    Get PDF
In order to teach reading, one must teach all of the components of language (hearing, speaking and writing) as well as reading. As soon as they\u27ve mastered listening and speaking, reading is usually provided. We wanted to see whether or not there was a correlation between personality and the jigsaw\u27s ability to improve reading comprehension, as well as whether or not it had an influence on an extrovert and an introvert\u27s performance. before administering jigsaw or conventional therapy to the experimental group, the researcher administers a questionnaire on personality to the students. The study was conducted at a university with 55 eleventh-grade students, with 30 students in the experimental group being 20 percent extroverts and 10 percent introverts, and 25 students in the control group being 15 percent extroverts and 10 percent introverts. As a way of tasting the strength of a hypothesis\u27s association with several variables, the researcher used an experimental factorial design. The data was analyzed using a Two-Way ANOVA. There are considerable disparities between extroverts and extroverts in the effectiveness of the jigsaw approach. Personality and the jigsaw puzzle

    Get PDF
The research was conducted in Iraq and aimed to identify the effect of teaching mathematics in the Kolb model in the achievement of students of the second grade average , the research sample reached 40 students of the second grade average divided equally into two groups randomly selected to represent group (A) The experimental group who studied in the Kolb model and group (B) who studied its students in the normal way, and an achievement test was prepared in mathematics consisting of 20 items of the multiple choice type and its apparent validity and content were verified, as well as the calculation of reliability    in the way of Koder Richardson 20, amounting to 0.79 .Using the T-test of two independent samples, the research hypothesis was tested and the results showed the superiority of the experimental group students over the students of the control group in the achievement of mathematics, which indicates the effectiveness of teaching mathematics according to the Kolb model. In light of this result, a set of recommendations were made, including : The  teachers of mathematics should pay attention to diversity in the provision of scientific material through the stages of the Kolb model, which begins with the sensory excitement of the student through which their auditory and visual senses stimulate the subject of the lesson and move to stimulate observation and attention to realize the relationship  between the elements of the mathematical situation before them and link them to the reality of the student and give him the opportunity to apply and exchange views with his fellow students by forming groups to practice educational activities that motivate them and help them to understand, absorb and experiment. To complement this research, the researchers submitted proposals for future research, including a study of the effect  of the Kolb model for teaching mathematics in acquiring concepts and developing mathematical cohesion in middle second graders

Regarding the purpose of the quantity of samples, multiplying the quantity of needles by the quantity (55) by the number 5-10, in this study they were multiplied by 5 and a sample of 275 examples was got. The sample method used relative sampling. Data analysis from this research used the SPSS 25 version. From the outcomes of the data investigation and the debate carried out, this study can conclude, first of all, that there is a confident and important impact between innovative learning and motivation for learning. Secondly, a positive and important effect among innovative learning and learning activities. Third, the positive and significant impact of innovative learning on the achievement of learning. Third, a positive and important impact among innovative learning and motivation for learning. Fourthly, it will have a confident and significant impact on the achievement of innovative knowledge in the achievement of learning through learning activities at home in the covid-19 pandemic, using the zooma of Salatiga IF scholars. The research aims to identify the analytical reading of Arabic language department Students at  Colleges of Education and its relationship to Their literary awareness. (100) male and female students were chosen as a sample for the research by random method (lottery), and two measurement tools were prepared, namely: 1) Analytical reading test: which consists of (25) test items that include all analytical reading skills, and the type of test was multiple choice, as it was presented to a group of arbitrators to verify its validity, and after its application, the statistical analysis of its items was carried out using the statistical bag for social sciences (SPSS) and the (Microsoft Excel) program, and its stability was confirmed by using the equation (Kyodor Richardson Equation). 2) Reading comprehension test: which consists of 2) Literary awareness test: which consists of (25) test items, including all literary awareness skills, and the type of test was multiple choice, as it was presented to a group of arbitrators to verify its validity, and after its application, statistical analysis of its items was carried out using the statistical bag for social sciences (SPSS) and (Microsoft Excel) program and its stability was confirmed by using the equation (Kyoder-Richardson-20 equation). Both of these tests were administered to students. The following outcomes were seen following the application of the two tools: 1) The arithmetic mean (14.39), which is significantly higher than the hypothetical mean (12.5), reveals that the vast majority of students enrolled in the Arabic Language Department of the Colleges of Education take pleasure in analytical reading. 2) The vast majority of students studying Arabic in the departments of education faculties have a literary awareness and an arithmetic mean of (14.61), both of which are higher than the hypothetical mean of (12.5). 3) Students in the Arabic language department in the colleges of education have a strong and favorable direct association between analytical reading and literary awareness. This correlation exists between analytical reading and literary awareness. It was recommended based on the findings of the study to raise interest in activities that help master analytical reading skills and literary awareness skills, urge students to engage in intensive reading, and recommend that teachers rely on modern methods that help students criticize, conclude, and differentiate between beautiful texts. These recommendations were made in light of the findings of the study. And it\u27s ugly, allowing students to express their opinions about what they read, and suggesting several proposals, including a study dealing with analytical reading and its relationship to critical thinking among students of the Arabic language department in the colleges of education, and a comparative study between the level of literary awareness in the colleges of education for humanities and colleges of basic education

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a prevalent, chronic autoimmune condition that affects the synovial membranes and articular tissues of many joints. Aim: detect the association between rs35767 in the promoter of the IGF-1 gene with serum level of IGF-1 protein and the development of RA. The study included 120 RA patients, which are divided into two groups (newly diagnosed and treated) in addition to the third group consisted of 60 healthy individuals. Using sandwich ELISA technique to estimate serum level of IGF-1, IGF-1R, and IGFBP3 . designing specific primer to detect the rs35767 by tetra-arm technique. GG represented the dominant genotype in patients (47.5%) , 35% ,17.55 for AG and AA respectively .Results revealed that serum level of IGF-1,IGF-1R and IGFBP3 were present at higher levels in newly diagnosed patients than in patients receiving treatment, both groups being higher by a clear and significant amount when compared to healthy subjects .Conclusion rs35677 found to be more common in patients , and can play an important role in the genetic vulnerability to RA disease

This study\u27s objective is to expose museum collection management practices in West Sumatra museums that conserve the country\u27s cultural heritage. The study concentrated on ongoing collection management activities, identified challenges, and offered solutions for the development of systematic collection management in accordance with the general guidelines for museum collection management to preserve cultural heritage. In order to create a Museum Collection Management Guide, a Museum Administration Technical Guide containing Registration and Inventory Activities, and a Collection of MasterPiece Museum Collection Catalogs in West Sumatra, this study used the 4D development research technique. According to the study\u27s findings, there are differences between each museum\u27s information retrieval resources since there is no standardization in the application of museum collection management, particularly in terms of collection processing methodologies. Activities related to collection management at each museum continue to be dependent on each technical officer\u27s comprehension. To preserve the public\u27s access to both physical and intellectual cultural material, it is vital to create standards that serve as a reference in collection management at each museum. A proportional solution was used to manage the money and human resource constraints. Academically speaking, the research findings indicate that there is a pressing need to preserve museum collections in order to maintain the continuity of the country\u27s cultural history
