    Rapid technological advances, specially in robotics technology has entered the various facets of human life starting from industrial automation, military, intertaintmen and medical. In principle, the purpose of visual control in Humanoid Soccer Robot is applied to so that the robot has its own intelligence to recognize object in the form of a ball. Image processing that is performed to detect objects using color tracking method, whitch is the color matching methode according to ball and determine the midpoint of the detected object. Midpoint location information on objects is navigational information so as to produce condition which are responded by robot and move towards to object. Aplication of fuzzy methods in robot done so that the response taken by robot better suited to conditions prevailing at the sensor (camera).     Nowadays, the development of science and technological of electricity, especially developments in the field of computers that have affected human life both directly or indirectly. The rapid development of technology makes it possible to create a tool that can be used to monitor and run the plant, located at home, office, shop, mall, factory or industrial or apartment automatically with a computer as a monitoring center. now, the operation automatically appear as a trend to provide convenience, time efficiency, cost and effort. For example, to switch on and switch off the light on an industry or factories require time, effort and cost is not a little by using the old ways. Although the government has appealed for energy savings, but people still often forget to turn off electrical appliances not in use, so the energy savings requires an equipment that can automatically turn off electrical appliances when not in use. The final project is implemented at the D3 LAB electric circuits. Usage charges are mounted on the room lights Circuit D3 LAB can save electrical energy consumption up to 79%. In the AC loads can save up to 4.9%. By monitoring the electrical energy, so we know electrical energy consumption on a system. In this final title, number of the power consumption is displayed on the monitor of PC

    Ship Position guide is appliance which able to determine accuracy of ship keel position at keel block and can measure distance between dock with hull by means ultrasonic wave. The censor detect object distance by transmitting ultrasonic wave ( 40 kHz) by counting difference of ultrasonic wave moment time delivered with the reflected wave re-accepted. The censor transmit ultrasonic wave was controlled by micro controller.The data from this appliance can be used as parameter for the dock masters in knowing distance between dock with hull of ship. The parameters obtained from data which displayed as digital number on LCD ( Liquid Crystal Display). To examine the appliance it can simulated by ship model. This appliance was designed can read distance which required in determination of distance between dock with hull of ship. Cencor was put down on front section, located at right and left side and the other hand put down in back section. The censor cannot detect object distance below 2 cm, because the distance too close. The testing was read the distance concrete number in digital appearance completing with indicator lamp used as a sign center position.This system have fitured about wireless communication was working in monitoring process.The output data was proses using mikrokontroler and sending in accordance with wireless using RF modul in order to can be monitored separate ways. The date have send using by RF modul receive by PC.The data was processed using visual basic application as a software when making the display monitoring.Visual basic facilitate has choosed to making communication programming for easy of process and easier for looking many tutorial was needed.     The development of period and technology in the world. It makes electronic product growing which spread in the market because of the new electronic manucfactures establish in the world. However, it is not accompanied by increased income of farmers in Indonesia. It are caused by low commodity price that they planted so they can�t buy their farming equipment because the purchasing of power. In this final project, it will be made a tool. It is built with a relatively small cost and can be used by farmers to measure water content in the grain. This system is a tool that can measure moisture content in grain with certain conditions. This system uses censor, microcontroller and LCD screen in part of hardware. Censor is generally served to detect water content ( in the form of humidity and temperature) at that time. The results of censor are sent to the microcontroller and then microcontroller convert them into a certain percent of the value, that will be displayed in the LCD.     Petroleum is a lot of mineral resources found in the foundations of the earth. To get the oil drilling process requires. Where in the drilling process, there are several phases: open hole and close hole. Stage open hole is drilled to create holes and then measured in three-dimensional shape of land. While the stage is a process in which close-hole drilling wells that have been made coated with concrete or cementingknown. Open hole at this stage, this system detects the contour of the land on the oil drilling process using 40 KHz ultrasonic sensors as well as facilities of the microcontroller as the main controller circuit. In principle, this system will emit ultrasonic sensor ultrasonic waves to the walls of wells (boreholes) and reflected back. To display a three-dimensional land forms the y-axis is assumed as the depth of the wells, the z-axis represents the value of the reflection of ultrasonic sensor, the x-axis radius of the rotating sensor. Data from ultrasonic scanning is still the form of data pulses are converted into distance data. Distance data is then sent to a computer via serial communications and will be processed for display in the form of three-dimensional image his system can detect the contours of a layer of soil. Ultrasonic sensor which used to have accuracy in the horizontal plane at 1%. Soil layer has detected an error rate of 11% of the actual soil..     A search of the collection of documents generally provide excerpts of the documents are arranged according to rank matches in a long list. Not infrequently a search result in tens and even hundreds of fragments of documents that caused a user to scroll the screen up and down (scrolling) to examine the documents snippet one by one. This situation causes a user is having difficulty in determining which documents relevant to the topic he wants. In this Final Project developed an application web-based document segmentation with suffix tree clustering method. The basic concept of this method is to classify documents in the search results to form groups or clusters based on words or phrases contained in these documents. The application requires the search input and output will result in clusters containing the corresponding documents. This cluster can be stratified depending on the word or phrase that might be distinguished on the same parent cluster. Clusters generated is displayed to the user. Then on the last cluster is selected will display a collection of documents, each consisting of the title and snippet of the document. With this method expected results would be easier to trace. This game is a multiplayer game via Bluetooth snakes ladders in which there are questions on some boxes of board games. To be able to continue the game, players must be able to answer these questions. Where is the question that comes out of elementary school mathematics problem. What differentiates these applications as a snake ladder game in general that there is a learning system for math elementary school that has been included in the application ladder snake multiplayer gaming via Bluetooth this. Mobile phones are used are mobile phones that support Java MIDP v.2.0 and support CLDC 1.0. In making this game to apply the Sprite class in J2ME. Snakes and ladders game can receive at least one client. For snakes ladders game development is expected to entertain the kids who play this game at a time can learn math

But from so much Artificial Intelegent theory, start from Graph theory, Tree theory, State theory, knowledge based system, till expert system , none of those theory is true according to the meaning of AI itselves. Those theory just depending on the merger of Tree theory and probability theory to take some decision, like expert system does. This fact then constitutoing the scientist to start to learn about machine learning. One of machine learning theory is reinforcement learning. These theory meaning is how to make machine became smart after it interact with it�s environment, as human did.. This theory is competent with the definition of AI. Just if these theory can be transformed into computational system, hence there will be a huge change in computational learning theory.
