“Effects Of Physical Activity Interventions On Blood Pressure Control In Hypertensive Patients”
The purpose of this research was to establish the effects that exercise interventions have on hypertension in the target population of men and women 40 to 65 years of age. The research targeted 30 people (16 male and 14 female) in an urban hospital within India. In the study after the physical activity intervention a reduction was noted in both “SBP” and “DBP”. SBP variance after the intervention stood between 136/150; DBP which was highest before the intervention dropped to 86. The greatest decreases in SBP were observed in 7 patients with a decrease by 13 mmHg, 6 patients with a decrease by 12 mmHg and 5 patients with decrease by 15 mmHg. Regarding DBP, 10 of the patients had a decrease of 8 mmHg while 11 patients demonstrated a decrease of 7 mmHg. These outcomes corroborate the prior studies reporting the negative association between “physical activity” and “blood pressure” levels. Thus, the place of the study is in advocating for exercise as a non-pharmacological approach towards hypertension control with specific focus on the elderly population. However, studies are limited in that they are based on relatively small and mostly white samples in which precise descriptions of the interventions are lacking
To Study The Effect Of Premenstrual Syndrome And Assessment Of Nutritional Status & Intake Amoung Young Females
Menstruation is an essential aspect of women lives. It is the first step towards motherhood. At this moment, many hormonal changes also take place in the body. The onset of menstruation indicates that a girl has crossed the biological threshold and entered puberty. PMS is a series of emotional, physical and psychological symptoms that begin during a woman’s ovulation and usually terminate with the start of menstrual flow. Premenstrual signs are experienced by approximately 73% of women (Steiner&Pearlstein, 2000) and upto 40% experience symptoms severe enough to affect daily life.The study is conducted in the Meerut city of uttar pradesh indicates that lack of energy (72%), sleep disturbance (70%) and decreased interest in work activities(67%) are the common PMS symptoms that occur more often among the respondents. The average daily intake of different nutrients among the Group A( diet during normal days), Group B(diet during PMS days) shoes some varitaions when compared with RDA ICMR(2020). The variations in nutrients intake between the two groups highlight the potential difference in dietary pattern and sources of different nutrients. It is impotant to note that the consumption of fat for both the groups is less because of low intake of fried foods, snacks, less of oil to be used in cooking
Influence Of Metacognition On The Academic Resilience Of Senior Secondary School Students
This study aims to identify the influence of metacognition on the academic resilience of senior secondary school students. The ability to recognize and comprehend one\u27s own mental processes is known as metacognition, and it is fundamental to learning and problem-solving skills. Being aware of one\u27s own thinking is what it means to be metacognitive. Metacognition is the capacity to identify one\u27s own cognitive patterns and coping strategies. Increasing students\u27 awareness of their actions, motivations, and the potential applications of the skills they are learning in many contexts is beneficial. On the flip side, academic resilience describes the ability to tolerate and go past obstacles in the classroom. This research attempts to investigate how metacognitive abilities help senior secondary school students become more resilient learners, which in turn affects their academic performance. Using a standardized awareness measure, the researchers evaluate the academic resilience and metacognitive awareness of secondary school students. Establishing if there are significant differences between the gender in terms of academic resilience and metacognitive awareness is the aim of the research. In Software industry traditional co-located form of development shifted where teams are distributed geographically and collaborates with each other. Distributed software development (DSD) is becoming a common practice in today’s industry. Software development teams, in DSD, are not physically co-located and therefore cannot see or speak in person on a regular basis. Within the project environment, a transparent definition of the roles and responsibilities that individuals play are critical to the success of the project. Throughout the course of the project, an individual may play more than one role simultaneously. Individuals must understand the roles they play to grasp what responsibilities they need in making decisions, taking actions, reporting, and reviewing. Successful development projects undertake careful planning, a talented team and collaboration of a project’s team members, both internal and external (client representatives). Software projects only move forward when the key team members are in place. A Study On The Effects Of Urbanisation In China Towards Weather Via Configuring Optimisation Of Research And Forecast Model
Urbanisation is an issue that any nation, irrespective of its level of development, will inevitably confront. This trend gained traction throughout the 1980s, when Chinese began to implement its reforms and open-door policy. The detrimental impact of air pollution on human health is significant, and the process of fast urbanisation has the potential to greatly alter this situation. Hence, it is essential to monitor and assess the progress of urbanisation. The researchers prioritise three significant consequences in China: the transformation of rural areas into urban zones, the escalation of pollutant emissions, and the discharge of heat through the atmosphere as a result of human activities. This experiment used a weather model known as WRF-Chem, an acronym for weather information Study and Forecast Model. Three distinct sensitivity studies have shown whether these three urban developments often exacerbate the air quality in Beijing, particularly in terms of ozone and PM2.5 levels. Human heat emissions result in a 0.8 °C rise in surface temperatures during the day and a 1.2 °C rise during the night. As a result, the model predicts a less positive future for the People\u27s Republic with an evening ozone rise of 18 parts per billion (ppb). Upon examining the third consequence of emissions alteration, experts have discovered that the Chinese the federal government\u27s measures to mitigate emissions are already being implemented. There has been a slight rise in concentrations of ozone and surface temperatures. During this process, it has been observed that the concentrations of particulate matter increase closer to the surface and decrease as researchers go further up. Subsequent research should include these effects into their model setups. Additional sensitivity runs have enhanced the vertical as well as geographic resolutions of Chinese forecasting computers
A Study on Investigating the Effects of 720-Degree Performance Appraisal Systems on Organizational Productivity in IT Companies
The 720-degree performance appraisal system is an advanced and holistic approach to employee evaluation that extends beyond traditional methods by incorporating feedback from both internal and external sources, such as clients and vendors. This study investigates the effects of implementing a 720-degree performance appraisal system on organizational productivity within IT companies. Through a mixed-method approach, including surveys and interviews, the research examines how this appraisal system influences employee motivation, engagement and overall performance. The findings reveal a significant positive impact on organizational productivity, with employees reporting enhanced understanding of their roles and improved job performance. However, the study also identifies challenges such as the complexity of the appraisal process and the potential for feedback overload. The results suggest that, when implemented effectively, the 720-degree performance appraisal system can be a powerful tool for driving organizational success in the IT sector
GLCM Features And Hybrid Manhattan Distance With SVM For Identification Of The Leaves Of Indonesian Herbal Medicines
Herbal plants are those plants, which can be considered as a substitute for naturally healing diseases. The public still does not have the awareness about the presence of herbal plants. It is owing to the fact that there are several kinds of medicinal plants available and therefore, specialized knowledge is required for their identification. To get over this, an intelligent and precise herbal leaf recognition system is necessary. In recent work introduces one enhanced model for Indonesian Herbal Medicines identification. In which there are three techniques introduced. The first one includes the novel leaf feature framework. There are 16 distances between perimeter points and leaf centroid points, as well as seven median line connectors. The second project entails the creation of leaf feature extraction techniques and algorithms that allow for the production of 23 leaf shape attributes for any type of herbal crop. Thirdly, forming a prototype identification system or introducing herbal plants on the basis of morphological features of the leaf. The procedure of recognition is performed with the help of two mechanisms, which include MDs (Manhattan Distances) and Artificial Neural Networks. However in existing work foreground segmentation was not done based on any particular algorithm and its leads to poor segmentation results. Also ANN is about the executing with parallel processing, and therefore processors providing support to parallel processing is required, and therefore the ANNs exhibit hardware dependency.
To avoid those problems in this work introduced an improved model for herbal medicines plant leaf identification. In this pre-processing is done by using Image segmentation based on k means clustering to segment the foreground object, Image Filtering and Translation of RGB (Red, Green, Blue) images into Grayscale. Features are extracted using GLCMs (Grey Level Co-Occurrence Matrices) and Centre point based model. Finally the Indonesian Herbal Medicines plant leafs are identified based on those extracted features using Hybrid MDs with SVMs (Support vector machines). Experimental results shows that this proposed model produces better leaf identification accuracy than other state of the art models.

Effectiveness of Sensory Integration Versus Behavioral Intervention Techniques On Sleep Among Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD): A Scoping Review
Aim: To compare the effectiveness of the sensory integration (SI) approach and behavioral approaches on the quality of sleep among children with ASD.
Materials & Methods: To identify the SI/processing, we searched PubMed, PsycINFO, and Cochrane up to 2023 for children with ASD who received the intervention and reported sleep results. We included RCTs, cohorts, and case controls. The different elements of the studies were identified as follows: the author and year of publication, the study design, the number of participants, the characteristics of the implemented intervention, and the results concerning sleep.
Results: It can be concluded that increasing sleep is possible with both SI and behavioral interventions, each affecting sleep in its own way. These interventions actively regulate over-aroused states or sensitivities to increase sleep time or quality. Concurrent interventions for a disorder share aspect that provide additional benefits, implying that disorders have both sensory and behavioral components.
Conclusions: Non-pharmacological interventions that align with children’s sensory and behavioral characteristics are most helpful for managing ASD sleep. Occupational therapists (OT), behavioral therapists (BT), and sleep specialists should be involved. An RCT study based on the comparison of various interventions should be conducted. Impact Of Parenting Among Different Family Status On School-Going Students
In today’s scenario the way parents deal with their children have an impact on behaviour and development of children. The parenting style shows their outcome differently to different family status children. Here the research paper\u27s aim is to study the impact of parenting among different family statuses on school-going students. The sample of the present investigation consists of 400 adolescents (N=400) The parental authority questionnaire is used to collect the information. The ANOVA results for the influence of family status on the Permissive, Authoritarian, and Authoritative parenting styles all yielded high p-values, suggesting that family status has no statistically significant effect on any of the different parenting styles
