    THE INFLUENCE OF INTERNSHIP AND CAREER GUIDANCE TOWARD THE WORK READINESS OF THE 12TH ACCOUNTING GRADERS OF SMK NEGERI 31 JAKARTA, FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2017/2018

    The aim of this research is to determine the influence of internship and career guidance toward the work readiness of the 12th Accounting graders of SMK Negeri 31 Jakarta for academic year 2017/2018 by using empirical data and facts that are valid and reliable. This research conduct at SMK Negeri 31 Jakarta. The research method used is survey method with quantitative approach. The population in this research is all 12th grade students of SMK Negeri 31 Jakarta as many as 198 people. The sample used as many as 58 people derived from Accounting major . The sampling technique in this study is simple random sampling. All datas are collected using likert scale model questionnaires for internship ( variable X1), career gidance (variable X2) and work readiness (variable Y). Regression equation in this research is Ŷ = 42,081 + 0,256 X1 + 0,228 X2. Based on the result of data analysis, it is known that there is significant partial influence between internship and work readiness. It can be seen from the data analysis that shows the value of tcount of 8,578 is greater than the ttable of 2,004. Also, there is significant partial influence between career guidance and work readiness which has been proved by the value of tcount of 4,730 is greater than the ttable of 2,004. In addition there is a simultaneous influence between intenship and career guidance toward work readiness. It can be seen from the results of data analysis showing the value of Fcount of 53.185 is greater than the Ftable value of 3.165. There is a positive and significant influence between intenship and career guidance toward work readiness with double correlation coefficient 0,744. Thus, the research hypothesis is accepted. The coefficient of determination (R)2 equal to 55,3%. The conclusion of this research is that there is a positive and significant influence between intenship with work readiness. In addition there is also a positive and significant influence between career guidance toward work readiness. Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant influence between internship and career guidance with work readiness. For further research it is advisable to add other independent variables that may affect work readiness variable

    This study aims to determine the relationship strategy entrepreneur umkm against entrepreneurship student opportunities. The study was conducted at two (2) universities in Jakarta. This research uses survey method with descriptive and associative approach. Data were collected by using questionnaires distributed to 64 respondents. The data were analyzed by using validity and reliability test, while the test of variable by using regression and correlation test.     KOMPARASI KEPUASAN PENERIMA KARTU BANTUAN PANGAN NON TUNAI DAN PENERIMA RASTRA DI KECAMATAN CAKUNG, JAKARTA TIMUR

    The purpose of this research was to analyze the level of Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) and Beras Sejahtera (RASTRA) recipient satisfaction, also to analyze whether the level of BPNT recipients satisfaction is higher than the level of RASTRA recipients satisfaction. The research methods used is survey with multistage random sampling to take the number of research samples. The samples selected by applying proportional sampling dan random sampling. The data compiled by interview used structured questionnaires. Data analysis methods used are Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and z analysis hypothesis testing. According to the research result, it can be found that the CSI satisfaction rate of BPNT recipients is 74.3%, while the satisfaction rate of RASTRA recipients is 62.9%. The result of z hypothesis testing calculation is significant on the 5% level. The interpretation of CSI rate of BPNT recipients was categorized as ‘cause for concern’, meanwhile the rate of RASTRA was categorized as ‘very poor’. Alternatively, the government should evaluate and increase the number of food supplies and e-Warong in BPNT Program in order to increase satisfaction rate of the program recipients. It is intended to reduce inconvenient and reduce BPNT recipients risk which did not receive the food supply. Keywords: BULOG, RASTRA, BPNT, CSI.Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan penerima Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) dan penerima Beras Sejahtera (RASTRA), serta untuk menganalisis apakah tingkat kepuasan penerima BPNT lebih tinggi daripada penerima RASTRA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu survei dengan multistage random sampling untuk pengambilan jumlah sampel penelitian. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan secara proportional sampling dan random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur. Metode analisis data yaitu analisis Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan uji hipotesis z. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa Nilai CSI kepuasan penerima BPNT sebesar 74,3%, sedangkan pada RASTRA sebesar 62,9%. Hasil perhitungan uji hipotesis z signifikan pada taraf 5%. Nilai kepuasan penerima BPNT lebih tinggi daripada kepuasan penerima RASTRA. Interpretasi nilai CSI pada BPNT tergolong dalam kategori cause for concern, sedangkan pada RASTRA tergolong dalam kategori very poor. Sebaiknya, pemerintah mengevaluasi dan menambah jumlah persediaan sembako dan e-Warong pada Program BPNT agar dapat meningkatkan kepuasan penerima program. Hal ini untuk mengurangi ketidaknyamanan dan mengurangi risiko penerima manfaat tidak mendapatkan sembako. Kata kunci : BULOG, RASTRA, BPNT, CS

    Corn is a staple food and main ingredient for feed manufacturing in Indonesia. In accordance with Ministry of Agilculture Regulation (Permentan) No. 57 on corn import regulation 2015 Signed, Indonesian Bureau of Logistics (Perum BULOG) is the only company that has permission to import corn. The purposes of this research are to 1) analyze the optimization of the corn supply in Indonesian Bureau of Logistic East Java Regional Division; 2) analyze the cost efficiency of corn supply In Indonesian Bureau of Logistics (Perum BULOG) East Java Regional Division; 3) analyze the projection of economic corn total order in Indonesian Bureau of Logistics (Perum BULOG) East Java Regional Division from the Third Quarter of 2017—the First Quarter of 2019. This research employs the method of case study. The first purpose is analyzed by implementing economic order quantity (EOQ) method. The second purpose is analyzed by exercising the TIC and cost efficiency formula. The third purpose is analyzed by calculating the least square trend. The optimization of corn supply of Indonesian Bureau of Logistic East Java Regional Division is not optimum. The cost efficiency of corn supply of Indonesian Bureau of Logistic East Java Regional Division is not efficient. The projection of EOQ trend in the Third Quarter of 2017—the First Quarter of 2019 tends to decline. Sesuai Peraturan Menteri Pertanian (Permentan)  No. 57 Tahun 2015 tentang pengaturan impor jagung, Perum BULOG merupakan satu-satunya perusahaan yang diizinkan untuk melakukan kegiatan impor jagung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) menganalisis optimasi persediaan jagung di Perum BULOG Divisi Regional Jawa Timur; 2) menganalisis efisiensi biaya persediaan jagung di Perum BULOG Divisi Regional Jawa Timur; 3) menganalisis proyeksi jumlah pesanan jagung ekonomis Perum BULOG Divisi Regional Jawa Timur caturwulan III Tahun 2017 – caturwulan I Tahun 2019. Metode penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Tujuan 1 dianalisis menggunakan metode economic order quantity (EOQ). Tujuan 2 dianalisis menggunakan rumus TIC dan efisiensi biaya. Tujuan 3 dianalisis menggunakan perhitungan trend kuadrat terkecil. Optimasi persediaan jagung Perum BULOG Divisi Regional Jawa Timur tidak optimal. Efisiensi biaya persediaan jagung Perum BULOG Divisi Regional Jawa Timur tidak efisien.     Analysis of Factors Influencing The Performance of Plantation Workers in The Tlogo Plantation Semarang Regency

    This study aims to analyze the performance of plantation workers and analyze the factors affecting the performance of plantation workers. The research was conducted at Tlogo in Semarang Regency. The research was conducted using survey method. Sampling using simple random sample method. Respondents as many as 50 people from the total population of 123 people. Analyzer using multiple linear regression test. The results showed that 72% of the plantation workers have a moderate production and 68% of the plantation workers have been able to meet the company's work targets. Based on multiple linear regression test, simultaneously got the value of F equal to 3,369, the value is bigger than F table value that is 2,58, so simultaneously, motivation, competence, discipline, and environment influence to plantation workers performance. These factors affect performance by 23%, the rest is influenced by other factors beyond motivation, competence, discipline, and environment. Partial test shows the level of significance of competence, environment, motivation, and discipline respectively is 0.010; 0.114; 0.218; and 0.693. Based on these values indicate that there is a significant influence for competence, while for motivation, discipline, and environment there is no significant effect.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja pekebun karet dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yaang mempengaruhi kinerja pekebun karet. Penelitian dilakukan di Perusahaan Daerah Perkebunan Tlogo Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode survei. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode simple random sample. Responden sebanyak 50 orang dari total populasi sebanyak 123 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 72% pekebun karet memiliki hasil produksi yang tergolong sedang dan sebanyak 68% pekebun karet sudah mampu untuk memenuhi target kerja yang diberikan perusahaan. Berdasarkan uji regresi linier berganda, secara simultan atau serempak didapatkan nilai F sebesar 3,369, nilai tersebut lebih besar daripada nilai F tabel yaitu 2,58, sehingga secara serempak, motivasi, kompetensi, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pekebun karet. Faktor-faktor tersebut mempengaruhi kinerja sebesar 23%, sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar motivasi, kompetensi, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja. Uji parsial menunjukkan tingkat signifikansi kompetensi, lingkungan kerja, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja berturut-turut adalah 0,010; 0,114; 0,218; dan 0,693. Berdasarkan nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan untuk kompetensi, sedangkan untuk motivasi, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan

    The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out the financial performance on March Eleven University students Cooperative Surakarta year 2013 – 2016 views of awarding a score of 7 aspects of the cooperative assessment. Researchers using this type of qualitative descriptive study, with financial ratio analysis techniques using a regulation of the Minister of the Cooperative Republic of Indonesia No. 20/Per/m. KUKM/XI/2008. This research is located in Eleven University students Cooperative March (KOPMA). The Data used are secondary data, data obtained from the financial reports KOPMA UNS Surakarta from 2013 – 2016. The results of the research, the UNS Surakarta KOPMA financial performance from the year 2013 to 2016 including the criterion of "pretty healthy" with a total value of score an average of 65.10. In the year 2013 is quite healthy with total value of score 64.60, the year 2014 is quite healthy with total value of score 64.85, the year 2015 is quite healthy with total value of score 62.60, and in 2016 is quite healthy with total value of score 68.35. Peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik analisa rasio keuangan menggunakan Peraturan Menteri  Koperasi Republik Indonesia No.20/Per/M.KUKM/XI/2008.Penelitian ini berlokasi di Koperasi Mahasiswa Universitas Sebelas Maret (KOPMA) Surakarta.Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder , data laporan keuangan yang didapat dari KOPMA UNS Surakarta dari 2013–2016. Hasil dari penelitian, kinerja keuangan KOPMA UNS Surakarta dari tahun 2013 sampai 2016 termasuk kriteria “cukup sehat†dengan total nilai skor rata- rata 65.10. Pada tahun 2013 cukup sehat dengan total nilai skor 64.60, tahun 2014 cukup sehat dengan total nilai skor 64.85, tahun 2015 cukup sehat dengan total nilai skor 62.60, dan tahun 2016 cukup sehat dengan total nilai skor 68.35.     The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the dominant factor as a determinant of the entrepreneurship intent of the students of the Department of Economic Education of the State University of Surabaya.This research uses explanatory research method, the sample used is 166 students from the total population of 286 students with purposiverandom sampling technique. The results showed that locus of control, subjective norms, and entrepreneurial attitudes affect the intention of student entrepreneurship. From the three determining variables of the entrepreneurship intentions, there is one dominant variable as determinant of student entrepreneurship intention, it is locus of control. The locus of control of students related to entrepreneurship is a personal belief in the success gained from the business and learning process. The implication of this research is students need to strengthen the formation ofentrepreneurial mindset to be able to grow their self-confidence on their own potentials.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor dominan sebagai penentu intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksplanatory research, sampel yang digunakan sebesar 166 mahasiswa dari jumlah populasi sebesar 286 mahasiswa dengan teknik purposive random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan locus of control, norma subyektif, dan sikap kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa. Dari ketiga variabel penentu intensi berwirausaha, didapatkan satu variabel yang dominan sebagai penentu intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa yaitu locus of control. Locus of control mahasiswa terkait dengan kewirausahaan adalah keyakinan pribadi atas keberhasilan yang diperoleh didapatkan dari usaha dan proses pembelajaran. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah siswa memerlukan penguatan pembentukan mindset kewirausahaan untuk dapat menumbuhkan keyakinan diri atas potensi yang dimiliki masing-masing mahasiswa

    EFFECT OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP-BASED CURRICULUM ON HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION TOWARDS NON-ECONOMIC STUDENT’S ENTREPRENEURIAL INTEREST

    ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to discover: (1) The influence of entrepreneurship-based curriculum of Higher Education Institutions (HEI) toward non-economic student’s entrepreneurial interest (2) the extent to which the influence of entrepreneurship-based curriculum of HEI affects non-economics student’s entrepreneurial interest. This research is a causality research with quantitative research method. Data collection was done by spreading questionnaires to 100 respondents attending the class of entrepreneurship course. The respondents are the students of non-economics department in Universitas Komputer Indonesia. Each statement on the questionnaire was rated with a Likert scale. Test of variability and reliability is done on the questionnaire data. Data analysis method using simple linear regression with IBM Statistical Social Science Program (SPSS) 20. The results showed that (1) the entrepreneurship-based curriculum of HEI has significant and positive influence on student’s entrepreneurial interest of non-economic department with a correlation coefficient of 0.987. The positive relationship indicates that the larger the portion of entrepreneurship education in the curriculum of HEI, the higher student’s entrepreneurship interest of non-economics department (2) the percentage of the entrepreneurial-based HEI curriculum influence of non-economic student’s entrepreneurial interest of is 97,4%.  ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh kurikulum Perguruan Tinggi (PT) berbasis kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa program studi (prodi) non-ekonomi (2) Seberapa besar pengaruh kurikulum PT berbasis kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa prodi non-ekonomi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitas dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner pada 100 orang responden yang merupakan mahasiswa program studi non-ekonomi Universitas Komputer Indonesia yang mengikuti kuliah wajib kewirausahaan. Setiap pernyataan pada kuesioner diberi nilai dengan skala Likert. Uji variabilitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan pada data kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dengan IBM Statistical Program Social Science (SPSS) 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) kurikulum PT berbasis kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap minat wirausaha mahasiswa prodi non-ekonomi dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,987. Hubungan positif mengindikasikan bahwa semakin banyak porsi pendidikan kewirausahaan pada kurikulum PT, maka semakin tinggi pula minat wirausaha mahasiswa prodi non-ekonomi (2) besarnya pengaruh kurikulum berbasis kewirausahaan terhadap minat wirausaha mahasiswa non-ekonomi sebesar 97 %
