THE INFLUENCES OF INTEREST RATE AND INFLATION ON SHARIA MUTUAL FUND PERFORMANCE
ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the significance of the influence of interest rate and inflation on the performance of sharia mutual funds. This research was conducted on sharia mutual fund-type shares listed with the Financial Services Authority (Indonesia) (OJK) for the 60 months observed. Sharpe’s method was used for measuring the performance of the mutual funds used. This study uses a secondary quantitative research approach and the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.
Based on the result of the t test, interest rate is shown to have a significant negative effect on the performance of sharia mutual funds while inflation does not have a significant effect on their performance.

THE INFLUENCE OF COMPENSATION ON INSURANCE AGENT TURNOVER INTENTION AT PT MNC LIFE ASSURANCE SALES OFFICE MEDAN
The purposes of this research are to find out about the influence of compensation on Insurance Agent Turnover Intention at PT MNC Life Assurance Sales Office Medan and to find out the impact of compensation on insurance Agent Turnover Intention, simultaneously as well as partially.
The methods of this research are a descriptive and verificative method, thus the methodology of this research is descriptive survey method and explanatory survey method. The type of investigation in this research is causality. The unit of analysis of this research is individual, which are the entire agents of PT MNC Life Assurance Sales Office Medan in the amount of 60 people, which is analysis by the method of a census. A time horizon of this research is cross-sectional. The technique of the solution to this research is SPSS. The plan of data analysis of this research is path analysis, by the test plans of this research are correlation test and determination test.
The result of this research is that compensation on Insurance Agent Turnover Intention in PT MNC Life Assurance Sales Office Medan is good; however, they still need reformation and improvement. Compensation simultaneously influenced on turnover intention.

TURNOVER FACTORS ANALYSIS IN BUSINESS ORGANIZATION
This study aims to determine the factors causing the turnover of a business organization. The method used was quantitative with a descriptive-analytical approach, with 333 respondents. Data collection in this research was conducted by questionnaire technique and documentary study. The Data Obtained is then processed using SPSS version 23.00. From the results of the data show, the contribution given by career development is 23.40%, equal to 17.90% of welfare, equal to 21.50% workload, and health safety equal to 21.20% to turnover. While the rest of 21.20% is another factor that is not researched.

THE EFFECT OF LEARNING OUTCOMES ENTREPRENEURSHIP COURSES AND TYPES OF WORK PARENTS ON INTEREST IN STUDENT ENTREPRENEURSHIP
This study aims to find out 1) The effect of learning outcomes on entrepreneurship courses on the interest of student entrepreneurship 2) The effect of the type of work of parents on the interests of student entrepreneurship 3) The effect of learning outcomes on entrepreneurship courses and the type of work parents have on the interests of student entrepreneurship. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23.0 software. A sample of 163 students from Unesa's economic education department who had programmed entrepreneurship courses using proportional random sampling techniques. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire with a Guttman scale model. The results of the study show that 1) There are influences on the learning outcomes of entrepreneurship courses on the interests of student entrepreneurship 2) There is no influence of the type of work of parents on the interests of student entrepreneurship 3) There is a simultaneous influence between learning outcomes in entrepreneurship courses and the type of work parents have to interest in entrepreneurship student.

INFLUENCE OF DIVIDEND POLICY AND CAPITAL STRUCTURE ON FIRM VALUE
The purpose of this research is to know the influence between dividend policy and capital structure on company value at the manufacturing company listed in BEI period 2016. The method in this research is a quantitative method with descriptive statistical analysis. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. Sampling technique in this study using simple random sampling. The affordable population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the sample used on Isaac Michael's table was 44 companies. Test requirements analysis is done by looking for regression equation that yield Y = 1,367 + 0,163X1 + 12,236X2. The results of the analysis show: (i) there is a significant positive influence between dividend policy and firm value, (ii) there is a significant positive influence between capital structure and firm value, (iii) there is significant relation between dividend policy and capital structure to firm value. Based on the results of the analysis, the dividend policy and capital structure can be a measure of corporate value. The implication of this research explains that dividend policy and capital structure can be used as the basis of the investor's consideration before investing in a company.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara kebijakan dividen dan struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2016. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan analisis statistik deskriptif. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling. Populasi terjangkau dalam penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan sampel yang digunakan pada tabel Isaac Michael adalah 44 perusahaan. Analisis persyaratan pengujian dilakukan dengan mencari persamaan regresi yang menghasilkan Y = 1,367 + 0,163X1 + 12,236X2. Hasil analisis menunjukkan: (i) ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara kebijakan dividen dan nilai perusahaan, (ii) ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara struktur modal dan nilai perusahaan, (iii) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kebijakan dividen dan struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, kebijakan dividen dan struktur modal dapat menjadi ukuran nilai perusahaan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa kebijakan dividen dan struktur modal dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pertimbangan investor sebelum berinvestasi di perusahaan.

NEEDS ANALYSIS FOR LEARNING RESOURCE
This research aims to analyze the needs and the use of learning resources by lecturers in the Economic Theory and Policy course since it has been investigated that the majority of students have low learning motivation. The learning motivation itself on the other side can be improved when the learning resource meets the students' needs. 30 students of the Economic Education Magister Program of Riau University were selected as subjects of this explorative research. Data was collected using a questionnaire to be analyzed descriptively and quantitatively using tables and graphs. Findings show that: (1) Some learning resources are frequently used for most of the students by lecturers in their lecture (lecturers’ explanations in class, group discussions), digital books, and powerpoint slides by the aid of high-performance computer; (2) Some learning resources are preferred by most students; yet have not been used by the lecturers namely: digital clippings, exercises, and interactive quizzes; (3) Services provided by the institution, namely: internet/wi-fi facility, convenient and complete facilities of the library; comfortable classrooms, and beautiful parks surrounding the learning area, have to be better improved to perfection; and (4) Some obstacles are met by students during their lecturers, namely: abundant amount of material, fast explanation by lecturers, unreliable internet facility, uncomfortable classrooms, and lack of lecturers' feedback upon assignment. In an attempt to meet the students' needs, a learning strategy is required particularly for utilizing such learning resources as digital books, clippings, and powerpoint slides either offline or online.
 
ANALYSIS OF MARKETING STRATEGY TO LEVERAGE THE BUSINESS GROWTH OF WASTE BANK TRI ALAM LESTARI
This research analyzes the marketing strategy of Waste Bank Tri Alam Lestari (TAL) to leverage their business growth. To optimize their performance, the effect of implementing customer-driven strategies and marketing mix is analyzed. The objectives of this study are to reveal the current marketing strategies implemented by Waste Bank TAL and to recommend the advance marketing strategy to optimize their business growth. This research used a qualitative research approach and the explanatory method by interviewing the owner and its stakeholders as primary data and other sources such as journals, books, and reports are as secondary data. The result of the analysis shows that the targeted market is a niche market, customized products, and superior products. MARKETING STRATEGY ANALYSIS ON THE PERCEPTION OF PARENTS IN CHOOSING AN INTEGRATED ISLAMIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL FOR THEIR CHILDREN IN PALEMBANG
The purpose of this study was to determine the perception of parents in choosing a school Basic Islamic Integrated (SDIT) for their children and to see how the strategy marketing carried out by the Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT). Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using 4 Likert scales. This study used purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is inference analysis which uses multiple regression tests. THE IMPACT OF SELF-EFFICACY, LEARNING MOTIVATION, AND PROCRASTINATION ON ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT OF STUDENTS FACULTY OF ECONOMICS, JAKARTA STATE UNIVERSITY
The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of self-efficacy, learning motivation, and procrastination on the academic achievements of the Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. This study uses the ex post facto method with a causal approach and analyzed by a path analysis model using 135 respondents. The results of this study indicate that there are positive effects of self-efficacy and learning motivation, and the negative impact of procrastination together has a significant impact on academic achievement.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dampak efikasi diri, motivasi belajar, dan prokrastinasi terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ex post facto dengan pendekatan kausal dan dianalisis dengan model analisis jalur menggunakan 135 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dampak positif efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar, serta dampak negatif prokrastinasi secara bersama-sama berdampak signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik.

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND WORK MOTIVATION WITH PERFORMANCE IN EMPLOYEE AGENCY IN REGIONAL EMPLOYMENT IN JAKARTA
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation between culture organization and work motivation with the employee performance of Badan Kepegawaian Daerah in Jakarta. The research method used is survey method with the correlation approach, population used are all employee in Badan Kepegawaian Daerah DKI Jakarta. The sampling technique used technique of purposive sampling as many as 100 people. Based on the result of analysis and discussion, it is known that there is positive and significant correlation between culture organization and employee performance, there is positive and significant correlation between work motivation and employee performance, and also there is positive and significant correlation between culture organization and work motivation with employee performance of Badan Kepegawaian Daerah in Jakarta.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja pada karyawan Badan Kepegawaian Daerah DKI Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan korelasional, populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh karyawan Badan Kepegawaian Daerah DKI Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah dengan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 100 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara budaya organiasi dengan kinerja, terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja, serta terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja pada karyawan Badan Kepegawaian Daerah di Jakarta.
