Pembuatan Prototype Alat Identifikasi Golongan Darah pada Manusia Bebasis Pola Sidik Jari Menggunakan Scanner Optik
In this 21st century where the need of blood increases rapidly, efficiency, speed and accuracy of blood group identification process to be one essential thing to do. In this tool is designed and manufactured a humans blood groups identification device based on fingerprint patterns using optical scanners. Broadly, the purpose of this tool is the ABO blood group (blood group A, B, AB and O) identification process which is practically and efficient and introduced to public the latest technology appropriate to the medical electronics field, especially in the field of ABO blood group identification. Fingerprint pattern of the 5 right hand finger users are captured and processed for identification of blood type. Manufacture of hardware in the form control box consisting of minimum system, LCD, keypad and an UareU 4000B optical scanner. The ABO blood group identification process using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and for the database is used Microsoft Access. Pattern recognition using Euclidean Distance and ABO blood group identification process using K-Mean cluster method and Euclidean Distance. Based on the results of tests conducted on 68 respondents, the results has obtained fingerprint pattern recognition in three fingerprint patterns (Loop, Whorl and Arch) and the ABO blood group identification had blood group A, B, AB and O detected. Hajj guidance group (KBIH) is a group where candidates hajj pilgrims nurtured since the registration until the pilgrimage begins. This is done to achieve independence in doing the pilgrimage From the problems above, then the existence of information system is needed that is the well managed information system, accurate and relevant in order to improve academic performance. Based on that the author designed the information system web-based KBIH, where will the candidates pilgrims can perform the registration process or to get latest informations about the other pilgrims. this is quite important considering the increase prospective pilgrims each year and how to provide the best service for the prospective pilgrims pray for smooth procession of pilgrims. Method used for the design of this information systems is Oriented Data Flow method, using the database design model and with the use of the relationship entity diagram tool and MySQL as database storage. system built using JSP programming language. AKSES INFORMASI PENGIRIMAN BARANG DI KANTOR POS JEMUR SARI UNTUK AREA SURABAYA TIMUR MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANT COLONY OPTIMIZATION BERBASIS J2ME
Nowdays, the post office can be said as "public service center" because there are variety of services like payment of electricity bill, water bill, telephone bill and also saving. Taking advantage of information technology (IT) and telecommunications, all data are computerized. The system is capable for improving the quality of postal services. This final project will be made an information system on the delivery route with the shortest distance that facilitates the parcel post delivery staffs to distribute the package to the customer addresses. The selected algorithm is Optimizatian Ant Colony (ACO) which resulted in the order of route which can be accessed by the staffs via handphone based on Java 2 Micro Edition (J2ME). Another advantage is to save fleets� fuel. As a comparison, the Dijkstra algorithm is included to test the performance of ACO. From the result of the tests, it�s obtained same shortest distance. However, the ACO requires an average time of 16,326 seconds to get the shortest distance than the average time of Dijkstra, 0,036 seconds because the parameters used in Ant Colony more than Dijkstra. ACO parameters that most influence the course of program execution is the number of cycles and the number of ants also total node used. For the mobile client and server interaction, information access speed depends on the throughput given, average of 27,88 kbps. In this study created a system of information handling and evacuation of flood disaster which is located in Bojonegoro-based SMS Gateway. This system provides information about the impact of flood disasters Solo against other aspects of life such as industry, education, and social life. Given the expected data obtained information as a consideration in taking action in the event and post-disaster flood of floods. Because of this disaster based sms handler, then use the appropriate technology that is programming python as a desktop application, PostGIS PostgreSQL database as well as data storage. Submission of information is expected based SMSGateway data is processed more quickly in terms of disseminating information to the public. Perancangan Wartel VoIP dengan Billing dan Garansi QoS
VoIP Rakyat merupakan salah satu ITSP yang menyediakan layanan VoIP secara gratis sehingga para pengguna VoIP di Indonesia dapat memanfaatkan layanan ini untuk berkomunikasi dengan koleganya dimanapun melalui jaringan internet. Kendalanya masih sedikit yang memanfaatkan layanan dari Voip Rakyat ini, sampai saat ini baru 27.327 akun yang aktif dan sekitar 0.28% yang online perharinya artinya sangat sedikit yang bisa dihubungi. Manfaat teknologi VoIP ini dapat dirasakan jika jumlah pengguna yang online semakin banyak dan tentunya perlu terminal-terminal VoIP yang mudah diakses oleh pengguna VoIP. Hasil penelitian ini memungkinkan sebuah warnet menambah fungsinya menjadi terminal VoIP yang selanjutnya kami sebut dengan wartel VoIP dimana wartel-wartel VoIP ini saling terhubung menggunakan link trunk ke VoIP Rakyat melalui jaringan internet. Wartel VoIP ini membantu setiap orang yang tidak punya koneksi internet bisa memanfaatkan terminal VoIP seperti layaknya kamar bicara umum (KBU) di wartel untuk menghubungi koleganya baik yang menggunakan nomor PSTN, selular, dan VoIP. Penomoran di wartel VoIP ini diatur oleh Briker IPPBX sebagai server VoIP lokal wartel. Selain pengaturan nomor VoIP, Briker IPPBX yang dilengkapi dengan billing ini juga mengatur dan mencatat besar biaya percakapan berdasarkan prefix no tujuan seperti ke nomor PSTN, selular, dan VoIP Rakyat. Garansi QoS ditampilkan dalam bentuk pengukuran parameter QoS untuk satu sesi komunikasi dan ke semua jenis nomor tujuan yaitu latency 20.1 ms, jitter 0.4 – 2.5 ms, paket hilang 0 – 0.17 % dan konsumsi bandwidth 85 Kbps. Nilai parameter QoS ini selajutnya dijadikan sebagai standarisasi penentuan biaya untuk semua wartel VoIP
DC-DC Boost Converter with Constant Output Voltage for Grid Connected Photovoltaic Application System
The main purpose of this paper is to introduce an approach to design a DC-DC boost converter with constant output voltage for grid connected photovoltaic application system. The boost converter is designed to step up a fluctuating solar panel voltage to a higher constant DC voltage. It uses voltage feedback to keep the output voltage constant. To do so, a microcontroller is used as the heart of the control system which it tracks and provides pulse-width-modulation signal to control power electronic device in boost converter. The boost converter will be able to direct couple with grid-tied inverter for grid connected photovoltaic system. Simulations were performed to describe the proposed design. Experimental works were carried out with the designed boost converter which has a power rating of 100 W and 24 V output voltage operated in continuous conduction mode at 20 kHz switching frequency. The test results show that the proposed design exhibits a good performance
Sistem Pembaca Teks Bahasa Indonesia Otomatis Menggunakan Kamera Web Dengan Metode Integral Proyeksi
Sistem pembacaan teks bahasa Indonesia ini menggunakan teknik computer vision dengan imaging device. Image teks diambil langsung oleh kamera web, selanjutnya diidentifikasi secara otomatis dengan cara mencari lokasi huruf dalam teks tersebut dengan Integral proyeksi, melakukan ekstraksi fitur setiap karakter yang ada pada teks kemudian melakukan pengenalan pada setiap karakter dengan metode Euclidean Distance dan City_Block sebagi metode pembanding. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 dan Microsoft DirectShow. Aplikasi ini telah diimplementasikan dan dapat mendeteksi letak huruf pada teks serta mengenalinya. Sistem telah diuji coba pada suatu basis data yang mewakili 26 karakter (A-Z) yang masing-masing terdiri dari beberapa variasi teks. Dengan pengujian terhadap tiga ukuran huruf dan dua metode pengenalan , yang setiap ukuran dilakukan enam kali pengujian didapat hasil masing-masing 81.49% dan 96.85%, 88.33% dan 98.46%, serta 67.86% dan 83.88%
Cluster Oriented Image Retrieval System with Context Based Color Feature Subspace Selection
This paper presents a cluster oriented image retrieval system with context recognition mechanism for selection subspaces of color features. Our idea to implement a context in the image retrieval system is how to recognize the most important features in the image search by connecting the user impression to the query. We apply a context recognition with Mathematical Model of Meaning (MMM) and then make a projection to the color features with a color impression metric. After a user gives a context, the MMM retrieves the highest correlated words to the context. These representative words are projected to the color impression metric to obtain the most significant colors for subspace feature selection. After applying subspace selection, the system then clusters the image database using Pillar-Kmeans algorithm. The centroids of clustering results are used for calculating the similarity measurements to the image query. We perform our proposed system for experimental purpose with the Ukiyo-e image datasets from Tokyo Metropolitan Library for representing the Japanese cultural image collections
Probabilistic Cellular Automata Based Approach for Prediction of Hot Mudflow Disaster Area and Volume
Probabilistic Cellular Automata based approach for prediction of hot mudflow disaster is proposed. Hot mudflow spread like fluid dynamic with velocity, viscosity and thermal flow parameters. Therefore, a prediction model based on fluid dynamic is proposed. We use Cellular Automata approach because that is relatively simple and have a good enough performance for visualization of fluid dynamics. We use much simpler approach based on discrete Cellular Automata model for simulation of hot mudflow with adding some probabilistic parameters based on Gaussian function. We add some new rules to represent hot mudflow movement such as moving rule, precipitation rule, obstacle-changing rule and absorption rule. The prediction results show high accuracy elevation changes at the predicted points and its surrounding areas. We compare these predicted results to the digital elevation map derived from ASTER/DEM. We use some period maps to evaluate the prediction accuracy of the proposed method
