APLICACIÓN DE REDES NEURONALES PARA EVALUAR HABILIDADES GERENCIALES EN LA FORMACIÓN DE ADMINISTRADORES
Objetivo: El objetivo de este estudio es investigar la aplicación de las redes neuronales para identificar y evaluar habilidades gerenciales y competencias clave mediante un modelo de aprendizaje supervisado en estudiantes de la región Laja-Bajío, México.
Marco Teórico: El uso de redes neuronales artificiales (RNA) como herramienta para analizar habilidades y competencias gerenciales en estudiantes de administración. Las RNA, inspiradas en la neurobiología, permiten procesar datos complejos y realizar predicciones, siendo útiles en campos como las ciencias sociales.
Método: La metodología adoptada para esta investigación comprende un enfoque cuantitativo con técnicas de estadística descriptiva e inferencial, aplicando el modelo perceptrón de las RNA, la recolección de datos se realizó utilizando encuestas aplicadas a 360 estudiantes analizadas con SPPSS versión 27.
Resultados y Discusión: Los resultados obtenidos revelaron que las RNA son efectivas para analizar datos multidimensionales y prever competencias necesarias para el mercado laboral actual. Se destaca la importancia de las habilidades humanas y las competencias interpersonales como factores críticos.
Implicaciones de la Investigación: El estudio concluye que las RNA son herramientas flexibles y potentes que pueden mejorar la formación académica en administración. Sugiere su implementación para fortalecer currículos y preparar a futuros gerentes frente a las demandas organizacionales contemporáneas.
Originalidad/Valor: Este estudio contribuye a la literatura al uso de redes neuronales artificiales (RNA) como herramienta para analizar habilidades y competencias gerenciales en estudiantes de administración. GESTÃO ESTRATÉGICA DE RECURSOS HUMANOS EM INSTITUIÇÕES DE ENSINO: DESAFIOS E OPORTUNIDADES
Introdução: A gestão estratégica de recursos humanos em instituições de ensino tem se tornado um tema relevante, impulsionado por inovações tecnológicas e mudanças organizacionais. Estudos recentes enfatizam a necessidade de alinhar as práticas de RH às metas institucionais, promovendo um desempenho superior. Pesquisadores como Maditheti (2017) e FITA (2017) destacam a importância da tecnologia e da gestão estratégica para a vantagem competitiva, enquanto outros autores exploram o impacto das práticas de RH no desempenho organizacional.
Referencial Teórico: A literatura revisada discute como as tecnologias digitais estão transformando o setor de RH, automatizando processos e melhorando a eficiência. Maditheti (2017) propõe um framework para adoção de tecnologias digitais, enquanto FITA (2017) argumenta que a gestão eficaz de pessoas é essencial para a sustentabilidade organizacional. Petrovic et al. (2018) abordam a relação entre práticas de RH e desempenho, destacando a importância da retenção de talentos e recompensas motivacionais.
Resultados e Discussão: Estudos demonstram que a gestão estratégica de RH impacta diretamente a produtividade e a retenção de talentos. Modelos como o de Zakarija et al. (2021) sugerem sistemas de GRH adaptáveis às necessidades do ensino superior. Entretanto, desafios incluem a necessidade de um equilíbrio entre automação e humanização das relações de trabalho.
Implicações da Pesquisa: A pesquisa destaca a relevância da integração de tecnologia e estratégias de RH para otimizar a gestão de pessoas em instituições de ensino, propondo soluções que aumentam a eficiência e a qualidade educacional.

INCIDENCIAS DE FENÓMENOS SOCIALES EN LAS AGENCIAS DE ADUANAS PARA IMPORTACIONES EN BUENAVENTURA ENTRE 2019-2023
Objetivo: Este estudio analiza el impacto de los fenómenos sociales en las agencias de aduanas para importaciones en Buenaventura entre 2019 y 2023, con el fin de identificar sus efectos operativos y económicos, así como proponer estrategias de mitigación.
Marco Teórico: La investigación se basa en teorías sobre logística portuaria, comercio internacional y economía regional, con referencias a estudios previos sobre la incidencia de conflictos sociales en la eficiencia aduanera.
Método: Se utilizó un enfoque mixto con datos cualitativos y cuantitativos. La información se recopiló mediante encuestas a agencias de aduanas, entrevistas semiestructuradas y revisión documental de informes oficiales y medios de comunicación.
Resultados y Discusión: Se identificaron bloqueos, protestas y deficiencias en infraestructura como factores clave que afectaron la operatividad de las aduanas, generando retrasos, aumento de costos y pérdida de clientes. La discusión enfatiza la relación entre estabilidad social y eficiencia logística.
Implicaciones de la Investigación: Los hallazgos ofrecen insumos para la formulación de políticas públicas y estrategias privadas que fortalezcan la resiliencia del sector aduanero ante crisis sociales.

EVALUATION OF QUALITY OF WORK LIFE OF BANK EMPLOYEES IN PRIVATE SECTOR AND PUBLIC SECTOR BANKS IN HYDERABAD CITY
Objective: To assess and compare the Quality of Work Life (QWL) of employees in private and public sector banks in Hyderabad City, with a focus on key factors such as work environment, job satisfaction, work-life balance, compensation, career growth opportunities, job security, and employee well-being.
Theoretical Framework: Provides a structured approach to analyzing the Quality of Work Life (QWL) of bank employees in private and public sector banks in Hyderabad City. It is based on established models and theories related to work-life quality, job satisfaction, and organizational behavior. Work is an integral part of everyday life, we spent twelve hours daily life and it is the one third of our entire life, on an average. This study is made attempt to analyses the “Quality of work life among bank employees”.
Method: The primary data was collected from 342 bank employees who were selected on random sampling method. The obtained data was analyzed through descriptive statistics and factorial analysis.
Results and Discussion: The results revealed that employees in public sector banks enjoy a better work –life compared to employees in private sector banks in Hyderabad city. In order to improve quality of work life, various coping techniques have been suggested to upgrade the employee’s attitude towards their job and the working environment in the organization. The study also suggests that the quality of work life (QWL) programs as a contributing factor to quality of life (QOL) that can influence employee productivity.
Results Implication: The findings from the study on Quality of Work Life (QWL) among bank employees in private and public sector banks in Hyderabad City have significant implications for various stakeholders, including employees, management, policymakers, and researchers
THE IMPACT OF SUSTAINABLE ENVIRONMENT ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE GREEN ECONOMY IN OMAN
Objective: This study aims to The Impact Of Sustainable Environment On The Development Of The Green Economy In Oman, Reducing gas emissions by using alternative methods to create a clean environment and a green economy.
Theoretical Framework: This study focuses on the concept of environmental development and green economy and gives an example of this in Oman.
Method: A pragmatic research paradigm was adopted, utilizing a mixed-methods research design. Primary data collection methods included key informant interviews and structured questionnaires. Both qualitative and quantitative data were collected analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics.
Results and discussion: The findings of this paper also suggest that sustainable development is essential for the long-term economic growth and development of Oman. The analysis of the data revealed that Oman's economy is still heavily reliant on the oil and gas sector, and that there is a need to increase investment in renewable energy and other sectors in order to diversify the economy. The analysis also revealed that employment in the non-oil and gas sector is largely concentrated in the public sector, which suggests that there is a need to create more jobs in the private sector.

VENERABLE LESSONS FROM GLOBALIZATION: THE IMPACT OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) ON LIBYAN HUMAN RESOURCE (HR) ACTIVITIES
Objective: artificial intelligence (AI) has profoundly influenced the landscape of human resource (HR) activities. This transformation underscores the critical need for a dialogue between Libyan technological advancements and HR strategies to foster an inclusive and adaptive workforce capable of thriving in a globalized economy.
Theoretical Framework: the literature review had demonstrated a comprehensive grasp of existing knowledge by addressing the challenges and ethical considerations associated with AI integration by Libyan human resource (HR).
Method: inductive approach has allowed the authors to gather data from the literature about how Ai impact Libyan human resource (HR), which were able to later compare and support with the help of established theory from the field.
Results and Discussion: To fully leverage the potential of AI, HR professionals must focus on developing technical skills related to emerging technologies while embracing data analytics to inform strategic HR initiatives like workforce planning.
Results Implication: By prioritizing human capital development through AI applications in HRM, Libya can work towards adopting new technologies, enabling a smoother transition into a more digitally driven HR landscape
EDUCACIÓN VIRTUAL EN CHILE, EJEMPLO DE UN NUEVO ESPACIO PARA EL APRENDIZAJE
Objetivos: Desarrollar un proyecto conjunto que integre la formación docente a distancia con estrategias de apoyo para la apropiación e integración curricular de las tecnologías de información y comunicación (TIC).
Marco Teórico: La formación docente a distancia y el uso de las TIC en la educación han sido ejes centrales para mejorar el acceso y la calidad de las oportunidades educativas. Desde su creación, instituciones como el CPEIP y Enlaces han promovido la innovación educativa a través de la tecnología.
Método: A partir del año 2002, el CPEIP ejecutó varios cursos en línea para la actualización curricular docente. En paralelo, Enlaces trabajó durante 15 años en facilitar el acceso de profesores y estudiantes a las TIC. El proyecto conjunto combina estas experiencias y estrategias en una sola línea de formación docente virtual.
Resultados y Discusión: La colaboración permitió fortalecer y ampliar la oferta de formación docente virtual, combinando la experiencia del CPEIP en educación a distancia con el trabajo de Enlaces en integración tecnológica en el aula.
Implicaciones de la Investigación: Este modelo conjunto puede servir de referencia para otras iniciativas de formación docente, evidenciando la importancia de articular esfuerzos entre instituciones con experiencia complementaria.
Originalidad/Valor: El proyecto representa un enfoque innovador en la formación docente en Chile, al integrar sistemáticamente la capacitación a distancia con el uso pedagógico de las TIC, promoviendo su apropiación curricular

Objective: This article examines the literature on heritage tourism branding techniques, highlighting trends, challenges, and potential opportunities.
Theoretical Framework: The study explores the interplay between cultural preservation and commercial branding in heritage tourism, focusing on the importance of a cohesive strategy that considers both cultural significance and commercial needs.
Methodology: The review employed scholarly sources including JSTOR, Scopus, and Google Scholar, focusing on peer-reviewed articles published between 2000 and 2024. A thematic analysis was conducted to synthesise the findings.
Results & Discussion: Significant advancements in heritage tourism branding include the increasing use of digital media and storytelling techniques. Challenges include maintaining authenticity amidst commercial pressures and navigating diverse stakeholder expectations. There are possibilities in leveraging technology to create immersive experiences that captivate the growing demographic of culturally curious travellers.
Research Implications: The findings offer significant insights for understanding the complexities of branding within heritage tourism. They also present actionable recommendations for managers of heritage sites and tourism marketers, aiding them in developing effective branding strategies that harmonise commercial viability with the preservation of cultural integrity.
Originality: The study contributes original insights by advocating a balance between cultural authenticity and commercial branding in heritage tourism. Future studies could explore how advancements in technology affect the experiences of heritage tourists and the importance of community involvement in branding strategies
OPTIMIZING JOINT VENTURES AND ALTERNATIVE FUNDING FOR NIGERIA'S OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY: IMPROVED FINANCING AND TRANSITIONING TO COMMERCIAL VENTURES
Objective: This study examines the feasibility and effectiveness of joint ventures and alternative funding mechanisms in Nigeria's oil and gas industry to address financial constraints, infrastructure deficits, and technological gaps. It aims to provide insights for stakeholders on sustainable financing strategies that can drive industry growth and resilience.
Theoretical Framework: The research is grounded in financial and economic theories related to energy finance, public-private partnerships, and risk-sharing models in joint ventures. It evaluates these frameworks in the context of Nigeria’s oil and gas sector, highlighting their impact on funding efficiency and industry sustainability.
Method: The study employs a qualitative approach, analyzing industry trends, policy frameworks, and case studies of successful joint ventures and alternative financing models. It synthesizes data from academic literature, government reports, and real-world implementations to assess the viability of different funding mechanisms.

EFEITOS DE CHOQUES NOS PREÇOS DO BOI NO DESMATAMENTO DA AMAZÔNIA LEGAL E NAS EMISSÕES DE CO2 DO BRASIL
Objetivo: O objetivo do presente trabalho foi determinar os efeitos de choques nos preços do boi no desmatamento da Amazônia Legal e nas emissões de CO2 do Brasil.
Referencial Teórico: Dentre os diversos problemas ambientais, que enfrenta a humanidade nos tempos atuais o desmatamento, contribui significativamente para o aquecimento global através da emissão de gases do efeito estufa para a atmosfera terrestre, trazendo como consequência mudanças climáticas que podem dificultar a existência da vida humana na Terra.
Método: Neste trabalho, utilizamos o método dos Vetores Autorregressivos Bayesiano (BVAR) com dados de periodicidade anual entre os anos de 1990 e 2019.
Resultados: Os resultados demonstraram que choques no preço do boi impactam positivamente o desmatamento e as emissões de carbono. Além disso, demonstramos que as exportações de carne bovina geram impactos significativos nos preços dessa commodity, afetando também as variáveis ambientais.
Conclusões: Fica evidenciado que o preço do boi é uma variável fundamental para explicar as variações no desmatamento da Amazônia Legal e, consequentemente, nas emissões de carbono do Brasil.
Implicações da Pesquisa: Esta pesquisa gera novo conhecimento para sustentabilidade, assim como ajudará a desenvolver um senso crítico sobre o estado atual das mudanças climáticas no planeta; além de mostrar aos governantes que devem agir com rapidez frente a esse problema. Diversos trabalhos de impactos sobre o meio ambiente tem sido publicados, porém esse é a primeira pesquisa na qual aplica-se o método dos Vetores Autorregressivos Bayesiano (BVAR) sobre os efeitos de choques dos preços nas variáveis desmatamento na Amazonia Legal e emissoes de CO2 do Brasil.
Originalidade/Valor: O estudo realizado é relevante para a humanidade, uma vez que contribui para a sensibilização da sociedade para uma das questões ambientais atuais. Este conhecimento pode ser utilizado para o desenvolvimento e/ou a procura de soluções que visem alcançar um equilíbrio com a natureza
