Dialectics of dramaturgy in musical eccentrics

METHODOLOGICAL BACKGROUNDS OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE TRAINING OF THE FUTURE NON-FILOLOGICAL SPECIALTIES TEACHERS
Get PDFIt is necessary to clarify the methodological background for the process of foreign language training of non-philological specialties teachers. The insufficient attention to the theoretical principles of foreign language training modernization namely, as well as the need to develop new conceptual approaches and implementation of modern technologies in the formation of foreign language communicative competence have been viewed in the article. Its objectives, components and structure have been defined. It has been pointed out that foreign language training in higher educational establishments should focus on: optimization of the methodological aspects of foreign languages learning; intensification of the process of foreign languages learning; integration of cooperative, personality-oriented, informational and communicative training technologies; implementation of communicative, competence and behavioural approaches; interdisciplinary links; different learning styles of subjects of instructional process. The significant factors forming the foreign communicative competence of future teacher has been found out.It has been concluded that the system of foreign language training should include the creation of conditions that allows taking into account not only global educational trends but also peculiar features of national and cultural educational environment
Methods of interaction in master degree students training (history and the present)
Get PDFThe paper presents the pedagogical facilitation as a way of interaction in Master Degree students teaching within modern higher education. The author applies the retro-praximetric method to bring to light the historical peculiarities of Master Degree students teaching in native universities in the 19th century. It was found that the Master Degree required hard independent work of candidates for successful interview, exam, and research presentation. The comparative method enabled revealing a major difference between modern and 19th century experience in Master Degree students teaching that is: limited interaction with teachers-consultants. The paper also presents the analysis of distinctive features of interaction of Master Degree students and teachers in modern universities based on pedagogical facilitation, which exposes students potential and their experience transformation. Analyzed an interconnection of special competences of future specialists in social work and programmable results of their studies in higher educational institution. Highlighted special (professional) competences that are aimed at creative realization of professional tasks by social workers. Were considered programmed learning results, at the achievement of which should be directed educational activity, connected with the preparation of social workers. Розглянуто програмовані результати навчання, на досягнення яких має спрямовуватися освітня діяльність, пов’язана із підготовкою соціальних працівників. Results of the study of psychological features combatants before and after participating in hostilities
Get PDFThe purpose of this article was to carry out a comparative analysis, study the psychological consequences of the participation of combatants in hostilities, before and after their return from the ATO zone. The article proposed a set of diagnostic techniques aimed at investigating the presence of signs of PTSD, signs of anxiety and signs of depression in combatants.It is also noted that the prospect of further scientific research will be directed at the study of the peculiarities of selection and effective use of diagnostic tools, for the study of the psychological consequences of the participation of combatants in hostilities, in order to further use the data of diagnostic research for the construction of rehabilitation measures to overcome the psychological traumatising of combatants.Key words: diagnosis of PTSD, anxiety, depression, combatant, psychological rehabilitation. Метою даної статті, було здійснення порівняльного аналізу, дослідження психологічних наслідків участі комбатантів у бойових діях, до та після їх повернення із зони АТО. У статті було запропоновано комплекс діагностичних методик спрямований на дослідження наявності ознак ПТСР, ознак тривожності та ознак депресії у комбатантів. Також зазначено, що перспективу подальших наукових досліджень буде спрямовано на вивчення особливостей підбору та ефективного застосування діагностичного інструментарію, для дослідження психологічних наслідків участі комбатантів у бойових діях, з метою подальшого використання даних діагностичного дослідження для побудови реабілітаційних заходів щодо подолання психологічної травматизації комбатантів.Ключові слова: діагностика ПТСР, тривожність, депресія, комбатант, психологічна реабілітація
Evolution of the conceptual framework for the performance audit
Get PDFThe scope of the research involves forms and types of the public audit that ensured the equitable relations between the state, market, and civil society in the process of budget disbursement in the market and volatile economic environment. Adaptation of the international practices with respect to the application of conventional forms of the public audit based on ISSAI standards, taking into account the needs and expectations of civil society in the monitoring results, serves as a vector for carrying out this research. The research purposes to explore the nature of key concepts for performing a value for money (VFM) audit of the budget disbursement in order to determine the methodological and organizational framework of its implementation. The author arrived at the conclusion that performance audit is a type of public audit. It is advisable to direct the performance audit into the following areas: the efficiency of public functions execution by the budget holder, fulfilment of the public contracts (services) of an institution, implementation of the government programs, and disbursement of the budgetary funds. The author proposed the criteria for performance evaluation of budget allocation for each of the areas of verification. The research findings enable to rationalize legislative rules in terms of the methodological and organizational framework of the public audit, determine the competence and authority of the bodies, performing VFM audit of the budget allocation and government property
