    Abstract School leader is a teacher with added task as the highest leader at school who has to lead his subordinates to the aims of the school. Qualified or unqualified school really depends on school leader, because professional school leader results qualified school and vice versa. There are some qualifications being professional school leader. Principally, school leaders must have a knowledge of and sensitivity for the cross-cultural nature of the community in which they serve and adapt their leadership style accordingly. Recently, the amount of women teachers are higher than men teachers. In fact, the number of woman as school leader is no more than 35% since 2005 till 2010. Many factors influenced this phenomenon, included internal and external factors. Both of the factors correlates each other making an assumption whether woman able and unable being a leader, especially at school. Key words: school leader role, woman school leader

    Abstract This research was aimed to obtain valid and reliable data aboutLibrary Utilization and Interest Learning with learning achievement of accounting in class XI accounting SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta. This research was conducted by survey method and correlational approach.Sampling technique used proportional random sampling.Affordable population in this research wereGrade XI Accounting students with totaling 66 students. Total of samples used were 58 students. The results showed that: there is a positive relationship between Library Utilization with learning achievement and Interest Learning with learning achievement of XI Accounting student in Vocational High School 10 Jakarta.     Abstract This research was aimed to obtain valid data and facts about the relationship between the use of the internet as a source of learning for class X  student motivation Accounting SMK 46 Jakarta. This research was conducted by survey method with correlation approach. This study was conducted in January to February 2015. The study population was all students of SMK 46 Jakarta. Affordable population in this study were students of class X Accounting totaling 71 students. The number of samples used as research is 62 students. The sampling technique used is proportional random technique. Instruments used in the form of a questionnaire study of 20 grains to use the internet as a source of learning and 36 grains for student motivation variables. The results showed that: there is a positive relationship between utilization of the internet as a source of learning on the students motivation Grade 10 Accounting in Vocational High School 46 Jakarta. Thus if the utilization of the internet as a source increases, the learning on the students motivation will also increase.     ABSTRAKMeningkatkan kualitas lulusan yang dapat bersaing pada era milenimum merupakan tanggung jawab dari dunia pendidikan khususnya dunia pendidikan tinggi dalam hal ini salah satunya adalah Universitas Negeri Jakarta.. Salah satu tahapan yang dapat dilakukan untuk menyiapkan lulusan yang berkulaitas yaitu dengan menyesuaikan kebutuhan akan kompetensi lulusan dengan dunia kerja dan industri. Untuk mengetahui kesesuaian antara kompetensi lulusan dengan kebutuhan penggunanya adalah tracer studi (studi jejak rekam). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kompetensi lulusan FE UNJ pada Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi berdasarkan profil tentang waktu tunggu kerja, kesesuaian bidang pekerjaan dan gaji pertama saat bekerja serta persepsi perusahaan tentang kompetensi alumni. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kualitatif dengan populasi penelitian adalah alumni Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi yang lulus dari periode 2011/2012. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik convenience sampling(non probability sampling). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan cara wawancara atau interview. Hasil yang didapatkan diantaranya mengenai kesesuaian dengan bidang kerja yaitu yang menjadi guru sebesar 25% dari populasi, karyawan sebesar 73,4% dan sisanya 1,6% belum bekerja.Kata Kunci : Tracer, Study, Pendidikan Ekonom

    CORRELATION BETWEEN ORGANIZATION CULTURE WITH ORGANIZATION COMMITMENT ON EMPLOYEE AT PT. YODYA KARYA (PERSERO) JAKATA TIMUR

    ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to detect correlation between organization culture with organization commitment on Employee at PT. Yodya Karya. The research is done during for two months since May until June 2014. The method of research is survey method with correlation approach. The population research was employee in PT. Yodya Karya center board with total 57 employee, and 48 employees for sampling and usedprobability random sampling. Instrument that used to get variable data X (Organization Culture) and variable data Y measured by questionnaire using Likert scale. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Ŷ = 45,47 + 0,29X. Analysis rules test that is test normalitas while analysis rules test that is test normalitas regression estimation error Y on X with test Liliefors got Lhitung (0,1202) < Ltabel (0,1278) matters this means sample comes from population normal distribution. Significancy test and regression linearity by using analysis table varians (Anava) got regression similiarity Fhitung (8,67) > Ftabel (4,05) that declare regression very mean with regression linearity test that produce Fhitung (0,91) < Ftabel (2,04) that show the regression model that used linear. Correlation coefficient hypothesis test is done with formula product moment produce rhitung = 0,401. Significancy test with thitung (2,97) > ttabel (1,68). Because thitung > ttabel, from watchfullness result so researcher can conclude that found connection significant between organization culture with organization commitment on employee PT. Yodya Karya. Determination coeficient test produce KD as big as 16,1%. So can be taken conclusion found which are positive connection and significant between organization culture and organization commitment.Keywords : Organization Culture, Organization Commitmen

    Abstract This study was conducted to identify the competencies of graduates FE UNJ waiting times based upon the profile of the work , the suitability of the first areas of work, salary and perceptions about the competence of the alumni corporation. This research is a qualitative study and the population are alumnies of the Faculty of Economics who working in government agencies, private and entrepreneur and graduated from the period 2011/2012 to 2012/2013. Sample of the population is set at 10 % of the total population, and using a technique comvenience sampling ( non probability sampling ). The data used in this study is primary data obtained from interviews and use the questionnaire instrument. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics by looking at the frequency distribution and the average of respondents’s answers regarding the competence of graduates of the Faculty of Economics UNJ. 92.8% of alumni of the Faculty of Economics working as employees of the company, 5.8 % be a teacher, others go to college and as entrepreneurs . The average waiting time for alumnies FE UNJ only takes waited less than 6 months to get a job. The level of salary received at the time of the first alumni of work varies with an average of 2-3 million by 49 % and between 3 million and above by 23 % . The level of compliance competencies and job average amounted to 77 % of alumni and competence of alumni based on the user 's perception was expressed by 71 % of alumni FE UNJ have a good competence.     Abstract This study aimed to evaluate the Compulsory Basic Education Programme period 2008-2011 in Jakarta and knew the extent of the success of the program, and formulate policy recommendations to improve this activity in the future . This study uses the CIPP evaluation process to assess whether the program is appropriate to proceed or not. From the research, it is seen that in the context of the stage success indicators compulsory education program, it can be concluded that the implementation of the law that underlies the program has not done well. Referring to the input stage of program success indicators compulsory education, it can be concluded that the population of school age enrolled in school at that level has been well absorbed. Referring to the indicators of the success of the process stages of compulsory education program, it can be concluded that the stage of the process is quite successful. As well as referring to the indicators of the success of the product phase of compulsory education program, it can be concluded that the stage of successful products, because its value at a high level of completeness that range from 94% -103 %.     Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction with work productivity state secondary school principals in the province of Jakarta. This study used survey method with path analysis technique (Path Analysis). The data collection process is done by using a questionnaire as a research instrument in this study Head of State High School In Jakarta selected as the unit of analysis with a sample size of 115 people is determined by simple random techniques (simple random sampling). The results show: First, There is influence between organizational culture with job satisfaction; Second, There is the influence of the culture of the organization with the principal productivity.     PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PADA KARYAWAN DI PT ASABA JAKARTA

    Abstract This Study aims to determine whether there is the influence of compensation and training towards productivity of employee in PT Asaba Jakarta. The research was conducted over two month from Mei to June 2014. The research method used is survey method with the correlation approach. From the result of Ftest, found that Fcount (483,263) > Ftable (3,165). This means that X1 and X2 simultaneously affect the Y. T test produce tcount of X1 is (1,715) ≥ ttable (1,673) and tcount X2 (17,653) ≥ t table (1,673). Because t count ≥ t table ,it can be concluded that there is a influence on the job insecurity and organization commitment towards turnover intention. Then a coefficient of determination of test results obtained 0,946 or 94,6% variable Y determined by X1 and X2. Based on the result of regretion model, regression equation obtained is Ŷ = 0,384 + 2,644X1 + 7,010X2 . Beside that, the result of R2 eqqual to 0,946 wich means that compensation and training can explained productivity eqqual to 94,6% and 5,4% explained with another variabel.
