Problems in the study that the lift is the extent to which the advantages of each economic indicator that could support the policy direction of regional economic competitiveness Jeneponto. The research method used is descriptive analysis. By describing each economic variables. The research results are obtained is found that the competitiveness of economic variables in Jeneponto still show low levels of competitiveness in comparison with other districts in South Sulawesi province. This can be seen from almost all economic sectors in Jeneponto ratio or index of economic variables at the bottom compared to other districts in South Sulawesi province.

This study aims to Know Efekifitas use Linear Model Cooperative Learning Can Improve Learning Outcomes Math Matter Linear Program in class XI AK.2 in SMK Negeri 48 Year 2014. The experiment was conducted in July to December 2014, at SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta. Learning Model for this use is Cooperative Learning, Classroom Action Research, which consists of two cycles, each cycle of meetings held three times and at the third meeting done Post Test. Research has achieved the expected indicators in the second cycle, the number of students who scored to complete the boundary or over at 98, 45% and average value reached 80.79%. Presentation Mastery student has achieved the expected indicators in this study, and students who commit any negative activity does not exceed 35% presentation, but only 2:55%. in Cycle 2 can be argued that student achievement has increased by using model Learning Cooperative Learning It can be concluded that by applying the procedure appropriate CooperativeLearning Learning Model, Can Improve Learning Outcomes Program Linear Mathematical Concepts in Class XI AK 2 SMK Negeri 48 JakartaTahun, 2014.

EVALUASI PROGRAM UJIAN NASIONAL (UN) PADA SMK NEGERI DI JAKARTA SELATAN

This study aims to determine Evaluation Program of the National Examination (UN) in the State Vocational School in South Jakarta. This study includes qualitative research, where research in SMK who has the Office Administration Program in South Jakarta, which contained 10 SMKN. The resources are empirically Principal and Chairman of the Program Office Administration. Collecting data using the method of observation, interviews, documentation and archive footage, while the analysis of data using qualitative data analysis interactive model. The results showed that: (1) Implementation of UN 2015 went well, although there are still obstacles to the program, but this is normal and can be controlled quickly and well. (2) The 2015 UN Program is a pilot program, where this year the UN goal is to assess the achievement of national competency standards on a particular subject. (3) The results of the UN as a basis for mapping the quality of programs and or education units, consideration of selection into the next level of education and training as well as providing assistance to the education unit in its efforts to improve the quality of education, not as a determinant of graduation of students. (4) each learner formal education and non-formal education pathways equality eligible for the national exam and has the right to repeat the extent not otherwise meet the criteria of achievement of competence of graduates, and every student must attend one national exam at no charge.

The long term goal of this research resulted in Coastal Rural Poverty Alleviation Model Optimization Through Marine Tourism Area Development Policy Based Local Wisdom and Institutional Strengthening of the village in order to improve the welfare of society. The conclusion from this study are: (1) Region Ecotourism Kiluan Bay manifested in the form of training, turtle conservation, as well as provide strategies for promotion or marketing. The output of these training activities is to build awareness together in building businesses and collective marketing and environmental protection Kiluan Bay. (2) The strategy for improving institutional capacity at the village level: encourage institutions pekon / villages to understand their duties and functions, institutional strengthening village / pekon open in the sense of community participation in development activities undertaken. (3) The strategy of empowerment of coastal communities through the management of the Gulf tourist area Kiluan among others through trainings, planting mangroves, coral reefs. (4) Strategic management of coastal areas through ecotourism development Kiluan Bay: trying to get support from local and central government, promotion in various social media conducted since 2005, involved in promosi- sale by local governments and the provincial government. Suggestions / recommendations from the results of our study are: (1) Improved coordination and policy coherence of the program between the relevant agencies in the in order to develop tourist areas Kiluan Bay, (2) Strengthen institutional level Village / Pekon, (3) improvements to the road infrastructure Kiluan Gulf region and complements other infrastructure in order to support the advancement of ecotourism Kiluan Bay, (4) development of community-based ecotourism, assisted by NGOs and local government and other stakeholders. (5) Improving the quality Source Human power through a system of formal and non-formal (6) Institutional strengthening of village-based local wisdom.

This study aims to research, develop, test, and validate learning media database management for students in courses of Economic Education Department of Economics and Administration Faculty of Economics, University of Jakarta. Second, this development aims to produce instructional media in the form of web-based learning with joomla cms. Third, determine the thoroughness of learning outcomes and student response to the learning process with the media joomla website. This development method using silklus research and development (R & D Cycle) from Borg and Gall (1983) were modified. Based on the results of expert assessment, teachers and field trials on the product web-based learning media cms joomla, has obtained results that product development is considered feasible and has been able to facilitate the achievement of learning objectives. The results of field tests of the experimental class in this development means that the student assessment shows that the analysis of the media validator developed a valid entry in the category with a score of validity of 3.45. Criteria practicality of this medium can also be fulfilled for media media joomla website developed can be used with minimal revision. Student Learning Results showed that 31 students have a positive impact as indicated by the increased value of learning outcomes. The response of students to instructional media joomla website shows that as many as 96% of the students showed a positive response to learning this media joomla website.

Ditengah persaingan perguruan tinggi negeri dan swasta, dimana perguruan tinggi negeri memasuki bentuk baru yaitu Badan Layanan Umum (BLU), perguruan tinggi negeri semakin di tuntut untuk menyediakan layanan yang setaraf dengan perguruan tinggi swasta seiring dengan kenaikan biaya pendidikan yang harus mahasiswa bayarkan. Oleh karena itu fokus terhadap kepuasan para mahasiswa yang merupakan pelanggan pada perguruan Tinggi Negeri perlu ditingkatkan. agar eksistensinya terjamin, Fakultas Ekonomi UNJ, harus menjalankan penjaminan mutu pendidikan tinggi yang diselenggarakannya. Perlu dikemukakan bahwa, penilaian stakeholders senantiasa berkembang, maka kegiatan penjaminan mutu juga harus selalu disesuaikan pada perkembangan stakeholders agar peningkatan berkelanjutan (continuous improvement) dapat terus tercapai. maka salah satu cara yang dapat dicapai adalah dengan melakukan riset terhadap mahasiswa mengenai tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan oleh fakultas ekonomi UNJ. Tujuan penelitian ini agar Fakultas Ekonomi menjadi lebih memahami harapan stake holder dan dapat meningkatkan pelayanan dan dapat dijadikan skala prioritas bagi Fakultas Ekonomi dalam menyusun sasaran strategik ke depan. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bawa rata-rata indeks kepuasan dari ketujuh standar adalah sebesar 82%, namun demikian jika melihat kriteria kepuasan maka level kepuasannya berada pada predikat cukup puas.

Full text linkThe objective of this study is to develop an empowerment model for poor farmers in Jeneponto, South Sulawesi. This study used descriptive method, with three approaches, economics, social and cultural, and institutional approach. Results of this study are: 1) the farmers in Jeneponto have limited knowledge of modern agriculture. 2) most of poor farmers in Jeneponto was not caused by the condition of natural resources. 3) some of agriculture comoditions could enhance optimally with good water management system. 4) low rate of savings caused the low rate investation and productivity. The aim of this study was to determine the influence of Capital Expenditure and Investment, and Employment on economic growth in South Sulawesi. This study uses time series data (time series) in 2001-2013. Data collected through observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis by the method of ordinary least squares (OLS). The results showed that the variable Capital Expenditures, Investment, and Labour significant effect on economic growth in South Sulawesi. Capital Expenditure Partially variables, and variables of Labor has a significant influence on the economic growth of South Sulawesi. While variable investments significantly negative effect on economic growth in South Sulawesi.

The objectives of this research was identify the effect of leadership effectiveness to teacher performance. The design of this research applies survey method. The responden are teacher at thirty one vocational high school (SMKN 31) with 55 teacher. Data analysis condition used normality test using skewness-kurtosis value used to know how normal data distribution in each variable represent by gradient. The result of this research conclude that there is positive effect leadership effectiveness to teacher performance with coefficient correlation rX1Y1 = 0.933 determination correlation 0.869 which showed variance 86.9 %. From this research conclude that leadership effectiveness giving significant contribution on employee performance. The result showed that variable can be good predictor to employee performance.
