A PANDEMIA DA COVID-19 E A EDUCAÇÃO BRASILEIRA: UMA ANÁLISE DA IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DO ENSINO REMOTO EMERGENCIAL (ERE) NO CEINF DE PARANAÍBA/MS
Objetivos: O objetivo desse estudo é identificar e analisar o impacto da pandemia na educação brasileira e as mudanças ocorridas nas legislações e no Projeto Político Pedagógico (PPP) do Centro de Educação Infantil (CEINF) de Paranaíba/MS devido a implantação do Ensino Remoto Emergencial (ERE).
Referencial Teórico: Os principais conceitos que fundamentam a pesquisa são os seguintes autores: (Kenski, 2007), (Theodoro; Gomes; Palomi, 2022), as Leis, Resoluções e Portarias que regulamentaram o ERE.
Método: A pesquisa teve uma abordagem qualitativa e de caráter exploratório, na qual além dos autores renomados, foram utilizados como coleta de dados, os documentos da instituição pesquisada, sendo eles: o PPP, as Portarias e Resoluções/Decretos municipais que regulamentaram o ERE.
Resultados e Discussão: O contexto do ERE demostrou que as habilidades com os usos das mídias digitais estão mais relacionadas à convivência social como as relações intimas, familiares e até mesmo de ter acesso à entretenimento, do que o uso para a educação ou fins profissionais.
Implicações da Pesquisa: São discutidas como ainda estamos encaminhando para uma educação digital, e que os professores são se sentem preparados para utilizar as mídias digitais como ferramentas de trabalho.
Originalidade/Valor: Essa pesquisa ressaltou que os usos das mídias digitais na educação, ainda possuem um longo caminho a percorrer, que o caminho para uma educação digital ainda é longo, há muita necessidade dos mais diversos investimentos, seja em capacitação e treinamento como em infraestrutura
ANÁLISE DOS DETERMINANTES DA OSCILAÇÃO DOS PREÇOS DAS AÇÕES DA PETROBRAS NO PERÍODO DE 2006 A 2022
Objetivo: O presente estudo teve como objetivo identificar os principais fatores que influenciam o comportamento do preço das ações da Petrobras (PETR4) no período de 2006 a 2022.
Referencial Teórico: A Petrobras desempenha um papel estratégico no desenvolvimento econômico do Brasil, contribuindo para a geração de emprego, renda e para o crescimento do PIB por meio de suas atividades.
Método: De natureza quali-quantitativa, a pesquisa utilizou o coeficiente de correlação linear de Pearson e a regressão linear múltipla para análise dos dados. As variáveis consideradas foram os preços das ações (PETR4), o índice Ibovespa, a taxa de juros Selic, o câmbio, o EMBI+ risco-Brasil, o preço internacional do petróleo Brent, a produção de petróleo e o índice do Google Trends.
Resultados e Discussão: Os resultados indicaram que a Selic, o EMBI+ e o preço do petróleo Brent são os fatores mais significativos, explicando aproximadamente 80% das variações nos preços das ações PETR4. Em contraste, o índice Google Trends não apresentou relação estatisticamente significativa, sugerindo que o interesse público captado por buscas online exerce um papel secundário em relação a fatores econômicos.
Implicações da Pesquisa: Eventos históricos, como a crise do subprime, a Operação Lava Jato, a greve dos caminhoneiros e a pandemia de Covid-19, também demonstraram impacto relevante no comportamento das ações. Conclui-se que variáveis econômicas e políticas são determinantes para a formação dos preços das ações da Petrobras, enquanto fatores relacionados ao interesse público podem complementar estudos futuros
ANALYZING THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MONEY SUPPLY AND EXCHANGE RATE IN ALGERIA USING THE VAR MODEL: AN ECONOMETRIC STUDY FOR THE PERIOD 1990-2023
Objective: This study aims to analyze the relationship between money supply and the exchange rate of the Algerian dinar over the period 1990-2023. It seeks to provide insights into the short- and long-term dynamics between these variables and their implications for monetary policy in Algeria.
Theoretical Framework: The research builds on monetary theory and exchange rate economics, exploring how money supply influences exchange rate movements. Concepts such as the Quantity Theory of Money and exchange rate regimes form the foundation of the analysis.
Method: The study employs a Structural Vector Autoregressive (VAR) model, utilizing time series data on money supply and exchange rates. Stationarity of the data was tested using the Augmented Dickey-Fuller test, and the existence of a long-term relationship was examined through Johansen's cointegration test. Impulse Response Functions (IRFs) and Variance Decomposition (VD) analyses were conducted to capture dynamic interactions.
Results and Discussion: The findings reveal a significant but limited interaction between money supply and exchange rates. Money supply impacts exchange rates primarily in the short term, with inflationary effects causing initial depreciation of the dinar. The results also highlight the self-driven nature of each variable, with limited cross-variable influence. The implications of these findings are discussed in the context of Algeria’s oil-dependent economy and fluctuating exchange rate regimes.
Research Implications: The study underscores the need for coordinated monetary policies aimed at stabilizing exchange rates and mitigating volatility. Policymakers should consider both short- and long-term dynamics when adjusting monetary tools, particularly in resource-dependent economies.
Originality/Value: This research contributes to the understanding of monetary-exchange rate dynamics in Algeria, offering practical recommendations for enhancing economic stability. It provides a novel perspective on the interplay between internal monetary factors and external economic pressures
TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER IN HEALTHCARE: LEVERAGING PREDICTIVE MODELS TO OPTIMIZE MEDICAL OUTCOMES
Objective: This study aims to apply a predictive model using a decision tree algorithm on real patient data to identify patterns related to hospital readmission rates, contributing to improved clinical decision-making and advancing technology transfer in healthcare.
Theoretical Framework: Grounded in predictive analytics and healthcare management, the study leverages the decision tree algorithm's ability to provide interpretable outputs, enabling healthcare professionals to make informed decisions based on data-driven insights.
Method: Real patient data was used to construct a decision tree model. The algorithm was trained to identify factors associated with clinical resubmission rates. Performance measures, such as accuracy, precision, and recall, were applied to validate the model's robustness and predictive capabilities.
Results and Discussion: The decision tree successfully identified critical predictors of hospital readmissions, including patient characteristics and clinical factors. The model demonstrated high predictive accuracy, providing actionable insights for stratifying at-risk patients. These findings underline the model’s practical utility in supporting evidence-based interventions.
Research Implications: For clinical practice, the model facilitates targeted care and resource allocation, reducing readmission rates. For healthcare management, it demonstrates the potential of technology transfer to integrate predictive models into routine workflows, enhancing efficiency and outcomes.

ANÁLISIS DE LA GESTIÓN DE RESIDUOS SÓLIDOS DOMICILIARIOS EN GUAPARA, CANTÓN PANGUA, ECUADOR
Objetivo: El objetivo de este estudio fue analizar la gestión de residuos sólidos domiciliarios del recinto Guapara, cantón Pangua, Ecuador.
Marco Teórico: En este tema se presentan los principales conceptos y teorías que sustentan la investigación. La gestión de residuos sólidos domiciliarios destaca, proporcionando una base sólida para comprender el contexto de la investigación.
Método: La metodología adoptada para esta investigación comprende de manera concisa el diseño del estudio, incluido el enfoque y procedimientos. La recolección de datos se realizó mediante entrevistas y toma demuestras.
Resultados y Discusión: Los resultados obtenidos revelaron que los desechos orgánicos constituyen la mayor parte de los residuos, seguidos por plásticos, mientras que metales y vidrios representan una proporción menor. En la sección tambien se discuieron dichos resultados.
Implicaciones de la Investigación: Se discuten las implicaciones prácticas y teóricas de esta investigación, proporcionando información sobre cómo los resultados pueden aplicarse e influir en la gestión de residuos sólidos domiciliarios.
Originalidad/Valor: Este estudio contribuye a la literatura al proporcionar solidos conocimientos para analizar la gestión de residuos sólidos domiciliarios. La relevancia y valor de la investigación se evidencia en el aporte de información para la toma de decisiones
DESIGN OF A SCHOOL BUTTERFLY GARDEN AS AN EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING STRATEGY TO STRENGTHEN STUDENTS' SCIENTIFIC AND ENVIRONMENTAL COMPETENCIES
Objective: This study aims to diagnose the level of students' scientific and environmental competencies to design an educational proposal based on the development of a school butterfly garden as an experiential learning strategy. The research is grounded in the active methodology of experiential learning, aligned with constructivist theories that assert knowledge is built through active interaction with the environment.
Methodology: The adopted methodology follows a quantitative approach, with explanatory scope, and a quasi-experimental design. Data collection was carried out through an initial diagnosis using a pre-test with items selected from the ICFES "Evaluar para Avanzar" (2021-2023) booklets in the areas of Natural Sciences and Environmental Education.
Results: The results showed varied performance: in the "inquiry" competency, students achieved an average of 51.2% correct answers; in "phenomenon explanation," the average was 56.9%; and in "comprehensive use of scientific knowledge," 43.8%. These findings indicate that, while there is a foundational understanding of science, deficiencies remain in specific competencies necessary for developing solid scientific thinking.
Conclusions: The conclusions highlight the need to implement educational strategies focused on indicators with lower performance, using active methodologies that promote practical, participatory, and contextualized learning. This study proposes the school butterfly garden as an innovative model for Natural Sciences education, fostering both the development of scientific competencies and students' environmental commitment
MODERATING EFFECT OF REGULATORY FRAMEWORK ON RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PARTICIPATORY M&E PROCESS ON PERFORMANCE OF HIV/AIDS COMMUNITY HEALTH PROJECTS IN KISUMU COUNTY, KENYA
Objective: This study examined the moderating effect of the regulatory framework on the relationship between Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation (PM&E) processes and the performance of HIV/AIDS community health projects by NGOs in Kisumu County, Kenya.
Theoretical Framework: Anchored in participatory action research, the study drew on theory of stakeholder engagement to assess the extent to which PM&E and regulatory frameworks collectively enhanced project performance.
Method: Using a moderated multiple regression model, the study analysed data on PM&E processes, regulatory frameworks, and their interaction on project outcomes. Quantitative data were collected from NGO project managers and community leaders and analysed to test the study’s hypotheses.
Results and Discussion: PM&E processes significantly influenced project performance (β = 0.341), with the regulatory framework also contributing independently (β = 0.345). The interaction between PM&E and the regulatory framework further moderated this relationship, as indicated by a composite mean of 4.13, correlation coefficient R = 0.572, and ANOVA (F = 55.360, p = 0.000). These results led to the rejection of the null hypothesis, confirming that both PM&E and regulatory frameworks positively impacted project success.
Research Implications: Strengthening regulatory frameworks, enhancing participatory monitoring practices, and conducting regular policy reviews were deemed essential for improved project performance. Capacity-building for community leaders was also recommended to reinforce the efficacy of HIV/AIDS community health projects.
Originality/Value: This study contributes to existing literature by highlighting the critical role of regulatory frameworks in moderating PM&E effectiveness, offering actionable insights for NGOs and policymakers focused on enhancing the impact of community health interventions
RESPONSABILIDADE SÓCIOAMBIENTAL NO DESCARTE DE ÓLEO LUBRIFICANTE
Objetivo: O objetivo geral dessa pesquisa é avaliar a gestão de resíduos de óleo lubrificante em oficinas mecânicas, considerando a conformidade com a legislação ambiental.
Estrutura Teórica: O artigo se baseia na contabilidade ambiental, discutindo a responsabilidade social ambiental, junto com os princípios ambientais.
Método: O método de pesquisa foi através de revisão bibliográfica, como também análise qualitativa.
Resultados e Discussão: Os resultados demonstram que existem deficiências na gestão dos resíduos sólidos, contudo, se descartado de maneira correta acarreta em melhorias econômicas e reduz os impactos negativos ao meio ambiente.
Implicações para a Pesquisa: O estudo evidenciou a importância do descarte correto de resíduos gerados na atividade de oficinas mecânicas, pois se descartados de forma inadequada podem comprometer tanto o meio ambiente, quanto a qualidade de vida da população. A responsabilidade socioambiental é o compromisso das organizações com a sociedade e o meio ambiente, que se concretiza por meio de uma atuação sustentável e social e está relacionada ao conceito de sustentabilidade nos negócios. A sustentabilidade tornou-se um dos pré-requisitos para o desenvolvimento eficaz dos mais diversos setores, inclusive no ramo de oficinas mecânicas.
Originalidade/Valor: Este estudo é original, o que contribui para o desenvolvimento da literatura no campo da contabilidade ambiental. O valor desta pesquisa está no fato de que ela contribuirá para a melhoria da consciência voltada as questões ambientais
A Importância da Auditoria como Prevenção das Fraudes
Objetivo da Pesquisa: Evidenciar a importância da auditoria como fator para prevenção de fraudes.
Enquadramento Teórico: Construir um breve histórico acerca a auditoria contábil, bem como demonstrar sua importância e função contra as fraudes na administração pública.
Metodologia: Revisão sistemática da literatura e, para tanto, utiliza-se de consulta pelo site de periódicos da Capes e após processo de filtragem, procedeu-se à leitura integral dos artefatos encontrados.
Resultados: Após refinar 245 artigos, em dois momentos de pesquisa, resultaram em 09 artigos aderentes a pesquisa, onde concluiu-se que a auditoria é uma importante ferramenta dentro de uma empresa, tanto para fornecer dados para tomada de decisões, quanto no combate às fraudes.

SAUDI WOMEN EMPOWERMENT IN LEADERSHIP POSITIONS IN HEALTH CARE SECTOR: BARRIERS TO THEIR SUCCESS
Purpose: Women’s leadership is a necessary step in the development of civilization. However, the purpose of this study is to identify the barriers and challenges facing Saudi Arabian women seeking leadership positions in the health care industry.
Theoretical Framework: The model's constructs are based on the studies cited, and they include barriers related to culture, a woman's personality, organizational politics, women's empowerment, and male top management discrimination.
Design/Methodology/Approach: The study used a survey to collect data from 459 female was chosen for the study and a sample comprised of female employees in the Saudi privet healthcare sector from all the regions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.. Using smart PLS, was employed to analyses the research data.
Findings: The findings and the results of the analysis indicates that the dimensions of the model included Male top management discrimination, Culture, woman’s personalities, and organizational politics exert different influences on women's empowerment. we find Measuring the effect of moderating factors (The Male top management discrimination) indicates has the strongest effect on Culture and women's empowerment in the Saudi healthcare sector.
Research, Practical & Social Implications: As a result, this study has deepened our understanding of the dynamic nature of women's empowerment and the challenges facing women's prospects for leadership while also helping to reframe gender roles. According to this study, women should receive leadership training in order to improve their capacity for decision-making, fulfill their organizational obligations, and expand the opportunities for women's empowerment.
