    Technology in robotics field today has grown rapidly and very spacious, it has been proved by robots are used in the many sectors. Robots also can replace the jobs that can not be done by humans. The development of these technologies demand the appearance of an innovation of robot to be more beneficial, one of them as a security system. In this final project, I will make integrated robot named Eyebot. Eyebot is a robot that has ability to find, detect and capture the movement of an object. Eyebot is an application of Computer Vision science using the existing Image Processing methods. Eyebot is equipped with a camera webcam as its eye that can detect and capture the movement of an object. Beside that, eyebot is equipped with two DC motors that can rotate to right-left and top-down direction to move the camera towards the target. PC as robot‟s brain process the incoming image, make decisions, and give instruction to the control circuit to move the robot parts accordance with target condition.     A good located of Wi-Fi is needed to optimize the power levels that received from the transmitter to a receiver. The characteristics that most influential in determining the performance of a Wi-Fi system is the value of power level, because it can be used to determine the coverage area of a transmitter (access point). This paper has been researched power level measurements from an access point in 12 laboratories at New Building PENS-ITS, the measurement criteria include the type of propagation path used, which is Line Of Sight (LOS) and Non Line Of Sight (NLOS). Received power level is measured using the FSH View with horn antenna, the distance measurement is based on changes in the working frequency of receiver antenna on the Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz. Measurement data about received power level is used to simulate the laying of the Wi-Fi systems in order to obtain optimal coverage area. The research result was value of received power level decreases as the added distance from the transmitter to the receiver.     Emergency call service is very important in the community during an emergency such as when there is an event of an emergency nature such fires, traffic accidents, cases and other criminality. This because event handler that requires quick and precise target pad. This paper has been fabricated based VoIP applications accessing Emergency-Call IVR. In this application, the client can access the emergency call service by dialing a specific extension number via analog phone. Then the client will be confronted with the IVR application which will provide questions about the needs of the client. VoIP server will do routing to the nearest agency required by the client. The results in this paper is still the result of temporary (not final), which this program sounds an IVR machine and can do routing to the nearest institution with the shortest distance method.     Shoe company Ecco Indonesia is one of the world-quality shoe manufacturer, in its production processes of making a shoe brand that works in a conventional, so that production time becomes longer and less maximum results from the manufacture of seals including checking brands use the capabilities of the eye. Therefore, in this final project we want to make a shoe brand automatic checking machine by performing image processing, and Euclidean methods to detect defects at least a printed brand name. Euclidean method is a method of proximity search distance value of two pieces of variables, in addition to this method is also not easy to take a long process. In finding the value of the sample matrix, we use Mean Treamed method, this is a statistical method used to find the limit value of data collection. The success rate of defect detection using Euclidean methods with Treamed Mean is 96% with an average processing time of 1.8 second

    ABSTRACT Control system is one application of technology that is closely related to the security system. Security can be solved by simple methods such as motion detection with a camera equipped with supporting software to facilitate control of a remote object. Processing image is one of many applied science to solve that problem. Many researchers apply the theory in a variety of image processing applied, such as security, medical, robotics and game. In this final project, will be develop an object tracking system. The system use wireless camera to obtain images of objects. The object will be detected and found the position. The position of the midpoint of the object is then compared with the midpoint position of the camera frame, to find out where the camera movement. Having obtained the midpoint of each, then performed object tracking. This system use Counter Propagation Network (CPN) method, because this method can make the process of iteration, training and response faster. Based on the results of the experiments that the system is capable of detecting objects based on the color blue. YcrCb color format is a color format that is better than any other color formats. The system is also capable of tracking the movement of the object by following the existing object.     Today and more people in Indonesia to use audio and video streaming applications in daily life. With the streaming video we can use it for various activities such as distance education or as a means of monitoring. In the public network has security weaknesses are lack of communication, to overcome this, the technology is used VPN (Virtual Private Network) on the network. VPN allows the formation of a network of private data on public networks by applying authentication and encryption so that access to these networks can only be done by certain parties. Layers of additional security such as IPSec can be applied to data security, if necessary. Such methods, however, without any IPSec, VPN with MPLS can be used well. In this thesis analyzes the QoS of MPLS VPN network, the QoS parameters include delay, jitter, packet loss and throughput. Quality of Service (QoS) of video streaming is absolutely taken to ensure that users feel satisfied when using it.     To observe changes in the data generated by nature, the sensor must have the flexibility to capture these data. In addition, the data generated from a variety of different sources will also make these data also vary. As a result of data captured by the sensor is less precise. It would be better if it was, made in advance or some kind of simulation modeling system to put more pressure loss that might later be experienced. With the help of Matlab can be made a simulation to generate the source that you want and send the data or displaying data obtained from these sensors to the user with a single-hop manner.     The ideal power system, voltage waveforms delivered to the customer equipment and the resulting current waveform is pure sinus wave. Power Factor occurred due to the high percentage of current harmonic content (THD) on the power system. This causes the decrease in power quality and a very significant losses, especially on an industrial scale power system. Thus, creation of DESIGN OF PORTABLE POWER ANALYZER MODULE FOR ANALYZING THE POWER FACTOR for this final project, expected to evaluate the effects of distortion of voltage and current waveform non-sinusoidal loads caused by non-linear in the electric power system. This can be done through measurement of harmonics contained in the wave. By using ATMega 32 as controller and as an internal ADC analog signals to digital converter, the system becomes more simple. Digital signals are processed in the Microcontroller based on harmonic components using the Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT). Results of the evaluation process is displayed on the LCD graphic G12864C the value of Vrms, IRMS, Power, Power Factor and graph voltage and current. From testing the system as a whole, shows that the system works well, as evidenced when tested with resistive loads, inductive and capacitive devices can display the value of the above information.     The Internet has become one of the things that are important in future communication development . One of the internet facility is electronic mail, or better known as e-mail. E-mail facilitiy is easy to use and inexpensive resulted in many e-mails that contain advertising and promotion business into the user's email inbox. This E-mail is called spam mail. To prevent, we can build a software that is useful to filtering spam e-mail in user�s inbox. spam filter on this final algorithm, called Naive Bayes classifier. This method was chosen not only it is the latest development of programming spam filters, but also this algorithm has higher accuracy compared with previous algorithms (eg, NN Classifier). Using the Java Programming, spam filter program with Naive Bayes classifier algorithm has been successfully created . With this program performed several experiments that proved that this algorithm is able to identify spam, with some terms and conditions, more accurately. Preparation courses for email classification system can be done two ways, namely the classification system can operate on the mail client (offline) and the mail server (online).
