RATIONALE OF THE USE OF GLYCOPROTEIN Ά2 - GLOBULIN FRACTION FOR THE PREVENTION OF RECURRENCE OF CANCER OF THE UPPER RESPIRATORY TRACT
Get PDFIn Ukraine there is a steady increase in morbidity and mortality from cancer of the upper respiratory tract. The cancer process is accompanied by homeostasis disorders and purulent-septic postoperative complications associated with severe cancer and chemoradiation intoxication, which leads to the depletion of the antioxidant system, holding and enhancing the process of neoplastic immortalization, that is, the endless division of the cancer cell.Under such conditions, the protective mechanisms of the body require the active use of highly active antioxidants, which could provide a low concentration of aggressive free oxidative radicals due to neutralization.Purpose of the study: to evaluate the effect of the antioxidant glycoprotein ceruloplasmin on the indicators of exogenous and endogenous intoxication, as well as on clinical semiotics in the postoperative and relapse-free periods.Materials and methods: 75 male patients with laryngopharyngeal cancer aged 56 to 70 years were examined and operated on. According to the TNM system, patients werein II, III and IV stages of the disease and previously received a full course of radiation therapy. Patients of the 1st and 2nd groups received the accompanying therapy with biocerulin at all stages of treatment. In the control group, treatment was carried out without biocerulin.Results and Discussion: The reported results of a biochemical study of blood serum in patients with laryngopharyngeal cancer confirmed the presence of intoxication of varying degrees.Conclusions: studies have shown that the use of biocerulin for detoxification of patients led to the neutralization of aggressive free oxidative radicals, which made it possible to carry out surgical treatment without complications and to achieve an improvement in the quality of life of patients of the 1st and 2nd groups in comparison with the control group. Цифрове мистецтво у підготовці фахівців дизайну і технологій
Get PDFIn the introduction of the article, the main trends of the modern world economy and their influence on the training of Ukrainian specialists in design and technology are clarified. The need for the synthesis of information technologies with art and scientific design education is emphasized. In the analysis of the latest researches and publications, provisions regarding the development of new forms and methods of training specialists in design and technology are singled out; development of scientific and artistic synthesis "science-art", mastering of digital art. A comparative analysis of the practical experience of design education in Great Britain and Ukrainian design education was carried out. The experience of using digital art for visual presentation of analytical computer graphics, which is necessary for digital illustration, is presented. Specific methods of research in the field of design education are characterized, corresponding to the modernized descriptors of the international and national framework of qualifications. It is recommended that the new descriptors of the National Framework of Qualifications be applied taking into account the STEAM approach to professional design education, where the abbreviation MM stands for design management and design marketing. The comments indicate insufficient digital socialization of design and technology specialists and little use of digital art in the training of design and technology specialists. The conditions for the transformation of the field of design in the cybertopia paradigm are formulated.Key words: digital art, design and technology, virtual environment, design education, science art.У вступі статті з’ясовано основні тренди сучасної світової економіки та їх вплив на підготовкуукраїнських фахівців з дизайну і технологій.Наголошено на необхідності синтезу інформаційних технологій з мистецтвом і науковою дизайн-освітою. В аналізі останніх досліджень і публікацій виокремлено положення щодо розроблення нових форм і методів підготовки фахівців з дизайну і технологій; розвитку науково-мистецького синтезу «сайнс-арт», оволодіння цифровим мистецтвом. Здійснено порівняльний аналіз практичного досвіду дизайн-освіти Великої Британії та української дизайн-освіти. Наведено досвід застосування цифрового мистецтва для образної подачі аналітичної комп’ютерної графіки, що необхідна для цифрової ілюстрації. Охарактеризовано специфічні методи досліджень в галузі дизайн-освіти, що відповідають модернізованим дескрипторам міжнародної та національної рамки кваліфікацій. Рекомендовано нові дескриптори Національної рамки кваліфікацій застосовувати з урахуванням STEAMМ-підходу до професійної дизайн-освіти, де абревіатура ММ позначає дизайн-менеджмент і дизайн-маркетинг.У зауваженнях вказано на недостатню цифрову соціалізацію фахівців дизайну і технологій та незначне застосування цифрового мистецтва у підготовці фахівців з дизайну і технологій. Сформульовано умови трансформації галузі дизайну в парадигмі кібертопії.Ключові слова:цифрове мистецтво, дизайн і технології, віртуальне середовище, дизайн-освіта, сайнс-арт.

No full textThe subject of research is the microlymphoregulatory system (MLR-SS) of the skin. The purpose of the work is to find out the participation of MLR-SSH in the mechanisms of penetration of gas poisonous substances (sarin) into the body through the skin. It has been found that in the absence of blood vessels in the epidermis, MLR-SS, which is closely related to the interstitial fluid of this skin structure, plays a significant role in the penetration of gas poisonous substances through it. Doctors and students are provided with materials in the form of clear questions and answers to independent extracurricular work on this topic.Key words: microlymphoregulatory system of skin.Предмет исследования – микролимфорегуляторная система кожи (МЛР-СК). Цель работы – выяснить участие МЛР-СК в механизмах проникновения боевых отравляющих веществ газовых (зарина) в организм через кожу. Установлено, что при отсутствии сосудов в эпидермисе значительную роль в проникновении боевых отравляющих веществ газовых через него играет МЛР-СК, которая тесно связана с интерстициальной жидкостью этой структуры кожи. Get PDFIt is determined that the current requirements for the movement of traffic and pedestrian flows determine the main directions of creation or development of a rational structure of road networks, which would ensure the minimum cost of these movements. It is substantiated that the creation of a rational structure of street and road networks can be achieved by developing a set of transport, construction, planning and environmental measures, which will best solve the problem of transport services to the city. The main features of the organization of street and road networks of cities and their elements are determined. The conclusion is formulated on the need to take into account the amount of mileage of cars in different areas of the city depending on the planning structure of road networks, as well as determining the value of the established traffic regime as a criterion for assessing the quality of traffic.Key words: road networks, traffic organization, transport service, mathematical models, planning system.Визначено, що сучасні вимоги до переміщення транспортних та пішохідних потоків визначають головні напрямки створення або розвитку раціональної структури вулично-шляхових мереж, яка б забезпечувала мінімальні витрати коштів на ці переміщення. Обґрунтовано, що створення раціональної структури вулично-шляхових мереж можна досягти шляхом розроблення комплексу транспортних, будівельних, планувальних та природоохоронних заходів, що дозволить найкращим шляхом вирішити проблему транспортного обслуговування населення міста. Визначено основні особливості організації вулично-шляхових мереж міст та їх елементів. Сформульовано висновок, щодо необхідності врахування величини пробігу легкових автомобілів по різним зонам міста в залежності від планувальної структури вулично-шляхових мереж, а також визначення величини усталеного режиму руху, як критерію оцінювання якості організації дорожнього руху.Ключові слова: вулично-шляхові мережі, організація дорожнього руху, транспортне обслуговування, математичні моделі, система планування
Чисельно-аналітичний розв’язок задачі теплообміну
Get PDFIn this work, a numerical-analytical analysis of the solution of the conjugate problem is carried out, which most fully takes into account the actual conditions of heat transfer in tubular heat exchangers under the condition of a laminar flow of the working fluid in pipes and channels. When solving the conjugate problem, the role of the non-Newtonian properties of the indicated fluid is taken into account. The obtained quantitative estimates of the errors, which are due to the fact that the conjugacy of the problem and the indication on the wall of the boundary conditions of the third kind were not taken into account. The given conditions and criteria, the fulfillment of which reduces the problem of heat transfer under boundary conditions of the third kind to a problem under boundary conditions of the first kind.Key words: heat exchange problem, pipe with a round cross section, boundary conditions of the third and first kind, non-Newtonian fluid, heat exchangers, heat transfer.У роботі проведений чисельно-аналітичний аналіз розв’язку спряженої задачі, яка найбільш повно враховує дійсні умови теплообміну у трубчастих теплообмінних апаратах за умови ламінарної течії робочої рідини у трубах і каналах. При розв’язку спряженої задачі врахована роль неньютонівських властивостей вказаної рідини. Отримані кількісні оцінки похибок, обумовлених неврахуванням спряженості задачі й заданням на стінці граничних умов третього роду. Наведені умови та критерії, виконання яких зводить задачу про теплообмін за граничних умов третього роду до задачі за граничних умов першого роду.
