MODELING THE BEHAVIOR OF THE PHYSICAL AND GEOMETRIC NON-LINEAR FUNCTIONAL HETEROGENEOUS MATERIALS
Get PDFThe work is devoted to the problem of modeling the behavior of functionally inhomogeneous materials with the properties of pseudo-elastic-plasticity under complex loads, in particular at large strains (up to 20%), when geometric nonlinearity in Cauchy relations must be taken into account. In previous works of the authors, functionally heterogeneous materials were studied in a geometrically linear formulation, which is true for small deformations (up to 7%). When predicting work with material at large deformations, it is necessary to take into account geometric nonlinearity in Cauchy relations.Studying the behavior of bodies made of functionally heterogeneous materials under unsteady load requires the development of special approaches, methods and algorithms for calculating the stress-strain state. When constructing physical relations, it is assumed that the deformation at the point is represented as the sum of the elastic component, the jump in deformation during the phase transition, plastic deformation and deformation caused by temperature changes.A physical relationship in a nonlinear setting is proposed for modeling the behavior of bodies made of functionally heterogeneous materials. Результати експериментальних досліджень коефіцієнта корисної дії інерційної запобіжної муфти гвинтового конвеєра
Get PDFThe efficiency and reliability of machines and mechanisms largely depends on the correct choice of their layout, calculation and justification of rational design, kinematic and dynamic parameters, as well as on ensuring high-precision and reliable protection of working bodies and machine drives in case of overloads.The devices that automatically turn off the working mechanisms when they are overloaded include friction, electromagnetic and other couplings that allow you to adjust the amount of permissible torque and automatically turn on the mechanisms when the overload stops.According to the results of the planned factor experiments, the regression equations are obtained, which characterize the change of the braking torque of the output shaft of the inertial safety clutch depending on the input parameters: speed of the input shaft and gear ratio of the imbalance drive mechanism. The results of the study are prerequisites for the development of methodology and methods of substantiation of rational parameters of the operation of inertial safety couplings.Kеуwоrds: experimental stand, torque, speed, gear ratio, planned factorial experiment.В роботі наведено результати експериментальних досліджень з визначення коефіцієнта передачі крутного моменту, або коефіцієнта корисної дії інерційної запобіжної муфти для комбінації двох варіантів і двох випадків виконання приводу:з реверсом і паразитною шестернею; без реверсу і паразитною шестернею; з реверсом і без паразитної шестерні; без реверсу і без паразитної шестерні. Максимальні значення коефіцієнта передачі крутного моменту, які змінюються в діапазоні від 0,81 до 0,96 отримано за зміни передаточного відношення приводу верхнього дебалансу від 2,0 до 3,2 та діапазону зміни частоти обертання вхідного вала муфти від 262,5 об/хв до 437,5 об/хв. На основі порівняльного аналізу обґрунтовано раціональні параметри інерційної запобіжної муфти за яких досягається максимальне значення коефіцієнта передачі крутного моменту гвинтовому конвеєру.Ключові слова: експериментальний стенд, крутний момент, частота обертання, передаточне відношення, планований факторний експеримент

Get PDF Features of family upbringing in the Ukrainian peasant family of the 19th – first quarter of the 20th century taking into account a regional aspect have been revealed in the article. The authors consider the Center of Ukraine as a multicultural region inhabited by representatives of many countries of the world. The focus of publication is on the peasant family, since the Ukrainian society of the 19th – first quarter of the 20th century belonged to the traditional, characterized by the dominance of agriculture. The feature of such a society – the process of its formation took place in the interaction of "pagan" consciousness with Christianity, as a result of which various syncretic forms emerged, which were the ideological principles of collective life, has been singled out. The leading areas of children upbringing: labor, physical and moral, which were determined by traditional norms of life, behavior, lifestyle, and religious beliefs have been considered in the article. У статті розкрито особливості сімейного виховання в українській селянській родині ХІХ – першої чверті ХХ ст. з урахуванням регіонального аспекту. Авторами розглядається Центр України – полікультурний регіон, який населяли представники багатьох країн світу. У публікації акцентується увага на селянській сім’ї, адже українське суспільство ХІХ – першої чверті ХХ ст. належало до традиційних, для яких властивим було домінування сільського господарства. Виокремлено особливість такого суспільства – процес його формування проходив у взаємодії «язичницької» свідомості з християнством, унаслідок чого виникали різноманітні синкретичні форми, що були світоглядними засадами колективної життєдіяльності. У статті розглянуто провідні напрями виховання дітей: трудове, фізичне та моральне, що визначалися традиційними нормами побуту, життєвим устроєм, релігійними уявленнями. Get PDFThe study has revealed the importance and the significant potential of Ukrainian agriculture development including that located in radioactively contaminated areas (RCA). The research has proved the necessity to increase the effectiveness of investment support of agricultural producers in RCA. Besides, it has determined the aim to identify modern trends of investment activity of agricultural enterprises in radioactively contaminated areas. Based on the implementation of economic and statistical methods, analysis and synthesis, as well as systemic functional, and historically methodological approaches, main modern trends in investment activity of agricultural producers located in the Zhytomyr region and fulfilling their own operative activities in RCA, have been outlined. The study has emphasized the existence of mostly negative trends in investment support of agricultural enterprises in radioactively contaminated areas and the necessity to activate the role of the state and local authorities in solving problems. Доведена необхідність підвищення ефективності інвестиційного забезпечення агровиробників з РЗТ. Визначена мета щодо ідентифікації сучасних трендів інвестиційної діяльності сільськогосподарських підприємств радіаційно-забруднених територій. На основі використання економіко – статистичних методів, методів аналізу та синтезу, а також системно-функціонального та історичного методологічних підходів виокремлено головні сучасні тренди інвестиційної діяльності агровиробників Житомирщини, що здійснюють власну операційну діяльність на РЗТ. No full textThe article clarifies the essence and structure of the entrepreneurial culture of secondary school students and identifies the methodological foundations of its formation at physics lessons. It is stated that the entrepreneurial culture of secondary school students is an integral personal quality, which is based on the system of values of the individual's entrepreneurial attitude to life and combines knowledge of different contexts and opportunities for implementing ideas, planning and project management and the ability to generate and critically evaluate ideas, draw conclusions, deal with uncertainty, reflect on the results of the introduced innovations. The components of students' entrepreneurial culture (axiological-personal, cognitive, praxeological, reflexive) are singled out. Methodological approaches to the formation of entrepreneurial culture of students at physics lessons are outlined: axiological, systems-activity, competence and personality-centered.Key words: entrepreneurial culture, students, secondary school, methodological foundations, structure, formation of entrepreneurial culture, physics lessons.У статті з’ясовано сутність і структуру підприємницької культури учнів основної школи та визначено методологічні засади її формування на уроках фізики. Констатовано, що підприємницька культура учнів основної школи є інтегральним особистісним утворенням, яке ґрунтується на системі ціннісних орієнтацій особистості на підприємницьке ставлення до життя та поєднує знання про існування різних контекстів і можливостей для реалізації ідей, планування й управління проєктами й уміння генерувати та критично оцінювати ідеї, робити висновки, справлятися з невизначеністю, рефлексувати щодо результатів запроваджених інновацій. Виокремлено компоненти підприємницької культури учнів (аксіологічно-особистісний, пізнавальний, праксеологічний, рефлексивний). Methods are analysed directed on the decline a transport adventure on the road in the countries of Western Europe, the legislation of ES is considered. Special state attention to the issue of road safety gain in the context of Ukraine's international obligations. There is small efficiency of worked out and entered on this time by the government of the various programs as on state so on the local levels of sent to the increase of safety of travelling motion of adjusting of transport streams on roads. It offers, to perfect a legislative base that touches safety of travelling motion and conduct among the population of country events the observances of safety of travelling motion rules sent to popularization. Important is creation of only mechanism of state administration adapted to the modern calls and requirements, one of priorities of a transport politics of government there must be an increase of safety of travelling motion.Keywords: safety of travelling motion, travelling motion, car, road.В дослідженні розглянуто основні причини виникнення ДТП на дорогах України. Проаналізовано методи спрямовані на зниження дорожньо-транспортних пригод в країнах Західної Європи, розглянуто законодавство ЄС. Зазначено, що особливої державної уваги питання безпеки дорожнього руху набувають в контексті реалізації Україною міжнародних зобов’язань. Спостерігається мала ефективність розроблених та запроваджених на даний час урядом різноманітних програм, як на державному так і на місцевих рівнях, спрямованих на підвищення безпеки дорожнього руху та регулювання транспортних потоків на дорогах. Запропоновано удосконалити законодавчу базу, що стосується безпеки дорожнього руху та проводити серед населення країни заходи спрямовані на популяризацію дотримання правил безпеки дорожнього руху. Важливим є створення єдиного механізму державного управління адаптованого до сучасних викликів та вимог, одним із пріоритетів транспортної політики уряду має бути підвищення безпеки дорожнього руху.Ключові слова: безпека дорожнього руху, дорожній рух, автомобіль, дорога
Методика формування культури енергозбереження учнів основної школи на уроках фізики
Get PDFThe author has developed a methodology of forming energy saving culture of secondary school students at physics lessons. It is proved that activity of a physics teacher should be aimed at activating and developing curiosity, broad cognitive interest, deep theoretical interest and the needs of secondary school students in learning the basics of energy saving, energy efficient behavior, as well as forming a system of knowledge on energy saving. It is found that students’ activities involve their awareness of the value of energy saving activities and a positive attitude to the formation of energy saving culture of secondary school students at physics lessons, as well as mastering the knowledge system on energy saving and energy efficient behavior.Key words: energy saving, energy saving culture, secondary school students, physics lessons, methodology of energy saving culture formation.Автором розроблено методику формування культури енергозбереження учнів основної школи на уроках фізики. Доведено, що діяльність учителя фізики має бути спрямована на активізацію та розвиток зацікавлення, допитливості, широкого пізнавального інтересу, глибокого теоретичного інтересу й потреби учнів основної школи в пізнанні основ енергозбереження, енергоефективної поведінки, а також на формування системи знань з енергозбереження. З’ясовано, що діяльність учнів передбачає усвідомлення учнями цінності енергозбережувальної діяльності та позитивне ставлення до формування культури енергозбереження учнів основної школи на уроках фізики, а також опанування системи знань з основ енергозбереження та енергоефективної поведінки.Ключові слова: енергозбереження, культура енергозбереження, учні основної школи, уроки фізики, методика формування культури енергозбереження
PROSPECTIVE DIRECTIONS OF LAW-MAKING FOR MODERNIZATION OF EDUCATIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC SYSTEMS OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS
Get PDFThe article reveals prospects for legislative implementation of educational and scientific systems of higher education institutions in the circumstances of European integration of educational space as envisaged by constitutional provisions of Ukrainian education. It highlights stages in evolution of ideological basis for development of the legislative process in the field of education. It has been found that the first stage established the ideology for development of a national education system; the second stage launched modernization of the national education in accordance with the European standards and principles; the third stage activated the potential for modernization of Ukrainian school on the basis of social equality and cohesion, economic development and competitiveness of Ukraine. The article exposes directions in development of legislation in the field of education which are determined by structural components. It has been established that development of each of the listed areas is covered in provisions of two framework laws on education, state programs and branch-specific laws that have been approved since Ukraine has proclaimed its independence. Analysis of the abovementioned sources facilitated exposure of certain advantages and contradictions, the consideration of which is an important precondition in forming a new regulatory environment for education. The purpose of the article is to identify the features of personnel development in terms of innovative changes. The essence of the concept of "personnel development" was considered, its role in improving the competitiveness of personnel and the enterprise as a whole in the context of innovative changes was revealed. The analysis of the most successful practices of personnel development in the context of innovative changes is carried out on the examples of leading corporations in Japan and the USA. The conditions for the development of personnel are determined. It’s the formation of innovation-oriented personnel, an innovative corporate culture, a highly qualified team, stimulating growth and expanding the competence of employees. Целью статьи является выявление особенностей развития персонала в условиях инновационных изменений. Рассмотрена сущность понятия «развитие персонала», его роль для повышения конкурентоспособности персонала и предприятия в целом в условиях инновационных изменений. Проведен анализ наиболее успешных практик развития персонала в условиях инновационных изменений на примерах передовых корпораций Японии и США. Определены условия развития персонала: формирования инновационно ориентированного персонала, инновационной корпоративной культуры, высококвалифицированного коллектива, стимулирования роста и расширения компетентности сотрудников.
