PENGARUH INVESTASI PADA SEKTOR PERHUBUNGAN DARAT DAN LAUT DI KABUPATEN JENEPONTO SULAWESI SELATAN
Absract
This study aimed to determine the effect of investment on land and marine transportation sector in Jeneponto. This study described the influence of determinant factors (population and GDP) on the amount of investment in transportation sector, particularly in the land and marine transportation for five year period, from 2008 until 2012. Based on data it was found that GDP grew year by year in that period due to higher value of the product that produced by Jeneponto people as well as the economic stability and certainty in that region, while Jeneponto population also grew 0.8% annually. Those two factors significantly influenced the investment value in transportation sector, especially land and marine transportation. Those variables also found to be strong correlated, with more than 90% of variations in investment variables explained by GDP and population growth
ANALISIS PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI
Abstract
This paper analyses the influence of leadership and communication on employee’s performance. Employing inferential statistics, this research finds that leadership and communication are among key success factors for improving organization performance, and thus service to public. This research focuses on one public organizational within the Directorate General of Treasury, Ministry of Finance. Given similar contexts facing other public organizations, it is expected that the findings shed light on issues such as organizational performance through enhancing leadership skill and communication.

PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN INTERAKSI INTERPERSONAL TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA KANTOR PUSAT PERUM DAMRI JAKARTA
ABSTRACTThe purposes of the research are: (1) To know description for working environment, interpersonal interaction, and job satisfaction at Head Office of Perum Damri Jakarta. )2) Test empirically influence of working environment towards job satisfaction at Head Office of Perum Damri Jakarta. (3) Test empirically influence of interpersonal interaction towards job satisfaction at Head Office of Perum Damri Jakarta. (4) Test empirically influence of working environment and interpersonal interaction towards job satisfaction at Head Office of Perum Damri Jakarta. The method of this research was simple random sampling, that taken 80 employee at Technique Directorate, Operational Directorate Financial Division, Human Resource, and Administration while data collecting by using questionnaire and cultivated using SPSS 17.0. The result of t test for working environment is 2,745, and the signification is 0.008. This shows that there is an effect between working environment toward job satisfaction. The result of t test for interpersonal interaction was 2.391, and the signification is 0.000. This shows that there is an effect between working environment toward job satisfaction. The result of F test is 5.471, and the signification is 0.000. This shows that there is an effect between working environment and interpersonal interaction toward job satisfaction. PENGARUH KOMITMEN DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA PADA KARYAWAN KADIN DKI JAKARTA
ABSTRACTThe study aims to determine whether there is effect commitment and motivation to performance of the employee Kadin DKI Jakarta and also to get a valid and reliable data or fact, to prove it. The research has been done for three months since January until March 2013. The method of this research is survey. The population research was all employee of KADIN DKI Jakarta as much as 61 employees. And the sample used as many 51 employees by using simple random sampling. Data variabel Y (performance) is a secondary data obtained from performance appraisal January until February 2013. The result reveals that there is a possitive and significance effect between commitment to performance, and also motivation to performance, and then there is a possitive and significance effect between commitment and motivation to performance of employee KADIN DKI Jakarta.Keywords: commitment, motivation, performanc
EVALUASI PROGRAM PENGENTASAN KEMISKINAN (Studi Kasus Pemberdayaan Ekonomi pada Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (PNPM) Mandiri Perkotaan di Kelurahan Perwira Kecamatan Bekasi Utara Kota Bekasi Jawa Barat)
ABSTRACTThis research is to evaluate the process of economy empowerment on PNPM Mandiri Perkotaan in Officer North Bekasi with targeted research that examines the implementation of economic development programs related to community participation, community capacity building, as well as assessing the degree of empowerment community. Model of evaluation which is used in this research is CIPP evaluation. In general, this evaluation model consists of four evaluation objectives, namely: Context Evaluation, Input Evaluation, Process Evaluation, Product evaluation. Research results showed: there is no standard criteria or indicators to determine the receivers of loan; achievement rate in providing infrastructure BKM is 42.85%, it’s in moderate category; staffing is in accordance with the procedures set out in the guidelines; public institutions is fully established. People's understanding of revolving loans varies. Public participation has achieve minimum target of 40%. The quantity of training which can improve skill must be increased since skills owned by the members are expected can increase family income through home businesses. Perwira District has not develop partnership yet with external party such as: bank,corporate, and higher education institution. This economy empowerment program has satisfactory result, indicated by: 93% of repayment rate, 2,63% of loans at risk , 211,36% cost coverage ratio, and 6,54% return on investment.Keywords: evaluate, economy, empowerment, PNP
KELELAHAN KERJA (WORK FATIGUE)
Abstract
Numbers of definition has long been defined by the schoolers, but in a simple terms fatigue is a systom of being tired. Fatigue is a common feeling felt by the working population. Increasing pressure to become more competitive in the industry elsewhere rised the number of working people to work longer hours with a significant workload, which eventually lead to a number of employees becoming fatigue.

PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI ANTARPRIBADI DAN KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA PADA KARYAWAN DI PT. ASURANSI RAYA
Abstract
The research aims to determine whether there is influence between Interpersonal Communication and Emotional Intelligence to Employee Performance in PT. Asuransi Raya. The method used is survey method with the path analysis. Test requirements analysis is used to find the regression equation obtained is Y = 0.417 Structure X1 + X2 + 0.324 0.614 0.614 ε2 and R2yx2x1 = X1 where X2 = 0.397 + 0.842 = 0.158 ε1 and R2x2x1. The results of both hypothesis test variables of interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence) simultaneously have an influence on employee performance, each independent variable is interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence has a significant influence on the dependent variable is the performance of employees.

SWOT ANALYSIS MICRO SMALL MEDIUM ENTREPRISE (MSME) GEULIS CRAFT UMBRELLA TO SUCCESS IN LOCAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT RESOURCES DISTRICT TASIKMALAYA
Abstrak
Pengembangan sumber daya ekonomi lokal saat ini menjadi tren baru dalam upaya meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat dan daerah. Faktor lokal yang terkait memainkan peran pentingn baik dari sisi sumber daya alam (bahan mentah) maupun sumber daya manusia (tenaga kerja). Makalah ini coba menyajikan bagaimana Usaha Kecil Mikro Menegah Pengrajin Payung Geulis mencoba untuk meningkatkan pembangunan ekonomi yang didasari oleh pengembangkan sumber daya ekonomi lokal di Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan potensi pengusaha yang mencakup kompetensi dan komitmen pengusaha dalam bisnis usaha kecil, dan untuk menggambarkan kekuatan bisnis /posisi kompetitif, profil bisnis serta pengusaha yang dipengaruhi oleh kondisi lingkungan internal dan eksternal lingkungan, dilihat dari sisi positif dan negatif. Penelitian dilakukan pada industri payung geulis usaha kerajinan di Tasikmalaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan banyak masalah yang dihadapi dan sangat kompleks, seperti: rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia, modal usaha terbatas, rendahnya akses terhadap pasar, akses kelembaga keuangan / bank tidak ada, ketidaktahuan prosedur administrasi, keberlanjutan dan produksi kapasitas terbatas; ditambah dengan iklim usaha tidak kondusif bagi pengembangan UKM dan kewirausahaan.

PENGARUH TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN, PENDAPATAN PER KAPITA DAN PENGANGGURAN TERHADAP KEMISKINAN DI DKI JAKARTA
ABSTRACTThis research was aimed at describing connections between education, income per capita and unemployment to poverty in Indonesia. In this research, the data were taken from Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). The analysis use qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative analysis described in descriptive about education, income per capita, unemployment and poverty in Indonesia. The quantitative analysis used Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) with secondary data. The Regression of research results show that: (1) education has a negative influence to poverty and the effect statistically significant. (2) income per capita has a negative influence to poverty and the effect statistically significant. (3) unemployment has a positive influence to poverty and the effect statistically significant
