    No full text
Movement plays an indispensable role in every person\u27s life. Through movement, the child learns about the world, forms perception, sensations, emotional and volitional sphere. Since it is at a young age that the development of the most important functions of the body\u27s systems takes place, motor activity plays a fundamental role in this period. The purpose of this study was to identify the multifunctional importance of movement in all areas of children\u27s development, to demonstrate the effect of physical activity on the morphofunctional parameters of the child\u27s body. The study involved 122 schoolchildren aged 7 to 9 years (average age -7.6±0.3 years) In the structure of the surveyed girls – 63 (51.6%), boys - 59 __ (respectively, 48.3%).  Based on the results of our study, the following conclusions can be formulated: morphofunctional indicators such as height, weight and Quetelet index are more determined by genetic material than by the level of motor volume, physical education is a favorable context for the formation of healthy physical culture and sports habits, and a high volume of motor activity may be the key to explaining the level of physical activity physical fitness of children

To achieve this objective, the researcher administered the Coping Inventory for Stressful Situations (CISS) to a sample of 56 chronic disease patients undergoing treatment at Adrar State Hospital. The study found the following results: No statistically significant differences were found in coping strategies based on gender among chronic disease patients at Adrar State Hospital. Statistically significant differences were found in coping strategies based on the type of chronic disease (diabetes, hypertension, or disability resulting from a traffic accident) among the sample. A Review On The Role Of Sericulture Activities For Sustainable Development

    No full text
Since ancient times, sericulture—the raising of silk worms—has been a cottage industry in practically every region of the globe. There are five types of silk worms that are used for commercial purposes worldwide, and they are customarily raised in various locations. The only nation that still uses traditional methods for raising all five species of silk worms is India.  The women in the community have historically engaged in this household activity, which gives them some extra money to supplement their family\u27s income and give them a sense of financial independence. Economic development, which reduces poverty, particularly in rural regions, is essential for social development. Additionally, sericulture is a sustainable business since its by-products are used as a source of protein energy or as manure for the plantations. This makes sericulture a green cottage company.   &nbsp

Oscc - An Inducing Factor To Xanthogranulomatous Inflammation Of Lymph Node- A Case Report

    No full text
Xanthogranulomas are a type of non-Langerhans cell histiocytosis that commonly affects infants and children. Adult xanthogranuloma are rare disorders which is characterized by the accumulation of macrophage, dendritic cells, or monocyte-derived cells in various tissues of the body. Morphologically, most of the cases presented classical histological features of xanthogranuloma, with histiocytic cells consistent with the non-Langerhans cell immunophenotype. This xanthogranulomatous inflammation usually occurs either due to metastases from the primary malignancy to the lymphnode or due to any foreign body contamination. In this article we present a case of a 45-year-old male patient who was initially diagnosed with a malignant condition later developed a benign condition of the lymph node

Enhancing Antibacterial Activity Of Methanol Extract Of Phoenix Dactylifera Leaves Against Salmonella Entrica And Escherichia Coli Isolates

    No full text
The present research detects the effectiveness and estimation  of Methanol      Extract  of phoenix dactylifera (leaves palm extract) as antibacterial activity against selected  Gram negative bacteria (Salmonella entrica  and Escherichia coli ) , which may be developed into new-fangled, harmless, and more efficient agents microbial infections. was determined by Serial doubling dilution of the plant extract in sterile nutrient broth  to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration and achieved six different concentrations of 200µg/ml, 100µg/ml, 50µg/ml,  25 µg/ml, and 12.5µg/ml and 6.25 µg/ml, Its appeared as negative  result (not have any zone of inhibition) in deferent concentration used. When used the synergistic effect of Methanol Extract of  dactylifera leaves against Salmonella entrica with different antibiotic showed Ciprofloxacin (CIP), Trimethoprim (TMP) ,resistance in deferent concentration but Cefataxime  ( CTX) sensitive in all concentration except ( 12.5 µg/ml, 6.250 µg/ml) were resistance .While Amikacin (AK) sensitive in concentration (50 µg/ml, 25 µg/ml) and Doxycycline (DO) sensitive in concentration (50 µg/ml) only . Whereas the synergistic effect of dactylifera leaves against Escherichia coli were  resisting in all antibiotics used except  Cefataxime (CTX) sensitive in all concentration that used in the research   and Amikacin (AK) sensitive in concentration (12.5 µg/ml, 6.250 µg/ml). &nbsp

Turning Nerves Into Nirvana- A Review On Distraction Techniques In Pediatric Dentistry

    No full text
Children with dental fear and anxiety try all means to avoid or delay dental treatment, and it results in the deterioration of their oral health. Distraction is the technique of diverting the patient\u27s attention from what may be perceived as an unpleasant procedure. The available studies show that the distraction techniques can be very effective during dental treatment for the management of dental fear and anxiety in children, including those with special abilities. However, the evidence of their efficacy is very low, so more future studies and research comparing the different distraction techniques among children of different age groups is recommended in order to have a more accurate knowledge of them and thus be able to implement them in the dental office. The French colonisation has implemented penal exile in Algeria since the time of Governor General “Clauzel”, moving to “De Rovigo” and until “Bugeaud”. Among the first to be exiled outside the country were a group of the elites of the city of Algiers who entrenched themselves in the ranks of the opposition and the political, religious and intellectual resistance against the presence and policies of the French occupier. This study is considered one of the topics that have not been dealt with extensively by the researchers so it was the motive behind its selection in detail. The study aims at shedding light on the Maliki Mufti Mustafa ben Mohamed Al-Kababti (1862-1775). He was one of the most important Algerian elites who has been exiled. He played an important role in opposing and resisting against French colonialism, he was exiled to “Sainte-Marguerite” Island, France, then to Alexandria, Egypt. Thus, exiling Ibn Al-Kababti established the beginning of the French colonialist implementation of penal exile against the Algerians, which was a policy that has continued up until the forties of the twentieth century
