Efficient Conservation of Built Heritage in Delhi through Corporate Social Responsibility
This research paper explores the role of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the conservation of built heritage in Delhi, examining how CSR initiatives can contribute to the preservation and enhancement of the city\u27s historical sites. Through qualitative analysis of corporate reports, case studies, and literature, the study assesses current CSR practices and their impact on heritage conservation efforts in Delhi. Key findings indicate that while CSR provides essential resources for the maintenance and restoration of heritage sites, challenges such as sustainability of funding and regulatory complexities persist. The paper discusses successful examples of heritage conservation funded by CSR, including the restoration of prominent sites like Humayun’s Tomb and Jantar Mantar, and evaluates the challenges and opportunities in aligning CSR with conservation goals. Recommendations are provided to enhance the efficacy of CSR efforts, including the improvement of regulatory frameworks, establishment of dedicated heritage conservation funds, and strengthening of public-private partnerships. The study concludes that CSR plays a critical role in sustaining heritage conservation in Delhi, offering a vital link between corporate engagement and cultural preservation. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of how CSR can be leveraged to support sustainable heritage management in urban settings

It then delves into the challenges associated with measuring customer engagement in the digital realm, including the complexity of online interactions, the diversity of digital channels, and the need for real-time assessment. Through an extensive review of existing literature, this paper presents a comprehensive overview of quantitative and qualitative metrics that businesses can employ to gauge customer engagement. Quantitative metrics encompass traditional indicators such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and social media metrics, while qualitative measures include sentiment analysis, customer feedback, and brand sentiment tracking. Moreover, the paper explores emerging technologies and innovative approaches that leverage artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics to provide a deeper understanding of customer engagement behaviors. It emphasizes the importance of combining multiple metrics and utilizing advanced analytical techniques to obtain a holistic view of engagement dynamics. The paper underscores the significance of measuring customer engagement in digital marketing as a means to optimize marketing strategies, improve customer experiences, and foster long-term relationships. It encourages businesses to adapt their measurement approaches to the evolving digital landscape and offers insights for future research directions in the realm of customer engagement measurement
"Synthesis, And Characterization Of Several Transition Metal Complexes Derived From Α-Benzilmonoximethiosemicarbohydrazide And M-Chlorobenzaldehyde."
Several complexes derived from thiosemicarbohydrazide, specifically α-benzilmonoximethiosemicarbohydrazide-m-chlorobenzaldehyde (HBMTSmCB) and its complexes with Fe(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), and Co(II), have been synthesized and meticulously characterized. The characterization employed a range of analytical techniques including elemental analysis, conductivity measurements, and magnetic susceptibility assessments. Spectroscopic methods such as Proton Magnetic Resonance (PMR), Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, and electronic absorption spectra were also utilized to elucidate the structural and bonding characteristics of these complexes. It was determined that all trivalent metal complexes synthesized exhibit octahedral geometries
Transforming Self-Perception: The Long-Term Effects of Specialized Yoga on Body Image and Self-Esteem in Spinal Cord Injury Patients
Background: Spinal cord injury (SCI) greatly affects not only physical capabilities but also psychological welfare—an adjustment that is normally experienced with body image disturbance and decreased self-esteem. More often than not, current rehabilitation programs do nothing to reverse this specific psychological dysfunction. Yoga, because of its integral approach, has been embraced as one of the interventions that may further improve the situation.
Objective: To assess the long-term impact of a specialized yoga program on body image and self-esteem in a group of patients with spinal cord injury.
Methods: This was a longitudinal, mixed-method study that conducted its research at Patanjali Wellness Centre in Haridwar, India, on 60 SCI patients, who were randomly divided into two groups: an intervention group, which received yoga treatment, and a control group, which received standard care. The yoga group practiced a tailor-made yoga program three times a week over 6 months. Quantitative data were collected at baseline, post-intervention, and at follow-up using the Body Image Scale (BIS) and Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) belonging to the participants. Qualitative data were gathered through semi-structured interviews and focus groups, and thematic analysis was used for the analysis of the data.
Results: The intervention group showed significant improvement in body-image and self-esteem, which were sustained up to 6 months (p < 0.01). Changes in these variables were not significant in the control group. Participants also reported the yoga intervention to be empowering and change indicating.
Specialised yoga brings rather tangible benefits to the body image and self-esteem of SCI sufferers; its inclusion in the programs of medical rehabilitation could be considered as a measure for the purpose of holistic recovery and improvement in quality of life. There is a need to further study the broader psychological impacts and refine these interventions

Through empirical research, this article addresses the transformation of Indian urban labour into a global proletariat. The paper explores the socio-economic background of call centre employees working in Gurgaon. It makes a sociological analysis to ascertain the social, economic, and family background of call centre employees and their level of education—impact on health.
