DEVELOPING FOOTWEAR BUSINESS: WHAT IS THE STRATEGY?
Nowadays one promising business is the fashion industry, especially footwear. UD. Poker is one of the Small and Medium Enterprises which engaged in the footwear industry. This research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews directly with the owners, employees, and communities around UD. Poker. Depth interviews, observation, and documentation are also used in data collection. Data analysis techniques used in this study consisted of four stages, 1) analysis of internal and external environment UD. Poker, 2) analyzing using the SWOT matrix, and 3) formulating alternative strategies, 4) recommending strategic decisions to develop business for UD. Poker. Based on the SWOT matrix program, the position of UD Poker is in quadrant I (aggressive strategy) which means that UD Poker is growing so UD. STUDY OF EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE: WORKLOAD ON JOB SATISFACTION AND WORK STRESS
This study aims to describe the effect of workload on job satisfaction and job stress well on employee performance. Staff from East Jakarta Integrated Services Implementation Unit, 65 respondents were sampled. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hypothesis testing results show positive and insignificant workload on performance, the positive and significant workload on work stress, negative and significant work stress on performance, positive and significant job satisfaction on performance, the positive and significant workload on job satisfaction. This study shows an important influence on research on job satisfaction and job stress; this also shows that job satisfaction and job stress function as intervening variables between workload and employee performance. The findings of this study prove that the workload needs to be indirect to employee performance through job satisfaction and better work pressure. THE EFFECT OF COMPENSATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT TO WORK DISCIPLINE WITH JOB SATISFACTION AS INTERVENING VARIABLES IN SAKINAH WEDDING ORGANIZER
Wedding Organizer Business still needs human resources in carrying out its activities, therefore it is necessary to study how the influence of Organizational Compensation and Commitment which is owned by employees. This study had a population of 101 using the census method and 101 people who became respondents through the distribution of questionnaires were conducted on Sakinah Wedding Organizer employees. The effect of Compensation on Work Discipline through Job Satisfaction has positive and significant results, and the influence of Organizational Commitment to Work Discipline through Job Satisfaction has positive and significant results. Compensation is expected to be able to increase salaries and wages of employees properly so that employees feel satisfied and will be more disciplined in carrying out tasks. Organizational Commitment of employees is expected to have more attitude towards the company to make a good contribution to advance the company. Work Discipline Employees are expected to be able to comply with company regulations, including carrying out the tasks assigned by the provisions to be completed on time. Job Satisfaction Employees are expected to be able to conduct supervision and employee relations with superiors to create a good work environment.

TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY OF SCHOOL OPERATIONAL ASSISTANCE fUNDS AND THE IMPACT ON PARTICIPATION
The research aims to obtain valid, factual information and knowledge about how the influence between transparency and accountability towards participation in Vocational School in Jakarta, Indonesia. The population of this research is the principal, teachers, student's parents. The technical analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of this study are: 1) there is a positive effect between transparency and the participation of students' parents. 2) There is a positive effect between accountability with the participation of student's parents and 3) there is a positive effect between transparency and accountability towards the participation of student's parents.The research aims to obtain valid, factual information and knowledge about how the influence between transparency and accountability towards participation in Vocational School in Jakarta, Indonesia. THE INFLUENCE OF RELATIONSHIP MARKETING TOWARDS TAXPAYER’S SATISFACTION IN TAX AMNESTY PROGRAM
The objective of this research is to examine the influence of relationship marketing which consist of trust, commitment, and communication toward taxpayer’s satisfaction in tax amnesty program. By using the purposive sampling method, the research sample is taxpayers who have a NPWP and registered in tax amnesty program. Only 48 respondents who is qualified as the research sample. Multiple liniear regression was used to analyze the data and to test the research hypotheses through SPSS. The result shows there is no influence between trust toward taxpayer’s satisfaction in tax amnesty program. CROWDS MANAGEMENT IN INDONESIAN FOOTBALL EVENT CASE STUDY : POLICING MANAGEMENT
Crowds become an important issue in policing research and practice.Crowds phenomena become a challenge for police management to make an order, safety and security in public issue.Crowds in football event bring some problemsrelated to problem of order, safety and security and become a developing research object in football industry.This paper describe crowds problems in sport could transforms into identity problem.Problem orientated policing is a modern thought who give police to understand root of causes from social problem. This paper describe and explore condition from group of crowds Viking (Persib) and Jakmania (Persija) in Indonesia whohave an identity conflict among them and have been distrubing public order, safety and security for almost to decade until now. Relate to those problems this paper alsodescribe and explorw how Indonesian police management handle this problem as part of a policing models.

Perbankan Syariah vs Perbankan Konvensional: Apa Perbedaan Kinerja Keuangan?
The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze differences in financial performance between the Islamic Banking and Conventional Banking in terms of Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Assets (ROA), Cost Operations to Operating Income (BOPO). This study uses 12 Banks as sample, with sampling method using purposive sampling, and consists of 6 Islamic banks and 6 conventional banks.The analysis technique used is t-test. The results showed that there was a significant difference between financial performance between Sharia (Islamic) banking and conventional banking in terms of LDR, NPL, ROE, ROA and BOPOTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis perbedaan kinerja keuangan antara Perbankan Syariah dan Perbankan Konvensional dalam bentuk Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return on Equity ( ROE), Return on Assets (ROA), Biaya Operasi terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO). ANALISIS RATA GRADE POINT BERBASIS PEMILIHAN PENDAFTARAN MAHASISWA BARU FAKULTAS EKONOMI UNJ (2017)
The objective of this study is to analyze the students which taking classes on time four years and analyze the Grade Point Average based on new students registration selection into four ways, namely: SNMPTN, SBMPTN, PENMABA and Exchange Program Faculty of Economics UNJ.
This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive method of presentation that uses a form of tables and graphs histogram to make it easier to analyze the data.
From the results of calculations using the comparison in terms of percentage, the results are: students with SNMPTN have a larger percentage amount for studying on time compared with SBMPTN. Similarly, SBMPTN students have a number greater than the percentage of PENMABA or Exchange Program.
For the Grade Point Average above 3.5, SBMPTN has a greater percentage when compared with SNMPTN. Conversely, the Exchange Program has the lowest percentage of on time study completion compared with the other pathways. While the Grade Point Average is the has the highest second position after SBMPTN. Overall with a total of 708 students, 403 students or 56.9% on time in completing the study.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis siswa yang mengambil kelas tepat waktu empat tahun dan menganalisis Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif berdasarkan seleksi pendaftaran siswa baru ke dalam empat cara, yaitu: SNMPTN, SBMPTN, PENMABA dan Program Pertukaran Fakultas Ekonomi UNJ.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penyajian deskriptif yang menggunakan bentuk tabel dan grafik histogram untuk memudahkan menganalisis data.Dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan perbandingan dalam hal persentase, hasilnya adalah: siswa dengan SNMPTN memiliki persentase lebih besar untuk belajar tepat waktu dibandingkan dengan SBMPTN. Demikian pula, siswa SBMPTN memiliki angka yang lebih besar dari persentase PENMABA atau Program Pertukaran.Untuk Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif di atas 3,5, SBMPTN memiliki persentase lebih besar jika dibandingkan dengan SNMPTN. Sebaliknya, Program Pertukaran memiliki persentase terendah dalam penyelesaian studi waktu dibandingkan dengan jalur lainnya. Sedangkan Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif adalah yang memiliki posisi kedua tertinggi setelah SBMPTN. Secara keseluruhan dengan total 708 siswa, 403 siswa atau 56,9% tepat waktu dalam menyelesaikan studi
STRATEGY OF EMPOWERMENT SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES IN THE EFFORT FOR INCREASING REVENUE AND MARKET
The development of SMEs sector, explicitly aimed at the efforts to realize the power of the nation-competitiveness in order to strengthen the global competitive economy. This research uses qualitative descriptive method to describe each variable analyzed. The analysis is SWOT analysis and Analytical Hierarchy Procees (AHP) to calculate any case the most preferred and influence the development of the empowerment of SMEs especially in terms of revenue and market expansion in Semarang based and questionnaire that sample scrambled by the author.
Objectives and results of this study is to determine the priority of the strategy used by the Semarang city government and become the main reference for entrepreneurs of SMEs in Semarang to increase revenue and market share in the city of Semarang is improving managerial skills by improving capacity, work ethic, and the performance of the institution and the staff of the local government of Semarang, and increase community participation in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of development of SMEs.Pembangunan bidang UMKM, secara eksplisit ditujukan pada upaya untuk mewujudkan bangsa yang berdaya-saing dalam rangka memperkuat perekonomian yang berdaya saing global. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode Kualitatif Deskriptif untuk menggambarkan setiap variabel yang dianalisis. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT dan Analytical Hierarchy Procees (AHP) untuk menghitung hal apa saja yang paling diutamakan dan berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan pemberdayaan UMKM terutama dari sisi revenue dan perluasan market berdasarkan questioner yang sample nya penulis random.
Tujuan dan hasil dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi prioritas yang digunakan oleh pemerintah kota Semarang dan menjadi acuan utama bagi para pengusaha UMKM di kota Semarang untuk meningkatkan revenue dan pangsa pasar di kota Semarang adalah meningkatkan keterampilan manajerial dengan cara memperbaiki kapasitas, etos kerja, dan kinerja lembaga dan pegawai di lingkungan pemerintah daerah Kota Semarang, dan meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan pembangunan UMKM

The influence of product innovation on marketing performance of milkfish processing MSMEs in Gresik Indonesia; 2) the influence of supply chain on marketing performance of milkfish processing, MSMEs in Gresik Indonesia; 3) the effect of product innovation and supply chain on marketing performance of milkfish processing MSMEs in Gresik Indonesia. The design of this study was field research using quantitative research approach. The population is milkfish processing Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Gresik district. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regressions. The product innovation can foster marketing performance and to improve marketing performance is influenced by the supply chain. In the supply chain, it can be known how the relationship of suppliers with the company. Thus, combining both product innovation and supply chain will make the product more various and wil result in marketing performance improvement. The product innovation significantly influences the marketing performance of milkfish processing MSMEs in Gresik Indonesia.
