    Many bad things like drink poisoning caused by the expiration period has elapsed. Therefore we need a tool that can identify a beverage. At the end of the project is intended to create a tool that can identify a beverage, including milk and fruit juice. Sample is taken from the original product still has not given tanbahan preservatives. This tool focuses on the physical appearance of the beverage to be tested is the color. Process briefly, TCS 3200 color sensor will take data in the form of object color. Color is taken from the RGB color data. The output of the sensor in the form of frequencies will be immediately processed ATmega microcontroller 16 and its output to the LCD display. Final output of the RGB color composition of an object as well as recommendations that the observed object is not suitable for consumption. Confidence interval estimation method of physical appearance especially of a liquid milk drinks and apple juice can be observed although the resulting error is still large enough to measure food-related equipment.     This final project is discussed about implementation of digital signature on email delivery with java programming language. Digital signature is one of the cryptographic security services that provide assurance to the recipient of the message (receiver). Given the assurance that the sender of the message is the sender, not a third party (eyesdropper) and received messages are genuine. Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithm (ECDSA) is one method of digital signatures on Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC). ECC is a public-key cryptography using the Elliptic Curve Discrete Logarithm Problem (ECDLP) as the basic math. ECDLP used is Q = kP, where Q and P are the points on the elliptic curve of F2m Finite field and k is positive integers. This final project provide an email client application that integrated with ECDSA algorithm, so it can be able to provide digital signature on sent message, to verify the digital signature on a received message, and give a warning if the verification fails, which means received email was not genuine

    Using induction motor as the propulsion of electric car needs some converter and inverter as speed controller. To fulfill 3 phase induction motor supply voltage we need 3 phase inverter as speed controller and also power converter as 3 phase inverter constant supply voltage 220 Volt dc Topology of power converter that suitable in electric car application is Full Bridge Converter because it is able to produce high power about 5 kW and supporting by high frequency so the motor will supplied fast. This Full bridge converter used to increase voltages and supplied constantly. This converter was designed with 70 volt input voltage from 6 units of accumulator with each specification is 12V/36 Ah and will be supplied the induction motor 220V that pass the inverter before as speed controller with adjusting the frequency. From the converter�s experiment result that is triggered by PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) generator with frequency 40kHz and duty cycle 50% with three phase induction motor 1 Hp as load we got output voltage equal with 183 Volt dc and output current equal with 0,1 A .     Backup power supply system as an alternative voltage source supply for household expenses at this project is designed to be able to maintain a constant output voltage according to the rating of 220V, when the load changed or input voltage (from accu) decreased. This backup power supply system consisting of battery 24 V, boost converter increase DC voltage to 100V, the inverter changes DC voltage 100V into AC voltage 70V , 70V to 220V step up transformer and ATmega16 microcontroller as PWM generator for boost and inverter and as proportional control intregal ( PI). PI control the ignition IGBT boost converter to regulate output voltage of the system. From the system test, has been designed, the output voltage of the system is only able to 130V, it is because a large drop that occurred on the side of the transformer.     Three phase half wave rectifier is one technique three phase AC voltage conversion into DC voltage. In the rectifier process conducted by the diode will arise wave distortion on the input, resulting in phase shifts that resulted in low power factor. By using a boost converter as a single rectifier, power factor better. On this last project used a method of boost power factor correction (PFC) using the conducted continuous mode (CCM). The purpose of this Final Project is to convert three phase AC voltage of 380 volts, then the voltage lowered by three pieces of single phase transformers are connected in the stars (Y-Y), then the output voltage is rectified by a series of Half-Wave Rectifier DC voltage. After that, the voltage strengthened by the Boost Converter circuit which switching conducted by the MOSFET using Fuzzy PI control. Results obtained from the test circuit total harmonic distortion value (THDi) of 38.66% and 0.85 PF rectifier circuits, and the rectifier with boost converter THDi = 38.29% and PF = 0.88 and the circuit integration with Fuzzy PI control is obtained THDi = 37.89% and PF = 0.9. The test result shows that the PFC boost system using the fuzzy PI control can improve the distortion waves on the input side

    The development of industrial in Indonesia is very fast. Many factories in indonesia don�t have the settlement of disposal place well, so they throw away production waste in along their place and it can pollute the system of river. To detect pollutan in the river, it�s made the simulation of river with constan flow. Therefore, it�s designed three phase speed control system by using three phase inverter circuit which has output voltage 220 Vac and frequency range between 10 Hz�50 Hz. To get the best response of ultrasonic sensor the system is used PID controller. When frequency of inverter 50 Hz the line to line voltage measured 231,3 Volt and speed of motor 1459 rpm, where the input voltage of inverter is 298,5 Vdc. Response of water level�s gotten by testing ultrasonic sensor. Based on graphic of ultrasonic sensor response reading,it can find parameter of Kp 9.8, Ki 0.07, and Kd 6.     Using a stethoscope to listen a lung voice is one of techniques for doctors in lung diagnosing. This technique is known as auscultation technique. Lung voices produced in several lung abnormality cases show there are several certain patterns can be identified. Commonly lung voice can be divided into three categories; based on pitch, intensity, location, inspiration ratio, and expiration, they are normal voice, abnormal voice, and extra voice. On this final project, it will be designed a device to listen the lung voice by using 2 KHz stethoscope and microphone piezzo electric which will be two hundreds and twenty times strengthened. The filter that is used is IC 4558; a 5 KHz hardware Low Pass Filter. Next, the signal will run into signal processing by using Welch method. A normal lung voice has the frequency under 2 KHz with the signal spectrum 30 - 42 db/Hz. Voice of lung parenchyma abnormality has the signal spectrum under 30 db/Hz. The signal spectrum that over 42 db/Hz is usually called extra lung voice and wheezing voice. The advantages of this final project are facilitating a lung detection and analysis based on the voice and as an educational helping tool in medicine. The accurace of this tool is 95%.     Muscle is a part of human body that has function in human movement system. The function of electromyography in the muscle is to detect the electric potential produced by the muscle in contraction and relaxation that can be used to control a system. This final project utilizes the electromyography signal to make move a robot arm. Electromyography signal processing is transpired in hardware side that is using comparator series, one shoot multi vibrator series, and logic series. Electromyography recorded by instrumentation series will be strengthened. The amplitude of the electromyography signal will be compared with the smallest value of the electromyography signal itself on this comparator series. The deviation of t value on the comparator series has to be found for to be altered to the input value before entering the one shoot multi vibrator series. The signal output will be a square signal with the same signal length compared to the electromyography signal by the identified t value. The logic series is used to know which muscle that works; that the three of the one shoot multi vibrator series output will be compared to know which output that moves first in each movements. With this in mind created the billing program end of the project entitled: " Sistem Rumah Sakit Terpadu Menggunakan JSP (Study Kasus : Billing Unit Gawat Darurat)" In completing it, use the script commands JSP (Java Server Pages) that is used to add, delete and modify files, MySQL database, Web Application Server for relation database and also store data that has been inputed.     Indonesian Art Robot Contest (KRSI) is a new division in the series of events of the Indonesian Robot Contest. In this competition each of robot is required to be able to dance following the music. So that the robot can do the job well in the contest, then needed a system that can recognize the special characteristics of the musical accompaniment. To recognize the special characteristics of the musical accompaniment, in this final project is created system identification of musical characteristic with mel-frequency cepstral coefficients (MFCCs). TMS320C6713 DSK is used as a voice signal processing system. Voice signals are processed with filter bank, then be synthesized to obtain a combined frequency which have been isolated. Signals are processed further, with framing windowing then the MFCCs (FFT, Log, IFFT, Lifter, cepstrum FFT) process. The results of the MFCCs is normalized, so that could be used as input for artificial neural network (ANN), ANN output is used to give a decision in calling a stored memory dance motion on the microcontroller Based on the results of testing, a robot or machine can be run with the sounds of music. Motion of robot based on coefficient patterns of MFCC. There are 12% coefficient patterns that can be used for ANN learning with convergent error. MFCC coefficient pattern, which is not used ANN learning can still be recognizable, it shows a similar with patternt that used for learning. Suitability of dance motion with music is 37%, it shows the suitability of motion is less. Key words: signal, filter bank, frequency, microcontroller, ANN, coefficient, MFCC
