MODERN DIRECTIONS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF ADVANCED PEDAGOGICAL EXPERIENCE IN THE SYSTEM OF MEDICAL EDUCATION IN UKRAINE
Get PDFThe article presents an analysis of modern areas of implementation of best practices in the system of medical education in Ukraine. The author finds that the study of advanced pedagogical experience and its promotion in modern medical education institutions is carried out in two directions. The first direction is implemented in the system of methodical work of medical education institutions, the second – through advanced training. Methodical work is carried out in «Schools of the young teacher», «Schools of pedagogical skills», «Schools of adaptation of young and inexperienced teachers», work of methodical office, methodical council, methodical association, educational-methodical laboratory, cycle commissions. Розвиток персоналу як необхідна умова розвитку підприємства
Get PDFThe article is explored the concept of «development», «staff development». The technology of staff development management is substantiated through the following components: social development management, staff training, staff performance appraisal process, management of staff business career, talent pool. Traditional and modern methods of staff training are compared. Staff development on the basis of a competency-based approach with analysis of key skills necessary for successful employment is substantiated. The algorithm of proceeding for staff performance appraisal process at the enterprise is proposed. The model of career management in enterprise, its functions, advantages, interrelation with the mentoring program is investigated. The phases of talent pool building in the context of an enterprise development strategy are justified.Keywords: development, staff development, social development, enterprise, staff training, staff performance appraisal process, business career, talent pool.У статті досліджено поняття «розвиток», «розвиток персоналу». Обґрунтовано технологію управління розвитком персоналу через такі складові: управління соціальним розвитком, організацію навчання персоналу, організацію проведення атестації персоналу, управління діловою кар’єрою персоналу, управління кадровим резервом. Здійснено порівняння традиційних та сучасних методів навчання персоналу. Обґрунтовано розвиток персоналу на засадах компетентнісного підходу з аналізом ключових навичок, необхідних для успішного працевлаштування. Запропоновано алгоритм проведення атестації персоналу на підприємстві. Досліджено модель управління кар'єрою на підприємстві, висвітлено її функції, переваги, взаємозв’язок з програмою наставництва. THE PRIEST VESTMENTS AS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE LITURGICAL ACTION AND SUBJECT SPATIAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE TEMPLE
Get PDFThis article deals with the priest vestments (i.e. priestly), as this kind of clothes is the most common and used in Ukrainian temples among all degrees of priesthood. Liturgical vestments have passed the period of long evolution, the characteristic feature of which should be considered as the deep symbolic meaning based on ornaments, iconography and colouring clothes. With the development and affirmation of Christianity the priest vestments have been of great variety. The cult features of the clerical clothing are those which symbolize hard work of a priest and also God`s support which he feels while reading the Gospel. The clerical clothing reflect the dignity of a clergyman and its material, shape and decorative elements which are the part of artistic culture obey the idea of worship. Therefore, the priest vestments as a part of church art are sacred.The theological and symbolic content of priestly robes in the context of liturgical rite and church in general is highlighted in the article. The analysis of the sources of prayer speeches, which give the brief comprehension of the meaning or symbolism of putting on every component (sticharion (alb), stole, a belt, armbands, phelonion) of the priest vestments. The symbolic meaning of all the elements of the clerical clothing has been interpreted, the ritual and sequence of its putting on have been considered. COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE METHODS OF PIANISTS-PERFORMERS TRAINING IN ART INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION OF CHINA AND UKRAINE

It is found that both Chinese and Ukrainian art institutions of higher education have in their arsenal a powerful list of piano teaching methods that can improve the quality and efficiency of the educational process. The author refers to the leading methods of training pianists-performers in China traditional and innovative ones. Get PDFThis work analyzes changes in the requirements of international European legislation on medical devices, in particular the procedure for conformity assessment of medical devices in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 on medical devices. As a result of the research, the established consequences of the adoption for the Ukrainian market, manufacturers of medical devices and consumers are caused by the possible actions to harmonize Ukrainian legislation and EU legislation.It is argued that the development of a system of principles and approaches for the implementation and application of European requirements in the activities of regulators of the medical device market, including conformity assessment bodies, will reduce the risk of manufacturing substandard products, which will significantly increase the safety of medical devices.Keywords: Medical devices, Technical regulation, Directive, ACCA agreement, European Union, Legislation of Ukraine.В роботі проаналізовано зміни у вимогах міжнародного європейського законодавства щодо медичних виробів, зокрема на порядок проведення оцінки відповідності медичних виробів згідно Регламенту Європейського Парламенту і Ради (ЄС) 2017/745 від 5 квітня 2017 року про медичні вироби. У результаті досліджень встановлені наслідки прийняття для ринку України, виробників та споживачів медичних, викликані можливим проведення дій щодо гармонізації українського законодавства та законодавства ЄС. Обґрунтовується думка, що розробка системи принципів та підходів для впровадження та застосування європейських вимог в діяльності регуляторів ринку медичних виробів, в тому числі органів з оцінки відповідності, дозволить знизити ризик виготовлення неякісної продукції, що як результат, значно підвищить безпечність медичних виробів.Ключові слова: Медичні вироби, Технічний регламент, Директива, Угода АССА, Європейський Союз, Законодавство Україн

The main indicators of intensive development and changes in the emotional sphere of adolescence and the formation of adolescent personality maturation are characterized. The purpose of the article was a detailed analysis of the study and the problem of emotional transformations in adolescence. A significant number of completed studies of the psychology of adolescent personality development were analyzed. The main problems of emotional stability (stability), emotional control (attitude to the self, to the social environment: family, school), emotional decentration (sympathy, complicity with social rules) were studied.Key words: emotional transformations, adolescence, emotional sphere, growing up, crisis.Охарактеризовано основні індикатори інтенсивного розвитку та змін у емоційній сфері підлітка та становлення дорослішання особистості підлітка. Указаны их специфика, виды, особенности реализации, а также ошибки, которые могут присутствовать в процессе обучения для студентов образовательной степени «Бакалавр» специальности 026 Сценическое искусство, образовательно-профессиональной программы «Цирковые жанры». Уточнены характеристики прыжков, методика их выполнения. Рекомендуются примеры предотвращения травм и недопущения грубых профессиональных ошибок. Каждое прыжковое упражнения описывается по принципу: исходное положение, принцип выполнения, а также примечания по избеганию ошибок. SIMULATION OF BEHAVIOR OF FUNCTIONALLY - HETEROGENEOUS MATERIALS UNDER TEMPERATURE LOADS
Get PDFThe paper considers the issue of nonlinear mathematical modeling of functionally inhomogeneous materials at temperature loads. The proposed model makes it possible to describe the thermo-pseudo-plastic behavior of the material at the point. The diagram of pseudo-elastic material consisting of three curvilinear sections is used. This approach leads to an unstable stress-strain diagram, and to describe the thermo-mechanical behavior of samples of different shapes, it is necessary to have a solution of the boundary value problem taking into account the development of the deformation front of the phase transformation. This takes into account not only the ambient temperature, but also the heat released at the point during the phase transition. A numerical procedure for calculating a material diagram has been developed, which is a curve enveloping a family of material diagrams constructed for certain laws of change in the velocity of the deformation rupture front. Еклектичний напрям у виробах Ювелірної фабрики Іосифа Маршака на прикладі срібного сервізу, експонованого на Всеросійській виставці у Києві у 1913 році
Get PDFThe subject of research is the legacy of Joseph Abramovich Marshak – famous Kiev jeweler and owner of a jewelry enterprise, whose period of activity covers 1878–1918. Among the large number of jewelry made during the forty years of the factory's operation, it should be noted products that correspond to the stylistic trends of the era of historicism, in particular, the silver tea and coffee set, exhibited at the All-Russian Exhibition in Kiev in 1913. The main task of this work is to investigate artful language of eclecticism, expressiveness of which allowed artists of J. Marshak's era to combine decorative heritage and semantic interpretation from Antiquity to beginning of the 20th century. Methodology of this work is based on general scientific principles of historicism and an art history approach. They were realized through the use of following general scientific research methods: otnological, hermeneutic, semiotic, cultural, cross-cultural, iconographic, typologization and art history analysis. Scope of results application outlines teaching activities in specialized educational institutions in formation of plans for art and cultural disciplines, jewelry attribution by Kiev jewelers of marked period, writing scientific and popular scientific works, reference books, encyclopedias, textbooks. Main conclusion: features of jewelry artistic language, which were presented in the tea and coffee set, produced in eclectic style at the Joseph Marshak's factory are revealed. Importance of active exhibition activity and its connection with improvement of stylistic solutions in the jewelry production is displayed. It has been established that eclecticism was given priority in comparison with other stylistic directions at the basis of creative developments at J. Marshak's factory.Key words: jewelry, eclecticism, Joseph Marshak, late 19th – early 20th century.Предметом даного дослідження є надбання відомого київського ювеліра і власника ювелірного підприємства Іосифа Абрамовича Маршака, період діяльності якого охоплює 1878–1918 рр. З-поміж великої кількості ювелірних виробів, виготовлених за сорок років роботи фабрики, слід виокремити продукцію, яка відповідає стилістичним напрямам епохи історизму, зокрема срібний сервіз, експонований на Всеросійський виставці у Києві у 1913 році. Мета роботи – дослідити художню мову еклектизму, виразність якої дозволила митцям епохи І. Маршака поєднати декоративне надбання і семіотичне трактування від Античності до початку ХХ ст. В основу методології роботи покладено загальнонаукові принципи історизму, мистецтвознавчий та культурологічний підходи. Вони реалізовувалися шляхом застосування наступних загальнонаукових методів дослідження: онтологічного, герменевтичного, семіотичного, культуротворчого, крос-культурного, іконографічного, типологізації, мистецтвознавчого аналізу. Сфера застосування результатів окреслює викладацьку діяльність у профільних навчальних закладах при формуванні плану мистецтвознавчих і культурологічних дисциплін, атрибуції ювелірних виробів київських ювелірів окресленого періоду, написанні наукових і науково-популярних праць, довідників, енциклопедій, підручників. Висновки. Виявлено особливості художньої мови ювелірних виробів, які увійшли до складу чайно-кавого сервізу, виготовлених у еклектичному стилі на фабриці Іосифа Маршака. Показано значущість активної виставкової діяльності і її зв’язок із вдосконаленням стилістичних рішень на ювелірному виробництві. Встановлено, що в основі творчих розробок на фірмі І. Маршака еклектиці була надана перевага у порівняні із іншими стилістичними напрямами. Ключові слова: ювелірні вироби, еклектика, Іосиф Маршак, остання чверть ХІХ – початок ХХ ст
