Get PDFThis paper aims to analyse the use of gender-sensitive language in the Swiss Confederation’s institutional communication, with particular reference to German and Italian. The first part examines the similarities, differences and peculiarities in the visibility and neutralization strategies set out in the guidelines on gender-inclusive language for the two idioms considered. The second part describes the extent to which and the ways in which these guidelines are applied and outlines the prevailing trends in current Swiss legal and administrative communication practice. This is carried out by examining a parallel corpus of official texts (such as ordinances, regulations, decisions, exchanges of notes, conventions, federal laws, amendments, protocols, agreements, reports, explanatory notes and press releases) from the first half of 2025, through the use of the Sketch Engine language analysis software

Get PDFDieser Artikel präsentiert eine sowohl theoretische wie anwendungsbezogene Reflexion über die Einführung eines Kulturvermittlungs-Angebots am Standort Unithèque der Bibliothèque cantonale et universitaire de Lausanne (BCUL). Er stützt sich auf die strategische Rolle der Bibliothek im kulturellen Ökosystem des Universitätscampus von Dorigny, um eine Bestandesaufnahme des aktuellen Vermittlungsangebots zu machen und gezielte Wege zu dessen Ausbau zu formulieren. Zwei theoretische Ansätze der Kulturvermittlung ermöglichen es, die Bibliothek als Dritten Ort zu denken, der die Teilhabe, den Dialog und die Aneignung der historischen und wissenschaftlichen Bestände begünstigt. Der Artikel identifiziert die betroffenen Benutzenden, die möglichen Partnerschaften und plädiert für einen kollaborativen Ansatz für das Kulturprogramm. Er endet mit konkreten Umsetzungsvorschlägen sowie mit einer Abschätzung der personellen und materiellen Ressourcen, die für den Projekterfolg notwendig sind.Cet article propose une réflexion théorique et opérationnelle sur la mise en place d’une offre de médiation culturelle sur le site Unithèque de la Bibliothèque cantonale et universitaire de Lausanne (BCUL). En s’appuyant sur le rôle stratégique de la bibliothèque dans l’écosystème culturel du campus universitaire de Dorigny, il dresse un état des lieux des actions de médiation existantes, en vue de formuler des pistes d’enrichissement ciblées. Deux cadres théoriques de la médiation culturelle sont mobilisés pour penser la bibliothèque comme un troisième lieu favorisant la participation, le dialogue et l’appropriation des collections patrimoniales et académiques. L’article identifie les publics concernés, les partenariats potentiels, et plaide pour une approche collaborative de la programmation culturelle. Il conclut par des propositions concrètes de mise en œuvre, accompagnées d’une évaluation des ressources humaines et matérielles requises pour la réussite du projet

Get PDFDepuis L’Amie du jaguar publié en 1984, Emmanuel Carrère accorde une place centrale au lecteur, jusqu’à le confondre avec un « personnage de fiction » (Hétu 1988 : 58). Un rapport de complicité, proche du jeu, s’instaure entre l’écrivain et son destinataire. À travers sa poétique, Carrère invite le lecteur à s’impliquer activement dans la construction du sens, en lui octroyant un espace de liberté textuelle. Cependant, cette autonomie demeure souvent illusoire, l’auteur aspirant à demeurer maître absolu du récit. Cette contribution explore les stratégies mises en œuvre par l’auteur pour séduire, contrôler et soumettre le lecteur tout en interrogeant les résistances que celui-ci peut opposer face à cette domination.Since the publication of L’Amie du jaguar in 1984, Emmanuel Carrère has positioned the reader at the core of his literary enterprise, at times blurring the line between reader and “fictional character” (Hétu 1988: 58). A playful complicity emerges between writer and reader, fostering a dynamic of engagement. Carrère’s poetics encourage the reader to take an active role in the construction of meaning by granting a space for textual freedom. Yet this autonomy is often more apparent than real, as the author ultimately seeks to retain absolute control over the narrative. This article examines the strategies Carrère employs to seduce, dominate, and manipulate the reader, while also considering the forms of resistance the reader may offer in response to such authorial authority

Get PDFNel 1970 Anna Felder esordiva con il romanzo Quasi Heimweh, la versione tedesca di Tra dove piove e non piove, pubblicandolo a puntate sulla Neue Zürcher Zeitung. Dato l’argomento – una maestra italiana parla delle sue esperienze con i figli degli immigrati –, i lettori del quotidiano zurighese ne avvertirono immediatamente l’attualità politica, tanto più che la consultazione popolare sul referendum Schwarzenbach era imminente. Noi colleghi della scrittrice, allora insegnanti al liceo di Aarau, credevamo di riconoscerci fra la cerchia degli amici della protagonista, anche se a lettura inoltrata dovemmo renderci conto dell’inadeguatezza di un tale approccio. Infatti, il romanzo di Anna Felder, mescolando finzione e verità storica, non si atteneva al criterio referenziale, ma perseguiva una poetica consistente in una riflessione sui valori etici ed estetici.In 1970, Anna Felder debuted her writing career with the novel Quasi Heimweh, the German version of Tra dove piove e non piove, published periodically in Neue Zürcher Zeitung. Due to its plot – an Italian teacher describes her experiences with the children of immigrants –, the readers of the newspaper noticed its timely coverage of political events: even more so because the public vote on the Schwarzenbach Referendum was imminent. We, colleagues of the author at Aarau College, initially considered ourselves to be among the protagonist’s friends. However, upon closer examination, we acknowledged that this was not an appropriate perspective. Indeed, Felder’s novel, combining fiction and historical truth, was not restricted to the criterion of reference, but should better be seen as pursuing a poetic approach based on a reflection of ethical and aesthetical values.

Ma prende soprattutto avvio dall’idea che la pluralità (come pure la moltiplicazione e la sovrapposizione) sia il risultato di un percorso che a partire da Nozze alte (1981) – passando per Gli stretti congiunti (1982) e Nati complici (1999) – approda appunto all’ennesima potenza e con un’intensità mai toccata prima ne Le Adelaidi.My contribution begins with an obvious and already established fact, which encourages an interpretation of Le Adelaidi (2007) in terms of plurality. More importantly, it stems from the idea that plurality (along with multiplication and overlap) results from a journey that begins with Nozze alte (1981) – passing through Gli stretti congiunti (1982) and Nati complici (1999) – and reaches its most intense expression in Le Adelaidi, where this theme is amplified to an unprecedented degree

Get PDFEste artículo examina la implementación de la estrategia del «desplazamiento» (Piglia 2009), en el relato Ese verano a oscuras (2019) de Mariana Enriquez. Esta estrategia se opera principalmente por medio del gótico sureño y de la figura del asesino serial estadounidenses, así como a través de ciertas «manchas temáticas» propias de la Nueva Narrativa Argentina (Drucaroff 2011, 2016), corriente literaria a la cual pertenece Enriquez. La combinación de estos elementos permite no solamente narrar de forma oblicua la violencia de la última dictadura militar argentina y sus corolarios en la postdictadura, sino también realizar un comentario metaficcional sobre las generaciones literarias que movilizaron el último medio siglo de la narrativa argentina.This article examines the implementation of the «displacement» strategy (Piglia 2009) in the story Ese verano a oscuras (2019) by Mariana Enriquez. This device is mainly operated through the Southern Gothic and the figure of the American serial killer, and by means of certain «thematic stains» («manchas temáticas») typical of the New Argentine Narrative (Drucaroff 2011, 2016), the literary current to which Enriquez belongs. The combination of these elements allows not only for an oblique account of the violence during Argentina’s last dictatorship and its aftermath, but also for a metafictional commentary on the literary generations that have mobilised the last half-century of Argentine narrative

No full textDieser Artikel untersucht den Einsatz von Qualitätsmanagementsystemen in Institutionen der nachobligatorischen Berufsbildung. Dabei werden insbesondere die Einführung von Qualitätsstandards und die Ausweitung von Auditpraktiken hervorgehoben, welche wechselseitige Abhängigkeiten verstärken. Der Beitrag beleuchtet die zunehmende Beteiligung nichtstaatlicher Akteur*innen, die als „unabhängige Expert*innen“ in Prozesse der externen Evaluation oder Qualitätssicherung eingebunden sind. Dieses „fortschreitende” Phänomen wird beleuchtet, indem hybriden Akteuren, die in Vermittlungsbereichen tätig sind, sichtbar gemacht werden. Auch werden die kommerziellen Ziele analysiert, die dieser Dynamik zugrunde liegen.This article examines the deployment of quality management systems in post-compulsory vocational education institutions, highlighting the introduction of quality standards and the expansion of auditing practices that reinforce interdependent relationships. It sheds light on the growing involvement of non-state actors, engaged as “third-party experts” in external evaluation or quality certification processes of establishments. We will pay attention to this phenomenon “in the making”, giving voice to hybrid actors operating in intermediation spaces, while analyzing the commercial aims underlying these dynamics.Cet article examine le déploiement des systèmes de gestion de la qualité dans des établissements de formation professionnelle postobligatoire, soulignant l’entrée de normes qualité et une extension de l’audit qui renforcent des liens d’interdépendance. Il explore l’implication croissante d’acteurs non-étatiques, mobilisés comme « tiers-expert » dans les dispositifs d’évaluation externe ou de certification qualité des établissements. Nous mettrons en lumière ce phénomène « en marche », donnant voix à des acteurs hybrides opérant dans des espaces d’intermédiation, tout en analysant les visées commerciales qui sous-tendent ces dynamiques.Questo articolo analizza l’implementazione dei sistemi di gestione della qualità nelle istituzioni dell’istruzione e formazione professionale post-obbligatoria, sottolineando l’introduzione di standard di qualità e l’espansione delle pratiche di audit che rafforzano i legami di interdipendenza. Si evidenzia il crescente coinvolgimento di attori e attrici non statali, impegnati·e come “esperti·e terzi·e” nei processi di valutazione esterna o di certificazione della qualità degli istituti formativi. No full textDieser Artikel untersucht den Berufsorientierungsweg von acht Jugendlichen mit besonderen pädagogischen Bedürfnissen, die integrativ in der Sekundarstufe I in der Schweiz beschult werden. Ihre Eltern schilderten ihre Wahrnehmung dieses Weges und der Zusammenarbeit mit beteiligten Fachkräften. Die multiple Fallanalyse zeigt oft komplexe, nicht lineare Verläufe mit hoher mentaler, emotionaler und administrativer Belastung für die Familien. Die Ergebnisse betonen die Vielfalt und Rollen der beteiligten Fachkräfte, hinterfragen die Rolle der Berufsberatung für diesen Schüler*innen und fordern mehr Reaktionsfähigkeit und Flexibilität in der Unterstützung dieser Jugendlichen und ihrer Familien bei der schulischen und beruflichen Orientierung.Cet article examine le parcours d’orientation professionnelle de huit jeunes identifié·e·s comme ayant des besoins éducatifs particuliers (iBEP), scolarisé·e·s de façon intégrative au secondaire I en Suisse. Leurs parents ont exprimé leur perception de ce parcours et de leur collaboration avec les professionnel·le·s impliqué·e·s. L’analyse de cas inter-sites révèle des trajectoires souvent complexes et non linéaires, générant une forte charge mentale, émotionnelle et administrative pour les familles. Les résultats soulignent la diversité des intervenant·e·s et leurs rôles variés. Ils questionnent également le rôle des services d’orientation professionnelle pour les élèves iBEP et appellent à davantage de réactivité et de flexibilité dans le soutien apporté à ces jeunes et à leurs familles.This article explores the career orientation trajectories of eight young people identified as having special educational needs who were educated in inclusive lower secondary schools across four French-speaking Swiss cantons. The parents of these young people provided their perspectives on the orientation process and on their collaboration with the professionals involved. A multiple case study revealed highly diverse, often non-linear and complex trajectories, as well as a wide range of professionals assuming various roles throughout these processes. The findings underscore the need for greater responsiveness and flexibility in the support provided to these young people and their families as they navigate career orientation and transition pathways.Questo articolo esamina il percorso di orientamento professionale di otto giovani identificati/e come aventi bisogni educativi speciali (BES) e inseriti/e in modo integrativo nella scuola secondaria I nella Svizzera romanda. I loro genitori hanno raccontato come hanno vissuto tale percorso e la collaborazione con il personale professionista coinvolto. L\u27analisi comparativa dei singoli casi rivela percorsi spesso complessi e non lineari, che generano un forte carico mentale, emotivo e amministrativo per le famiglie. I risultati sottolineano la diversità degli attori coinvolti e i loro vari ruoli. Essi mettono in discussione il ruolo dei servizi di orientamento professionale per studenti o studentesse con BES e richiedono una maggiore prontezza e flessibilità nel sostegno offerto a questi/e giovani e alle loro famiglie

No full textIn today’s scholarship, no one would question the fact that the author of 4 Maccabees is unknown. However, for many centuries the work was believed to have been written by Flavius Josephus. This article investigates when exactly in the long reception history of this text, and for what reasons, it was first suggested that the Jewish historian could not be its author. Furthermore, it explores how long it took for this view to become the consensus among scholars and other readers of Josephus. By analysing paratexts of editions of 4 Maccabees and other sources from the 16th to the 20th century, this article establishes that Hugo Grotius was most likely the first to argue in print against the text’s authenticity, which makes it probable that 4 Maccabees was first considered spurious in the milieu of Protestant late humanism. Moreover, this article also shows that despite this relatively early scepticism, it took until the beginning of the 20th century for the idea of unknown authorship to be generally accepted by all editors and translators of Josephus.In today’s scholarship, no one would question the fact that the author of 4 Maccabees is unknown.
