    CONSUMER PERCEPTIONS OF BENEFITS AND BARRIERS OF QRIS IN COFFEE SHOP BUSINESSES

    This study aims to empirically examine the factors that influence the intention or interest of coffee shop consumers to use QRIS in Denpasar, Bali. By understanding the factors that shape coffee shop consumer interest in using QRIS, it is hoped that the implications for business practices and policies will be more effective. Empirical data was collected by distributing questionnaires online involving 446 respondents and analyzed using SmartPLS3. This study provides empirical evidence that consumers' intention to use QRIS is positively and significantly influenced by perceived benefits and socialization. This study also found that socialization related to QRIS was positively and significantly influenced by perceived benefits and obstacles of QRIS, besides that the role of socialization was able to mediate perceptions of benefits on coffee shop consumer intentions in using QRIS. Perceived obstacles have a negative relationship to intentions, but both do not have a significant effect as well as the role of socialization which is unable to mediate between perceived QRIS barriers to intentions. This indicates that the benefits offered by QRIS with ongoing socialization regarding the benefits of QRIS are able to make consumers intend to use QRIS. The findings of this study have implications for policy makers to improve the security features of QRIS and increase socialization regarding the safety of using QRIS

    The purpose of this study was to determine the organizational commitment of junior and senior high school teachers in the Labschool environment both located in Rawamangun and Kebayoran. The research method used in this research is descriptive and explanatory research. The population of this study were all 240 teachers of the Labschool environment with a sample taken as many as 186 people. The data that has been obtained will be processed and analyzed using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) and LISREL software. The results found that Organizational Support and Resilience directly have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. In addition, Organizational Support, Resilience, and Job satisfaction directly have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Finally, Organizational Support and Resilience indirectly have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment through Job Satisfaction

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Resiliensi, Keterikatan Kerja, Dan Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan di Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Yogyakarta Kusumanegara. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Sctructural Equation Modelling dengan menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Squares menggunakan alat analisis WarpPLS 5.0. Teknik Sampling yang digunakan yaitu Non probability Sampling dengan metode sampling jenuh dengan menggunakan 31 responden dari karyawan Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Yogyakarta Kusumanegara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Resiliensi, Keterikatan Kerja, Dan Kecerdasan Emosional memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Yogyakarta.   Kata Kunci: Resiliensi, Keterikatan Kerja, Kecerdasan Emosional, Kepuasan Kerj

    CRISIS LEADERSHIP IN DEALING WITH THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC: A SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW STUDY

    This research aims to uncover articles published on crisis leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study employs a systematic literature review approach by analyzing articles published between 2020 and 2022. Initially, a total of 979 articles were identified, which were then narrowed down to 29 articles based on inclusion and quality criteria. The extracted results regarding crisis leadership issues during the COVID-19 pandemic are categorized into 4 major journal groups: management and leadership, health, social, and education journals. Emerging issues within crisis leadership include gender post COVID-19, academic leadership, administrative leadership, public health leadership, digitalization & virtual leadership, fault lines of leadership, and leadership approach. The changes in crisis leadership have led to the emergence of new leadership strategies, such as virtual collaboration across boundaries

    Kontrol budaya merupakan salah satu jenis SPM untuk membangun budaya organisasi yang berujung pada pengawasan secara alami. Kontrol budaya di dalam sebuah badan organisasi umumnya dibentuk oleh seorang pemimpin yang dimana melalui kepemimipinannya dapat mendorong anggota lain dalam memperkuat kontrol ini. Penelitian eksploratori ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa enkulturasi Budaya Sunda yang dialami oleh manajer badan usaha O cabang Bandung. Penelitian berfokus pada nilai silih asih, silih asuh, dan silih asah pada Budaya Sunda yang dipelajari dan tertanam di dalam diri manajer sejak kecil. Pendekatan kualitatif interpretivisme dilakukan untuk mendalami enkulturasi yang terjadi melalui pola asuh orang tua dan sosialisasi dari lingkungan. Enkulturasi yang berkelanjutan kemudian membentuk kepribadian serta kemampuan manajer sebagai seorang pemimpin. Kepribadian dan kemampuan berlandaskan nilai Sunda pada diri manajer membuatnya dapat mempengaruhi karyawan lain untuk memperkuat kontrol budaya di cabang Bandung.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan preposisi tentang kinerja individu, melalui pendekatan kajian teori. Studi ini mengelaborasi beberapa temuan dari para peneliti terdahulu sebagai rujukan dan mengeksplorasi grounded theory, dalam mengembangkan pengetahuan terkait dengan kinerja individu. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan studi literatur dilakukan untuk memperoleh referensi model penelitian dalam menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja individu. Hasil kajian memberikan rekomendasi bahwa aktualisasi peran pimpinan memberikan pengaruh, baik pengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja individu, maupun pengaruh secara tidak langsung melalui budaya organisasi dan komitmen individu

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh beban kerja, stres kerja dan kelelahan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada salah satu Puskesmas di Kabupaten Majalengka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Puskesmas di Kabupaten Majalengka sebanyak 64 pegawai dengan jumlah sampel 64 pegawai. Teknik penarikan sampel yaitu nonprobability sampling dengan menggunakan Teknik sampling total sehingga dalam penelitian ini sampel di ambil dari keseluruhan populasi di Puskesmas Kabupaten Majalengka. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan hasil analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara parsial pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dapat dilihat dari thitung > ttabel yaitu 3,196 > 1,669, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja dapat dilihat dari thitung > ttabel yaitu -3,216 > -1,669, kelelahan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja dapat dilihat dari thitung > ttabel yaitu -2,104 > -1,669 dan secara simultan variabel beban kerja, stres kerja dan kelelahan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja yang ditunjukan Fhitung > Ftabel sebesar 11,916 > 2,76

    IMPLEMENTATION OF CORPORATE BRAND IDENTITY MATRIX IN BUILDING CORPORATE BRAND IDENTITY

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengimplementasikan kerangka Corporate Brand Identity Matrix (CBIM) untuk mengembangkan identitas mereka perusahaan New Company (New Co) dan mengetahui pemahaman karyawan XYZ atas identitas merek perusahaannya. Teknik wawancara mendalam (in depth interview/ IDI) digunakan untuk memperoleh data primer dengan metode studi kasus tunggal. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah perwakilan karyawan dan manajemen eksekutif XYZ dari berbagai posisi dan unit kerja. Untuk mereprsentasikan karyawan dan manajemen XYZ, sebelas orang responden dari berbagai posisi dan unit kerja dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini. Analisis data hasil wawancara dilakukan melalui teknik analisis konten, analisis tematik dan analisis triangulasi sumber untuk merumuskan hasil penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pemahaman identitas merek perusahaan XYZ lebih terkonsentrasi pada area pemasaran atau eksternal, khususnya identitas visual. Selanjutnya diperoleh kerangka CBIM untuk New Co, dimana terdapat beberapa elemen yang mirip dengan kerangka CBIM XYZ

    ANALYSIS OF SWOT, IFAS, EFAS, AND BLC IN THE HEAVY EQUIPMENT INDUSTRY IN BALI

    This research aims to develop marketing strategies that can be applied to the heavy equipment rental company CV Dana Karya in order to withstand competition from similar competitors. The research method utilizes a mixed-method approach with an exploratory research approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, which are tested using triangulation techniques. Informants were obtained through purposive sampling techniques, involving 7 individuals including company owners, employees, and customers. This study is analyzed using the SWOT analysis technique with weights, ratings in the calculation of IFAS and EFAS, which are then analyzed with the business life cycle. The results of this research indicate that the company's position obtained from the total scores of IFAS and EFAS is in quadrant 1, by implementing a growth-oriented strategy focused on SO (strength-opportunities) strategies, utilizing all internal strengths of the company to seize and make the most of external opportunities. Based on the classification of internal-external factors, an IE matrix is obtained, which is located in cell 1 indicating that CV Dana Karya is in a growth and build position. In relation to the business life cycle, it can be determined that the current position of CV Dana Karya's heavy equipment rental business is in the growth phase

    THE INFLUENCE OF CAPITAL ADEQUACY, LIQUIDITY, BANK SIZE, AND PROFITABILITY ON CREDIT RISK IN COMMERCIAL BANKS CATEGORY BOOK IV

    Banks play a crucial role in the economy of a country, especially in developing nations like Indonesia. Commercial banks classified as BUKU IV are the largest banking group in Indonesia and are known for their strong management. This research aims to analyze the influence of capital adequacy, liquidity, bank size, and profitability on credit risk in Commercial Banks classified as BUKU IV during the period of 2015-2020. The independent variables consist of CAR, LDR, BS, and ROA, while the dependent variable is NPL (Non-Performing Loans). Secondary data collected by the researcher from the annual financial reports of BUKU IV commercial banks are utilized in this study, employing a census sampling technique. The data analysis method applied is panel data regression using E-Views 10 software. The research results indicate that ROA has a negative and significant effect on NPL in BUKU IV Commercial Banks. However, CAR, LDR, and BS do not have a significant impact on NPL in BUKU IV Commercial Banks
