RANCANGAN APLIKASI INTEROPERABILITAS SISTEM INFORMASI INTER DEPARTEMEN
Rancangan aplikasi layanan untuk interoperabilitas sistem informasi instansi pemerintah ini direncanakan dapat menghubungkan beberapa sistem informasi pemerintahan yang berbeda platform (baik dari sisi Sistem Operasi, Bahasa Pemrograman maupun Databasenya), sehingga antar sistem informasi tersebut bisa saling tukar data satu dengan yang lainnya melalui layanan berbasis web/internet menggunakan konsep web service. Rancangan aplikasi interoperabilitas yang dibuat dipergunakan untuk menghubungkan beberapa instansi yaitu : Kependudukan (Depdagri), Kesehatan (Depkses), Bappenas dan BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik) agar bisa saling menukar data dan informasi. Masing-masing instansi dapat menggunakan aplikasi ini untuk mengirim data mereka sesuai dengan format standar yang telah ditentukan yaitu format xml dan dikirimkan ke sebuah server repositori nasional. Dari server inilah instansi yang lain dapat saling melihat data dari instansi lain dan menggunakannya sesuai kebutuhan. Dalam penelitian kali ini diajukan rancangan aplikasi interoperabilitas serta diujicobakan menggunakan data yang berasal dari empat instansi diatas. Aplikasi yang dihasilkan terdiri dari tiga macam aplikasi yaitu : aplikasi xmlCreator, aplikasi xmlReader dan Sistem Informasi yang berbentuk web. Dalam sistem informasi selain disajikan menu informasi data dari masing-masing instansi juga disajikan daftar file xml dan web service
Penyelesaian Jalur Terpendek dengan menggunakan Algoritma Flood Fill pada Line Maze
Flood fill adalah metode yang umum digunakan untuk menyelesaikan maze dalam bentuk dinding . dan sangat jarang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan maze dalam bentuk garis. Pada paper ini diimplementasikan algoritma flood fill pada line follower robot untuk melakukan pencarian jalur dari tempat awal menuju tempat tujuan dalam suatu lingkungan terkontrol berupa maze dalam bentuk garis. Algoritma ini bekerja dengan mengisi sebuah area dengan penanda tertentu. Pada tahap awal algoritma ini akan membagi suatu area, menjadi sub-sub area yang lebih kecil, yang dapat didefinisikan sebagai suatu matrik. Kemudian mengisi sub-sub area tersebut dengan sebuah nilai awal, dimana nilai ini merupakan perhitungan awal untuk jarak dari masing-masing area tersebut dari titik tujuan. Nilai ini akan di-update sesuai dengan kondisi line maze yang dihadapi, sehingga nilai dari tiap area ini akan sesuai dengan kondisi lapangan (maze) yang dihadapi. Pada praktek di line follower robot secara langsung algoritma ini telah dapat berjalan dengan tingkat keberhasilan 80%. Manfaat dari penelitian kali ini adalah pengembangan kecerdasan buatan dalam bidang robotika, khususnya dalam hal maze maping dan path finding pada line follower robot. REAL TIME MONITORING BESARAN LISTRIK UNTUK MANAJEMEN ENERGI GEDUNG KOMERSIAL BERBASIS WEB
Monitoring of electrical energy parameter, such as voltage, current, active power, reactive power, power factor, and frequency, shall be done to guarantee quality of services for electric energy users. Energy management must be done to support decision making concerning to energy efficiency and cost, particularly for commercial building. Such effort is often called as demand side management. This research is aimed at developing a real-time measurement system which is capable of monitoring electrical energy parameter for commercial buildings. Real-time monitoring system developed in this study employs an ADC hardware named Multifunction NI DAQ 6008 (maximum 8 analog input, 12 bits, 10 kS/s) and LabVIEW 8.2 software. Both hardware and software manufactured by National Instruments are used to carry out data accuisition at the remote terminal unit (RTU). Aqcuired data is sent to the database server by LogSender application program. Here, JRealTimeChartView application developed in Java programming language is embedded into HTML tags to make the real-time presentation of the acquired data in graph format on the web page.Data saved in the database server is then processed to make daily, monthly, and yearly reports. The reports are presented on the web using an application named GrafikBebanBesaran which is also embedded into HTML tags. Data acquisition of voltage at RTU is done by reducing voltage from AC 220 volt to AC 3 volt used step down transformer and hereinafter is put into analog input at NI DAQ 6008, while for data acquisition of electric current is used by Current Transformer 50/5A. Induction current yielded by CT is put into analog input at NI DAQ 6008. Obtained data, calibrated to become data like the original data using software LabVIEW. This research yields measurement data of electrical energy parameters saved at a server database. This database contains data of electrical energy parameters sent from RTU. The data are applied to yield electrical energy parameters graphed in real-time. The data also applied to make daily, monthly, and yearly reports in the form of graphs. Micro Traffic Simulation with Unpredictable Disturbance Based on Monte Carlo Simulation: Effectiveness of the proposed agent cars for minimizing evacuation time in the case of Sidoarjo hot mudflow disaster
Monte Carlo simulation of micro traffic with unpredictable disturbance is conducted for the realistic situation of evacuation from Sidoarjo hot mudflow disaster. We concern to the main artery road very close to high dike for prevention of spillover the hot mudflow. This road is major traffic connection with surrounding districts and disaster areas and has a heavy traffic. The mud volcano remains with a high flow rates. The important matter when the mud containment walls broken and the mud flows on the road is how does the vehicle can be evacuated from the disaster occurred areas through suffered roads. This study presents evacuation simulation of vehicles in surrounding affected road using an agent-based model. We estimated the time required for evacuation and the number of victim toward the traffic condition (probability of vehicle density) and the driving behavior (probability of lane changing). PERENCANAAN BALANCING ROBOT DENGAN DUA RODA
The concept of balancing two-wheeled robot based on inverted pendulum theory. A suitable control system is needed to control the system so balanced and stable. The main objective of this project is to use strategies to maintain good control of the robot in an upright condition. The problems that arise in balancing the robot is how to maintain the upright condition of 90 °. In this final project, the problems in balancing robot controller solved by applying the algorithm one tuning PID control with constant value. On testing the entire system of control response constant value of Kp = 37 Ki = 0 Kd = 3 on the surface of the wood and tile very well maintain an upright position for six seconds with an error -3 and 2. From this final project can be concluded that the addition of PID control can cause balancing robot system more stable and real time. DISAIN PROTOTYPE DC-DC KONVERTER UNTUK TOPOLOGI BARU PEMANFAATAN PHOTOVOLTAIC PADA LED SEBAGAI SUMBER PENERANGAN DALAM RUMAH STANDAR
At the current state of resource savings in everyday life is something that must be done by any person after the issue of global warming. For that needed a new idea to solve energy problems for our grandchildren lives of future generations. Therefore, in this final project using a prototype of the idea of standard home designs by utilizing LED lighting that given the source of the photovoltaic (solar cell). This solar cell is one of the components that make use of sunlight. Photovoltaic (solar cell) to produce the necessary fluctuate power so that functioned as a switching regulator. By adjusting the PWM switching regulator is used as a DC-DC converter to charge battery. The regulator also may reduce stress Photovoltaic (solar cell) changing (fluctuate voltage). Once fully charged battery can be used from the LED lighting. From the method used can produce a good process so that the system can be applied in real life. Effisiensi level system up to 85,69%. But the charging process is conducted not in accordance with the specified time and get error 20%, because there are components that do not fit in the system. So it is required in the counting process again only those components that are not appropriate. Overall, the system can be run according to a description and preliminary planning. PENGEMBANGAN HARDWARE UNTUK PRAKTIKUM ELEKTRONIKA DIGITAL 1 DALAM REMOTE LABORATORY
The rapid science today require that every individual can compete and apply science knowledge to facilitate and expedite a settlement of the problem in a digital lab 1. With the above reasons, the modules built for the practicum Digital 1 Hardware Development in Remote Laboratory. Preparation of this module is built on five experimental module, namely Basic logic gates, Half adder, circuit Multilevel NAND and XOR circuits and Encoder. This module is built by using the microcontroller ATMega128 and communicated to the computer server by using MAX232 IC in serial mode. The results obtained after testing in accordance with the planned and in accordance with the truth table of each type of lab work, errors that occur 5% compare with ITF-2002 modules is damage located on LED due to the soldering temperature is too hot. With the construction of this module in order to assist and facilitate the teaching and learning process, especially on a practicum electronics Digital 1 in the PENS-ITS. Analisa Kinerja Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing Berbasis Perangkat Lunak
There are many methods to solve the needs of channel communication system and the effects of multipath fading one of them is by using the Orthogonal Division Multiplexing (OFDM) system. OFDM system is the development of Frequency Division Multiplexing (FDM). The fundamental difference of OFDM and FDM system that is located on the frequency sub-carriers, the OFDM system is allowed to sub-carriernya frequency overlapping each other so that they can save bandwidth channel communication system, and increased channel capacity. OFDM system is not only overcome the channel capacity can be improved but also can overcome effects from multipath fading. In this final project is done a analyzing the performance of OFDMbased software. From the data simulation is obtained values of Bit Error Rate (BER) will increase as levels of modulation increase or the number of M-ary increase. OFDM with Quadrature Amplitude Modulation Modulation (QAM) has a good BER compared with OFDM with Phase Shift Keying (PSK). On 10 tap Rayleigh channel OFDM with 10-QAM modulation has 1 dB better than QPSK, OFDM with 8-QAM modulation has 3 dB better than the 8-PSK, OFDM with 16-QAM modulastion has 5 dB better than the 16 - PSK, and for OFDM with 256- QAM modulation has 15 dB better than 256-PSK. RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM PENGUKURAN ARUS BERBASIS MIKROKONTROLLER ATmega 8535
In general, the measurement of current in a circuit using amperemeter. However, current measurements with amperemeter weakness was not able to display the form of a measurable current signal. In this project created a tool that can measure the flow and display of the measured current signal into a PC-based Microcontroller ATmega 8535. This design uses Hall effect sensors UGN3503 as current sensors, Hall effect sensor UGN3503 can measure the magnetic field generated from the teraliri wire electric currents. Sensor output voltage is equal to the electric current flowing in the wire. The working principle of the flow measuring device based on PC (Personal Computer) is the current detection circuit that is the Hall effect sensor UGN3503 used to measure the current flowing in a circuit then the current magnitude is converted into digital quantities by using 10-bit ADC which is owned by the microcontroller ATMega8535. Scale digital output from ADC is sent to a PC via the serial port and the PC data is converted into a form of signal. The existence of such forms results measurable current signal can then be easier in view of current changes occur in the series and can instantly save the data flow changes into the computer
IMPLEMENTASI METODE VECTOR - DISTANCE FUNCTION, SEBAGAI METODE PENGHINDARAN HALANGAN UNTUK AUTONOMOUS MOBILE ROBOT
Vector distance function method used in the obstacle avoidance is a modification of the potential field method has been developed by J. Borenstein and Y. Koren. The basic idea of this concept is that there is a virtual robot based on the resultant force from the virtual repulsive force against a virtual obstacle and attractive force towards the target. The method has the potential field of global navigation system uses a central camera then the modifications made to the final project is a robot using the local navigation system. Distance of obstacle to the robot be discovered using ultrasonic sensors. Target acquisition in Cartesian coordinates is applied with odometry techniques. Data of rotary encoder on the right and left wheels treated with odometry formula so that the robot can know the position and distance to the target currently. Implementation of this method is very accurate and provide many advantages. Robot capable of avoiding room trap obstacles that are keeping close to the target and reach it with error under 13%.
