    ABSTRACT In this study created a geographic information system mapping of the railway and traffic analysis. This system provides information about train travel. The documents are extracted from various sources, processed by the approach Geographic Information System (GIS) so that the information obtained is expected to be a material consideration in making policy on the train journey. By using Geographic Information System (GIS) it will be easier to analyze data about train travel, including map data path, and the train schedule data. Because with the SIG will be represented also the density of the railway line data on the actual conditions. Stage of the process is done digitasi, mapping, and query the database. Because the system is web-based information, then use the appropriate technology that is MapServer as web servers, php, html, and javascript as a builder of systems.     Analisa Kualitas Aplikasi Multimedia pada Jaringan Mobile IP versi 6

    As technology advances more and more, the support of mobility in a device becomes higher. The users of mobile device require a simultaneous connection in everywhere and everytime either at rest or mobile condition. In this final project the multimedia applications had been implemented on mobile IP version 6�s network, which consisted of 1 Home Agent (HA), 2 Foreign Agent (FA), 1 Mobile Node (MN), and 1 correspondent node (CN). The collection of data was performed when the MN moves from HA to FA1 and FA 2 while it was communicating with the CN and doing streaming video and downloading data via FTP protocols. From the condition of movement MN and its communication with the CN henceforth is analyzed base on the parameter of quality of service (QoS) in IP network. To obtain data validation, the measured data of testbed system was compared with simulation data by using NS2 software. The results of this experiments showed that the throughput data when MN handover from HA to FA1 and FA2 had the lowest value. Meanwhile, packet loss, delay and jitter obtained a maximum value when the mobile node handover from one network to the others. Keyword : handover, mobile IPv

    This final project is about building an sms gateway in restaurant information system with using Gammu as an open source component of the sms gateway. Why we choose Gammu, Gammu give us amenity as an sms software developer which is want to make a programme to send ot receive message by handphone or GSM modem. With using the functions from Gammu, we don�t need to learn AT Command to control the work of handphone or GSM modem. It�s very easy to write a script or programme to make the Gammu service working underground. Gammu supports handphone which is work at AT Command mode. Gammu supports many types of NOKIA, Siemens, SE, Motorolla, etc, list of handphone types and GSM Modem which is support with Gammu can be found in Gammu website. Because this component is very easy to use (eventhough it doesn�t has GUI) but it better than write a complicated AT Command script at hyperterminal so the developer likes this component, commands in Gammu is like windows command that has known by the windows users.     Frequency spectrum is one of the major part in wireless communication. In the use of frequency canal, every canal or channel has wide the canal is means as channel bandwith or canal. Too many people use a frequency wafe, whether legal or illegal. It causal people little use of wireless communication to allocated frequency. Therefore, the rules necessary to regulate the use of frequency. To the synchronize toward regulations with real conditions in the field, it is necessary to do an investigations on the frequency spectrum with do measurements on the power level. In addition to investigating the frequency spectrum will also make measurements on the pathloss measurements is the Okumura- Hatta, where this method has the characteristics of accurate work in urban and sub urban. Will also used the Walfish-Ikegami, where this method have high accuracy in frequency range 700 MHz up to 2 GHz. This final project produce a regional geographies information system in Surabaya regional the consist about frequency information density 700 MHz up to 3 GHz which is equipped with a power level. And view pathloss prediction in a area. So that, final outcome of this project can be utilized by the government ( Depkominfo ) as synchronization the use of frequency toward rules with the real conditions in the field. And can be utilized by the designers in the placement of wireless BTS (Communication Base Transmittion Station) in the receive power optimization in Surabaya regional.     News is an important role in human life. Because people always require information, person can access the news through various media, including: print media, electronic media, and Internet media. Most people want a piece of news can be accessed anywhere and anytime, then arose an idea how to make the news becomes portable.In this final project, will develop a server application responsible for crawling and manage news, News was addressed to the mobile user such as a cell phone. The aim of this project which provides convenience for mobile phone users to get the latest news from the site on the internet news provider. By utilizing the RSS feature of the site, the system will get the latest news from the site. Then look for the complete news by taking the content page in the link results RSS document. News that is still embedded in HTML documents will be separated by using RegEx or Regular Expression. Then the news is categorized by using text mining and correlation analysis. The calculation of the correlation, which becomes variable is the news and categories of documents that have been provided by the system. Then stored into the database which will be accessed by a WML server The expected result is the news access to the WML server with load data faster than with direct access to the original site. Given the weakness of the process of procurement of goods / services are then made a Decision Support System software that serves to assist and facilitate team decision-makers to determine the winning tender for the project effectively and efficiently. The decision making process using a method carried out with the Accord by a team of decision makers to evaluate alternatives based on criteria decision making there. Thus been able to determine the best alternative decisions as a winning bidder of the project. It is possible in the factory have two or more PLC with difference vendor, in order to get for some PLCs can work effectively and efficiently then do integration, process divided some parts and each PLC can do one part. Communication media that used is Local Area Network (LAN) and Human Machine Interface (HMI) Touchscreen.
