SISTEM INFORMASI PRAKTEK BERSAMA DOKTER SPESIALIS BERBASIS WEB (JSP)
Today the development of computers and technology are so rapidly, use is no longer limited to companies or large institutions and capable only. Many companies or institutions, whether large or small, government or private use computers as a means to improve the effectiveness of work. Practice with a specialist is a practice that is more than one medical specialist working in public health services. It required that if a system can improve effectiveness and efficiency of work. In addition, many clinics still use manual way to record all patient health data, so that the patient's health data is difficult to control and lead to human error can not provide accurate information. So far in terms of patient health data records as well as the purchase and sale of drugs at the pharmacy took place manually, thus affecting the efficiency and effectiveness of work, so that service to the patient becomes very slow. In this final task, the author tries to apply the concept of an integrated information system to manage patient data, physician data, transaction data, and pharmacy data on drugs with the help of computers, since the patient came for treatment, drug supply data collection (inventory), the patient care, until the printing of reports required for decision-making and maintenance of the database. With this system, time constraints can be overcome. Iterative process can be done quickly. Also in its application, is expected not happening is due to constraints in the formulation of this system refers to the patient care system as a whole. So time to get the necessary information can be done in a timely and accurate. This application is designed to make patient data recording, the recording of transactions pharmacies, doctor's examination, the patient's health records, users, reports, and exit which allows the user to run this application. PERENCANAAN DAN PENGAMBILAN DATA DENYUT JANTUNG UNTUK MENGETAHUI HEART RATE PASCA AKTIFITAS DENGAN PC
In medicine there has been electrocardiograph (ECG) which serves to show the human heartbeat signals. Technological developments so that the electrocardiograph (ECG) is increasingly rapidly, the patients do not need to use skin electrodes are placed or the stick at the position the human heart. To replace the skin electrode is used infra-red transmitter (ired) or the led is red and light receiver dependent resistor (LDR). Where is the red led will be placed on the fingertip, to get the heart rate is due to the workings of red led to light-reflecting surface of the finger and will be received by the light dependent resistor (LDR). Data derived from light dependent resistor (LDR) was then processed using a filter with the cut-off frequency of the corresponding conditioning circuit and the right signal, then the resulting data can be a good heartbeat. Furthermore the heart rate data is calculated in less time (minutes), then the resulting heart rate in units of beats per minute (bpm). Makers of human heart rate data after the activity, can be done anywhere. Because the tool is planned which will try to make a practical tool and easy to carry anywhere. And we also can know the heart rate heart rate is normal or not normal when it was taken after the activity. It is expected that this tool can help medical experts in analyzing the patient's heart condition with ease of installation of sensors and heart rate are graphically depicted
APLIKASI MONITORING PEMAKAIAN PROCESSOR DAN MEMORY PADA LINUX CLUSTERING BERBASIS WEB SECARA REALTIME
Cluster is used to execute the applications of science, engineering and trading in a large scale. Requirement of a cluster can not be known directly because the cluster is a combination of multiple computers. So, we need a monitoring application. Now, There are monitoring application for cluster but it can not work optimally and efficiently. Desktop based monitoring application can not be accessed remotely online, although the existing system is real time. The existing web based monitoring application provide a system that can not access real time to monitor the used of the processor and memory. This research intends to develop an monitoring application for processor and memory usage in Cluster based online and realtime. With Ajax technology so that web monitoring can presented processor and memory usage in graphical form online and real time. In this Application also include reporting application for supporting the analysis of the performance linux Cluster . So this application can optimizing the efficiency of linux Cluster performance
Implementation of Virtual Force Field Method for Movements Control Autonomous Mobile Robot in Soccer Robot Applications
Virtual Force Field method is the one method which have simply concept but have a good ability to solve problem
about obstacle avoidance. From the research that have done by Borenstein, Virtual Force Field is developed from the research that have done before that is Potential Field Method which work based on Histogram Grid. But it use Weight Value that different in any place which have obstacle. From the poorness that method, finally it can handled by Virtual Force Field method. In the Virtual Force Field method, an obstacle will represented as Repulsive Force and the target will represented as Attractive Force toward robot. Then
the result from two force will be command in steering robot. To detect an obstacle that surrounds robot we use An Ultrasonic Sensor SRF 04 which work optimally up to 100 cm. For detect the object in front of robot we use Object Tracking method which use CMU Cam2 camera. In practically, we get an error resultant about 0.059% for the vector angle and 0.073% for the value of vector
Aplikasi Monitoring Pemakaian Processor dan Memory Pada Linux Clustering Berbasis Web Secara Real Time
Cluster digunakan untuk melakukan eksekusi aplikasi-aplikasi ilmu pengetahuan, teknik dan perdagangan dalam skala yang besar. Kebutuhan suatu cluster tidak dapat diketahui secara langsung dikarenakan cluster merupakan gabungan dari beberapa komputer. Untuk itu diperlukan sebuah aplikasi monitoring. Saat ini sudah ada aplikasi monitoring cluster hanya saja masih belum bisa bekerja secara maksimal dan efisien. Aplikasi monitoring Cluster yang berbasis desktop tidak bisa diakses secara online tetapi systemnya bisa bekerja secara realtime, Sedangkan aplikasi monitoring Cluster yang berbasis web sudah dapat diakses secara online tetapi masih belum realtime. Pada penelitian ini dikembangkan aplikasi monitoring untuk sumberdaya memory usage, dan processor usage pada Cluster yang bebasis web secara realtime. Dengan menggunakan teknologi ajax maka web yang dibangun dapat menyajikan data dalam bentuk grafik secara realtime. Selain itu dilengkapi juga aplikasi reporting untuk pendukung analisa dari kinerja linux Cluster. Sehingga bisa memaksimalkan efisiensi dari kinerja linux Cluste
OCP Based Online Multisensor Data Fusion for Autonomous Ground Vehicle
In this paper, online multisensor data fusion algorithm using CORBA event channel is proposed, in order to deal with simplifying problem in sensor registration and fusion for vehicle’s state estimation. The networked based navigation concept for Autonomous Ground Vehicle (AGV) using several sensors is presented. A simulation of various application scenarios are considered by choosing several parameters of UKF, i.e. weighting constant for sigma points and square root matrix. Normalized mean-square error (MSE) of Monte Carlo simulations are computed and reported in the simulation results. Decoder of the 48 kbps Audio Coder based on Segmental Sinusoidal Model
The recent technology of the television is implementation the digital system over transmitter, transmission channel and receiver. Therefore, television system in Indonesia is dominated by analog system, that less flexible for system development and communication on digital communication system. So that, it need actions to develop the digital broadcasting system to replace the analog broadcasting system. Audio signal information with high quality would help the television audience to increase the perception of the information displayed. Transmission channel capacity will become limited, while the need of channel communication is increased. The limited channel capacity endorse to save all aspect on the telecommunication system. There are some research on audio signal coding to obtain the lower bit rate for transmission channel usage saving. The audio signal is processed, so that the redundant component can be decreased, then we obtain the simple size of information that reliable to be transmitted. The research aim is coding the audio signal on the low bit rate for saving the channel communication usage for digital television broadcasting. The research will be done is develop an audio signal coder on the low bit rate with the suitable decoder. The decoder consists of the parameters detector, signal synthesizer, and the periodic signal generator. The encoder and the decoder development is implemented using C++ software. PERANCANGAN PENGATURAN SISTEM TRAFFIC LIGHT(Deteksi Kepadatan dengan Citra Digital)
Akhir-akhir ini terjadi penambahan jumlah alat transportasi yang diakibatkan oleh penambahan jumlah penduduk dari tahun ketahun. Hal ini akhirnya menjadi kendala dalam pengaturan lalu lintas di jalan yang rawan kemacetan.Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi, ditemukan berbagai metode pendukung pengaturan traffic light. Salah satu metode yang sedang berkembang saat ini adalah penggunaan CCTV. CCTV biasanya digunakan untuk sistem keamanan pada tempat-tempat usaha. Hal ini menjadi suatu peluang untuk mengintegrasikan CCTV pada pengaturan traffic light. Dengan mengintegrasikan antara kamera dan lampu lalulintas diharapkan sistem traffic light dapat menganalisa tingkat kepadatan jalan dan menghitung pewaktuan lampu lalulintas secara otomatis dan real time. Sistem traffic light dengan kamera ini bekerja berdasarkan inputan berupa gambar hasil capture melalui camera.. Kemudian gambar diproses dari format RGB menjadi grayscale. Dari matrik gambar tersebut dicari area jalan yang tertutup alat transportasi. Hasilnya digunakan sebagai pewaktuan lampu lalulintas dan disalurkan ke hardware melaluli parallel port.. Semua perhitungan matrik dan proses interface diolah melalui software MATLAB
RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM MONITORING DAN KENDALI KUALITAS AIR SUNGAI SECARA ONLINE DENGAN WIRELESS SENSOR NETWORK (WSN) UNTUK INDUSTRI PENGOLAHAN AIR MINUM DI PDAM
Air sungai di daerah perkotaan merupakan sumber daya air alami yang harus dijaga dan diamankan dari penyebab pencemaran, seperti discharge dari limbah industri, limbah domestik, limbah pertanian dan lainnya. Salah satu kegunaannya adalah sebagai bahan baku Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM). Monitoring parameter penentu kualitas air menjadi satu hal yang sangat penting. Dengan menggunakan sistem Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) yang diletakkan pada titik-titik lokasi disepanjang daerah aliran sungai menuju lokasi pengolahan PDAM akan didapatkan informasi pada satu covering area tertentu, dari informasi masing-masing titik WSN tersebut dikumpulkan pada PC remote melalui komunikasi wireless untuk dilakukan pemrosesan data hingga dapat dihasilkan kualitas air sungai dan titik potensial sumber pencemaran. Setiap titik WSN dilengkapi dengan sensor-sensor yang dapat melakukan identifikasi parameter-parameter penentu kualitas air seperti sensor suhu, PH, Dissolved Oxygen (DO), serta Conductivity. Hasil keluaran berupa nilai konsentrasi parameter secara online yang terkandung dalam air sungai menuju lokasi pengolahan PDAM selanjutnya digunakan untuk parameter penentu kendali proses pengolahan air sungai menjadi air yang layak dikonsumsi masyarakat di PDA
Simulasi Sistem Kontrol Tekanan Uap pada Boiler PLTU Paiton Unit 7&8
PLTU or power plant is one type of electrical produced utilize fuel combustion in boiler to heat the water and changed the water into steam. Furthermore, the use to drive steam generator. In industrial power plant, stability requires the stability of electricity supply in the process of generating the electricity supply is often for the consumer, the system disturbance caused by a sudden load spikes or because of other factors. So that the control system is needed to maintain the stability of process variables (temperature, pressure, flow rate, etc.). Control Unit or coordinated control system has a role to control the boiler and turbine generator unit as to respond according to the setpoint load changes while keeping all operating parameters on optimal conditions and within safe limits. Control unit is operated in a coordinated mode, boiler follow mode, turbine follow mode and manual. In this final project, we create a simulation of the main steam pressure control system in boiler. This final project simulates a control unit in turbine follow mode and coordinated mode. In the coordinated mode, the change of load (MW) causes changes in the turbine master and boiler master, in this final project only turbine master is used. While the turbine follow mode, manually set the boiler master , in this final project is a major pressure on the boiler is set manually by changing the setpoint values. From the experiment data, an open-loop mode provides good response. When the difference between setpoint and process value of the output changes more quickly and when the difference equal to zero then the output stops at the last value. Error value changes in the value of CO at 0.04. In close loop mode changed CO error of 10%. This simulation does not give exact figures but the actual data can give nearly the same response with the actual conditions of error at 10% in coordinated mode and 12 % in tirbine follow mode.
