    PENGARUH TINGKAT UPAH DAN NILAI OUTPUT TERHADAP PENYERAPAN TENAGA KERJA INDUSTRI SKALA BESAR DAN SEDANG DI INDONESIA TAHUN 2000 - 2013

    This research aims to find out whether wage rates and value of output have effect on job absorption in large and medium scale industry Indonesia 2000-2013. The research method used is time series data from year 2000-2013 and cross section data 6 sub sector using ex post facto approach. The data presented obtainedfrom Central Statistics Agency. This research uses panel data regression model obtained from random effect LnPTK equation = 14,20230 - 0,306130LnUPAH + 0,331084LnOUTPUT. Based on the results of the regression analysis partially known that the wage rates have negative and significant impact on job absorption in large and medium scale industry. Meanwhile the value of output have positive and significant impact on job absorption in large and medium scale industry. Based on the results of the regression analysis simultaneously, wage rates and the value of output together have impact on job absorption in large and medium scale industry. Variation of the influence of independent variables could be determined based on the value of R2 0.46. So it can be stated that 46 percent variation of the job absorption in large and medium scale industry influenced by wage rates and the value of output

    Abstract This study aims to determine how much direct influence of the school environment and the attitude of the teaching profession to the intention to become a teacher, Student Education at the Faculty of Economics UNJ 2015. The study was conducted by the method used is the ex post de facto with the correlational approach dngan analysis techniques lane (Path Analysis) in which the school environment directly affects the intention to become a teacher, the attitude of the teaching profession directly influence the learning outcomes of economics, as well as the school environment directly influence the attitude the teacher procession. The results showed that there is a direct influence between the variables studied based on the hypothesis.     ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN TERHADAP LULUSAN S2 PROGRAM STUDI PENDIDIKAN EKONOMI DI JAKARTA

    ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine the needs of graduates S2 Economic Education Program which includes: (1) the number of applicants and the capacity of similar study programs in the last 3 years; (2) the number and the last teacher education; (3) documents graduate profile and learning outcomes (learning outcomes), the curriculum structure and distribution of similar subjects and sejenjang Prodi; (3) the structure of the curriculum and the distribution of subjects similar but different study program levels; (4) tracking studies alumnus that contains a waiting period of graduates get jobs, work field conformity with graduate skills, achievement of the graduate profile that is designed study programs in the workplace and so in the last 3 years; (5) Data job along with the necessary qualifications, and (6) estimate the number of jobs available per year. The results showed that: (1) number of applicants and the capacity program similar studies in the past 3 years has increased (2) Applicants primary education level S2 is teachers (3) Profile graduate courses Economic Education S2 is becoming educators / teacher / lecturer in economics, education personnel are qualified, researchers in the field of education and the economy, education managers, consultants, education and economics. (4) Economic Education at Bachelor (S1) there are 116 universities with 1,434 permanent lecturers and 49 526 active students. (5) Graduate Economics Education courses average S2 are people already working who want to improve or expand the choice of working careers, and (6) Data jobs for graduates S2 economic education is still a lot on the function as an educator at the College / Lecturer with amount per year of about 10 people.     ABSTRACT This study aims to determine efekifitas use cooperative learning model presentation can improve learning outcomes. Introduction to Office Administration, with the material characteristics Elaborating on the class X of Office Administration in SMK Negeri AP 1 SMK 48 2016. The study was conducted in August until October 2016, at SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta. Learning Model for this use is the type cooperative presentation, Class Action Research, which consists of two cycles, each cycle held three meetings and at the third meeting done Post Test. Research has reached the indicators that are expected in the second cycle, the number of students who get the value up to the limit completely or by 97, 46%, and the average value reached 80 to 79% Presentation Mastery students have achieved indicator is expected in this study. It can be said that student achievement has increased by using model Learning It can be concluded that by applying the procedure cooperative learning model proper presentation, can improve learning outcomes administrative offices with basic introductory material characteristics Outlines Administration in Class X AP 1 SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta in 2016.     ABSTRACT This study aims to Know Efekifitas use Cooperative Learning Model Type Presentation Can Improve Learning Ability Letter Writing Class XI PM at SMK Negeri 48 2014. The experiment was conducted in July to / with December 2014, in SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta. Learning Model for this use is Cooperative Presentation mode, Class Action Research, which consists of two cycles, each cycle of meetings held three times and at the third meeting done Post Test. Indicators of success seen improved understanding of the concept, kreaktifan, and decrease the negative habits of students during the learning process.     Abstract This research purpose is to find out the influence of industrial practice and entrepreneurship learning  achievement  to  entrepreneurship  interest,  XII  Accounting  Class  in  SMK  Negeri  25 Jakarta. This type of research is survey, with quantitative approach. Data recording, interview and questionnaire are research technique. Sampling technique used proportional random sampling. Total population in this study were 77 students with a sample of 64 students of XII accounting class in SMK Negeri 25 Jakarta. The results showed that: there is a significant positive influence of industrial practice and entrepreneurship learning achievement to entrepreneurship interest, XII Accounting Class in SMK Negeri 25 Jakarta. Thus if industrial practice and entrepreneurship learning achievement increases, the entrepreneurship interest will also increase.     ABSTRACT The research was purposed to find out the effectiveness of demonstration and presentation models are able to improve study result of students in operating Spreadsheet type and function by statistics in X Accounting 1 in SMKN 48 at Academic Year 2014/2015. The reasearch was conducted on August-November 2014. The method of the research was Action Research (PTK) which was conducted in two cycles. Demonstration and Presentation were used as learning cycle model. A cycle consisted in three times of meetings and in the third meeting was done Post test. The indicators have been achieved by the result of research. As the expectation, in the second cycle, namely the number of students got the highest points was 97,45% and average value was 80,79%. In conclusion, demonstration and presentation are able to improve students’ study result in operating spreadsheet type and function by statistics if it was implemented appropriately in X Accounting 1 in SMKN 48 Jakarta.Keywords : Demonstration, Presentation, Spreadshee

    PENGARUH KREATIVITAS GURU DALAM PEMBELAJARAN DAN KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL SISWA TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR EKONOMI PADA SISWA KELAS X DI SMA NEGERI 89 JAKARTA

    This study aims to determine the influence of teacher's creativity in learning and emotional intelligence of students on student achievement in class X peminatan IIS in SMA 89 Jakarta, either partially or simultaneously. This study used survey method with quantitative approach. Collecting data using a document recording techniques, observation and questionnaires. The population in this study were students of class X peminatan IIS which numbered 137 students to the overall sample. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing consisting of t test and F. Based on the results of data analysis known that there was a partial effect between the creativity of teachers in teaching with student achievement. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed t value of 3.926 is greater than t table of 1.656. Emotional intelligence of students partially also there is an influence on student achievement, it is seen from the results of data analysis showed t value of 2.611 is greater than t table of 1.656. Simultaneously there is influence between the creativity of teachers in the learning and emotional intelligence of students on student achievement. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed calculated F value of 18.002 is greater than the value of F table 3,06. There are positive influence between the creativity of teachers in the learning and emotional intelligence of students on student achievement with multiple correlation coefficient 0.460 thus, the research hypothesis is accepted, then known coefficient of determination (R 2) of 21.2%

    MODEL OF THE USE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IN IMPROVING THE ABILITY OF STUDENT (Experimental Study Tools Search Engine in SMA Negeri 1 Parung Bogor)

    Abstract Google is a search engine that is currently widely used in almost all Internet users when searching for information. Nearly 50% of users use the google search engine to obtain information or data. But often encountered when searching for information on google, once opened link is obtained, the information sought nothing gained even negative information such as pornography or provocation. One of the efforts undertaken so that students do not get lost in the virtual world, need to be equipped with the ability to use search engines correctly. So the information or data sought found quickly and accurately. This study aimed to analyze the differences in the ability of students before and after training in the use of tools by the search engines at SMA Negeri 1 Parung Bogor. The method used in this research is pre experimental design.  The  study  design  used  is  one  group  pretest-posttest  intervention training to use search engine tools goolge. The population is all students SMA Negeri 1 Parung, Bogor Regency, amounting to 1,348. A sample of 40 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Measuring instrument used is the  observation  sheet.  Data  were  analyzed by Marginal homogeneity. The results showed that the ability of the student before being given training in the use of tools google search engine with the lowest ability categories as many as 31 respondents (77.5%), while as many as nine respondents (22.5%) and high 0%. The ability of students before being given training in the use of tools google search engine with the lowest ability categories as many respondents 0 (0%), while as many as 17 respondents (42.5%) and higher by 23 respondents (57.5%). There are differences in the ability of students before and after training in the use of tools google search engine with p-value = 0.00 <α (0.05). Keywords: search engine, google, abilit
