Abstract
The results showed that: (1) There is significant effect of entrepreneurial characteristics on student learning motivation; meaning the better the entrepreneurial traits will affect student learning motivation higher. (2) There is significant effect of entrepreneurial characteristics on student learning motivation; meaning the better the behavior will affect student learning motivation higher. (3) There is significant influence entrepreneurial trait and behaviors to motivate student learning; meaning the better the entrepreneurial traits and behaviors will affect student learning motivation higher.

HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEPUASAN DENGAN KESETIAAN PASIEN (SURVEY PADA PASIEN BAGIAN JANTUNG RUMAH SAKIT INTERNASIONAL BINTARO TANGERANG)
ABSTRACTThis research was airned at describing connections between: 1) The Quality of Services to the Patient Loyalty, 2) The Satisfaction, all together, to the patient loyalty. This study was held in the Bintaro International Hospital, Tangerang. The method of research is survey method. The population consist of all internal disease patients of Bintaro International Hospital, Tangerang. Sample of research are 40 patients which were taken by random sampling method. The result of research, that the service quality and the patient saticfaction themselves or all together, giving significant result toward the patient loyalty. The attitude towards the improvement quality of services, and patient satisfaction need to be trained for the employees of Bintaro International Hospital. This matter cannot be separated from the employees recruitment. Specifically for the best services for their patients, besides that matters the hospital management must be improved their tools and equipment that they’re used, and would be hold the trainings for their employees.Keywords: quality of services, patient loyalty, satisfaction
PROFESIONALISME GURU MENIGKATKAN CITRA DUNIA PENDIDIKAN
Abstract
The teacher is a person who is authorized and responsible to guide and nurture students, either individually or in groups class and outside of class. Teachers as educators are professionals in charge of planning, implementing the learning process, and assess learning outcomes as well as coaching and training to students. A fact that must be accepted that the teacher is not akhi-final first-class citizens, but citizens with disabilities. It is well known, the presence of the teacher, not by design but by condition. Teacher is not a pure ideal situation but for various reasons, so it often appears related news is inappropriate teacher behavior. Perhaps this is one reason teachers do not have the character and personality of the teacher should be, certainly more dim the image of the teaching profession. Self-image as an educator would ease concerns the admissibility of properly by the environment. Personality is a dynamic organization of sitem pshikhofisik determines a unique adjustment to the environment. Personality is an inner state of a person that determines how he looks in adjusting to the environment. There are several factors that determine the development of the personality, which include: actor innate, environmental factors, and the interaction of innate and environmental. One of the life skills that teachers should have the ability to constantly develop and maintain self-image as an educator. Self-image as an educator would ease concerns the admissibility of teachers with good attendance by the environment. Furthermore, it is very influential to the trust will be given to the task of educating teachers. As an educator, teacher in daily life are required to always have the self-awareness that mandated profession. The figure of the teacher should be able to personally set an example for students and the environment. Their behavior will always be the public highlights.

ABSTRACTInfluences of globalization are getting felt together with the increasing of variety kinds of information providers in the form of press released or unreleased, broadcast or not broadcast, electronic or not electronic information providers, such as, newspaper, magazine, radio television, facsimiles, computer, internet, communication satellite. Improvement of technology of communication and information inclined to influence the condition of social aspect, economic aspect, culture, and also the condition of education. The applications of communication and information are giving the possibility to create global learning condition which is connected to the link that put students in the central of learning process and surrounded by many kinds of electronic learning source. Base on all of that, conventional education should be softer by accepting new style of learning which is completed by improved technology. We really need human beings, who can get along with the improvement of technology, who have knowledge of tools, source and process where knowledge is put as the central of the soul, comprehended and used in their live to increase the quality of work in the purpose of getting better prosperity in their life. PENGARUH KONFLIK PERAN DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DI RUMAH SAKIT Tk IV SALAK, BOGOR
ABSTRACTThe study aims to determine whether there is effect role conflict and work stress to organization commitment at Rumah Sakit Tk IV Salak Bogor and also to get a valid and reliable data or fact, to prove it. The research has been done during April 2013. The method of this research is survey. The population research was all nurse of Rumah Sakit Tk IV Salak Bogor as much as 110 nurses. And the sample used as many 40 married women nurses by using simple random sampling. The result reveals that there is effect between role conflict to organization commitment, and also work stress to organiza-tion commitment, and then there is effect between role conflict and work stress to organization commitment of nurses Rumah Sakit Tk IV Salak, Bogor.Keywords:role conflict,work stress, organization commitmen
PENGARUH MANAJEMEN ASET, MANAJEMEN LIABILITI, MANAJEMEN ASET LIABILITI TERHADAP ECONOMIC VALUE ADDED (EVA) PADA PERBANKAN KONVENSIONAL YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA
ABSTRACTGenerally, company wants to optimize its profit. Properly manage the asset management, liability management and asset liability management can provide value added profits for the company. A sample of research consists of 18 banking companies listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2005-2009. This research investigate the relationship net loans/total earning assets (NLA), non performing loan (NPL), liabilities/total assets (LA), equity/total assets (EA), net interest margin (NIM), loan to deposite ratio (LDR) on economic value added (EVA). The research use regression of panel data. The result show that net loans/total earning assets (NLA), liabilities/total assets (LA), equity/total assets (EA), net interest margin (NIM), loan to deposite ratio (LDR) are have significant effect on economic value added (EVA) but non performing loan (NPL).Key words: NLA, NPL, LA, EA, NIM, LDR, EV
PENGUATAN KELEMBAGAAN KOPERASI MELALUI MODAL PENYERTAAN
Abstract
Cooperative efforts towards the pillar of the national economy should be supported through strengthening institutional cooperatives. As is known in the cooperative governance still have problems like, weak capital structure, business competition, diminishing cooperative image in the eyes of the community, the level of skills and professionalism of human resources inadequate and lack of education and awareness of government agencies. Strengthening the institutional cooperative effort can be made by supporting the empowerment of cooperatives through the capital. Capital support for cooperative development can be given with equity participation by the goverment, business entities, or public sector. To maximize business through equity capital is expected that cooperative be more innovative to attract the attention of investors. Support from the government is also required to create policies that integrative and socialized and internalized the cooperative movement.

HUBUNGAN FINANCIAL DISTRESS & MEKANISME GCG TERHADAP PELAPORAN AUDIT PADA PERUSAHAAN PERBANKAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2005-2010
Abstract
This study examines the relation between the composition of financially distressed banks, boards of director Committees and institusional ownership to the likelihood of receiving going concern reports. The composition board of director Committees and institusional ownership represent Good Corporate Governance (GCG) mechanism in banks. Financial firms were highly regulated, so we combine bapepam regulation and altman Z score to identify banks that fit for the financial distress category. For banks experiencing financial distress during 2005-2010, by using logistic regression we find that the greater percentage of financial distress in banks, the smaller the probability the Auditor will issue a going concern report. This empirical study did not support role GCG mechanism on Audit reporting. These results can give us a little sight about implementation of GCG in Indonesia specialy for financial firm. The contribution will go to support regulators’ concern about financial reporting, firms behavior (financiall and non financial firms) in making healthy environment with GCG and the need of balancing proportion in ownership structure in form of the composition board committee and institusional ownership to minimize moral hazard .

STUDI KOMPARASI PELAYANAN PERIZINAN TERPADU SATU PINTU (PPTSP) DALAM PENERAPAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI
ABSTRACTThe integrated of one-stop service is one of the major breakthroughs made by the government in order to improve public services, its specialized in the field of licensing through Permendagri number 24 concerning about Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PPTSP). In Government regulation district/city administration are required to have PPTSP Institutions, not only formality in the sense of institutional institutions but also in terms of value and mechanisms. General trend in Indonesia is difficult to start a formal business due to hit on the difficulty of the licenses. Although, all parties aware that businesses, especially Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is one of the main pillar of the nation's economy. Overall formation of the PPTSP can be said to be successful in the district/city. But the success is not evenly distributed in the context of the development of organizational culture. If the formation of institutions PPTSP more leads to the formation of organization and mechanisms that are supported by regulatory which is the organization's culture is more directed at the behavior.The research was conducted in three PPTSP namely District Sragen, District Solok and District 50 Kota by comparing the third success and how to develop organization culture. The results showed that the success 50 Kota in develop of public service supported by the formation of organizational culture continuously. Formation of organization culture done with socializing the values espoused in organization, particularly cultural services to consumers. Success of District Sragen not be separated from the region’s ability to internalize the values of service to staff 50 Kota. The same think was not seen in District Solok and District 50 Kota.
