Mentally Effectiveness of any Educational Program on Nursing Women Awareness towards Breast Cancer
Background: One of the main causes of death for women and a global health concern is breast cancer. It is therefore essential to promote early detection through enhanced breast cancer awareness and breast cancer screening. Objectives: The study aimed to determine the effectiveness of an education intervention of awareness program towards breast cancer for nursing women.Materials and Methods:This experimental study was carried out in Diwaniyah Province. The study population consisted of the nursing womenadopted pre and post-test I and II approach. The validity of study instruments achieved through arbitrators and reliability achieved through pilot study. Data were collected and analyzed by descriptive and inferential approach.Results:The results indicatethat thenursing women awareness in pre test are differ from those who are in post test I (p= .000) and post test II (p= .000). The women awareness in post test I are differ from those in pre test (p= .000) and no differ from those who are in post test II (p= .430). The women awareness in post test II are differ from those in pre test (p= .000) and no differ from those who are in post test I (p= .430). Conclusions: The study findings show that the population had low baseline levels of awareness, which considerably increased as a result of educational intervention. adoption of breast cancer preventive initiatives, substantial attempts to raise community women\u27s understanding and alter their attitudes through education and information campaigns, and specific attention paid to health education
Grit and Mental Health of Postgraduate Students: The Gender Perspective
This research aims to measure the relationship between grit and the mental health of university students with gender comparison. A total of 426 postgraduate students were selected from 3 public universities in South Punjab, Pakistan. The mean age of participants was 25.19 (SD = 2.66) years. A short Grit Scale and Mental Health Inventory were used in data collection. The SPSS (Version 25) was used in data analysis. The results of bivariate correlation confirmed the positive significant relationship of grit with mental health and psychological well-being. While grit revealed an inverse significant relationship with psychological distress. The Independent sample t-test found that the grit and mental health with subscale psychological well-being were significantly higher among female postgraduate students as compared to male postgraduate students. Whereas psychological distress was significantly higher among male postgraduate students as compared with female postgraduate students. The findings of the present research have imperative contributions in practical implications for the attention of educationalists, mental health experts, and government authorities
The Role of Investment on Social Welfare, Economic Growth, and Labor Absorption: Cases in Mineral Mining Areas
The main objective of the development of a country is to realize social welfare or what is commonly termed prosperity. Investment is seen as one of the key drivers in creating social welfare. Another opinion is that prosperity will be realized when there is an improvement (growth) in the economy, and welfare will be created when people have jobs (in this study it is proportionate to labor absorption). This study analyzes the role of investment in creating social welfare for the community through economic growth and employment. Using a quantitative approach to test the theory with an explanatory design. Using secondary data that is a time series for the period 2006-2020. Data were analyzed using depth analysis techniques. The results of the analysis found that investment is considered to play a role in social welfare, economic growth, and employment. Next, that economic growth and employment have not been able to play a role in the social welfare of the community. Finally, that investment plays a role in social welfare both through economic growth and through employment
Prevalence and Factors Affecting Depression of the Elderly: A Cross-Sectional Study in Thailand
This research was designed as a cross-sectional analysis to investigate the prevalence of depression among the elderly population in the Isan subdistrict, Mueang district, Buriram province. The objective of the study was to evaluate the impact of fundamental factors (gender, average age, chronic diseases, basic daily activity abilities, and body mass index) on the incidence of depression among the elderly in the region. The sample size was calculated from EPI INFO, determined via a stratified random sampling method, and consisted of 144 elderly individuals. The data collection process took place from December 2021 to April 2022, and involved the use of a general information questionnaire and a depression assessment form specifically designed for the elderly. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, univariate analysis, and multivariate analysis. The results showed that 1) the overall prevalence of depression was 16.67%, with males having a higher incidence (21.43%) compared to females (14%), and 2) one factor that was found to have a statistically significant association with depression was body mass index. Specifically, depression was found to be more prevalent among elderly individuals with normal weight, at 4.29 times the rate compared to obese individuals (OR = 4.29, 95% CI = 1.07–17.26). However, no statistically significant relationship was found between depression and other factors when analyzed using multivariate analysis. These findings can be used to develop programs for the education, monitoring, and prevention of depression and its complications among the elderly in the community.

Extreme fear or anxiety, as opposed to the more common unease or nervousness, is a hallmark of anxiety disorders. Anxiety disorders are the most common mental health issue, affecting about 30% of people at some point in their lives. However, several effective treatments exist for anxiety disorders. Long Term Impact of Childhood Trauma on Adulthood Experiences
This article explains how traumatic experiences in childhood may lead to physical and mental health issues later in life. Persistent changes in neurobiological and mental abilities have been related to early life trauma, especially complex trauma. These alterations to structure in the brain lead to improvements in cognitive and motor performance. There is scientific evidence connecting childhood trauma to a host of health issues that may persist into adulthood. This article explores the neurophysiological and psychological consequences of trauma. We discuss the long-term consequences of trauma exposure, such as using drugs, confinement, and in tandem mental health conditions, as well as the significance of recognising protective variables, analysing resilience, and discovering evidence-based treatment methods that can aid with signs and symptoms for trauma survivors
An Psychological Mindset based Stress free Business Model for Digital Health?
Aims: Digital health is the use of digital technologies in health and healthcare systems to improve the performance of healthcare delivery by providing more customized and impeccable treatments. Thus, digital health entrepreneurs want to exploit information and communication technology to help solving health problems and challenges to ensure well-being among people in treatment. They contribute to create innovative digital health products or solutions and are promptly transforming the medical practices by shaping the relationship between health professionals and patients.
Methods: This paper aims to outline the literature review regarding digital health entrepreneurship and to scrutinize different features of Digital Health Business Model.
Results: Digital health entrepreneurs conceive strong business models to exploit several ignored market opportunities. To be effective, the Digital Health Entrepreneur should deeply understand patients’ needs and wants for the potential expected value that he could create develop and control.
The value proposition have to be attractive enough for each customer segment in the healthcare system in order to sustain the digital health business. Thus, to create a strong value proposition, the digital health entrepreneurs have to recognize their targeted customers’ traits, needs, expectations and wants. Therefore, patients have to be their own-doctor by being experts on their own health and they should find digital channels to be up to date.
Conclusions: By being up-to-date on the appropriate use of technology as patients do, digital health entrepreneurs contribute in the establishment of a participatory medicine based on patient centric strategies to make life patients more easily and comfortable
The Effect of Physical and Therapeutic Exercises on Functional Rehabilitation in Shoulder Joint Injury for Basketball Players
Objective: The study aimed to identify the effect of physical and therapeutic exercises on functional rehabilitation in the injury of the .shoulder joint for basketball players
Research hypotheses: There are statistically significant differences between the results of the pre and post-tests for the research variables and in favor of the post-tests.
The experimental method was used for its relevance to the nature of the research, and the two researchers conducted their research on players with shoulder joint injuries, who numbered (8) players from basketball clubs, the category of applicants in the province of Baghdad. Weeks of (18) rehabilitation units and applied in (3) units per week (Saturday - Monday - Wednesday), and it was concluded that the rehabilitation curriculum led to an improvement in the results of the dimensional variables, which represent the range of motion of the shoulder joint, and it was concluded that the rehabilitation curriculum has a positive effect. In restoring the range of motion of the affected joint and improving the performance of the players
The Effect of the Psychological Hidden Arrangement Strategy on the Intellectual Awareness of Fifth Grade Literary Students in History
The current research aims to identify the effect of the hidden arrangement strategy on the intellectual awareness of fifth grade literary students in history ، the experimental method was chosen because it fits with the objectives of the research. The current research community consists of preparatory and secondary school students associate to the Directorate of Education of Al-Shamiya / one of the districts of Al-Diwaniyah Governorate for the academic year (2022-2023), A sample of fifth grade students consisted of (50) students in an experimental subject (24) in the normal strategy. As for the study tool, it was a measure of intellectual awareness consisting of (40) items in its final form. The results showed that the students of the experimental group outperformed the students of the control group in the intellectual awareness scale, and accordingly the researchers presented a set of conclusions, recommendations and suggestions
