Entrepreneurship is commonly viewed as a symbol of success and achievement, but it also presents entrepreneurs with a unique set of challenges that can have a negative impact on their mental health and well-being. The establishment and maintenance of a business requires a substantial investment of time, energy, and resources, and entrepreneurs frequently face high levels of stress, uncertainty, as well as financial pressure. This can result in a variety of mental health problems, such as depression, anxiety, along with burnout. Moreover, the loneliness and isolation associated with entrepreneurship can exacerbate these difficulties. Understanding the mental health and well-being of entrepreneurs is crucial because it can help identify the specific obstacles they face and provide strategies for enhancing their sense of well-being and mental health. In this article, we will also investigate the factors that influence the mental health & well-being of entrepreneurs and discuss strategies for overcoming their challenges. This research aims to shed light on the mental health of contemporary entrepreneurs as well as the coping mechanisms they employ to ensure their own well-being
The Effectiveness of a Proposed Teaching Model Based on the Situational Learning Theory and Psychological Theory in Deductive Thinking among Intermediate Grade Students
The current research aims at (The effectiveness of a proposed teaching model based on the situational learning theory in deductive thinking among intermediate grade students), to achieve the aim of the research, the two researchers formulated the following hypothesis: ( There are no differences with statistically significant at the level (0,05) between the average of experimental group students who studied according to the proposed model and the control group students who studied according to the usual method in deductive thinking test .
The two-researchers relied on an experimental design with a partial controlling consisting of two groups, experimental and control. The research community consisted of intermediate and preparatory schools from directorate of education in Thi-Qar /Department of Qalaa Suker . The researcher selected AL-Naba\u27a AL-adheem intermediate school for boys. The research sample consisted of the two groups from the second intermediate stage named "A" and "B". Group A consists of( 37) students represented by an experimental group. Group B consists of (37) students represented by a control group. The two researchers conducted equivalence in a number of variables (Age calculated in months previous in formation test, intelligence). The researchers prepared the research requirements which required creating a proposed model according to the assumptions and the principles of situational learning theory. The researchers prepared the studying tool represented by a deductive thinking test consisting of(30) multiple – choice items , of deductive thinking skills (induction, deduction, inference). The two researchers used appropriate statistical means such as (t-test) for two independent sample and (Ita square) to know the effectiveness of the independent variable in deductive thinking. The results of research showed the superiority of experimental group students who studied according to proposed teaching model based on the situational learning theory over the control group students who studied according on traditional method in deductive thinking. The researchers came out with the number of conclusions, recommendations and suggestions
Factors Affecting Pre-Purchase Psychological Behavior of Sustainability Conscious Consumers
Purpose: The main purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting Pre-Purchase behavior of Sustainability Conscious Consumers
Theoretical framework: Sustainability Conscious Consumers (SCC) are those who are conscious about issues related to environment, society andeconomy whilemaking a purchase decision. They make conscious effortto avoid unsustainable offerings and/or are willing to pay extra for sustainable value prepositions. SCCs are focal point of any sustainability business campaign and therefore it is important to understand their decision process.
Design/methodology/approach: The sample consisted of 120 sustainability conscious consumers who were surveyed using questionnaire. Snowball sampling technique was used to select the samples.
Findings: This paper\u27s key finding was that five elements, a perception of retribution, availability to information, labelling and peer pressure, worry for health, and crisis situations influence the pre-purchase behaviour of sustainability-conscious consumers.
Conclusion and recommendation: This study conclude thatpre-purchase judgements are heavily influenced by a sense of punishment, availability to knowledge, branding and peer influence, and worry about health and crisis situation.T hese dimensions are antecedents to SCC which influence their pre purchase behavior too
Some Physical Variables and Their Relationship to the Achievement of Squat Lift for Physical Strength Players
The physical strength sport consists of three lifts, which are the squat lift, the beach push-up, and the deadlift. The game of physical strength is one of the widely spread sporting events in our time, and our national teams have achieved advanced local, continental and international positions in it, and this did not come by chance, but rather from the independence of the state. Its central union and a course in preparing the training and arbitration staff.
The thing that prompted us to study the relationship between the variables under study and achievement is the level variation from one period to another, so (20) was chosen out of (45) from the research community after homogenizing them. After the data were collected and processed statistically, the most important conclusions were reached through the results presented, it appeared that there is a weak correlation between the maximum force variable and the achievement variable, and the results also showed a weak correlation between the explosive ability of the muscles and the achievement variable, and this naturally corresponds to the outcome of the correlation between the force load variable and the achievement variable, which appeared The results between them have the same description of the aforementioned variables in terms of weak correlation, and certainly it is the result of weak compatibility between the types of strength in the training skills that the research sample members

Investigation the Impact of Radiation and Physiotherapy Therapy on the Level of Cadmium in the Serum of Patients with Cancer
Cancer is a devastating disease that continues to baffle doctors worldwide. While trace elements like cadmium (Cd) have been found to play various roles in the body, their involvement in cancer remains unclear. This study endeavored to analyze and compare the concentrations of specific elements in both the serum samples of cancer patients and those belonging to a control group, as well as with radiotherapy sessions.
A grand sum of 106 specimens were accumulated, comprising of 37 fit individuals and 69 cancer-afflicted patients. Following sample preparation, an atomic absorption spectrophotometer was employed to measure serum cadmium levels. The results showed that cadmium levels were significantly higher in cancer patients during sessions from 1 to 20 compared to healthy controls and the rest of the sessions.
The average concentration of cadmium in cancer patients without radiotherapy was found to be 9.033 ± 2.82, while it was 7.369 ± 1.025 for healthy individuals. The average cadmium concentrations varied in the patients group during the sessions. During sessions 1 to 10 days, the average cadmium concentration was 11.13 ± 1.57 (ppb). In sessions from 11 to 20 days, it increased to 11.83 ± 3.14 (ppb). Surprisingly, in the 21- to 30-day sessions, the average cadmium concentration decreased to 6.168 ± 0.79 (ppb). Finally, at sessions from 31 to 40 days, it decreased further to 5.955 ± 0.88 (ppb).
These findings suggest that exposure to radiotherapy in cancer patients may increase the level of cadmium concentration during sessions from 1 to 20 days. While the exact role of cadmium in cancer remains unclear, this study provides valuable insights into the potential impact of radiotherapy on cadmium levels in cancer patients. A complete comprehension of the connection between cadmium and cancer, as well as developing efficient treatment methods, requires additional investigation
