Business Model Canvas (BMC)’s Concept for SMEs in East Jakarta
Get PDFSetting up and building a business is not an easy matter. Not a few who failed and eventually went bankrupt. It turns out that one of the reasons is due to lack of careful planning. One business model that is considered effective is the Business Model Canvas (BMC), which is a management strategy for planning business concepts, infrastructure and company finances and can be applied not only by start-up businesses, but also by existing businesses. But, unfortunately BMC is not widely known by SMEs players. Therefore, in this community service activity, socialization was carried out on the concept and application of BMC, with partners from the Sub-Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, East Jakarta City Administration, as well as participants who are SMEs in East Jakarta. The socialization used the classical method, namely in the form of an explanation from the resource person through a presentation on the BMC concept followed by application in the form of a simulation/joint practice. Education on Sanitation and Hygiene Knowledge on Food Vendors in Semolowaru Culinary Tourism Center (CTC) Surabaya
Get PDFThe aims of this community service viceeise are to 1) increase the awareness of traders regarding the application of hygiene sanitation and food safety and 2) improve the skills of traders in maintaining the sanitation of the kitchen environment so that a healthy culinary tourism center will be created. Education is provided with presentations, demonstrations, and questions and answers. This research is a descriptive observational study, with a sample of 24 food and beverage traders. The data collection technique used a written test and observation. The results showed that 1) the traders' initial knowledge about sanitation hygiene and food safety was very low, and the awareness of traders regarding the application of hygiene sanitation, and food safety as seen from the traders' understanding of hygiene sanitation and food safety had increased significantly based on the results of the pre and post-test, and 2) The personal hygiene attitude of food vendors is quite good, but there is one very lacking indicator, namely the cleanliness of the equipment. This implies that educational activities regarding hygiene sanitation for food business actors are needed to improve food quality through changes in knowledge and attitudes in a positive direction so that consumer health will be more secure
Competency Upgrading for Coaches of Depok City: Internalization of Basic Characters in Sports
Get PDFBased on data from the Research and Development Division of the Depok City KONI, until 2020 there were only 43.1% of Depok City coaches had sports branch certificates as legathe lization of competent coaches. This competency upgrading training aims to provide training on character competencies that are not usually discussed specifically in sports so far. The training participants are the coaches of Depok City and its surroundings who have handled 125 junior or beginner-level athletes. The training material contains basic characteristics (honesty, discipline, and cooperation) that sports coaches need to toer to internalize positive values so that the coach can become a "character role model" for his athletes. Based on the results of the training, it is known that most of the coaches have high / good interest, understanding, and analysis ability in participating in this competency upgrading training (interest is 99.2%, understanding is 80%, and alyticallity is 84%). There were no differences in coaches' interests, understanding, and analysis ability in terms of gender, age, and training experience. Tie-Dye Batik Skills Training In Improving Entrepreneurial Creativity of SMK Uswatun Hasanah’s Students
Get PDFThis community activity program aims to provide counseling and practice of tie dye batik-making skills to foster students' entrepreneurial spirit. This activity was carried out on July 8, 2021, at the Uswatun Hasanah Vocational School, Jakarta. Participants are teachers and students of class XII. The method of activities through counseling and practice uses an Active Learning approach of Small Group Work type with strict health protocols. The counseling and practice provided by the PKM Team to participants were to provide insight into tie-dye batik models and tie-dye batik making process starting from making patterns, color selection, coloring process, and drying tie-dye batik cloth. This community activity program for SMK students positively impacts growing motivation to create ideas, creativity, and tie-dye batik entrepreneurship

All of these technologies have potential in the world of education. Based on information about some of the problems faced by teachers at ASPAPI Member Vocational Schools in the DKI Jakarta area, they must be addressed as soon as possible as a solution to increasing knowledge, abilities, and skills in running database applications on digital archives as one of the development and utilization of information and communication technology in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era and the 5.0 social era. Therefore, the community service team tries to offer solutions to these problems through the following main activities: 1) increasing the understanding and skills of ASPAPI Member Vocational High School teachers in the DKI Jakarta area, 2) increasing abilities in teaching and learning activities for digital archives, especially the use of database applications. PELATIHAN KETERAMPILAN PENDUKUNG PENELITIAN DAN PENULISAN ARTIKEL
No full textResearch is one of the tri dharma tasks carried out by a lecturer and student. Lack of knowledge of lecturers and students in basic research skills will hinder competence in creating quality research in the development of science and have an impact on the lack of scientific publications. Therefore, seeing that there is still little research being held, this PKM activity aims to improve the ability of partners in terms of skills in conducting research and writing articles through training that discusses 5 main topics, namely Access to International Journals, Paraphrasing, Referencing Manager Software with Mendeley, Turnitin, and Microsoft Word Advance. The implementation of this PKM activity is carried out in 4 stages: 1. Identification and determination of target participants, identification of needs, implementation of training and evaluation of activities. This training was attended by 168 participants from 4 partner campuses, namely Buana Perjuangan University, Trisakti School of Management, Mpu Tantular University, and Semarang State University. Many participants were enthusiastic about the material presented, as seen by the many questions and answers with participants during the training discussion session. It is hoped that this training can improve the abilities of the participants and the number of researches.Penelitian merupakan salah satu tugas tri dharma yang dilakukan oleh seorang dosen dan mahasiswa. Kurangnya pengetahuan dosen dan mahasiswa dalam keterampilan dasar penelitian akan menghambat kompetensi dalam menciptakan penelitian yang berkualitas dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan berdampak pada minimnya publikasi ilmiah. Oleh karena itu, melihat masih sedikitnya penelitian yang diadakan, kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mitra dalam hal keterampilan dalam melakukan penelitian dan penulisan artikel melalui pelatihan yang membahas 5 topik utama yaitu Akses Jurnal Internasional, Parafrase, Perangkat lunak pengatur referensi dengan Mendeley, Turnitin, dan Microsoft Word Advance.
Pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini dilakukan dalam 4 tahap: 1. Identifikasi dan penetapan target peserta, identifikasi kebutuhan, pelaksanaan pelatihan dan evaluasi kegiatan. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 168 peserta dari 4 kampus mitra yaitu Universitas Buana Perjuangan, Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Trisakti, Universitas Mpu Tantular, dan Universitas Negeri Semarang. Banyak peserta yang antusias dengan materi yang disampaikan, terlihat dari banyaknya tanya jawab dengan peserta saat sesi diskusi pelatihan. Diharapkan dengan adanya pelatihan ini dapat meningkatkan kemampuan peserta dan jumlah penelitian semakin meningkat
PKW Program 2018-2020: The Transformation of Mutiara Waste Bank Jakamulya Village Bekasi to Implement 3R-based Technology
Get PDFThe impact of not optimal waste management in Jakamulya Urban Village, Bekasi City, which is always flooded by garbage and Situ Wo which cannot hold water. Efforts to manage waste from its source have been made with waste banks but have not been optimal. The objective of the Regional Partnership Program (PKW) with Bekasi City is to increase community participation in waste management with the 3R concept (reuse, recycle, reduce).
Based on the results of implementing the PKW program, it can be concluded that the operation of the Mutiara Waste Bank in Pondok Suryamandala, Jakamulya Village, Bekasi City based on TPS 3R is the key to handling community-based (communal) waste which is very effective for waste management that is directly the community as a plus manager (home industry owner). Without this communal system, it is impossible for waste to be handled completely or sustainably. Cultivating good waste disposal methods starting from the household environment to submitting waste to the Waste Bank is an effective method at the community level that will ultimately be independent of the community in managing their own waste. Organizing TPS 3R into a center for the maximum utilization of organic and inorganic waste is a communal-based waste management program that will definitely cut the chain of waste distribution from TPS 3R to landfills.Dampak dari tidak optimalnya manajemen sampah pada Kelurahan Jakamulya yang selalu terkena banjir akibat sampah dan Situ Wo yang tidak bisa menampung air. Upaya-upaya untuk mengelola sampah dari sumbernya sudah dilakukan dengan bank sampah namun belum optimal. Tujuan Program Kemitraan Wilayah Kota Bekasi adalah peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan Sampah dengan konsep 3R (reuse, recycle, reduce).
Berdasarkan hasil penerapan program PKW dapat disimpulkan bahwa operasional Bank sampah Mutiara Pondok Suryamandala di Kelurahan Jakamulya Kota Bekasi berbasis TPS 3R menjadi kunci penanganan sampah berbasis masyarakat (komunal) sangat efektif untuk pengelolaan sampah yang langsung masyarakat sebagai pengelola plus (pemilik home industri). Tanpa system komunal ini mustahil sampah dapat diatasi dengan tuntas atau berkelanjutan. Membudayakan cara pembuangan sampah yang baik mulai dari lingkungan rumah tangga hingga dengan cara menyerahkan sampah ke Bank Sampah adalah metoda efektif di tingkat masyarakat yang akhirnya akan memandirikan masyarakat dalam mengelola sampahnya sendiri. Menata TPS 3R menjadi pusat pemanfaatan sampah organik dan anorganik secara maksimal merupakan program pengelolaan sampah berbasis komunal yang secara pasti akan memotong mata rantai distribusi sampah dari TPS 3R ke tempat pembuangan akhir

The method used is presentation and discussion by holding make-up webinars through zoom meetings. The webinar activity in August 2020 was attended by 20 participants from Jaka Sampurna Village, Bekasi. The activities included training in hair care competency skills by showing learning videos for traditional hair care. The results of this community service program are (1) partners have knowledge of traditional hair care. (2) partners can apply special skills in the field of hair care in their family and surrounding communities. Metode yang digunakan adalah presentasi dan diskusi dengan mengadakan webinar tata rias melalui zoom meeting . Pelaksanaan kegiatan webinar di Bulan Agustus, 2020 dihadiri 20 peserta dari Kelurahan Jaka Sampurna, Bekasi. Demand and Production Management Systematics for Optimizing the Fulfillment of Tempe Demand in MSMEs Mantab Rasa Madiun City
Get PDFMantab Rasa Madiun is a home-based business in the city of Madiun that manages and supplies soybean tempe products with a capacity of 150-200 kg of soybeans per day. Providing product availability in the market is quite a complicated issue for Mantab Rasa, especially for food products that have a perishable product life. The delay in conveying information to the production department causes the accuracy of the production quantity to be unsuccessful so that many requests cannot be fulfilled or products that are not absorbed. Strategies to solve the problem include the formulation of a method of identifying market demand per day so that the response of the production section to meet demand is almost accurate. The method offered is to collect demand data from sales through the WA group so that the demand data can be centralized and easy to enter into the forecasting application formulation of demand data then forecast with an MS Excel-based application. From the forecasting results, it is then included in the MRP-Like time phasing formula with the aim that operational managers can more easily decide how many kg of raw and soaked soybeans to boil today. The systematics that have been made have been socialized to partners and tested for 7 days. The results obtained are the managers have a recapitulation of centralized daily demand data and quickly get a decision on how much soybeans are processed to meet demand.Mantab Rasa Madiun merupakan salah satu usaha rumahan di kota Madiun yang mengelola dan memasok produk tempe kedelai dengan kapasitas 150-200 kg kedelai per hari. Menyediakan ketersediaan produk di pasar merupakan persoalan yang cukup rumit bagi Mantab Rasa, terutama untuk produk-produk makanan yang memiliki umur produk singkat (perishable product). Keterlambatan dalam menyampaikan informasi ke bagian produksi menyebabkan ketepatan jumlah produksi tidak berhasil diperoleh sehingga banyak permintaan yang tidak dapat dipenuhi atau produk yang tidak terserap. Strategi untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan diantaranya adalah rumusan metode identifikasi permintaan pasar per hari sehingga respon bagian produksi memenuhi permintaan mendekati akurat. Cara yang ditawarkan adalah mengumpulkan data permintaan dari para sales melalui grup WA sehingga data permintaan dapat terpusat dan mudah untuk dimasukkan ke aplikasi perumusan forecasting data permintaan kemudian diramalkan dengan sebuah aplikasi berbasis MS Excel. Dari hasil peramalan kemudian dimasukkan dalam rumusan yang MRP-Like time phasing dengan tujuan pengelola operasional dapat lebih mudah memutuskan berapa kg kedelai mentah dan rendaman yang harus direbus hari ini. Sistematika yang dibuat telah disosialisasikan kepada mitra dan dilakukan uji coba selama 7 hari. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah pengelola memiliki rekapitulasi data permintaan haria terpusat dan cepat mendapatkan mengambil keputusan berapa jumlah kedelai yang diolah untuk memenuhi permintaan

This resulted in housewives beings perceived as being less able to help the family economy. The solution offered is through entrepreneurial activities in the form of utilization of household waste in the form of used can and glass bottles combined with tissue decoupage handicrafts. Throught this activity is to increase the incamo of housewives, especially in terms of utilization of household waste, so that it general the economic empowerment of the community can also increase.Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh para ibu rumah tangga di Kelurahan Mokoau Kecamatan Kambu Kota Kendari adalah kurangnya kreativitas dan produktivitas, dimana tidak adanya kegiatan yang berorientasi pada kemandirian ekonomi, keterbatasan modal untuk memulai bisnis, dan kurangnya keterampilan baik soft skill maupun hard skill dalam dunia kewirausahaan. Hal ini mengakibatkan para ibu rumah tangga dirasa kurang dapat membantu perekonomian keluarga. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah melalui kegiatan kewirausahaan dalam bentuk pemanfaatan limbah rumah tangga berupa kaleng bekas dan botol kaca yang di kombinasikan dengan kerajinan tissue decoupage.
