering inventory can be done by changing the production system from push system to pull system or kanban system. Kanban system aims to deliver goods in demand, exact quantity, and on time (Just-In-Time). Prerequisites for implementing Just In Time with kanban system is to follow takt time, create information streaming and material flow (Value Stream Mapping), create heijunka, and calculate kanban population. The kanban system design process is divided into 3 three steps, the first is creating Value Stream Mapping or MIFC (Material & Information Flow Chart). The second step makes heijunka is to level the consumer withdrawal by using Toyota's goal chased method. The third step counts the population of Kanban Production Instruction (PIK) using Monden's formula. The research was conducted at PPIC Department (Production Planning & Inventory Control), Jakarta Plant Division, PT IGP Astra Otoparts. Technique of collecting data in this research is done by collecting secondary data obtained from internal company. Based on the steps of kanban system design obtained takt time value of 50 seconds / unit, decreased lead time from 2.4 days to 0.8 days using Value Stream Mapping, pulling ratio 1-2 part withdrawal kanban per 16 minutes using heijunka, and total production instruction kanban circulating as many as 659 kanban with finished good assembly line assembly rear axle - b maximum 397 kanban or 397 units. In addition it can be concluded that the implementation of kanban system can reduce inventory, finished goods inventory costs, and decreased lead time. FG inventory decreased 39% from 2016 to 2017 from an average monthly FG inventory of 1652 units to 1010 units. While inventory cost decreased significantly 44% from the average inventory cost per month in 2016 amounting to Rp 7.15 M to Rp 4 M in 2017. Lead time in total also decreased 42%. Implementation of kanban system also can be concluded can decrease overtime production cost. The production overtime cost decreased Rp 5.6 M from Rp 38.7 M in 2016 to Rp 33.1 M in 2017. The total cost saving from the improvement of production system by applying the kanban system amounted to Rp 8.75 M ie Rp 5.6 M from decreasing overtime production cost and Rp 3.15 M from decrease of Finished Goods inventory
