Introduction: The healthcare sector is seeing increased competition as a consequence of the growth of both public and private facilities. To establish a strong hospital brand and satisfying patients to maintain and gain their loyalty, this circumstance requires the participation and assistance of the hospitals. Objectives: Therefore, delivering high-quality service would guarantee patients\u27 contentment and loyalty to continue using the examiner. Methods: This study\u27s findings analyse how patients\u27 satisfaction and loyalty are impacted by hospital image and service quality at a public hospital in Terengganu. The postulated hypothesis model in the research was put to the test using structural equation modelling (SEM). Results: This research shows that, although hospital image had no manipulation on patients\u27 loyalty; it had an important impact on their pleasure. Additionally, patient loyalty was significantly influenced by how satisfied the patients were. Conclusions: This research also makes it clear that the contentment and loyalty of the patients were directly impacted by the service quality offered by the hospital. Therefore, a hospital\u27s excellent level of care will affect its patients\u27 contentment and loyalty, and a strong, appealing hospital image is a crucial component in ensuring patients\u27 satisfaction

Introduction: Childhood trauma (CT) covers a broad variety of traumatic events that happen throughout childhood and adolescence, including physical, emotional, and sexual abuse as well as neglect. It is well established that people with schizophrenia-spectrum psychosis (SSP) experience more CT than others in a healthy state. The connection between CT and SSP has been linked to a sense of insecurity, which has been suggested as a possible mediator. Objectives: By examining the roles of 2 relationship characteristics, relationship anxiety, and relationship avoidance, in the CT-SSP correlation, this study aims to improve our knowledge of this link. Methods: A medical sample of 132 inpatients with SSP and a healthy control group make up the study\u27s participant population. Standardized tests are used to evaluate individuals for CT, and validated tools are used to examine individuals\u27 relationship types. Hallucinations intensity is also assessed. The links among CT, relationship characteristics, and psychopathology are investigated using statistical techniques, such as correlation analysis and mediation evaluation. Results: The findings suggest that compared to the healthy control group, people with SSP had greater rates of CT and a sense of insecurity. Both relationship anxiety and the intensity of parent antagonism are connected with the degree of illusion. According to a mediating study, the only factor influencing the relationship between CT and SSP is anxiety about the relationship. Conclusions: This study provides that persons with acute CT in the past, schizophrenia-spectrum psychosis, and elevated anxiety about relationships constitute a vulnerable population needing immediate professional intervention. Ongoing surveillance and specialized therapy therapies targeted at lessening the psychological effects of trauma should be provided to these people

Objective: The objective of this research was to investigate the efficacy of task-specific circuit training in rehabilitating upper extremity rehabilitation in patients with middle cerebral artery (MCA) stroke. Background: Stroke is a leading health problem worldwide and often results in long-term disabilities, including the loss of upper limb function. Limitations in mobility following a stroke can lead to reduced physical activity levels. The impact of task-specific circuit training, an intervention method that emphasizes the practice of functional tasks, on the upper extremity function of individuals who have experienced a stroke in the middle cerebral artery (MCA). Methodology:A pilot study with a pre-post test study design was conducted  at the outpatient physiotherapy department of ACS Medical College and Hospital. To select participants, a random sampling method was employed, resulting in a sample of 10 stroke patients aged between 40 and 65 years. The inclusion criteria consisted of individuals who had suffered their initial stroke within the past 2-6 months, had experienced a first unilateral infarction, and exhibited a Brunnstrom stage of recovery in the proximal and distal regions of the affected upper extremity of 3 or below. Both males and females were included in the study. Patients with cognitive impairment, dementia, previous orthopedic or neurological problems affecting the upper limb (e.g., severe arthritis, polyneuritis), severe heart disease, and other adverse health conditions that might affect their performance in the intervention (e.g., vestibular disturbance) were excluded. The intervention comprised a 12-week program combining task-specific circuit training with conventional physiotherapy. Participants engaged in training sessions five times per week, each lasting 40 minutes, while conventional physiotherapy sessions lasted 20 minutes per session over the same duration. The research utilized the Chedoke Arm and Hand Activity Inventory Scale (CAHAI-13) and electromyography (EMG) to assess the results. Results: The findings revealed a significant and substantial disparity in average CAHAI-13 scores within the task-specific circuit training group, with the pre-test average being 48.50 and the post-test average being 51.50. This difference was highly significant, leading us to reject the null hypothesis with a p-value of less than or equal to 0.001. The results of the post-test assessments demonstrated a noticeable enhancement in upper limb function when compared to the pre-test measurements. Likewise, the EMG scores for the biceps, triceps, extensor digitorum, and deltoid (middle) exhibited highly significant differences within the task-specific circuit training group between the pre-test (585.38, 271.63, 389.00, 668.00) and post-test (456.50, 187.63, 266.00, 512.38), leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis (p ≤ 0.001). Moreover, there were extremely notable differences within the same group between the initial assessment and subsequent evaluation (p ≤ 0.001). Conclusion: To summarize, the research determined  task-specific circuit training was successful in improving upper limb function among individuals who had experienced an MCA stroke. The results, which were reinforced by notable enhancements in CAHAI-13 scores and EMG measurements, underscore the promising potential of task-specific circuit training as an successful treatment for rehabilitating the upper extremities of MCA CVA patients

The COVID-19 epidemic has put tremendous strain on educators, increasing stress, burnout, and lowering well-being. An evidence-based stress management program that included mindfulness, relaxation exercises, and cognitive-behavioral techniques was implemented to address these problems. One of the countries with the highest COVID-19 infection rates among medical personnel is Spain. This study aims to investigate depression, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and anxiety during the COVID-19 pandemic. Examines are done on the relationships between factors, including resilience, burnout, demographics, COVID-19, and work. The cross-sectional data of 1419 different health professionals were analyzed. 56.3% of Healthcare (HC) professionals show signs of posttraumatic stress disorder, 58.3% have anxiety disorders, 46.2% have depressive disorders, and 41% report feeling emotionally spent. A medical worker that meets this description is a woman that is employed at a hospital in the Autonomous Community of Madrid, worries that someone she lives with could be infected, and believes that is very likely to get ill. Risk factors for anxiety and sadness consist of working 10- or 24-hour periods, being a woman, and worrying that relatives may be infected. Depersonalization and emotional weariness indicate risk for mental diseases, while resilience and individual satisfaction are protective factors with low values. Data are supplied to enhance worker occupational health prevention strategies. The Descriptive data analysis showed that program participants had better self-care habits and self-awareness. These results emphasize the significance of focused interventions to assist educators\u27 Mental Health (MH) and well-being through emergencies like the COVID-19 epidemic
